A/N Um... Oops? XD I haven't updated this for months now, but I've seen Dani again twice! First in 'Cinderella', then in 'Robin Hood'. Both were absolutely amazing! :-D :-D :-D (I also got to say hello to Alexia again as she was in 'Robin Hood', which was awesome!) I was reading this back the other day, and realised I should write some more. And as I write my chapters straight onto ffn I went to look, and I hadn't looked at them for three months and they'd all disappeared! I wasn't happy with the way this chapter was going anyway though, so it's not all bad.

I should probably explain the title (and put my memory to the test as it's now over a year since 'The Wizard of Oz'). When they got to the Emerald City, they lined up for counting and counted themselves 1, 2, 3 and so on. However, the lion who was at the end didn't understand counting, so rather than saying 10 after the 9th person, he shouted 1! And they all got annoyed with him as he kept doing it and it was just a funny scene which was after the previous song, so I thought I'd have this as the title.

Thank you to Holly-leaves-in-winter for reviewing! I hope the wait was worth it!

So, the second part of 'Funhouse/ Welcome To The House Of Fun'...

(And I am now hyper. YAY! XD)

Tracy POV

When we got to mine I unlocked the front door (using the key under a flowerpot as I'd left mine at Elm Tree), and let everyone inside.

We didn't have any power, but everyone went through to the main room using their torches, and then looked at me, waiting for me to tell them what to do.

"Right," I said. "We've got my room, Cam's room, and in here to sleep." As I spoke I pointed to the various rooms. "And the bathroom is just through there."

The kids sorted themselves into groups, before going off to their rooms, whilst I went to fetch extra pillows and blankets that we had, as well as towels so we could dry off. Liam, Frank, Rick and Tyler were in Cam's room; Carmen, Lily, Tee and Charlotte were in my room; and Gus, Elektra, Johnny and Harry were in the living room on the sofa and rug. I handed out the things I had, before Mike came over.

"Well done, Trace," he said. "Everyone's now safe and dry, and it's all because of you."

I gave him a smile.

"Where are you going to sleep?" he asked.

"I don't know," I said. "Probably with the girls."

Mike smiled. "OK. Night."

"Night," I said, before I went to my bedroom.

When I got to my room it was already full. Tee was in the bed, with Charlotte curled up at the bottom, whilst Carmen and Lily were on the floor.

"Hi, Tracy," said Tee as I came in. "Are you sleeping in here?"

I nodded. "Yeah, if there's any space."

"You can have my space if you want," said Charlotte. "I'll go on the floor."

"No, you can come up here with me," said Tee.

I smiled, before I grabbed a spare blanket, curled up on the end of the bed and fell asleep.

I woke with a scream.

"Are you alright, Tracy?" asked Charlotte.

I lay there for a few moments, looking around the room, before the door opened.

"Are you alright?" asked Mike. "I heard a scream."

"It was Tracy," said Tee.

I nodded. "Yeah, it was just a nightmare."

Mike looked to the girls, who had all woken up. "It's OK, you can go back to sleep," he said. "Tracy will be alright." He gave me a reassuring smile, before he sat on the floor next to the bed and stroked my hair. "What happened?"

I closed my eyes, remembering the nightmare. "I was back at Elm Tree when the prisoner was there."

Mike continued to stroke my hair, calming me, until all the thoughts of my nightmare vanished. I looked up and gave him a smile. "Thank you."

Mike gave me one back. "It's what I'm here for, Kiddo." He paused. "You alright to go back to sleep?"

I nodded.

"OK," said Mike. "Night."

He closed the door behind him as he left the room, before I settled back to sleep...

I woke again when I heard a crash.

My clock said it was 3:00, and I waited for a moment, seeing if the others had heard it.

They weren't there.

I sat bolt upright, my eyes scanning the room for clues.

Nothing.

"Mike?" I called quietly.

I heard the whispering of voices, followed by quiet footsteps.

What was going on?

I silently stood up, before going over to the door and opening it. I meant to go and see Mike, to tell him the others were gone.

And then someone pounced on me.

I screamed.

There was the sound of running footsteps, followed by laughter.

Wait.

Laughter?

I looked up to see Carmen, Tee, Lily and Charlotte shining their torches in my face, their faces smiling at their plan having worked.

I began to laugh too, my fear completely gone now that I realised it was just the kids playing tricks.

And then the door slammed open.

And we froze.

"Who's there?" Mike called out.

No answer.

I felt my heart pounding in my chest as possibilities raced through my head. It could be someone breaking in, it could be the escaped prisoner.

Silent footsteps came towards me as I lay on the floor, and the sickness rose through my mouth. The kids looked ready to scatter, but Mike held his ground.

Suddenly he gasped, before he burst out laughing.

"Oh, Seth, you scared us!"

I began to laugh too, before I got up and went over to them. "Seth, you moron! We were terrified!"

"Well, on a night like this, how could I resist?" asked Seth.

I reached up and kissed him, before I smiled. "You're an idiot."

"Right," said Mike. "How about you..." He stopped as he looked around. "Where are the boys?"

Suddenly Liam, Frank, Johnny, Rick and Tyler raced through the main room, sheets over their heads to look like ghosts, wailing wildly while we laughed.

But the fun couldn't last.

I felt myself freeze as a shadow passed along the wall. A shadow in the shape of a human.

"Mike," I whispered.

Mike came over to me. "What is it?"

"I saw that, in my dream," I said. "I saw that shadow. He's going to get us, I know he is."

Mike hugged me tight. "No he's not," he said bravely. "I'll make sure of it."

We all stood there in silence, fear running through us, trying to work out what the shadow was.

And then something grabbed me.

Someone.

The hands held me around the neck, making me panic. I looked at Mike, completely helpless, as I struggled to get them off me.

And then a voice.

A voice I knew.

And one I wished I didn't.

"We meet again, do we?"

Mike seemed to realise who it was almost as soon as I did. He stepped forward, before he grabbed the hands that held me and tried to wrestle them off.

But the attacker wasn't going to give up easily.

"I'm not going to have you reporting me to the police, sending me back there," he said. "I've fought too hard for that to happen."

For a moment I didn't know what to do. It would be important to catch the prisoner so he couldn't hurt anyone else, but at the same time he was going to hurt me.

Fortunately Mike knew his priorities.

"Let her go," he said firmly but quietly. "Let her go and you can leave too. But if you don't..." He didn't finish his sentence, knowing he'd said enough.

I looked at Mike, hoping with all my might that the prisoner would listen.

And then the hands were released.

And I fell, gulping in air.

The prisoner ran out, but no one really seemed to care, except Liam, who closed the door behind him.

Mike rushed to my side. "Are you OK? Did he hurt you? Is there anything I can do?"

As I continued to gulp air he took my hand and squeezed it, letting me know he was there for me.

"Johnny, could you get a glass of water please?" said Mike.

Johnny went over to the sink and filled a glass with water, before bringing it over to where we were sitting.

Mike gave him a smile. "Thanks, Johnny." He took the glass and then handed it to me. "Have a drink. It should make you feel better."

I did as I was told, taking a drink from the glass. I then handed it back to Mike and he put it on the floor beside him. As my eyes filled with tears I didn't have to say anything more before Mike gave me a hug.

"Shh," said Mike as I began to sob. "It's alright, I'm here, he's gone now."

Charlotte came and knelt down beside us. "Are you OK, Tracy?"

I shook my head.

"She will be soon," said Mike. "It was just a bit of a shock."

I looked up at Mike. I could still feel the hands around my neck, and I didn't like it.

"Can I have some more water?" I croaked.

Mike handed me the glass of water, gently squeezing my free hand to show he was there for me. I drank the water then put the glass on the floor.

"OK," said Mike. "Could everyone please go back to bed? No more tricks either."

Everyone made their way off to bed whilst Mike and I stayed on the floor.

"Is there anything else I can do?" asked Mike.

I shook my head, resting my head on his chest.

Mike then just held me, allowing me to relax in my own time. I wasn't able to much, the feeling of being strangled still on my neck, but I knew that Mike had protected me and would do again if necessary.

"Would you like me to stay with you tonight?" asked Mike.

I nodded. "Please."

Mike gave me a reassuring smile. "Do you want to go back to your room, or would you like to join me in the hall?"

"The hall," I said. "I don't want to worry the girls."

Mike rubbed my back. "OK." He gently helped me off the floor and then we went into the hall. Mike then found some more blankets to use as a mattress and one to use as a cover, before I lay down on them.

"Night night," he said. "Sleep well."

I closed my eyes as I heard Mike getting into his makeshift bed, and with him beside me, protecting me, I quickly fell asleep.

I woke to the sound of the kids having breakfast.

I sat up, stretched, and then made my way to the kitchen.

Mike was in there when I got there.

"Morning, Tracy," he said. "Morning, Charlotte."

I turned to see Charlotte making her way into the kitchen.

"What's for breakfast?" asked Charlotte.

"Well," said Mike. "Tracy doesn't seem to have much food..."

"I'm going shopping today," I interrupted.

"But, we did, well, Tyler did, manage to find some somewhat melted ice cream in the freezer..."

"Ice cream!" yelled Charlotte happily. She ran over to the table where everyone was sharing a tub of ice cream.

"Mike!" I said. "You can't give them ice cream for breakfast!"

"Well, you don't have anything else apart from museli, which they refused to eat," said Mike. " And Tyler had kind of already found the ice cream."

I sighed and shook my head at Tyler's behaviour.

"Are you OK after last night?" asked Mike.

"Yeah, I think so," I said. I paused before I continued. "Thank you, for what you did."

Mike gave me a smile. "I should be thanking you. Those kids spent the night warm, dry and safe, just because you let them stay here."

"I liked it," I said. "It's usually so quiet around here."

"It certainly wasn't quiet last night," Mike chuckled.

I laughed.

"Come on," he said. "Come and have some breakfast before it all goes."

"I thought you said they wouldn't touch the muesli?" I said. "I'm going to have a huge breakfast."

Mike chuckled, before we went to the kids, me going to the cupboard to get myself a bowl.

Hopefully now everything would be alright.

Though we hadn't seen the fire damage yet...

A/N Ummmm... Well that chapter took a bit of a long time to write. But the good news is I've been to four more pantos ('Jack and the Beanstalk', 'Beauty and The Beast', 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs' and 'Peter Pan') and I've met Dani three times now! I finally managed to meet her at 'Jack and the Beanstalk' and she's just so, so lovely. (If anyone is interested I'll give them the story separately as I don't want to bore everyone here but it was so awesome!) Also, now I've finally managed to post another chapter I will hopefully be posting the rest. I do have ideas for the end and I would love to finish this, so I hope you'll all enjoy it and that you enjoyed this chapter. Please review! :-D
