Well Hello there :3
Long time no see XD , Well i was able to find a small amount of time to write the story :3

Natsu and Lucy are now in the mission but slowly being defeated. Lucy has now ran out of magic energy and Natsu was close to as well.
Happy was laying unconscious on the ground , hit by one of the criminals when he was trying to get Lucy's keys from the wall up high where the criminals had thrown the keys.

" Natsu !" Lucy yelled with worry from across the room as she saw Natsu being hit by one of the criminals who used gravity magic.

There were three criminals in total. The leader who used gravity magic and was fighting Natsu; and the two others who were pinning Lucy down. One of the criminals used water magic while the other one used sand magic.

"Now you have no one too help you blondie" one of the criminals stated.

At that moment Lucy recognized that voice, they were the criminals from a couple months ago where she had met Laxus .

"Now lets pick up where we left off" the other man said dragging her to the other side of the room where there was a corner walk in closet.

"Get away from him you Bastards !" Natsu exclaimed running towards them but soon was stopped by fist in his face." Im the one you're fighting ", the leader said with a smirk on his face . Natsu already close to loosing his magic energy was fighting to stay awake and not loose consciousness. As he started to fall from one of the attacks Lucy letted out a scream which cause him to gain consciousness again , more pissed off " I said LET HER GO !" He yelled getting up gathering as much power as he could from what he had left, " FIRE DRAGON ROAR !" he said while attacking his rival managing to hit him and causing him to loose consciousness.

Natsu Started to run towards Lucy to help her.

"you go on , Ill keep him busy" the water mage criminal said standing before Natsu. Natsu started to hit and punch the rivals but the water mage kept on dodging the attacks. Happy woke up and the first thing he was a lantern that was on , he quickly looked at Natsu and flew to get it , flying on top of Natsu . "Natsu catch" happy said dropping the lantern. Natsu smirked " thanks happy" he said before he devoured the small flamed in it. Managing to get some magic energy out of it. " Im all fire up now" he stated.

The criminal simply looked at him " that wont be enough kid" he said making water balls appear. Natsu ran to him " Fire Dragon Wing!" he said while attacking the water mage , but was not effective do to the water wall the mage placed before he was hit by the attack.

"Let me go !" Lucy yelled squirming around . This action caused the pocket of Laxus coat to shine , releasing a lightning ray that attacked the sand mage causing him to pass out. Lucy being able to move again quickly looked around to find where the ray had come from. She quickly checked her pockets and found the ring Laxus had send her. She smiled at it , and putted it on.

She quickly glanced at Natsu then the ring and she was able to put the pieces together." Natsu move" she said to the Fire Dragon Mage who was in intense combat with the water mage.

" But Luce!" he said while attacking the water mage head with a kick, but then he saw the man and the new ring she had gotten from out of no where and nodded Jumping back.

The criminal looked at him " what are you doing? " he asked turning around , seeing Lucy extending her hand. " Lightning Ray !" she called, a ray of lightning came out from the ring attacking him . "Now Natsu!" she called , Natsu quickly ran up to him and attacked at the same time from the ray " Fire Dragon Iron Fist !" he called as he attacked. The criminal ended up passing out from the attack.

Lucy looked at Natsu and they high five each other as an " Good job" statement. They gathered all the men and tied them up . Lucy got her keys back thanks to Happy, who flew to get them from the wall while they fight.

They headed out to the town hall to get their money.

-Mean while-
In the dessert Laxus walked towards the next town. He stopped a bit before to rest and he noticed he started glowing and starting to loose a little magic energy." What the hell?" he stated. He remember about the ring and he quickly looked for the tag " Love ring : This ring is given to a love one for a remembrance for them when the other partner is far away" the then glanced at the bottom fine print " warning: this ring has Link magic".

He quickly smirked glancing up to the sky " thats not a warning thats a relieve... at least i be able to help her somehow " he stated as he picked up his thing and he continue on his path towards the town " I hope you're okay Lucy." he said putting on his hood covering his face.

- That Night-
Seeing how it was already late by the time the mission was over, and they had missed the last train to Magnolia. Natsu and Lucy decided to stay in a hotel , staying in one room seeing how he was used to sleeping in the same room as her; it would be a waste of money getting two rooms.

" where did you get that ring Luce?" the blue cat asked curiously looking at it.
" I really do not know , it just appeared" she said looking at it
"Maybe Laxus sent it" he stated from the couch.
" Could it be?" she asked herself sighing " Maybe he just left it by accident in the coat and i missed it when i was cleaning it " she said putting it back on " but yet again this is too small to be his.."

"Maybe " Natsu said getting up heading towards the bed " Oh well we will see tomorrow , but for now goodnight " he said letting himself fall on the bed trying to push Lucy down as well to rest , accidentally grabbing her breast instead.

" N-Natsu " she said blushing in a deep shade of red with one arm holding her breast and the other one on the air aiming to hit him. Except before she could him it a ray of lighting came out of nowhere and hit Natsu. " Yes , it is Laxus" he stated before passing out on the bed . "Natsu~" Happy stated shaking him a little.

Lucy laughed a bit and looked at the ring smiling.
- Lucy P.o.V-
"Maybe he did send it to me " I thought to myself putting my hand where the ring was close to my heart. " No wonder I smelled him while i was on the train"
" Oh Laxus where are you ... I hope you're okay ..." I said before laying down completely on the bed slowly closing my eyes and falling sleep.
