Second to last til the season finale. So. Many. Feels ahead! To Kate: Yeah, her design was really interesting. I liked it too. Now that I think about it, you're right! First his tail, then his eye, and now his arm. That's what he gets though xD. Anyways, on with the story!

Everyone was hanging out at The Lair, Mikey having a surprise for all of them.

Kara was clicking through the channels on the tv while the others were having idle conversations til Mikey revealed to them the surprise.

Soon, Mikey slid into view with a big smile on his face. "My dues, my bros, My Turts, and my friends. It's that time again. Our series is winding down. The end of a season, the final episode of "Chris Bradford and his 2 Ruff Krew!" Mikey shouted as he lifted the cassette tape above his head. He went to go put it in but was stopped by Kara.

"Wait!" She shouted causing him to freeze mid way. "If this is to be the season finale then we must treat it as such. We must feast on the finest snacks and drinks!"

Dragan laughed and stood up along with Leo. "I'll geit the snacks." She turned to leave while Leo went to invite Master Splinter to join them.

"I'll get the soda." Kara went to follow them but stopped when her phone began to ring. Not bothering to see who'd call since so few people know her number she answered without looking. "Hey, what's up?" She went to take a step towards the kitchen but froze when she heard whose voice it was.

"Kara, it's me, Jessica."

"Jessica..wha..what's going on? I thought you didn-"

"It's your parents."

"Wait, what?.."

Just as soon as Jessica had said those words Donnie had stopped on the news channel where a news reporter was standing in front of the hospital reporting the attack on Mr. and Mrs. Sharper and their daughter revealing graphic images of them with bruises and slash marks over their bodies. "Over twelve hours of surgery. They rest in intensive care even now as we speak."

Everyone's eyes were wide in horror as they all stared at the TV in shock. They all turned to Kara seeing her staring at the TV frozen in fear, her phone having fallen from her hand and onto the floor. It wasn't til she let out a scream that everyone went into action.

Donnie rushed to her side and held her as she was about to run out the lair, April joining him to try to restrain and calm her down. Casey immediately turned off the TV while Mikey ran to Dragan just as she came out of the kitchen wondering what had happened.

Kara was struggling between the two and was close to getting loose when Raph joined in but her panicked mind took over and she managed to subdue them all before running right out of the lair, leaving them all behind.

"What's all of this commotion?!" Master Splinter asked as he and Leo walked out of the Dojo.

They all looked over at him sadly before Casey turned the TV back on, showing the attack to be the top story. Master Splinter's eyes widened, his ears lowering down to his head. "Come. We must follow her." He said as he made his way to the Shellraiser, everyone right behind him.

Kara ran non stop to the hospital, her mind unable to register the pain her legs were feeling due to the one thing in her mind: "Who could have done this?!"

Reaching the hospital, she ran inside, sliding to the front desk. "Where are they?!" She screamed with tears running down her face. The nurse stared up at her in shock, Kara having scared her when Jessica came into view having run down to meet her.

"Kara, calm do-"

"Where are they!?" Kara yelled at Jessica, surprising her. Jessica could tell she wasn't in the right state of mind but sighed and placed her hand on her shoulder. "Come on. This way." She lead her towards their room on the top floor, having been in the same room Kara had been in before.

When they walked in Kara let out a gasp, covering her mouth in horror at the scene before her. Her parents and Sara were attached to machines and covered in bandages from their head to their feet; almost no skin could be seen. Though it seemed Sara wasn't as bad of a state as her parents. "No..no.." Kara whispered, slowly walking up to their sleeping state.

As soon as Kara had placed both her hands on each of her parents, she suddenly broke down into tears. "Mom...dad...Sara.." She hung her head low as she cried, Jessica staring at her with sadness while closing the door, deciding to give them some privacy.

Just as the door had closed, all of them appeared in the room. Every one of them gasped to see the state they were in. The guys stared down at them remembering how, despite their first encounter, were accepting of them and treated them like family.

"My friends.." Master Splinter closed his eyes as he gently placed his hand over Kevin's wrapped head.

Leo's T-phone suddenly went off and he walked away to answer but blinked hearing Shinigami's panicked voice over the phone though it was hard to hear from the sounds in the background but he froze hearing only one word: Super Shredder. He immediately hung up and turned towards Master Splinter.

"Master Splinter..Karai's in trouble."

Master Splinter's ears perked up and he looked over at Leo.

"Go. I'll stay here with my family. You go help yours." Kara said softly, her tears having calmed down for the moment.

Master Splinter walked up to her and placed a hand on her shoulder, giving her head a soft peck before he looked at his sons and friends. "Let us go."

They all nodded and followed after him, Dragan glancing at Kara one last time worriedly before following after the others.

-With the guys-

By the time they had arrived at the Mighty Mutanimal's hide out it was already in flames. Everyone rushed out and helped their friends escape the building.

Dragan saw Shinigami with her legs under a pile of rubble and went to help her while Splinter and Leo helped Karai. "We need tae move." Dragan said while moving Shinigami's hand over her shoulder and helping her out the hideout.

"What about Karai?" Shinigami asked, glancing behind her to see Master Splinter carrying Karai with Leo right behind him.

The building was crumbling down behind them but none of that mattered as they all gathered around Karai. Dragan set Shinigami down and slid to Leo's side, checking Karai's pulse. It was weak, but there. Dragan then placed her hand over Karai's mouth and gasped. "She's nae breathin'!" She shouted in panic.

Leo took over and began to perform CPR on her, all of them growing nervous with each chest pump and mouth to mouth. They all stared down at her with fear and worry in their eyes til Karai let out a cough and began to open her eyes.

Dragan placed her hands over her mouth, relieved to see Karai ok and hugged Leo close.

"Karai!" Shinigami stumbled towards them and held Karai close. "You saved her, Leonardo."

Leo looked up at her, out of breath, but managed a smile.

"Shredder doesn't care about using Karai as bait anymore. He wants us all dead." Shinigami said, looking up at everyone.

Splinter's ears perked hearing the ambulance sirens wail. "The ambulances are coming. Can you wait with her, Shinigami?" When Shinigami nodded he turned his head towards the alley that lead out into the streets. "I see two clear trails leading off in opposite directions. Raphael, April, Casey, and Slash will come with me. Leonardo, you will lead Donatello, Michelangelo, Leatherhead, and Dragan in that direction. Take the Shellraiser. The rest of us will travel on foot." Splinter told them.

While the others ran to the Shellraiser, Leo stopped in front of Splinter. "Sensei, that's not a good idea. We should all stick together if we're going to take Shredder down."

"Leonardo, remember what I said earlier in the Dojo." Splinter said, pointing at his chest then placed his fist to his. "From your heart." Master Splinter looked up hearing the sirens and horns from the ambulance and firetrucks. "Go!" He said before running off. Leo watched his father and friends run off in sadness.

"Leo, we got to hurry before the trail runs cold!" Donnie said to Leo as he ran to the Shellraiser. Leo turned back to watch his father one last time before following after Donnie.

"Guys, zooming in. I got Bebop and Rocksteady's van on camera two blocks ahead." Donnie informed them all.

"Pick up speed, Leo. We're gainin' on them." Dragan said, standing right beside him up front. "Thay will pay for hurtin' our friends.." Dragan clenched her fist while Leo stepped on the gas pedal, racing after Bebop and Rocksteady.

They arrived at the carnival that was closed down for repairs. "Oh, feels good to stretch." Leatherhead said as they climbed out of the Shellraiser.

"Hey, isn't this where we first met Bebop and Rocksteady when they mutated?" Mikey asked, glancing at his brothers.

"Yes, when we returned to New York after the second invasion." Donnie answered as they all kept their guard up with their weapons out and ready.

"I must hae been in hidin' when this aw happened.." Dragan stated bringing her shield close to her.

Suddenly, the lights on the merry-go lit up causing them all to gasp and look over in surprise as the machine began to start, the organ music playing rather loudly.

"Turtles! Come out and plaayaaaay! Remember when I said that? Because it's Throwback Thursday, fools!" Bebop shouted, his voice traveling everywhere.

"Da, we be throwing you all the way back to last Thursdays." Rocksteady chuckled looking at Bebop as he sighed. "Shut up, Rock, I'm trying to intimidate them. You're going down, Turtle fools!"

Missiles began to fire out from the merry-go and everyone dodged them, the missiles creating a large explosion behind them.

"It's a missile-go-round!" Mikey shouted as he jumped out of line of a missile while Leatherhead smacked it out of Mikey's way when Rocksteady attacked Leatherhead from the side, knocking him down.

"Coward." Leatherhead shook off the pain and stood to his feet. "Attack me from behind, will you?" Rocksteady pounded his chest as both of them charged and attacked. Mikey jumped to his feet and went to help Leatherhead when Bebop revealed himself, kicking Mikey away. "Woo-hoo!" Bebop jumped to the side, startled, when Fishface landed beside him with his butterfly knife out.

"This is your swan song, tartarugas. Tonight you will fall."

"That's where you're wrong, Fishface!" Dragan pounded the hilt of her sword against her shield as both opposing sides charged at one another in an all out battle.

-Splinter's Group-

They were sneaking through the rooftops when Splinter suddenly moved his hand in front of them to stop them in their tracks. "The Shredder. He is atop that building." Splinter looked up seeing the large Wolf Hotel sign.

"That's were we fought for the first time.." Raph said remembering it as clear as day.

"And that's where we take him down once and for all!" Slash said as they all ran to the roof of the building.

Casey and April were the last to make it and they were already out of breath. "So why couldn't we take the elevator? At least me and April?" Casey asked between pants.

"Feels like my legs are disconnected from my body." April groaned but stopped when Splinter spoke.

"Quiet, Shredder is near."

Everyone ready themselves as they scanned the area around them for him.

"Oh man, I sense it. He's close." April said just as a large figure burst through the ground beneath them, revealing Super Shredder.

"Hamato Yoshi. At last, my nightmares will end, for tonight, you will finally perish."

"Indeed, I will end your nightmares, Saki. Permanently." Master Splinter said as he pulled out his sword from his cane. With a battlecry, both of them charged for each other for the final battle.

-With Kara-

Kara had not moved from her spot between her parents, the silence deafening and the air still, only the sound of breathing masks and the small yet constant beep from the heart rate machine.

She heard movement and lifted her head some to see her mother beginning to stir. "Mom..?" She cupped both of her hands over her mom's and watched as her eyes began to open. "Mom!" She smiled wide, fresh tears falling as she lowered her head against her mom's hand thankful that she was alive.

"K-Kara...swee..sweetie.." Her mom opened her hand and moved it to the side of her daughter's head and smiled through tears. "You're..you're ok."

"Of course mom. Why, why wouldn't I be?" She shook her head and clenched her mom's hand again. "Mom, who did this to you?"

Her mom's eyes trailed from her, staring up at the ceiling with wide eyes. "O-Oroku Saki.."

Kara froze when she heard the name.

"He-he wanted to meet us after being gone for so long. We..we were excited to..n-not o..only see him but to...s-share the news of you and Y-oshi. We..we did not know what was going on. What had happened..what he did..He a-already knew. The moment we told him...the moment your father said Yoshi's name..he revealed himself." Her mother's eyes widened even more as the heart rate machine started beeping a little faster. "He was a monster! He turned on us! He-He tried to kill us! He and his henchmen! Sara...Sara tried so hard to fight them off but she..she couldn't do it alone. Those eyes...those piercing eyes watching us as we tried to run! All the while revealing everything. What he did to Tang Shen, to Yoshi..to you!" Tears streamed down her mother's face as she began to have a panic attack, the machine beeping at a faster rate.

Seeing her mother in this state. Hearing everything that he had done. She could no longer take it. Kara slammed the nurse assist button and began to walk out of the room.

When the door opened the nurse ignored Kara and called a few more nurses to help calm the patient down.

Jessica saw Kara leaving and ran over to stop her. "Kara, you can't leave. They need y-" When Kara turned around, Jessica froze, taking a step back in fright seeing the look on her face.

Kara stared right at her, eyes wide in a calm fury, her anger creating an aura around her that wanted blood. She turned back around, leaving her behind and began to run, having a feeling where the sadistic Shredder would be.

She slowed to a stop, panting heavily as she stared up at the Wolf Hotel where she and the guys first fought Shredder. She squinted her eyes seeing something fall from the roof and gasped when she saw it was Casey. She ran as fast as she could to catch him but not only was he too far but he managed to save himself by using his grappling hook and swung right into a garbage truck.

"Casey! Casey, are you ok?" She asked as she ran to his side, bending down.

Casey answered with a groan and a weak thumbs up before dropping his arm to his side.

Kara looked over to see his mask had split in half from impact and glared up at the roof, a low growl forming in her throat. "Stay here. I'm going to go help the others." She stood to her feet and ran inside the hotel, taking the stairs all the way to the top. She didn't care about the pain she felt through her legs. She didn't care how tired she was. The only thing on her mind was taking Shredder down which fueled her to go faster.

"Your weakness is that you care about others. I have torn all weaknesses away and become all-powerful." Shredder said to Splinter as he stalked up towards them, Splinter laying on top of April and Raph.

Kara slammed open the door to the roof and when she saw Shredder moving towards her fallen Master and friends she snapped and circled around the roof. "RAAAAAAAH!" With an angry cry she charged at his side and tackled him away from his friends and teacher.

-With Dragan-

Dragan and Leatherhead were teaming up to take down Rocksteady while the guys took were fighting off Rahzaar, Fishface, and Bebop.

While Leatherhead would do a frontal assault on Rocksteady, Dragan would use her small stature against him, climbing over Leatherhead and attack from above and below, blocking every blow Rocksteady would try and give all the while trying to fight off Leatherhead.

With their teamwork they eventually brought him down, Leatherhead throwing him over his back and dropping him right on the ground.

Dragan panted softly and smiled up at Leatherhead for their teamwork and glanced over to see Leo was pinned down by Rahzaar. "Leo!" She screamed and went to assist him til Leatherhead roared and tackled Rahzaar right into the water, dragging him down to the bottom of the ocean. She ran to his side, setting her sword and shield down to make sure he was ok before helping him up.

"Leatherhead!" Mikey shouted as he ran to the edge of the dock. When Leatherhead surface Mikey smiled in relief and turned to his brothers and Dragan. "Guys, we did it! We beat 'em!"

Dragan smiled at him but hearing Bebop and Rocksteady chuckling she turned to see them fleeing while making faces at them.

"Oh, no, we didn't beat them. This was all a distraction to split us up." Leo said, Dragan's eyes widening in shock.

Donnie's T-Phone began to ring and they gathered around to see what was up.

"Donnie, we need back-up. Raph is hurt and Kara is fighting Super Shredder but I don't know how long she can last. He's too strong!"

"Where are you?" Donnie asked worriedly.

"The Wolf Building rooftop. Please, we need you. Super Shredder is-" The phone suddenly lost connection leaving them to stare at the phone in shock.

"April!"

"There's no time! Let's go!" Leo shouted as they all ran to the Shellraiser.

-With Kara-

"How could you hurt them?! How could you hurt your friends?! They didn't deserve it! THEY WERE INNOCENT!" Kara screamed in fury with each blow to Shredder. Despite the wounds inflicted on her by Shredder she refused to go down.

"Because they were weak! They were the final piece to remove and become all-powerful." Shredder said as he grabbed Kara's head and slammed her down into the ground. "And you are just as weak. You will meet the same fate as your pathetic parents. And I will finish what I started those years ago." He said, glaring down at her while lifting up her shirt to reveal the marks he left on her stomach.

Kara's breathing became rapid and she let out another yell, bringing her arms up to his and slicing into his arm, creating a deep gash that forced him to let her go and hold his arm in pain, his mutagenic blood spilling over her clothes. She jumped to her feet and pushed herself to keep fighting. Using all of her strength on him was beginning to take a toll on her body, despite the hatred she felt in her body for him, the adrenaline was soon to run out but she kept going, kept fighting him. All the while she was fighting, Master Splinter snuck towards April and bent down beside her. "You must take Raphael and flee."

"No, we can't leave you and Kara alone. Leo and the others are on their way to help!" April shouted while holding her bleeding arm.

Master Splinter smiled down at her and gently stroked her head. He stood up and looked over to see Kara and Shredder locking blades and having a battle of strength; trying to force the other back.

Master Splinter picked up his sword and ran at them and with a yell, joined in on the fight, pushing Shredder away from Kara.

As Splinter attacked above, Splinter and Shredder's blades crossing, Kara would send a punch and a kick to Shredder's lower body. With each cut and slice to his skin, his blood would splatter over her but she didn't care for she felt no effect to it and continued on.

Both Kara and Master Splinter eventually brought Shredder to his knees. Kara's heavy breathing filled the silent air as they both stared at the other.

-With Dragan-

Leo was racing through New York trying to reach their location in time to help.

Dragan could tell Leo was panicking and gripped his shoulder to try and calm him down but she too was growing nervous, having a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach.

"There's the building." Mikey pointed as it was coming into view.

"Hope we're not too late." Leo muttered worriedly under his breath.

"We will mak it, Leo. We hae tae."

-With Kara-

Kara and Splinter went to take a step towards Shredder to end it once and for all when Shredder clenched his fist and shot a blade from his knuckles, stabbing Kara right in the shoulder.

"Kara!" April and Splinter shouted as she fell to the ground, holding her wound in pain.

Neither of them had time to react as Shredder was now on top of Splinter and began to mercilessly assault him, throwing him into the rails of the water tower. Splinter's body dropped to the ground as April screamed his name.

"Is this how you choose to die, brother? Lying on your belly like an animal?"

The last attack drained Kara's energy. She struggled to pick herself up while holding her wound. She gripped at the blade and with a whimpering cry, pulled the blade from her shoulder and dropped it to the ground, holding her now bleeding shoulder. She looked up to see Splinter standing to his feet.

"Come, Saki. End this madness."

When Shredder charged Splinter tapped his hidden sword which dropped down the wire hidden inside it. As Shredder went to attack, Splinter dove down low, swinging the wire and wrapping it around Shredder's ankle and pulled with all his might. Shredder stumbled to the ground and slid over the edge of the roof, yelling as he fell.

Master Splinter calmed his breathing, watching as his old friend fell before turning to others.

April helped Raph up as they walked over to Kara, smiling over at Splinter.

"Yes! You did it, Sensei!" Raph shouted happily.

Kara began to stand on her feet and smiled at him as well.

"My family." Splinter said with a smile.

Leo and the others made it to the building and ran out of the Shellraiser. Leo brought out his telescope and screamed, his eyes widened in horror.

Dragan took the telescope from him and let out a gasp. "No...no!"

Hearing their screams Kara began to tense up. She then saw a shadow behind Splinter. "No, Mast-!"

Master Splinter turned around and immediately was met with Shredder's blades stabbing through his stomach. Splinter let out a painful groan before his body went limp.

Shredder raised Splinter's body up and stared right at them with glowing eyes. "And now, Hamato Yoshi dies!" Shredder shouted as he threw Splinter's body over the roof.

Kara, Raph, and April screamed in horror as they tried to reach out for Splinter.

Leo, Donnie, Mikey, and Dragan ran towards Splinter to try and catch him; Dragan throwing her sword and shield to the side to get more speed. All of them screamed when Splinter's body landed on the ground.

"Father...father..." Leo whimpered as he tried to wake him up, tears coming to his eyes.

Dragan's hands moved to her mouth as she tried to quiet down her soft cries, tears already falling.

"I have claimed my victory. No longer will you haunt me, rat." Shredder said, staring down at the city below him where Splinter had fallen.

Kara's rapid breathing had returned and she glared up at Shredder, her eyes gone completely white. Rage filled up inside her as she tightly clenched her fist. With one last scream she charged right at Shredder.

April stood up straight and sent a shockwave at both of them, the force of the shockwave giving Kara a boost as she tackled Shredder right over the edge of the rooftop, both of them falling towards the ground.

"Kara!" April and Raph ran to the edge and April used her powers to levitate Kara in the air while Shredder crashed into a garbage truck.

Casey turned on the compressor, staring coldly as Shredder was pulled inside to be crushed. "Oops." Was all he said as he and went towards Donnie and the others gathered around Splinter.

"No, please.." Leo whispered, holding Splinter close. Tears were falling as memories of his father flooded his mind.

Dragan watched the brothers cry over their fallen father and she turned away, crying silently. She felt a hand on her shoulder and turned to see Casey looking away. She knew he was trying to be strong and not cry but she could tell he was struggling, seeing his body tremble. A soft noise escaped her lips and she hugged him tightly. That was the last straw for Casey as he bit his lip to keep himself from making any noise but the tears fell all the same.

Raph, April, and Kara made it to the scene to see their brothers and friends crying over Splinter.

"No, no..he..he can't be gone. Heh, this..there's..somethings gonna happen. Yeah, something will happen that'll have him come back like before. He's gotta come back. He..he can't be gone." Kara cracked a smile and bent down next to Donnie, moving to grab Splinter's hand. "We'll get him patched up and he'll wake up in no time." Her eyes widened when she made contact, his hand ice cold. She let out a soft gasp, the tears returning, knowing he was gone for real.

Her body began to shake as her mind played the memories of them together. "Stop...stop it." She told her brain as she grabbed her head. She felt a hand on her arm and she turned to Donnie to see him giving her a pained expression before pulling her close to him. Her eyes went wide at the touch before she squeezed them shut, crying loudly into his shoulder.

After a few minutes the brothers stood up, all of them holding their father up and brought him to the Shellraiser, Kara, Dragan, Casey, and April following behind them and left the scene unaware that Shredder was still alive.

When they returned to the lair, the brothers began to change their father into his nicest kimono and preserve his body til they could give him a proper burial.

Dragan and the others were treating Kara's wounds and injuries.

"Ye should tak a shower, lass, an wash off this blood." Dragan said softly to Kara who was just staring at the ground.

Kara only nodded and stood to her feet heading to the bathroom. She undressed and turned on the water, stepping inside. She just stood under the running water, it washing away the blood from the fight. Once she was clean, she changed it to a bubble bath and just sat in the tub, her hair clinging to her face and hiding her eyes, keeping her head down.

She didn't bother to look up when she heard someone enter the bathroom nor did she respond when she felt a soapy loofa pad being rubbed against her back. A hand reached out and moved her bangs from her eyes and tilted her head in their direction. She looked up in time to see Donnie giving her a kiss on the lips. When she reached her hand out from the water and placed it against his cheek, both of them leaning their foreheads together in sorrow.

To those curious why Shredder's blood didn't mutate Kara is because it was already contaminated. Mutagen has to be pure in order for it to mutate. Atleast, that's what I figure. You all know the routine! Rate/Comment! All feedback is much appreciated. Til next week ;)
