i apologize profusely... i really do...

"SHEEN, YOU IDIOT!" both Timmy and Jimmy screamed as Sheen doubled over.

James watched as Sheen seemed to get bigger and bigger in bulk, hair seeming to sprout from him like grass on a lawn. He fell to his knees and gripped the floor, the transformation unlike any of the others he had had. It was too quick and too intense and when his bones began to restructure, he let out an intense scream.

"Oh, this is going to be good!" James said, throwing his head back in laughter.

Jimmy watched his friend morph into a convoluted mix of human and animal, in awe of the transformation. Libby watched in horror, tears brimming her eyes as she watched the man she loved go through such agony. The pain was so intense that he fell onto his side and writhed in pain, clawing at himself from the heat that coursed through his body and felt like flames.

James stepped over him and walked over to Jimmy, leaning down to look him in the eye.

"So there you have it, Jimbo. Your friend is out of commission and you are out of time. I want an answer from either you or Timothy Turner within the next five minutes. The longer you are than five minutes, the more I'll torture your friend."

"You really think you can control Sheen?" Jimmy said with a smug look. "Did you not hear what he wished for?"

"I have ears, Nerdtron."

"Then I don't think you really heard him. What did he say again?"

"I'm not falling for your games-"

Sheen let out a howl and a snarl, turning his attention to James. James turned swiftly and then moved when Sheen hurtled toward him, breaking a table in the process.

"Yeah, weird thing about dogs is that they can tell the difference between people who look just alike. He wished he didn't have to hold back from killing you and that wish came true. He won't stop until you're dead, James."

Sheen chased James outside of the house and Jimmy looked at Timmy.

"I wish Jimmy was released from his binds!"

The binds fell loose and Jimmy jumped up, going over to his friends and starting to untie them. He untied Cindy first and she hugged him close as he hugged her back.

"When we're through with this, I'm going to punch you so hard."

"Have at it, Cindy." He said with a crooked smile that sent her into a dizzy spell.

They untied Carl and Libby and Libby immediately ran out of the room to go to Sheen. Everyone was about to leave when someone cleared their throat. Jimmy looked behind him and saw Anti-Cosmo looking at him with a slightly smug expression. He stopped and walked to the TV.

"What do you want?"

"I believe the terms were five minutes? We got an answer…"

Jimmy made a face and then looked at Timmy, who was looking away from the camera.

"What did you do, Timmy?"

"I saved us… well… I saved you."

"What did you do, Timmy?!" Jimmy practically yelled.

"Don't worry about it." He gave a smile to his friend. "I got it all figured out. Sometimes I can be pretty smart."

"You're not smart at all! What did you do, Timmy?!"

Anti-Cosmo grinned and leaned into the camera, blocking Timmy.

"He played the hero. See you later, Fudge Headed Boy."

The camera turned off and Jimmy stared at the TV in horror. He just stared at it in confusion when he heard a scream and ran out to see what was going on.

Sheen had James in his mouth, practically gnawing on him like a chew toy. Blood was spilling everywhere as James screamed with every chomp Sheen took. Seeing Jimmy, he hissed at him like a cat, blood spraying from his mouth.

"How about this now? Do you think your friend will ever forgive himself after this?"

Sheen suddenly let go of James and he fell to the ground with a plop. It looked like Sheen was getting dizzy and he finally just fell over. Everyone looked on in confusion as James stood up, sparkles surrounding him and the wounds he received getting patched up. He looked around in confusion and then at Jimmy.

"What the hell's going on?"

"I don't know… all I know is that a deal was made before the five minutes were up… by Timmy."

James turned his head a little and then gave a bloody grin.

"Oh, how endearing. How delightful this is! I get to rule the world! I GET TO RULE THE WORLD!"

He disappeared in a cloud of sparkles, maniacal laughter ringing in their ears. Jimmy looked at the place where he had stood as everyone stared at him.

"Jimmy, you have to fix this." Cindy said, looking at him with a soft expression.

Jimmy looked at her and Cindy realized something was wrong.

"Jimmy? Aren't you going to do something?"

"I… I was… I was but I can't remember what for…"

"What do you mean? Jimmy, Timmy is going to be tortured to death over there! Jimmy, he's your friend!"

"I don't… I don't know a Timmy." He said, seeming confused.

Cindy watched him as he massaged his forehead, seeming frustrated.

"I was going to do something important and I can't remember what it was! I…" He looked at Cindy, who was staring at him with a mix of pity and hurt. "I think I was supposed to save someone."

Cindy put her hands over her mouth, realizing what had been done. How could he?! How could he do that to Jimmy?! she thought as she burst into tears.

Sheen groaned and sat up, shaking his head. He looked around ad Libby walked up to him slowly. He turned at her scent and she stopped, freezing as if he were going to hurt her.

"What's wrong?" he asked.

"Are you… are you you?"

"I'm pretty sure… what happened? Why am I covered in blood?"

"You wished that you could kill James and not be hindered. You almost succeeded, but apparently Timmy Turner fixed the problem."

"What do you mean?" he asked.

Carl looked over at Cindy and Jimmy. "He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He gave himself over to Anti-Cosmo and wished that James would rule his universe, his Earth. In turn, though, he also made Jimmy forget all about him so that there wouldn't be a constant cycle. He knew Jimmy would try to find a way to save him, so he made it where he wouldn't."

"He made Jimmy forget?"

"But why just Jimmy? We know about what he did too." Libby said.

Carl looked at her. "Yeah, but who of us could do what Jimmy can do?"

Libby realized what had been done and she leaned onto Sheen. Sheen touched her head and looked at Carl, who gave him a half-hearted smile.

"Carl-"

"Don't worry about it, Sheen. It was never going to last. She was never mine."

He walked over to Cindy and Jimmy as Sheen watched his friend walk away. He looked at Libby as she stared after Carl as well.

"I never meant to hurt him… I never even meant to give him a chance to believe we were an item. He was just there for me and things just fell into place."

"He's good for you, I think." Sheen looked at Libby. "I'm still not the same. I might have some control but-"

"I lost you once to outer space and then I lost you again because you were spaced out, I'm not going to lose you again but you want space. I don't care what you are or what you become, Sheen Estevez, just know that I love you and I'll always be here."

Sheen just looked at her for a moment and then sighed.

"I guess nothing scares you, does it?"

"Not even the big bad wolf. I've always supported you, Sheen, and I'll do it until I can't anymore… Enough of this. Right now, we have an issue to address."

Cindy hit Jimmy as he held her close to him. He understood but didn't at the same time. She was upset about something and to be honest, he was upset too. He couldn't figure out what it was and even though Cindy kept telling him it was about Timmy Turner, he had no idea who that was. Cindy was getting mad, both at Timmy for doing this to Jimmy and Jimmy for not even trying to remember. She knew he had to have something that would jog his memory; he had to! He was the boy genius!

Jimmy finally grabbed Cindy's arms and made her look at him.

"Cynthia, stop… I can't remember what I had to do… I've been wracking my brain and I just can't remember. I'm sorry, Cindy… I really am…"

Cindy pulled away from him, glaring at him angrily.

"I hate you. I hate you from the bottom of my heart."

She turned away and Jimmy stared after her at a loss. In the back of his mind he felt like he understood but it just wasn't clicking. Things were so fuzzy and becoming very confusing, which was odd for the young scientist. He didn't even know where the heck he was. He looked at Carl, who smiled at him.

"Do you know what's going on?"

"Yeah, but you won't understand even if I tell you. It might be for the best."

"Maybe so… Come on, Carl." He said, putting his arm around his friend.

some things just have to come to an end. i'm really sorry if this isn't the ending you were hoping for but i mean, not all things end in happy ever after.
