This Chapter will be shorter for time reasons. I do feel like I rushed some parts and the timeline might not make sense but it was a bit odd working around certain events. So I did the best I could for my story. Hope you all enjoy it.

Bella watched the wolves day by day before she goes to bed. The month of March disappears with nearly no other occurrences. Except for Harrys' death. While Harry was helping Charlie search for the animal killing humans Victoria caused him a heart attack. Leah and Seth were devastated. They didn't want to lose their father but now their search for the leech was personal. They vowed to tear her apart for him.

Bella hadn't spent much time away from home because of her injury so when Jake texted her the news she finally went out of the house to comfort her dad. With the help of Paul and Jake since her balance left much to be desired. Charlie was devastated. He had lost a friend of 30 years. He and Billy were in the same sad boat.

April was better. The guys had calmed down on the patrols behind her house. Bella was happy since it meant less guys losing sleep guarding her from the woods. It was actually a very peaceful month. She was finally able to walk around and move on her own. She became closer to the pack. She helped Seth deal with his father's loss. Leah was harder to get close to. Paul and she forged a stronger connection. He treated her like a little sister. She liked it. Bella was scared though. She wanted to feel like she had another family but her heart was still healing and another blow would destroy her. Thankfully it seemed the pack understood so they didn't pressure her.

Seth acted more like a baby brother/puppy. Paul loved picking her up from school in his truck making all of the girls jealous. It made the girls hate Bella for having hot guys around her. Jake and Paul would laugh at what people would whisper. Bella reconnected with her friends. She and Angela hadn't really lost touch but they spent more time together now.
April would have been the first normal month she had if it hadn't been towards the last week that the pack told her about the disappearances. Apparently people in Seattle were going missing and they knew the cause was vampires.

The news stunned Bella. Jake told her they didn't want to say anything unless they were certain. But nothing else would fit as to what was causing the mass disappearances and deaths in the area. It was too close for the wolves comfort. They wanted to be prepared just in case.

In the first week of May Charlie got a letter from the Deputy Chief stating that all available police officers were being called to help out on Seattle. Many new cadets were being sent in but he was asked to send any men and women he could spare. Bella nearly fainted when Charlie told her he might go to make sure it was safe enough for his men. Bella knew it could mean his death.

"He can't go!" Bella screamed.

"Bells calm down." Jake said trying to ease her worry. Truth was he knew it was too dangerous as well.

"I can't. If it's Victoria she will kill him or turn him to hurt me. Either way he can't go Jake." Bella felt her heart racing, her mind getting clogged and her body giving out.

Jake caught her before she fell. Bella just sobbed in his arms. She wouldn't lose him too.

"He can't go." Bella sobbed as she began to fall asleep from exhaustion. "I will go myself before he does." She said before sleep took her.

Bella had decided, she would die before Charlie went to his death.

Alice had a vision of Bella willingly going towards Victoria and dying. Jasper was instantly with her. He could feel her fear and dread from her vision.

"Alice what did you see?" Jasper asked.

"Bella is going to Victoria. She wants to die." Alice said.

"Why?" Jasper couldn't understand why she would willingly kill herself.

"I don't know. But she decided to die. We have to stop her." Alice said pleadingly as she looked into Jaspers eyes.

He had a bad feeling but he couldn't tell her no. They had to save her, after all they had placed her in danger. Something must have happened for her to choose such a horrible path. Alice picked up her phone and called the family.

Bella managed to convince her father to wait on going to Seattle. She knew it wouldn't deter him long but she had to try. The pack was scrambling with preparations. Some of the others in the tribe had already started showing early signs of changing. They knew there too many vampires nearby.

Jacob spent most of his free time with Bella. She was practically living on the reservation now. The pack preferred her close and Jake was the happiest about it. She was safe and she helped Emily and Kim feed everyone. They definitely needed all the help they could get. Her cooking was amazing. Besides he could see the difference in her. Both of them were getting closer. He hoped soon she would be his girlfriend.

Bella was eating with the pack in Sam's house when the phone rang. Sam stiffened when he saw the ID. He went outside and said no one was to follow. The whole pack stopped and tried to listen. No one said a word. Bella could feel the tension in the room turn. Jacob, Paul and Seth began to shake as everyone else got angry. She and the imprints didn't know what was going on.

When Sam finally walked back into the house he didn't look too happy either.

"Sam what is going on?" Emily asked.

"The Cullen's are coming back." Sam said as he looked at Bella.

Bella froze. She could feel all eyes on her. This isn't happening. She thought. Now she understood the anger in the room.

"Why?" Bella asked.

"Supposedly the seer had a vision of vampires and you getting hurt. So they are coming to protect you." Sam said.

Jake exploded.

"PROTECT HER!" He yelled. "They hurt her! They caused the red head to hunt her in the first place." Jacob was now shaking uncontrollably.

"Jacob you need to calm down." Sam said seeing how close his wolf was to the surface.

Jacob just shook in place. He wanted to tear something apart. He needed to destroy something. His wolf didn't want to let go of Bella. It loved her just like the man did. They weren't going to let the leech come back and take her from them. The only thing that caught both of their attentions was the smell of salt in the air.

Jacob turned to Bella. She was sobbing. He didn't hear it over his and the others growling. She was trying to stop it.

"Bells" Jake asked.

"I don't want them to come back." Bella said now unable to stop crying.

Jacob walked over to her making Paul and Seth uneasy in his state. He picked her up and sat her on his lap on the couch. Bella began to cry harder. She felt safe with them. She didn't want him back. She was finally happy and moving on. She could see her future here and living. He would just stop that.

Paul sat next to Jake and stroked Bella's hand. He hated seeing her like this. Seth got up and sat on the opposite side and stroked her head. They began soothing Bella's fears away. She wasn't alone. They were going to make sure she knew that.

Marcus sat in his study trying to calm himself. He could feel his daughters' pain. He wanted to go and protect her from whatever was harming her. Her pain was increasing as April ended and now it was increasing again. Something was happening and he wanted to know what.

They had gotten word of the disappearances near her and by the patterns they knew a vampire army was being created. Aro said they couldn't make up their minds on anything because of the seer. But he could wait any longer. He had to be with his daughter. The Cullen's little mind reader and seer be damned. The truth would come out eventually and they should tell the guard sooner than later. With his mind made up Marcus called a guard and told him to send for his brothers.

Aro and Caius arrived shortly. Aro could already sense what this was about. As Aro took his hand he nodded.

"I agree brother. It is time the guard knew of what is transpiring." Aro said looking at Caius who nodded.

"We have our excuse brother. It is time." Caius said placing a hand on Marcus shoulder.

"Gather the guard." Marcus said as he stood straighter. He was going to see her again.

(The throne room a few minutes later)

The majority of the guards were assembled. The lower rank filling in for the rest. Aro and Caius told Marcus they would brief the guard for him since he wanted to concentrate on his bond to his daughter and see if she was in imminent danger.

Aro and Caius stood before the guard who were practically bouncing in anticipation for a new assignment.

"A while ago when our dear brother left to explore the world he and his guard happen upon a pack of shifters." Aro started seeing the anger in many of the guard.
"Calm yourselves. This was actually his blessing. Among the pack of wolves he discovered a mortal girl whom turned out to be his daughter, the first and rightful Princess of the Volturi."

The guards were shocked and pleased. Aro could see their excitement. A Princess was a first and it would bring new life to their sad king.

"She doesn't know about the bond and he doesn't even know her name. We want to change that. She deserves to know the truth and make the choice to join us or not on her own. However, whatever she chooses it should be known that she will still be treated with the same respect you show us and the wives. Mortal or immortal she will be protected respected and obeyed as your Mistress." The guards one by one bowed their heads in a silent oath to serve and protect their new Princess.
"Good, now here's where it gets harder. What we do know is that there have been recent killings in her area and they all point to a newborn army being created." Some of the guards hissed at that. That was a very bad law to break especially since now their new Princess life was in danger.
"She might be protected by shifters but by the numbers we have received they will be too many for them and she could be killed in the resulting battle."

"So be prepared to leave at a moment's notice or to stay behind and protect the castle and the Queens in our absence. Both tasks call for your best and no mistakes will be tolerated. Our brother has spent millennia in his grieving state at the death of our dear Didyme. She is reason for living now. No harm should ever befall her." Caius spoke making sure to sound as threatening as possible.

"Yes Masters." All of the guards spoke at once.

"Speak of these events to no one outside of the Volturi. These events need to remain secret for the time being. You are all dismissed." Aro spoke and watched the guard disperse.

"Are you sure Alice?" Edward asked his sister for the 47th time.

"YES." Alice screamed at her annoying brother yelling at him more in her mind and showing him her vision over and over again.

"She promised she wouldn't do anything to put her life in danger. This doesn't make sense." Edward replied as he recalled the last time he saw her. He wasn't ready to see her again. He broke her heart, he didn't deserve another chance.

"I can't answer that for you Edward. Ask her yourself." Alice said before storming off. Edward was getting on her nerves.

Edward returned when Carlisle informed him that they were returning to Forks with or without him. When he saw Alice's vision for himself he couldn't believe it. His beloved was willingly going to the slaughter. When he agreed to go home Carlisle informed Sam that they were returning. Sam obviously wasn't happy about the news.

Edward hoped Bella would still be willing to hear him out. He may have taken the cowards' way out but it was his only choice at the time. He would prove his love to her again and fight for her love.

Yes that's where I'm leaving it. I am so sleepy now. In the next few Chapters the pack, the Cullen's and the Volturi will all be in the same place. Bella will be told the truth and a few people might not be too happy about it. Not to mention a few other surprises I have in store. I hope I am not biting off more than I can chew with where this story is going.

If you have any questions just write it in the review and I will answer them as best I can. Thanks for reading.
