A/N: Hey everyone! I'm back! Sorry for not updating for a while. A lot has been going on. Good news is that I've had a lot of time to write, so prepare yourselves for a couple chapters to come.

Austin's POV:

Of all the questions I expected to come out of that beautiful mouth of hers, that one was least expected. I had thought she was gonna ask me why I didn't tell her about them sooner, or what was going to happen to her since they were here.

"Allybear, I really don't think this is the time and place to discuss the events of last night." I tried to say as I sat on her bed and took her hands in mine. Her eyes were glossy like she was gonna cry. I hated seeing her like this. I hated knowing she was in pain and there was nothing I could do to make it better, but damn if I didn't intend to try.

"Babygirl, I swear to you that when we are home safe and sound, you and I will talk about it then. Right now, the doctors and nurses need information so they can get you healed and send you home. So can we invite the nurse back in and get to making you better?" Austin tried his best to use a soothing, calm voice, so that as not to upset her fragile state even more.

Ally's POV:

Ally shook her head and tried not to cry as Austin went to go get the nurse. He apparently did remember last night but didn't want to reject her while she was down. When they got home she would tell him she would move to another room, even if it meant sleeping on the floor. Maybe she could buy an air mattress or something. He probably felt guilty for sleeping with her while his heart is still with Cassidy. She would have to tell him that he could be relieved of that guilt. They would still be friends and his heart was still Cassidy's. She wouldn't say a word to her about their night together. It would be her most cherished secret.

Ally was pulled from her spiraling thoughts by Austin shaking her. "Allybear, the nurse just asked you a question?" Austin was saying.

"I'm sorry. I was lost in thought. What was the question again Ms. Emily?" Ally asked still coming out of her thoughts.

"Just Emily, Dear. I was just asking if you know what happened to you?" Emily asked again. She could see the girl was upset and hated to be bothering her, but they couldn't release her without some information to know what happened to her. They mainly had to make sure it wasn't domesticated.

"After I woke up, I decided I needed some fresh air. I went for a walk, but as I passed this alley someone grabbed me. One held me while the other beat me till I blacked out." Ally said as tears started to stream down her face. "The next thing I knew I woke up here to you asking me who I was." Ally continued.

"Do you know who they were? Did they say anything?" Emily asked.

Austin's POV:

"Yes it was my ex-boyfriend, and Austin's ex-girlfriend. Brooke Davis and Dallas Christianson are their names. They followed us here." Ally said bravely. In that moment Austin was so proud of Ally. She had finally found her strength.

"Do you know what they wanted?" Emily finally asked. This is what Austin had been waiting for. He wanted to know why they went after Ally still. He knew Dallas wanted Ally but never dreamed that he'd get Brooke into it or that she would agree.

"They didn't want me near Austin. Said that I needed to break up with him because he deserved better than trash like me." Ally went on, pulling Austin from his thoughts. Hearing Ally say that they called her trash made Austin's blood boil. How dare they call Ally anything.

"Well we will get a restraining order started with the police and get your discharge papers started as well. Do you live alone?" Emily questioned.

"No, I live with my boyfriend Austin. We just moved here from the States to go to the music school." Austin was in heaven. Ally called him her boyfriend. He knew it wasn't true but for the time being he would relish in hearing her say that.

"Trust me Ma'am, she will be safe with me. I would rather die than see anything happen to her. I love her too much to let anything happen to her." Austin told Emily without even thinking about what he was saying. He was still on a high from hearing Ally call him her boyfriend. With that being said Emily went to get the paperwork started and call the police to get the restraining order placed.

"Aussie, is it possible to get pregnant after one time?" Ally asked while staring at her feet.
