The sun was setting over New York and trick-or-treaters tiny and large were starting to come out to get an early start on their journey for treats.

Casey Jackson stared down at his watch carrying a grocery bag with large bags of candy. "If I don't hurry now my place might end up tricked..by a certain someone we know." His voice became mono-toned imagining Kara with an evil face, chuckling darkly while tossing a roll of toilet paper in the air. "Now that she has help she might actually cause some damage." Images of her attempting to TP his house only to fail miserably due to either aiming too far and hitting someone else's building or the roll bouncing off the wall and smacking her in the face was replaced with the large group of teenagers standing in front of his house all chuckling darkly and ready to give him some payback for not having any treats. This thought caused a trickle of sweat down his face and to quicken his pace.

He passed by an alleyway and paused in his step when he thought he saw glowing eyes in the darkness of the confined space. He shook his head having a feeling it was prankster teenagers when a voice called out to him.

"Good evening, my good sir. Are you here alone?" It asked curiously.

Casey faced the entrance to the alley with an unamused expression, turning his head to his sides. When he saw no one in sight he held out his arms as if that were to answer the voice's question.

"Why don't you accompany me?" A hand reached out from the darkness, the glowing eyes returning.

Casey raised a brow but blinked when his mind began to feel foggy and his body started moving forward on it's own. The figure of a man dressed as a vampire appeared under the moonlight and held his arm out, opening his cloak wide for him to walk into, bringing Casey close in an embrace. "You will become my first servant in this new world." He opened his mouth wide, his fangs growing large, and with a hiss he tilted Casey's head to the side and moved in for the bite.

"Ahhhhhhh." Kara had her mouth opened wide as she placed fake, plastic fangs on her teeth, staring at herself in the mirror. When they were set in properly she closed her mouth as best she could and looked at herself.

She held her arms out looking over her costume: A skin tight black tank top with a one size too large purple and black striped baseball jersey that was cut just below her chest, black jean short shorts, and knee high black stockings with her four inched heeled strapped sandals. She did a quick turn around to look at her spade pointed devil's tail and matching bat wings, flexing her shoulder blades to make them move then hopped back around to place her horns on top of her head but stopped and did a quick hair flip to make sure the hairspray kept her ends pointed outwards. Feeling satisfied, she nodded her head and placed the devil horns comfy on top of her head. "Not bad, Kara. Not bad at all." She smirked at herself admiring her reflection when Dragan walked in the room brushing her hair.

"Woah. Kara, ya look amazin'! Donnie is gonna love it." She crossed her arms, popping her hip with a smirk on her face.

Kara blushed deeply while rubbing the back of her head. "Heh..I hadn't thought of that but look at you! If I didn't know you; I'd say I was staring at THE Black Widow herself."

Dragan looked down at herself wearing nothing but a skin tight, black leather suit that hugged each and every curve, matching high heeled boots, and a belt for her accessories. "Oh, you're just sayin' that. So what are ya suppose tae be? One o' Dracula's daughters?"
"Nope. I'm an imp. A mischievous creature of the night playing tricks on those who dare cross my path! Muwahahahahaaaa!"

Dragan snorted at Kara's acting before going over to her. 'Well, mischievous creature o' the night, ye better hurry or we'll be late meetin' the others."
"I know, I know. Can you help me add the finishing touches?" Kara nervously held up some make up making Dragan smile and go over to her.

"Think we'll hae enough time tae do some trick-or-treating on the wye tae the la-stop messin' wi your make-up." Dragan nudged Kara as she continuously rubbed her lips together, the feeling of the glittery lip gloss being unknown to her. "Can't help it, glitter annoys me. Why'd you tell me to pick this out?" "Because despite your protests it looks good on ya. Seriously ye should try it more..oft..en.." Both of them slowed to a stop when a sudden fog rolled in. There wasn't a single trick-or-treater in sight, in fact, there were bags and buckets of candy sprawled all over the street and sidewalk. "What is going on.." Kara muttered uncertain.

"Psst, hey, hey Kara, come over here. I want to show you something."

Kara and Dragan looked around wondering where the voice was coming from when they saw Casey Jackson in an alleyway, his eyes glowing and fangs visible through his smirk.

"Woah, Casey! Nice Dracula costume you..you're wearing your everyday clothes though." Kara rolled her eyes and began walking towards him with Dragan right next to her, her arms crossed and her jack-o'-lantern bucket dangling from her hand. Dragan was slowing down beginning to hear growls from every direction. "Come on, Case, I know this isn't really your holiday but you could add more pizazz to it. Live a litt-ah!" She yelled out in surprise when he suddenly grabbed her arm and pulled her close him. His glowing eyes bore into hers as he opened his mouth wide revealing his large canines. She let out a scream and smacked him across the head with her bucket, forcing him to jump away from her, hissing.

"Somethings wrong, Dragan." Kara backed up til they were back to back.
"You're tellin' me!" Dragan stared down at the small pack of wolves that were closing in on them. "We're surrounded."

Kara stared down at Dragan's hip where she made her strap her taser and pepper-spray. "On three we make a break for the lair, got it?" She whispered while slowly reaching for the taser, keeping her eyes on Casey who was slowly closing the gap between them. Dragan nodded and plucked the pepper-spray from it's holster, eyes focused and narrowed at the wolves.

"One."
"Two."
"THREE!!"

Both attacked simultaneously, Casey yelling out in pain; electricity coursing through his body and Dragan creating a wall of pepper-spray that the wolves pounced right into. They immediately fell to their paws and started shaking their heads and rubbing them on the concrete to try and get the pain to go away, whimpering loudly.

Kara and Dragan took this opportunity to flee.

Once Casey composed himself he hissed angrily and went to follow after them.

"Stop. Do not go after them, we have more ground to cover. To me, my slave." Dracula floated into view, staring down at him.
"Yes, Master Dracula." Casey bowed his head low before running in the opposite direction, the wolves close behind. Dracula turned to where the girls last stood, eyes narrowed, before transforming into a bat and flying after Casey.

"What's wrong with him, Mr. Gigabyte?" Captain Ryan asked as he, and a handful of his crew gathered around their sick comrade.
"Intriguing, Captain. Lieutenant LeTrois has been infected by a Xenowolf Virus. Unless we can stop the infection within the next star hour, by my calculations, his transformation will be permanent."

"Captain! What are we going to do!" A slap silenced the kid, Captain Ryan turning back to Lieutenant LeTrois. "There's only one humane way to stop this virus and prevent him from turning into a space wolf. Lieutenant LeTrois must be destroyed!"

While the TV show went on the guys were getting ready for Halloween. Raph was carving the pumpkins and putting up decorations while Leo was adding the finishing touches to his costume. "Yes! This is gonna be perfect!"
"What's perfect?" a beheaded mask came into Leo's view surprising him to the point of letting out a startled cry and making his brothers laugh.

"Haha, you should of seen your face!" Mikey grinned, holding the mask.

"Ahem, um, my costume is minty vintage, featuring Captain Ryan's rare B-uniform Captain's jacket from season three!" Leo held it up in pride and pure excitement, showing it to the guys.

Raph looked away and coughed a, "Nerd." into his fist just as Kara and Dragan entered the lair.
"Guys! We're in-"

"Girls! You're just in time to help me with my costume. I can't decide if I should go as a zombie wizard, Albert Einstein, ooooooooorrrrrr-" Donnie turned around holding up his costumes when his eyes fell on Kara his mind short circuited; symptoms including blood rushing to his face at an alarming rate, the ends of his mask shooting upwards like bunny ears, dropped jaw, wide eyes, and loss of control of limbs. His arms dropped to his sides, dropping his costumes to the floor openingly staring at her.

Kara began to blush, suddenly feeling self conscious of herself with his eyes on her. She cleared her throat and looked away shyly. "Ahem, D-Donnie..you're staring again." She muttered, pressing her lips together before walking around him towards the others.

Dragan glanced over at Leo to see him gawking as well with a goofy smile on his face. She waved her hand some to get his attention as she walked towards him. "So...what do ya think?" She gave him a small twirl now standing in front of him. "Do ya like it?" She asked with a smile.
"Ch-yeah!" Leo shouted a little too enthusiastically which caused his mouth to shrink and his cheeks to glow, averting his eyes shyly. Dragan let out a snort before giggling and hugged him close. "You're so adorable, Leo." Leo's face brightened feeling her body against his and began to sweat nervously.

"Woah, you go gurls~!" Mikey shouting, snapping his fingers while bobbing his head side to side.
"Guess you girls are going all out this year, huh?" Raph grinned, crossing his arms over his chest."

"Well, usually, Sara and I have certain themes we pick every year but since she couldn't make it this time I decided to, you know, try something a little different." Kara turned around, flexing her wings til Donnie suddenly turned around, "YOU'RE GORGEOUS!" Both of them stared at one another, their faces on fire.

Mikey leaned over the couch, looking at Raph. "What about you?"
"I'm already in my costume. This is the one night we can go out and people won't look at us like we're freaks."
"You can always dress as a fairy princess." Mikey placed the rubber mask on his head and smiled at him.
"That was ONE TIME!" He shouted at Mikey moving to pounce on him when they heard Donnie's phone ring.

They all glanced over at Donnie as he tried to compose himself. "H-Hey, April! We're just getting ready-"
"Donnie! Casey's turned into a vampire and he's hunting me!"

"Ha! Classic Casey!" Mikey chimed in, laughing while Raph held him down, pulling his arm and shoving his face on the floor.

"I'm serious!"

"Wait, she's telling you the truth!" Kara said remembering why they rushed over here. "My Casey turned into one as well and attacked us!"
"Along wi some wolves."

"There are monsters all over the city! You have to-Agh!" April's screen cut off as she was tackled to the ground.
"April!" Everyone shouted before running out the lair to save her.

They arrived just in time before Casey Jones could bite her, Donnie using his staff to block his mouth. "Casey? What're you doing?" Donnie exclaimed while his brothers tried to restrain him.

"Are you ok, April?" Kara and Dragan bent down on either side of April to make sure wasn't hurt.
"I'm fine. He didn't get a chance to bite me." They all looked up to see Casey throw the guys off him, Leo landing in front of them.
"He's much stronger..than he looks." Leo grunted, slowly sitting up.

Mikey slid next to them, a sudden thought coming to mind. "I got it! A vampire's worst enemy? Garlic anchovy pizza with extra garlic!" Mikey brought out a slice and threw it at Casey, it landing right in his mouth.
"Ugh! Gross, dude!" Casey began to gag and retch, covering his mouth as if he were to vomit. The guys took this opportunity to tackle him, Mikey running behind them with his chain at the ready.

Once he was restrained, Mikey placing the pizza slice in his shirt, they all were able to get a good look at him.

"I can't believe it! Casey really is a vampire!"

Kara bent down close to him to get a good look and nodded. "Yeah, this is exactly how my Casey looked.

"It's not just Casey. The whole city's been overrun by monsters! Real monsters! Vampires, werewolves, you name it!"

"Ye don't think your Casey was the cause o' aw this, do ya?" Dragan looked to Kara worriedly.
"I-I don't know. It couldn't have been just him; he's not a vampire!"

Donnie bent down beside Kara and pulled Casey's upper lip to show his sharp canines. "Whoa! You aren't kidding. We gotta get him back to my lab."

"Do you think you can find a cure, D?" Leo asked him as they all began to stand.

A lone shadow crept up behind the team, now standing over April but before she could react, Casey Jackson grabbed her head, jerking it to the side and bit down causing her to scream out in pain.
"April!"
"CASEY!!"

Kara sucker punched Casey, throwing him off her and he slid to the ground on all fours revealing a large mass of turned people. Dragan turned around to see werewolves were surrounding them on the other side. "Guys, we got trouble. More trouble."

Dragan punched one of the people out of the way to make them a path and they all ran away, the vampires and werewolves running after them. "I'll apologies later, Case!" Kara shouted as they ran.

"Nggh! Feels like my blood is boiling!" April clenched her teeth in pain, holding onto her bite wound.
"Stay with us, April! You have to fight it. Try to concentrate." Donnie stared down worriedly at April, holding her close.

"Come on, this way!" Leo shouted, jumping over a garbage pin to a closed off lot. They all stopped for a moment to catch their breath.
"Where are all these freaks coming from?!" Raph shouted when suddenly a fist burst through the brick wall close to them which caused part of the wall to collapse revealing a large, disfigured creature with electricity sparking out of it's back.

"Kara...you've seen a lot o' horror movies-"
"Not by choice.."
"Ye wouldn't happen tae know who that is do ya?"
Kara gave a weak nod but before she could answer Mikey shouted, "Frankenstein too!"

All of them screamed while running away again but found themselves surrounded.
"No good. Dead end." Raph said while trying to find a way to escape.

Hearing April's groans of pain Donnie went to see if she was ok but before he could do anything she turned around, her eyes glowing like Casey's and shoved them all out of the alley with her powers.

Casey Jones skid to a halt before breaking free of the chain, joining April's side.

"April, this isn't you! You're strong enough to fight it." Kara shouted, standing in front of them protectively.
"But why would I fight it when I feel so good?" April stared at Kara a smirk crossing her lips.

Casey Jackson appeared behind them, his eyes solely on Kara, April moving aside for him. "I can smell your fear, Kara." He said in a hushed tone as if singing a lullaby to a sleeping child, stalking closer to her. "I can smell all of your fears but I can make that fear go away with just. One. Bite." He tilted his head with each word and reached his hand out towards her, smiling.

The world around Kara was spinning and growing dark. She tried to focus and get it to stop moving unaware that it was her that was moving, walking right to him and April.

Dragan stood to her feet moving towards Kara wondering what was wrong when she noticed the color is her eyes was faded. "I'm sorry, Kara.." She raised her hand to knock some sense into her when Kara caught it. She readied herself for a fight but when Kara looked at her, her eyes were back to normal. "Don't worry, Dre, it's going to take a lot more than that to control this mind." Kara turned back towards her turned friends, eyes narrowed in determination.

Dragan stared at her and smiled softly, remembering all the training she had done to strengthen her mind and willpower.

Casey and the others hissed at them starting to close in on them when a bright light came out of a door in the sky. Kara looked up and deadpanned seeing an all too familiar person float out of the doorway and ruin her entrance.

Renet moved her cape from over her head and looked down at them all. "Hang on, guys!" She used her scepter to levitate them all away from the crowd as the turned people tried to reach for them. Kara stared down at her friends in sorrow. "Don't worry, we'll get you back to normal." She looked away all of them floating to a different part of the city.

When they landed Mikey immediately went into Renet's arms. "Turtle Warriors and Friends. I was worried the Time Scepter wouldn't have enough power! Thank goodness you're all ok!"

"All ok? All ok?! What about our friends and the people of the city?! They were turned into monsters! Gah! I knew this had something to do with you!" Kara pointed angrily at Renet. Dragan placed her hand on her head to calm her down but Kara dropped to the ground, crossing her arms in a pout.

"I don't understand. How could this happen? What the heck is going on?!" Leo stared down at the chaos in the streets before turning to Renet.

"It's Savanti Romero. He's behind it!"
"Ye mean that diablo lookin' guy?"
"The evil time dude? I thought we got rid of that ugly jerk."

"He escaped, Mikey, and it's kinda my fault." Renet looked away in shame while Kara shot right back up to her feet, pointing angrily at her. Dragan rolled her eyes and made her sit back down. "Let me give you the Seven-Eleven."
"You mean the Four-One-One?"
"My boss, Lord Simultaneous, wanted me to check up on Savanti where we banished him to the Cretaceous period. He got the jump on me and stole my emergency back-up time jumper. All Time Masters have one in case we get stuck in the past. I was able to track him back here, but I was too late."
"That's not out of the ordinary." Kara muttered under her breath.
"So where did he get aw these monsters? Aren't thay suppose tae be, ya know, not real?"
"They're real alright, and Savanti somehow recruited them on his trip back through time so he can rule the world."
"WHAT?!" Kara shrieked, jumping back to her feet. "You mean to tell me all those folklore, the horror movies...THEY'RE FOR REAL?!"
"Um...y-yes?" Renet answered weakly, holding her scepter in front of her as if it would protect her from Kara's rage.

Before Kara could explode anymore Dragan picked her up and went off to the side to calm her down.
"You really are the worst time traveler ever. The worst!" Now it was Raph's turn to shout but Mikey shoved him away from Renet. "Back off, bro! She needs our help! Don't worry, girl, I got your back. And front." He said giving her finger guns and a wink.

"We have to find a way to stop this madness." Leo rubbed his chin in thought.
"What about the others?" Donnie asked looking from Leo to Renet.
"If my plan succeeds, your friends will return to normal as if it never happened. All we have to do-"

"Ah, Renet."

Everyone gasped and looked up to see none other than Savanti floating above them.

"You actually found me! But far too late!"
"What else is new?!" Kara yelled glaring between him and Renet. He blinked down at her before shaking his head to get back his train of thought.
"In only a matter of days this entire city will be infected, becoming my monster slaves."
"Why?! Why can't you leave us alone?! Start a new life, get a hobby, shoot go on a date for crying out loud!" Dragan covered Kara's mouth wondering why she was acting all crazy. Thinking back to the first time they met Renet and Savanti her thoughts were immediately answered.

Savanti sighed and looked over at the turtles and Renet. "The future will belong to monsters, monsters such as I; Savanti Romero!" He let out an evil cackle.

"That's not gonna happen, lemonhead!" Leo and the others drawn their weapons and rushed him to attack.
"Guys, stop! Remember last ti-" It was too late. Dragan cringed when they smacked right into his bubble shield and sighed when they were thrown back to the ground. She let go of Kara, accidentally dropping her to the ground and got in a fighting, wishing she hadn't left her sword at home.

"I must thank you for finding the turtles. Now I can destroy them and assure my future!"

Renet moved in front of them, holding her scepter out. "Not if I have anything to say about it!" Her scepter began to glow and she raised it above her head, everyone of them floating in the air and into the timensional doorway, it closing before Savanti could get to them.

They floated through the time warp til another door opened for them and they all fell through, landing in sand. One by one everyone began to stand, Leo and Donnie helping the girls up.
"Anyone happen tae know where we are?"
"Or when for that matter?" Kara groaned, rubbing her head some.

"We're in.." Donnie let out a gasp, his eyes sparkling staring off to the side, "Ancient Egypt? Wow! The Egyptian pyramids! And the Sphinx! Look! It still has it's nose!"
"We're THAT far back? This is incredible!" Dragan exclaimed, as excited as Donnie.
"Ooooh, a nose! Big deal! What are we doing here, Renet?"
"Yeah, what does this have to do with Savanti Romero?"

While Renet explained Kara was too busy trying to keep the sand out from between her toes. "The one time I decide to dress up in something different this happens." She grumbles to herself but froze hearing, "So now we're stuck here?"
"We're WHAT?!" Kara was immediately on Renet, staring daggers at her.

"Don't worry! It still has enough power to get us back, I'll just have to conserve it. There won't be a place to plug it in for almost two millennia." Renet squeaked worriedly, showing her the battery life. "Uuuuggggghhhh let's get this over with." All Kara could do was groan out her anger following after the others where the Tomb of the Pharaoh lies.

Finding an entry way that was blocked by mere stones everyone began moving them aside, struggling with how heavy they were.
"Put your shell into it, boys."
"Can ya believe slaves were forced tae nnggghh..carry these large blocks up great distances tae build these pyramids. Thay worked aw day makin', shapin', and buildin' these structures wi their bare hands."
When they cleared the way they had to crawl on their hands and knees to fit through, the guys going first and the girls last.

"Savanti called upon an ancient Egyptian curse to raise the mummy of the Pharaoh. We have to get to the tomb before he does. I'll zap him, reverse the curse, and send Savanti back to his time prison."
"Why don't you just get rid of the guy for good? It's clear he has no means to change himself and all he does is want to rule the world." Kara asked, pulling herself from the hole and stretching herself out.
"It's not my place to lay out his punishments. I'm just an apprentice." Renet looked away.
"And yet, as an apprentice, you are here taking care of the problem." Kara crossed her arms, looking at her.
"That's cause it was my fa-"
"No, it wasn't Renet. It was your teacher, Simultaneous' fault. He's the one who sent you out there to check on Savanti when he should know by now that you tend to screw things up."
"Kara, let's not go that far."
"Yeah, leave her alone. She's just-"

"I know I screw up, ok?!"

Everyone stopped and looked at Renet.

"I know to you guys I'm just the worst time traveler and a major screw up. And Lord S probably gave me this job thinking I couldn't mess it up..but I ended up doing it anyways. I try so hard..so very hard to fix what mistakes I make but sometimes I need help. I'm sorry this happened. I'm sorry your friends were turned to monsters and your day was ruined by me but you guys are the only ones I know that can help me, that I trust to get it right in the end and save the day. After all, you guys have done it many times." She gave Kara a weak yet apologetic smile, shrugging her shoulders some.

Kara stared at her, her arms loosening around her chest before she let out a heavy sigh. "Fine, I get it. Let's just get this over with. Maybe next time send him into a volcano..in the Cretaceous period."

Now that the drama was out of the way everyone finally noticed the writing on the wall. Literally.
"Whooa. What's with all that graffiti?"
"They're hieroglyphics. Egyptian writing was based on pictorial symbols that represented words rather than individual letters."
"Think o' it like communicatin' wi nothin' but emoji's, Mikey."
"Oooh. Awesome!"

"Now to use my custom nerd-approved translator app. Hehe, I knew this would come in hand-"
"If mortal flesh enters...this tomb..the livin' shall die while the...no, while death shall rise!" Dragan had her hands over the hieroglyphics as if she were reading them. When she turned around everyone was staring at her, wide eyed, Donnie frozen in place. "What?"

"You speak Egyptian-nese?!" Mikey shouted.
"Since when?!" Kara chimed in.

"What? Ye guys know I'm a history geek."

Everyone looked up in thought remembering Dragan in class beating Donnie to the punch at every history question, quiz, and test. They all looked back at her and shrugged.

"Well, when Mrs. Christine was teachin' us about Egypt I became interested an studied on how tae read hieroglyphics is aw." Dragan rubbed the back of her head.
"Ooooooooh." They said in unison.
"Oh, snap! A freaky curse, yo!" Mikey shouted while smacking Donnie's phone out of his hands making him deadpan and sigh.

"Don't worry, Mikey. Most tombs were inscribed with warnings not to disturb the dead; but it's just superstition."

"Um, cool. If it's all the same, can you go first?" Raph chuckles while holding his hands out for Renet to go first. Kara shakes her head with a sigh going before them, Dragan right behind her. When they entered the next room Donnie and Dragan were geeking out looking over the different hieroglyphics. "So grokking cold!" Renet shouted their excitement.

Raph walked a ways from them and let out a startled yell, sighing in relief to see it was just a drawing. "Heh, looked like Rahzaar for a second."
"He did hold himself high in the poll like a god, huh?" Kara grinned at him, crossing her arms."Over here!" They heard Renet call out and went over to where the rest were gathered.

"What is it, some kind of riddle? Donnie? Dragan?"
"Here, let me tak a look."

"Wait, a riddle? Like a booby trap? Eek! This is a bad idea, dude!" Mikey grabbed onto Renet in panic.
"It wouldn't be if ye would let me concentrate." Dragan muttered while trying to stay focused.

Donnie shook his head and pressed a button on his phone. "You watch too many horror movies. There are no booby traps in Egyptian pyramids."

Kara decided to see for herself and closed her eyes, tapping her foot on the ground, only to immediately open them. "Wait, Donnie, don't-!" Donnie stepped on a stone that gave way from his weight which caused spikes to come out of the ceiling and slowly come down towards them.

"I told you! What did I say?!" Mikey screamed.

"Figure out the translation yet?" Kara asked her patience starting to run thin.
"If I'm readin' this right it says, "Only a worthy protector shall enter."

"That could mean anything!" Donnie began to panic and looked around for an answer.

"No, it doesn't... Quick! Everyone look for Sobek. He's the one wi the crocodile shaped head!"

Everyone looked around the room and Mikey was the one to find him, pressing the button before the wall could get close to crushing them all.

"Of course, brilliant Dragan! Sobek was the protector of Kings." Renet smiled brightly at Dragan giving her a hug.
"Heh, Dragan's ma name an history is ma game." She said while giving her finger guns.

"And if my eyes don't deceive me then our next doorway will be appearing...now." Kara pointed towards the other side of the room where indeed a secret passage opened up for him.

"How did you know?" Leo asked curiously.

Kara grinned and tapped the side of her eye. "I can see through vibrations, remember? I was able to see the traps that were in the room as well as the hidden doorway."

"Really? That's so awesome, Kara!" Renet hopped excitedly having heard of her skills but never actually seeing them in person. Kara gave her a small smile and turned to head downwards first, the trip not having been scary at all so far.

The further down they went the more mummies they found within holes made in the wall. "It's very unusual to have so many mummies buried in one tomb."
"No-"
"Not necessarily," Donnie interrupted Dragan, holding his finger up."Often, families would reuse the same coffins and move the old mummies out." Donnie smirked at Dragan who narrowed his eyes at him accepting an unvoiced challenge of smarts.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, very interesting." Mikey wiggled his hands in Donnie's face to stop him from continuing on and walked up to the mummified bodies. "They're not so scary, though. They're just wrinkly, smelly, and have terrible fashion sense."
"As long as they stay the way they are then that is fine by me." Kara shook her head and walked towards the others, following them down the stairs.

"The wrappin's are actually part o' the mummification process, one o' the wys tae preserve the body. Ya see-"
"They had priests and sorcerers of magic preserve their bodies for the afterlife-"
"By removin' their organs from the body an placin' them in different canopic jars-"
"Then wrapped the body and placed it inside the-"

"Ok, we get it already! Enough with the history lessons, Geez!" Raph stared at Dragan and Donnie who were now head to head glaring at each other.

Kara placed her hand to her forehead with a sigh but smiled at the two nerds. "We can't dilly-dally any longer. The sooner we find the Pharaoh's coffin the sooner we can stop Savanti." She walked past Mikey and Raph to catch up with the others. Due to the sand the floor was slippery for her and when she took another step she slipped and began to stumble forward. "Whoooa, not good.." She waved her arms to try and catch herself but failed and went falling forward. Donnie turned around, hearing her, and moved in front of her, catching her before she could fall. "Don't worry, I gotcha." He said, holding her close. Both of them immediately blushed as but continued standing the way they were; Kara with her left leg planted on the step in between Donnie's legs and her right lifted slightly off the ground leaning into him with her hands on his plastron. They stared at each other dreamily when Mikey's scream forced them to snap back to reality.

Donnie set Kara back down on her feet and looked around to see the mummies coming to life.

Kara's eyes widened and she let out a scream. "This is exactly what I DIDN'T want to happen!"
"Quickly! Down the stairs!" Renet shouted. Donnie and Leo slashed at the mummies, creating a path for them all to go down to when suddenly the stairs changed to a slide and they began to slide down towards a pit. Kara saw an opening on the other side and narrowed her eyes. "Video games, don't fail me now!" She waited for the right moment and pushed off the ground, jumping to the other side and made it with her feet dangling over the edge. She pulled herself up and was shoved out of the way when Dragan jumped as well, landing where she was.
"Ooch, sorry Kara." She helped her to her feet when she saw the boys were having trouble, the mummies climbing down the wire, mechanical spiked wheels underneath them.

"Try reaching the other side!" Leo shouted, Donnie pulling out his grappling hook, it catching the edge. One by one they began to climb the wire, Kara and Dragan helping them up. When it was Mikey's turn the mummies were climbing all over him but Renet smacked them away, all of them turning to dust when they fell into the wheels.

Mikey smiled at her while taking her hand and gave Donnie his staff that he managed to grab back. "Thanks, Mikey." Donnie holstered it just before turning around and seeing they had arrived.

"Guys, we're here. The Pharaoh's Chamber."

One by one they entered the chamber, the walls decorated with hieroglyphics and tall statues of the gods in every corner. "Amazing! A completely undisturbed chamber of a Pharaoh!" Donnie and Dragan stared around the room, mouth agape in awe.

Once they all stepped in they could hear low rhythmic mumbling til the dishes the statues were holding burst into flames, lighting the whole room up. In the center of the room was the Pharaoh's tomb untouched.

"Yes! We made it here before Savanti! That is the cat's pajamas!" Renet hopped excitedly.
"There's no way that chump is getting the mummy now!" Raph grinned.
"Booyakabunga~" Mikey wiggled his arms at the tomb, grinning.

Kara noticed the mumbling had continued and she blinked when she heard the sound of something scraping against a solid object. "Please...don't tell me.." She slowly glanced towards the tomb and saw the cover was moving, The Pharaoh rising out of his tomb.

"Uh..what was that again about the living dying and the dead rising?" Leo asked, reaching his hand for his sword.
"We may have made a mistake entering the tomb." Renet took a step back til she heard a familiar laughter and turned around to see none other than Savanti himself.

"Ah, I must thank you for doing my hard work for me. You led me right into the tomb and even stumbled into the curse! Now the Mummy of the Pharaoh is mine to command!" Savanti began walking up to the Pharaoh, bowing his head low. "Great Pharaoh, Lord of the Nile, Ruler of Egypt, heed me! These mortal infidels have disturbed your sacred tomb. Join me and destroy them, and the world will be ours!"

"We're the ones that woke him up. Maybe we can reason with him?" Leo looked to Renet unsure.
"Why couldn't you have been an Egyptian knight or something?"
Dragan gave Kara a look but had a thought and stepped up besides Savanti, bending to one knee with her arms crossed over her chest and bowing her head. "Amazin' an noble Pharaoh, please accept ma most humble of apologies, we did not mean tae disturb your eternal rest." She could feel his breath on her head but she kept her head bowed, staring at the floor nervously, continuing on. "Please return tae your place o' rest so we can set things right an hae ye be at peace in the Afterlife."

The guys were watching nervously waiting to see what would happen. When nothing was happening she slowly lifted her head to see his dark sockets staring not only at her but through her soul. She clenched her fist, sweat trickling down her face when he suddenly slammed his staff on the ground, the Ankh and the end glowing bright and Dragan was thrown down the stairs, smacking into the wall next to the guys, her feet dangling over her head. "Well, ugh, it was worth a shot." She groaned while Renet looked at the others nervously. "I don't suppose any of you know ancient Sumerian? Heh?"

The Pharaoh sent his magic on them, forcing them to run around and drop to the ground.

"Use your magic wand!"
"The scepter is too low on power!"
"Yeah, do you want us to be stuck here, Raph! Find another way!" Kara jumped to her feet and saw the sand bird was flying at her. She unclipped her gloves from her belt and slipped them on while charging for the Pharaoh and when she was close enough dove out of the way, his attack hitting him instead. She smirked til she saw it didn't do much and sighed running at him and jumped up, sending a kick to his head. She blinked when he stood still and let out a yell as he grabbed her foot and threw her at Donnie and Leo, Donnie getting a butt to his face. She flopped down in their laps and groaned in annoyance while pushing herself up. "He's a lot tougher than he looks." She ran back at him, ignoring Donnie's dazed look and with Leo's help, began to fight him off.

The Pharaoh summoned his weapons, a Crook and Flail, and charged at Leo, who crossed his swords to block his attack. Kara hopped onto his sarcophagus and jumped into the air, planting both her feet to his face, pressing down as hard so she could to get him away from Leo but he turned his head to look at her and pushed her off of him, using his crook to catch her by the foot, and throw her away again; landing right on Donnie again just as he managed to snap out of it. "Ok, this is starting to hurt." She mumbled into Donnie's plastron both of them laying on the ground.

Dragan and Mikey were fighting off Savanti, Mikey holding him by the neck while clinging to his back and Dragan punching him in the stomach and chest then swung her foot under his hooves to drop him to the ground. Savanti roared in frustration and grabbed Mikey, throwing him over his shoulders and back handed Dragan, throwing her into the wall. Mikey skid to a halt and brought out his nun-chucks smacking him with it and forcing him backwards. Dragan ran at his side, grabbing is arm and hoisted herself up, sending a kick across his face. She slid backwards away from his as Mikey wrapped his chain around his arm and went to pull but Savanti grabbed the chain and activated his bubble shield pulling Mikey towards him and making him smack into the shield. Mikey started crawling backwards when Savanti released she shield and started spewing fire from his mouth. Dragan jumped on his shoulders, forcing his mouth closed and pulled out the pepper-spray, using it on him. Savanti let out a scream of pain and started thrashing around, holding his eyes and slammed his back into the walls to try and get her off. She grunted whenever her back hit the wall but she held on, trying to get him off his feet.

Donnie, Leo, Kara, and Raph all tried to take the Pharaoh down together. Donnie used the smoke bomb as a diversion, he, Kara, and Raph would run past him, attacking him til the Pharaoh cleared the smoke and Leo jumped off a statue and sliced his head clean off. Donnie and Raph pumped their fist thinking the had him but Kara held her arm out to stop them, glaring at the still standing body. Leo let out a scream when the head looked at him and he kicked it towards them, the head smacking Kara and knocking her backwards before landing on Raph who began to jumble with it til it levitated on it's own and went back to it's owner. Donnie bent down to help Kara up just as the Pharaoh stuck his head back on and began to walk towards them. They all yelled and ran away.

"Is there any way to reverse the mummy's curse?" Leo shouted, hopping over the steps, looking to Renet.
"Maybe the inscription on the sarcophagus!"
"On it!" Donnie and Dragan shouted, she landing right next to him but when he gave her a pouty look she sighed. "Och, fine, ya do it." Donnie smiled at her and ran up to the sarcophagus while Dragan went back to aid Mikey.

"How's the translation going, Donnie?" Kara had her blades out and was holding the Pharaoh back but she was beginning to lose to his immense strength til Raph jumped on his back and began pounding his face in, Leo running after them.

"All I can figure out is something about "The Pharaoh must rest in the world to move on to the next.""

The Pharaoh grabbed Raph and threw him over his shoulders but he caught his footing and hopped to his feet right next to Leo. "Then let's put him back in his coffin." Leo sheathed his swords and he, Raph, and Kara began trying to push him towards the sarcophagus but Kara's wings were starting to poke the two, making them lose focus.
"Grr, take those stupid things off, Kara."
"Sorry I didn't have time to change, Raph!" She moved backwards before charging and jumping onto his torso, grabbing his head and swinging her legs under him to try and get him to go down but he refused to move and sent his sand bird at them all, forcing them away. The Pharaoh held his hand out to send another attack their way when a canopic jar hit him in the head, shattering to pieces, ashes of one of his organs laying at his feet. He looked over to see Donnie tossing another one in the air, smirking at him.

"Donnie! What're ye doin'! Do ye know the historical value o' that?!" Dragan shrieked, tensing up at the destruction of the jar and knowing how much it would anger the Pharaoh. She was correct for he went straight for him. Kara followed after the Pharaoh while Leo grabbed Raph's attention and jerked his head for him to follow and they ran to one of the statues, climbing to the top.

Donnie rolled out of the way of Pharaoh's attack but blinked when he heard snakes. He let out a yelp when they wrapped around him, lifting him up off the ground and towards the Pharaoh. Pharaoh growled, as he brought Donnie close and stared right into his eyes, the snakes gripping tighter around his torso. He grunted and let out a yell when he felt his body beginning to decay.

Leo and Raph began pushing against the statue using their feet, the bottom part starting to crack and make way.

"The scepter is mine!" Savanti shouted while chasing after Renet and Mikey. Renet turned around and vaulted the scepter above Savanti's head making him go back and jump for it. Dragan ran at a wall and stepped two steps before pushing off it and grabbing the scepter before Savanti could get his hands on it. He stared at her in shock as she gave him a wink, holding it to her chest, just as Mikey's chain wrapped around his ankle. Mikey smirked and jumped off the statue he was on, the chain wrapped over the arm and swung towards Savanti shouting, "Cowabunga!" before sending a kick to his stomach and knocking him to the ground. Savanti groaned and began to get up when Renet stepped in front of him and punched him with her knuckle busters, knocking him down again.

Dragan walked up to Renet and handed her the scepter when she heard Kara calling out to her. She saw Kara trying to lift the cover up but was having difficulty. She noted the panicked look on her face and saw Donnie was slowly becoming a mummy himself. She ran up to the other side of the sarcophagus and they both started lifting it up but it was more heavy than she realized. She blinked when it suddenly felt weightless and turned to see Renet using her scepter to levitate it and dropped it onto the Pharaoh's head, forcing him to let go of Donnie.

Kara rushed over to him, pulling him away from danger and dropped to his side as he let out gasps of air, his body returning to normal while Mikey wrapped his chucks around the Pharaoh's legs to keep him from moving. He was struggling to keep him there so Dragan ran to him, placed her hands over the chain and pulled as well.

Leo and Raph let out a yell and gave it their all til the statue finally broke and fell right on top of the Pharaoh, pushing him inside the sarcophagus.

Once Donnie was back to himself Kara helped him stand and they both walked over to Leo and Raph.

Savanti came to and and Renet was over him, pointing the scepter right at him. "Now to send you back to your gross Prehistory Prison!" The scepter began to glow, humming softly. Mikey was right next to her and wiggled his fingers in a goodbye wave. Dragan was on her other side in a fighting stance.

Savanti stared and her a smirk etched on his face. "I don't think so."

Leo and Raph felt the statue rumble and looked down before a large blast of light sent them flying as well as Donnie and Kara, destroying the statue and the sarcophagus cover. The Pharaoh stood at the center, staring down at them as Savanti walked in front of him, holding out the back-up jumper and opened a door for them to escape through.

"No!" Kara, Donnie, and Leo ran after them but the door closed before they could get close.
"We had him!" Donnie shouted.

"Oh, grok! This is all my fault!" Renet dropped to her knees, staring at the floor in defeat. Mikey and Dragan bent down next to her, placing their hands on her in a comforting way.

"There's still a chance to catch up to him, right?" Leo turned around and looked at her.
"But if I mess up again, I don't know how many charges the scepter will have left."

"Then we won't mess up." Kara said making them all turn to her. "We can still turn the tide on this fight. We can't start thinking about defeat now or we'll never win. You came to us for a reason and we're going to show you what we can do; what we've always done: Win." Kara walked up to Renet and held her hand out for her while giving her the usual Kara grin.

Renet stared up at her and reached her hand out, grabbing it, and was pulled to her feet. She continued to stare before she wrapped her arms around her in a hug, giving her a squeeze. Kara blinked in surprise but sighed and hugged her back.

"So thare's the Kara I use tae know." Dragan crossed her arms with a smile.

"Kara's right. We can't and won't give up, not now. Not when April, Casey's, and the rest of our city is at stake." Leo walked next to them, placing a hand on Renet's shoulders.
"Thanks, Leo. You really are a totally tubular leader." Renet hugged him as well making Mikey tense up in jealously.

"So where tae now, Renet?"

"According to the scepter, Savanti is traveling to the Middle Ages. It should have enough power for two more jumps..I hope."

"Middle ages? Sounds like home tae me!" Dragan clenched her fist in excitement thinking she'd be able to see her ancestor again.

"Aww, yeah!"
"Middle Ages, here we come!"
Renet opened another door for them, Dragan, Leo, Donnie, and Kara running in first all of them hollering. Raph was next to go in but walked towards it, grumbling, "I hate time travel." He let out a yell when Renet kicked him in then she turned around holding her hand out to Mikey. He gasped, his eyes pupils dilating like a puppy in love and took hold of her hand as they both jumped through the door, flying for their next destination.
