TeAire: Thank you.

csp4 (review for chapter 1): I am so happy you picked up on the little hints I left behind. I intentionally made it seem that way. Glad you liked the insult I used to describe Edward.
csp4 (review for chapter 2): Marcus will have a difficult time explaining things to Bella. As for Victoria her reaction will be priceless.
csp4 (review for chapter 3): Yup, Edward is in for the punishment of a lifetime. Literally, a lifetime. Get it, they live forever. Sorry that was corny.
csp4 (review for chapter 4): Not sure who will be present when the Volturi will meet Bella and if they will automatically call her Princess but the idea is tempting.
csp4 (review for chapter 5): Glad you think so.

YaleAceBella12: I will write more. In fact I'm doing that now.

(Saturday June 2nd)

Bella woke up suddenly in the middle of the night with a strange feeling of relief. It felt as if she didn't have anything to worry about anymore. It was ridiculous since she knew of the very big threat looming over her and the wolves. The only way she would ever truly feel safe is if she could see Victoria's ashes. But there was that feeling. She didn't like it. It was as if her body was trying to confuse her mind. She just hoped it wasn't Jasper somewhere nearby giving her that sense of relief.

Bella looked at the clock and decided to go back to sleep. The sun wasn't even up at that hour so why should she. Bella laid back to sleep and held onto a little bit of that relief. It didn't hurt to hope.

(wolf howling)

In under three minutes all of the wolves who had been in bed had phased when they heard one of their pack brothers calling them.

"What is it?" Sam asked Jared.

"Leeches." Jared said as he showed everyone the images of vampires dressed in familiar robes.

"We warned them what would happen if they returned." Sam said getting angry that his warning was ignored. He would have to be careful about his next decision.
"Why were you so far out?" Sam questioned as he noticed that Jared had scouted further out from their borders.

"I wanted to make sure no new scents came near our lands." Jared said as he showed Sam the extra precaution he took.

"It's dangerous to venture that far out without telling anyone. We cannot afford to lose anyone." Sam said slightly displeased but not mad since he knew Jared was just doing it to ensure his imprints safety.

"What about Bella? Last time they were here they used her to get out." Jacob said getting angrier and trying to distract Sam from Jared. Paul and Seth were on edge. They remember that day all too well.

"You and Seth go protect her and the chief. As soon as the chief goes to work bring her to the Res. She will be safest there." Sam said trying to figure out what they are doing here and if they are back how many returned. Jared only saw two leeches but there could be more.

Jacob and Seth ran as fast as they could to the Swan house to make sure no one had gone near it. Whatever was about to happen with the vampires would be unforgettable.

"That is all that pertains to Isabella." Aro said as he finished telling his brothers what he saw in Victoria's memories. Marcus was livid. His mind was reeling with all of the damaged James had caused. HE NEARLY KILLED HER. Isabella was in the hospital for an eternity clinging to life. Victoria would pay for the rest of her eternity for what she did.

Caius was angry. He wanted nothing more than to have a hand in whatever punishment Marcus decided to give her. His bond to her wasn't as strong as Aros since he hadn't seen her but he would nurture the bond he creates with her to ensure his love for her. Accepting the 'dogs' will never happen so he will spoil her and hopefully it makes up for it.

"So the Cullen's are responsible for protecting her and Carlisle made sure she lived." Marcus simply stated. He was still going to punish them, now he simply was going to be more lenient. The boy would be another story. Plus his daughter would have the final word. Her acceptance is the only thing he wants. Even if he has to pardon them 'to an extent' he will. He will not lose his only hope at a new existence.

"What will your decision be?" Caius asked since Aro was afraid of the answer for his friend.

"I will decide after we know everything and after Isabella has a say in their fate. I don't want their deaths to push her away from us." Marcus said as he thought of everything that could happen and what the Cullen's actually did. He was just glad he did not have Aros' power because if he saw that boy defile his daughter while she is still human he will rip him apart in that second and damned be the consequences.

"Then let's not waste any more time and go see them I'm sure they are already expecting us." Aro said wanting to get this over with and meet Isabella. He wanted to know everything about her and know exactly what has happened in her life. More importantly who has caused her pain. After all, no one goes against the Volturi.

The brothers moved in sync and made their way back to their guards as they had left for privacy. They were all eagerly awaiting their return. They wanted to punish the Cullen's but above all they wanted to meet their new princess. Master Marcus was alive for the first time and they will protect her as they do the wives.

(The Cullen house)

Alice was only staying still because of Jasper. She could feel waves of calmness radiating off of him and spreading throughout the house but they were no use. Jasper himself was at his end. His inner beast wanted to awaken to protect Alice but Jasper kept putting it back in its cage. Now was not the time for the beast to awaken.

Emmett was in the same room as Rosalie but they were not in an embrace. Rose kept pacing and holding her arms. He had tried to hold her but she kept fidgeting. Not to mention her little rants about 'that bitch' hurt him. He loves Bella and even though it will cost him his 'life' for what he did it will still not be enough. He wants to atone to Bella not the Volturi. Rosalie just wished this wasn't happening. She told them they had to kill her but no one listens to her. Now she was going to die. The only good thing about this was that she would finally experience something else rather than her frozen state of 'life'.

Carlisle had finished getting all of his patient files in order. He had everything arranged for them so they could get the best possible care after his death. Hopefully Aro would arrange it to be known to the townspeople so they could declare him dead and ease his patients' paperwork. Esme had written a letter to Bella. She wanted to tell her that she was sorry for what she did and even thought she was vastly older she still had a lot to learn. They were now holding each other looking at photographs of their life together through the years. Esme had a second life that she lived to its fullest. Her only mistake was forgetting how to be a mother to a girl she had called her daughter.

Edward had just finished arranging for all of his wealth to be inherited by Bella. Money had never mattered to her but she would make sure it would go to a worthy cause. No doubt some of it would go to the reservation and the town but he expected nothing less from her. Even if the money makes her happy by helping others with it, it will have fulfilled its purpose. He also wrote her a letter letting her know everything she meant to him and all of his regrets. He doubted it will ever reach her since the Volturi will kill her but he still had the small grain of hope that she would.

None of them chose to do anything else after they had gotten their things in order. They still had until the night until the Volturi came but they didn't have anything else to do other than stay where they were. Time was all they had now.

Charlie had woken up and left by 7:25 in the morning. He didn't like that he had slept more than usual since everyday he liked to keep up with the trouble in Seattle and find out who else has gotten hurt as soon as he got to the station. Hopefully the body count for last night will be small.

Jacob and Seth were waiting for Bella outside in the backyard. They had texted her ahead of time to be ready to go as soon as Charlie left. Jacob had explained what Jared saw and Bella was ready in 6 minutes. She didn't want to be dangled from a tree again. That was not fun. Then again part of her really wanted to see them again. It sounds crazy to her but lately she hasn't been able to make sense of her feelings so she dismissed it.

Jacob had Bella ride on his back so they could get to the reservation as fast as possible. Seth was right behind them guarding Jacobs back just in case of a sneak attack. They all felt better once they made it to their lands. Jacob and Seth checked in with Sam first and then changed back into human form while Bella was turned away to give them privacy. She offered to walk ahead but they didn't want her out of their sight so they had to find some thick bushes.

"What are we supposed to do? I can't stay here forever." Bella said as the weight of the situation was starting to get to her.

'I wish you would.' Jacob thought.
"We will figure this out as it unfolds. For now you have to stay with one of us at all times. Who knows why those two were in the area but it's better to be on the safe side." Jacob said as the three of them walked to Sam's house.

"Don't worry Bella there's no one we are going to let that little leech grab you again." Seth said as he stood as close as he could to Bella. He was not going to leave her side.

Bella simply nodded her head and picked up her pace. She definitely did not want a repeat of last time.

(At Sam's house)

"Thank goodness you're here." Emily said as she embraced Bella. She had been worried sick and gladly volunteered her home to keep Bella safe.

"Hi Emmy, I'm fine don't worry." Bella said to reassure Emily that everything was okay. Well, as okay as they could be for now.

They both watched as the Sam and the guys left outside to shift and communicate with everyone else. Bella simply watched Jacob walk away never taking her eyes off of him. She didn't want anything to happen to him. A world without Jacob would not be worth living in.

"Have any of them been spotted near the reservation?" Sam asked.

"No, they must still be near Seattle." Quil said.

"Keep a tight perimeter. We must stay on high alert. That leech did say others would come if they did not return. Let's hope they actually did make it back." Sam said getting a sour taste in his mouth for what he said. He didn't want the others in the 'kings' coven to come after them because they hadn't made it back. If they didn't it wasn't the packs fault.

None of the others wolves said they agreed since none of them wanted to. Some things are better never being said. They all simply came up with a schedule to see when they would take turns guarding the house and the reservation.

The kings made sure Seattle was cleaned up before they left. The guard had already taken care of the few vampires that tried to run away. Then they simply gathered whatever remnants of clothes, blood and body parts they could of the last victims and created a 'serial killer'. They had no trouble finding an abandoned industrial warehouse where they put together all sorts of horrible torture tools and covered them with blood. As well as the floors, walls, tables and chairs. They then lit a fire in the large industrial furnace and made it seem as if that is where the clothes and body parts were disposed of. They made it very convincing for the authorities to believe that another human or humans (however they preferred) did this. Besides, humans would easily believe that than the real killers being vampires.

After they had one of the lower guard place an anonymous call to the police, and watched them arrive to the warehouse and discover the grizzly scene, they left to go to the Cullen's. They took the long way avoiding the wolves' territory as much as they could. They wanted to deal with everything in order.

Once they finally arrived the guards stayed behind. Only the kings, Alec, Jane, Felix and Demetri went inside. The lower guard was to keep close but not attack and to not engage the wolves.

By the look in the Cullen's faces they were already being expected. No doubt thanks to their little seer.

"Carlisle. I see you knew we were coming." Aro said as he kept his mind in check.

"Yes. Alice informed us moments ago." Carlisle said with a polite smile on his face. No need to insult them by pretending not to know what this was about.

"You know why we are here correct?" Aro asked not displaying any emotion or giving away any information in his mind.

"Yes, I believe you and your guard already dealt with the mess in Seattle." Carlisle said.

"Yes, we were successful in handling the situation. Every last vampire was disposed of. Even the leaders, two vampires named Victoria and riley." Aro watched the eyes in the Cullen's and the small hints of movements from Edward. "They were quite informative." None of the Volturi gave away anything about Bella or their last encounter with her.

"Then I believe there is nothing left to say but to show you everything." Carlisle said as he held his hand out. He hated how things had turned out but he knew the laws well and he still broke them.

"That simple?" Aro asked wishing somewhere in the very back of his mind Carlisle had some magical explanation that stopped him from having to kill him.

"I won't insult you by lying. See everything for yourself." Carlisle said and gave his old friend what would be his last sincere smile. An act so significant to Aro that no one could understand.

"As you wish." Aro took Carlisle's hand and began to absorb everything he had lived since the last time he saw him. The information on who the shifters are was important but not as important as to what Edward had done. That boy had actually bitten her. James had tried to turn her and Edward nearly killed her trying to stop her from changing. Aro quickly reined his thoughts before they gave away anything.

"It seems there is much more to this than we thought brothers." Aro said letting his brothers know that they would indeed need their nieces decision before they made theirs.
"Edward." Aro said motioning for the boy to come closer.

Edward was reluctant but he had no choice. He gave Aro his hand and let him see it all. He hated how this put Bella in danger but he had no choice and he wanted to know why Aro was so eager to know everything instead of just acting quickly.

Aro kept his mind blank without letting a single thought show about his interest in Bella.
"You will know soon enough." Aro said answering Edwards's thoughts as he let go of his hand and dismissed him back to his place.

One by one Aro touched every single Cullen. Each touch gave him more and more information that was making him curious about Isabella who he now knows prefers to be called Bella. He was having a difficult time containing his thoughts. He would have to deal with this quickly.

"I am quite disappointed in you Carlisle. You of all vampires know what the punishment for breaking the laws of this caliber are. I'm afraid you and your entire family will accompany us back to Volterra were your trial will be done in front of the entire guard." Aro said keeping his thoughts as to how disappointed he is in his old friend being so foolish.

The Cullen's were confused. They had no idea why Aro was simply not executing them then and there. They wanted to ask but it was better to simply not push it. Besides he probably just wanted to prolong their torture.

"Felix you and Jane will take some of the lower guard and take the Cullen's back to Volterra." Aro said. "Make sure they are comfortable in the dungeons."

"Yes Master." Jane and Felix said in unison. Jane had to restrain herself from having her thoughts wander but she did. Her disappointment be damned. She wasn't going to let the Cullen boy just how badly he screwed up.

"The rest of us have some business to attend to." Aro said.

"Please don't hurt her." Edward said moving forward and got an instant bolt of pain through his body.
"Aaah." (Heavy breathing as Jane stopped her power)

"You are in no position to ask for anything. Take them away." Aro said getting angry with the boys audacity.

The guards took the Cullen's and rushed them away from Forks. They would have to travel by water since the sun was high and out. Jane took the liberty of using her power on the Cullen's as soon as all of them finally arrived to the beach. The guard would drag them behind as they swam. All the way home Jane planned to use her power on them, especially the boy. It would be her only way of helping.

When Jane, Felix and some of the lower guard left the kings Aro took a seat in the Cullen's living room. His brothers followed suit and Demetri and Alec took their cue to wait outside with the rest of the guard.

"Our dear Isa- I mean Bella as she likes to be called will need to have the final say." Aro said as he sat there thinking of everything he had just learned.

"What did he do?" Marcus asked wanting to know everything. "Don't spare a detail."

"Very well." Aro said as he made himself more comfortable and began recalling everything from each and every single Cullen.

Sunset was an hour away from coming and the kings were still talking at the Cullen's house. Marcus wanted to know everything he could and was relentlessly asking Aro question after question. Not all of the questions he wished to ask since the guard could still hear them but enough to satisfy his own curiosity.

"They are the cause of her broken bonds. That boy foolishly played with her heart. She was willing to live forever with him and he couldn't change her. I could have already had her as an immortal. Our bond would be instantaneous." Marcus stated to himself. He was glad she was human since he could build a relationship with her first instead of her simply feeling the parental bond if she were immortal. The bad thing was that she wasn't immortal anymore and now it seems she doesn't want to be one. If she allows him into her life he will one day have to face her death. This time he won't survive another death.

Marcus relapsed back to his saddened state. His brothers instantly jumped in to snap him out of it.

"The good thing is that she is alive and now with our involvement nothing will ever harm her again. She will be protected and she will know the truth. She will decide brother, you just have to trust in the bond you will build with her. Besides punishing the Cullen's might bring her some closure." Caius said as he attempted to bring Marcus out of his own depressing thoughts.

"We don't know what she will choose. Let's just let her decide brother. After all, the bond will pull her towards you the stronger it gets. Just give it some time." Aro said reassuring his brother.

"You're both right. I will let her dictate how things will go. She is after all in a fragile state after what they did. I will prove to her I won't leave her. I can't." Marcus said snapping out of it.
"Let's go meet the rest of the wolves." Marcus said standing up. "I'm sure they will love Caius." Marcus said with a sly smile.

Caius frowned as he stood from his chair.
"You are really pushing my tolerance brother." Caius said with a sour face. He didn't mean it in a bad way, he was happy his brother was playing with him.

"I for one can't wait. I'm sure this will be an intriguing meeting." Aro said as he stood. The brothers walked out of the house and the guard followed.

Yes I am evil and this is where I am ending it. I have been updating this story more than my other ones, yes I know, but I can't help it if all of my inspiration is coming for this story right now.

Next up will be the Volturi kings meeting the wolves and Bella. Yay. Let me know what you all thought of this chapter. Still not sure if it's good.

As always fav, follow and review.
