After leaving the house I got into my awesome man car, a Chevy convertible that's blue. I drive to Bella's house and I'm in luck; Bella's home. I quickly pull in and knock on her door. I knock twice more before I hear her footsteps coming towards the door.
"What do you want?" said Bella.
"What no 'Hello Damon it's nice to see you' or 'Hello devilishly handsome Damon that I would love to do anything for you'? I'm mean you should be delighted that I grace you with my presence." I batted my eyelashes at her. She stared at me unsmiling.
"No, why don't you leave?" she asked. "That would make me happy then to see your ugly face."
"Meow, the kitten has claws huh?" I smirked and raised an eyebrow.
"I'm going to run you over one day." Bella said while moving aside to let inside the house.
"I like to see you try." Bella walked into the dining room where I checked her out in yoga pants that made her butt look wonderful and a tank-top that look a little wore out. I looked around the room since I haven't been in this room yet but it had a dark cherry table that look big enough to fit six people around it comfortably and the walls were painted in like a light blue color mixed with white and a chandelier hanging from the ceiling. It was a very nice room. While I was lost in thought Bella went back to her homework. I sat down next to her and picked up a piece of paper that was full of notes about math. She snatched it out of my hands and put it back down on the table.
"What did you come here for?" she asked and before I could say anything "and cut to the point."
"Fine." I said. "I killed Katherine, and no I didn't get any information out of her." Bella raised her eyebrow. "Annnnnd what else? I know you want something from me."
"I want to know what you know about Klaus."
"Nope, nuh uh not going there." Bella shook her head at me.
"Why?" I asked my eyes narrowing, "what are you hiding?" "Nothing." "Then tell me." I snarled at her while leaning towards her. "It involves more than me." "Look Damon I'll tell you later after I finish my homework." "Fine but I'm not leaving." "Whatever just go into the other room." As I was walking through doorway to the hallway that lead I turned around just enough to see her sideways. "I know where your secrets lie, Bella." I walked out and past the front door into the living room. I was surprised that Bella didn't come after me but I did hear sigh. I turned on the T.V. to pass time.
2 hours later….
I was watching the news when Bella came in. "Dinners ready." She said then left. I walked to the dining room to see grilled cheese laid out on plates. "You didn't need to go all the way out for me Bella." Bella smiled and said "Yea, you're a pretty big deal." "Yes I am." We ate in silence for the rest of the time. As soon as we were done Bella took our plates and cleaned up. I followed her into the kitchen and all I could see was expensive chrome appliances and granite counters. "Follow me." Bella said softly. She then went throughout the house making sure to lock all windows and doors and putting down the curtains so it was turning darker throughout the house. Then she made sure the alarm was on then took my hand and started leading me towards her room. We were still in silence. She lead me into her room and told me to take off my shoes and jacket while she did the same. She walked into her bathroom where I found everything at before. I sat on her bed and waited for her. She came out of the bathroom holding pictures and things I've never seen before. "As I told you before about my cousins, they have a big part in this." She pulled out the picture of Klaus and that black thing. "Damon that thing is what they call a demon. They are powerful and mean. The males are bigger than the females, they are half werewolf and half vampire but they're also witches and wizards that what makes them so dangerous with everything mixed inside of them." "There is a legend about a demon, the moon, the devil. It says the moon turns red every hundred years that marks the devils child turning into a demon. It can be either male or female. You can only be born a demon or if you're mated to a demon the mate will change you into a demon to be more compatible to them. What the demons usually look like, as you can see here red eyes with black scaly skin with wings, a tail, claws, razor sharp teeth, a black tongue. There are legends about demons blood about being venomous to any vampire or werewolf that tries to drink it." Bella wasn't looking at me but rather staring past me to a wall and she looked so deep in thought that I didn't want to disturb her and ask if that was it. Silence fell between us for a few minutes before she spoke again. "The only reason why Klaus is in this picture because we were seeing if demons showed up on film. He was going to be food before someone else intervened telling us that if he died then thousands of other vampires he created would die. So we stopped her and warned to stay away from our territory never step foot onto it again." "That demon in that picture is Rose-A-Bell, and the others are demons as well." "Does that mean you're a demon to?" I whispered because I was afraid (not that I'd tell anyone) that the feeling between us would vanish as soon as I talked louder than a whisper. "I don't know." Bella said softly. "Why?" "Because I haven't turned on the full moons like we're supposed to." She looked disheartening; I scooted closer to her and pulled her on my lap. She laid her head on my shoulder. I thought over what she said, does that mean we have a chance at Klaus? Is she a demon? What if she's the devils child? What does this mean for us? I was so confused and Bella look tired so I suggested to go to bed. Bella nodded and got up to grab the things off her bed and put them on her dresser and put on her pajamas while I stripped to my boxers and shirt. Bella pulled the covers down, they were black silk. We laid together in silence both lost in our own thoughts before drifting off to sleep.
Next day….
I woke up before Bella and looked at the clock and it read 5:09a.m I figured to let Bella sleep till six before waking her up. I walked downstairs to make coffee, black and strong. I wondered what else Bella was going to tell me I was grateful that she was telling me all of this and I was going to make her my girlfriend today no matter what it took. I looked at the clock and that it was 5:53 I put my cup down and started walking back the stairs while grabbing my phone from my jacket. I opened the door to Bella's bedroom and saw her sleeping form and then had a great idea.
"Cannon ball!" I yelled while jumping on the bed. "WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?" Bella screamed at while I just smirked at her. "You wound me Bella thinking there something wrong with me." I pouted. "Yes because normal people jump on people beds at six in the morning to wake them up." She said while rolling her eyes. "Who said I was normal and remember I'm not human." I whispered in her ear. I put back on the clothes I had yesterday and zoomed out of the room. She came down the stairs while I was cooking breakfast. "Thank you Damon," she said when I serve her. "It's known to happen now and again." She smiled and I smiled back her, a real smile not a smirk or anything else. I looked down at my food before I looked at her again. "Bella I have to ask you something." She looked at me in confusion before fear and suspicion. "It's not anything bad, I promise." "Okay she said slowly." "I want-I mean will yo- just fuck it." I said and grabbed her face and kissed her. She gasped in surprised and stood still for a split second then started kissing me back. I grabbed her hair at the base of her neck and lick her bottom lip for entrance into her mouth. She pulled away when she felt that. "What was that?" she asked gasping for breath, chest heaving as if she ran a mile. "Kissing duh." I said rolling my eyes. I walked over to her and put my forehead against her and asked her in a whisper "Will you be my girlfriend?" She sucked in a breath and looked at me with wide eyes. "Just forgot it Bella neve-""Yes." "Yes?" "Yes I will." I smiled at her and pulled her flush to my body. She giggled. "Good that means I can do this whenever I want now." I smirked and kissed her again, I tried to put into the kiss that I would never hurt her; I would always protect from the dangers of the outside world that would eventually invade and break our little happy bubble we have now. When we pulled back Bella lips were full and red looking thoroughly kissed. We stood there for a few minutes before my phone went off, I looked down at the screen to see it was Stefan calling me. "Hello." "Damon we have a problem." Stefan said quickly. "What is it this time?" I asked. "Klaus." He said then hung up. "What is it Damon?" Bella asked. "Klaus I guess is back." "Well looks like he in for a surprise." Bella said smirking. "Yea he is." I laughed a little bit. Bella looked at the clock and said "I have class today but it's only till 3 so want to meet me back here?" "Sure." I said. I kissed her forehead said "I'm going to go home and change have fun at school." "Yes because school is so much fun." I smirked at her comment and grabbed my jacket and left. I groaned because how bright the sun was shining and I was used to how dark Bella made her house. I narrowed my eyes till they adjusted to the light and walked to my car. I got in to drive to our house to see what was wrong with Klaus now. When I got there I heard silence and walked slowly to the front porch and saw Klaus standing there fuming. "They won't talk to you huh? Can't say that I blame them?" I asked him smirking at him. "Well since they won't talk to me I guess I have to talk to you then won't I?" Klaus said as he was walking towards me. I narrowed my eyes at him as he came closer to me. "What do you want Klaus?" I asked. "Well you see I ran into a little problem, and I need a witch and since you have one here oh so handy I was going to use her." I raised my eyebrow, "You really think that were going to just hand over Bonnie for you to use for no one knows what, possibly killing her to help you?" "Yes because this my way of asking nicely and doing the easy way instead of the hard way but if you want to do it that way we can." Klaus said. "What do you want Bonnie for anyway? Maybe she'll say yes if she knows what you want her for." "Ah that is well between me and Bonnie, Damon when I get her." He said while getting closer to me. I wanted to punch him. "Yea well I can't with you not being sharing on that part." I shrugged and started walking towards the house. "Well fine if want to do it the hard way we will." Klaus said before running at me and flipping me over and slamming me into a tree. "Ugh." I groaned. I tried to get up but Klaus was faster than me and yelled out to the gang inside to hear him "If you want to do this the hard Bonnie we will, just start telling me which one you want to die first? Let's start with Damon here since he is so willing." Klaus threw against another tree and then he dragged me in front of them from where they were inside the house, they could see me from a window and Klaus grabbed a branch from nearby stabbed me right in the stomach. "Ugh you baster I hate you." I spit out blood on the ground besides me. Bonnie ran out of the house and yelled "Okay, okay I'll help you just please stop." Klaus smiled and said "Good girl." I pulled out the stick in my stomach and pressed my hand against it to stop the bleeding. I got up and pushed back Klaus when I walked passed him. Klaus smiled sickly sweet at me and said "No hard feelings huh Damon?" I growled at him. I got closer to the house where Bonnie was standing while Klaus was walking closer to talk to her; I grabbed her arm and ran inside the house before Klaus could get to her. "Thanks Damon." I grunted at her and walked upstairs to my room to shower to get off all the blood on me. I peeked outside to see Klaus seething and laughed as he walked away. I jumped in the shower and washed quickly and wrapped a towel around me as I picked out what to wear. "Let's see." I murmured to myself. Ah black jeans with a dark blue shirt and my famous black leather jacket that all the ladies couldn't resist. I walked downstairs to see everyone in the living room talking. They looked up at me when I walked in. "Where were you last night?" Stefan asked. "Bella's house." I said walking over to the liquor cabinet and grabbing my favorite scotch and poured a glass. "Why were you over there?" Elena asked. "Because I can be." I said. I wasn't giving them any information until Bella got here to explain to them, I'm not going to be demon food. "What we need to do is to try to figure out why Klaus wants Bonnie for something." I said while sipping my scotch. "Well isn't he some kind of a hybrid right?" Jeremy asked. "So what if he can't like do anything because one side of him is fighting his other side and he wants to bring them together?" "Okay that's a good point." Elena said. I snorted into my cup. "No his sides aren't fighting himself, what I bet is that he will be stronger when he brings both his sides together." I said while sneering slightly at Jeremy. "Yea that's seems more of a logical reason." Said Stefan. "But why would he come here to see if Bonnie was here and not at her house?" Stefan asked quietly. I rolled my eyes because sometimes they don't see the connection. "Well let's see Stefan Elena is your right? Yes and Bonnie's one of her best friend's right? Well let's see and they spend time here? Oh I get it now, Klaus would check here because she spends time you idiot!" Stefan glared at me while I smiled sweetly at him. "Shut up Damon." Stefan growled at me. "No need to get all hussy Stefan because you're too slow to see things." "Hey!" Elena yelled, "We can't fight amongst each other, otherwise he'll get to us. And I don't want that to happen to us." Elena looked sadly at us because she was right. "Okay." I said. I looked over at Bonnie and said "Do you have any idea about hybrids? Anything thing in those hocus pocus books you have?" Bonnie glared at me and said "They are not hocus pocus books Damon and I'll check. Why don't you see if there's anything on the internet that matches what we're looking for Damon." "Fine I will." "I'll look in our library to see if we have anything them either." Stefan said. Elena followed him along with Caroline. Jeremy followed Bonnie out the door to go to her house. I walked back up to my room grabbed my laptop and flopped on my bed, California King Size of course. It quickly booted up and brought up Google. I typed in vampire hybrids and clicked on the first couple of links which were dumb looking so I clicked back to the search page and click on one in Italian. I didn't need to put to English because I could read it. It was a book and you could buy it from a bookstore in Port Angeles called Thunderbird and Whale bookstore, I quickly bought and had it shipped here. I shut down my computer after that and put it away. I flopped back down on my bed and closed my eyes, I thought of Bella and what we could do now since she was my girlfriend that I wanted to do before but couldn't compel her to do so, but that the past and I'll just enjoy it now. I looked at my phone and set a alarm for 2:30p.m so I could meet Bella back at her house, I fell asleep quickly after that.
