Bella's pov

"Jasper!" I cried, flinging myself forward, trying to grab onto his wrists but losing my grip "Jasper let him go!" i pulled and yanked on jaspers arm as the human slowly turned purple.

"Jasper" Peter snapped from behind him, and he let go of the human. Who was breathing deeply. I stumbled my way between jasper and the human as charlotte checked on the bruised male. Jasper's black eyes pierced through mine, and I felt a flurry of butterflies inside me.

"Jasper" I whispered, reaching for his face, but he slapped my hand away. Very fast, very sudden. I stepped back as his eyes trained on me. He quickly walked towards the entrance, the human crowd parting for him. And I swear I saw a flash of Alice. I scattered after them, and I managed to catch them in the parking lot. "Alice! Jasper!"

They paused, before alice turned round "Bella. I believe it would be better if you just went home"

"What the hell?" I voiced my thoughts "You're all away for a week, And you expect me to..what? sit around moping, awaiting your return? Ive done that my whole life thanks very much!" I didn't realize I was yelling, until later on.

"I came out for FUN,and you know what? Ive been having it!"

"Fun Pissed as a human" Jasper sneered, not facing me. I took a few steps forward, before glaring. Alice set her gaze down, slightly terrified.

"Yes" I hissed out "Because peter was showing me the world"

"He wasn't just showing you that though was he?!" Jasper yelled, spinning round on his heel. His body screamed danger, but sure as hell did mine. My anger surfaced from no where, maybe it was mine. Or his. Or maybe it was induced by the alcohol.

Either was I was pissed off.

I sprinted towards him, intending to take him from the right. But before I knew it he had me hanging above the ground, by my neck. I laughed with no humor.

"What. Are you going to kill me too? Or leave bruises?. Please" I sneered "do me the pleasure"

"Bella!" Alice gasped from the side of the lott "It's the blood, you don't mean it!"

"Blood?" Jasper looked at me warily "You had blood?"

"Can it Alice" I hissed, my face transforming into a monster. My hand curled, and I slapped jasper. Hard, much harder than I slapped the human. The boom exploded around us. And the shock of it, made jasper drop me. I swiped from under him, but he caught himself, milliseconds before impact. He growled, and I crouched low to mirror his pose, hissing.

He tried the same trick, swiping under me, but I jumped and swung high, handing a kick to his head. He rocked back onto his back. And I pinned him down with my arms and legs. I hissed and my teeth were on full view. My venom dripped on him.

And it was clear that I fully intended to bite him.

I leaned down, and almost as I was at my mark, I felt myself being yanked away by the waist. I began screaming and thrashing like an animal, hissing, yowling. Everything. my eyes never left Jaspers, and I felt no love for him there. None at all.

I was yanked and pulled by people with strange faces, as I called our curses to jasper and alice alike.

"I know you're secret" I sang to both of them as I was rounding a corner "I know both your dirty secrets. Thought you can keep it from me? Well its all on view now!" I laughed like a maniac as I was pulled. FAR away from the two vampires.

"Isabella come back" someone whispered in my ear, and after the red haze cleared,I realized it was Edward. On my other side stood Peter, and behind peter was charlotte.

I crumpled to the ground sobbing and wailing "Oh what have I done?"

"Honey, shh" Charlotte came forward to comfort me, but Peter blocked her with his arm. she bared her teeth, but peter tapped his head. Meaning he saw something that would endanger her. Probably a missing limb.

Instead it was Edward who dropped down beside me, and once again, pulled me into his arms. Hushing my sobs.

"I think you both better go home, take the car, we will walk" Peter nodded against charlottes protests, and dragged her along. Until they were gone.

"Im a fool Edward!" I cried into his shirt "I was an idiot to get intoxicated, hell, I was an idiot to not leave the house!" Edward roughly grabbed me by the shoulders to face him, I sagged against his grip as I looked through my lashes at his face. He was angry, but determined.

"No. You were an idiot to fall against Jaspers rule" He told me firmly, and I was instantly confused. Rule? What?. I let my shield down on myself and Edwards heads. So he could hear me, and me only. I didn't want to speak. My voice may stutter.

He read my confusion in my head before he spoke again.

"Ever since you joined this family, After the first week. You haven't been you. You let the Jasper control you. Becoming his puppet, sure. Some of your choices were you. But there is no spark anymore, no life. Just being pulled by the strings. Do you understand?" he looked closely into my eyes and I nodded. Letting it sink in

"By him having so much control, you're instinct to break free is causing you not to think rationally. Do you remember when you were alone? The thinking, the carefulness, the danger? It was scary yes, but it was you"

"So in emmetts words…I was knocked up by love" I asked, in which I got a nod. I sighed deeply, closing my eyes "what do I do now? How do I break away?"

"You don't" his answer caused me to give him a baffled look "You don't break away, you leave to clear you're head, then with a clear head mentally. You deal with jasper." I looked at him warily as he helped me stand

"Are you sure you're just not trying to get rid of me?" I hiccupped as we slowly walked at a human pace through the forest. "It wouldn't be the first time id have been disowned"

He flinched and I felt instantly guilty. Bad call. But it was true

"We wouldn't do that. And if they chose to, I wouldn't follow. I think of you as muchas a sister as Emmett does iss" he looked at me with so much love I had to smile back before he turned serious again

"You have to understand, This isn't jasper. It's the mating call making jaspers beast get rilled up. It will calm down eventually, soon hopefully" I nodded as we continued walking.

"Will he be at the house?" I asked after an hour of silence. I had no idea where we were, but Edward seemed familiar with the area so I let it go quickly.

"Yes. and most likely wanting to speak to you"

"Do I speak to him?" I asked, thinking everything I learnt over.

"No"

"okay"

Our walks slowly became into jogs, that became into runs, that became into sprints. And we were back at the house in a matter of a few minutes sprinting.

I looked at Edward, as we emerged from the woods. Edward offered his arm and I took it, giving it a slight squeeze. We made our way to the front porch, and opened the door.

I want expecting the whole family to have returned, but they had. And I was ingulffed by esme the second both feet were over the threshold.

"Isabella!" Esme cried relived and happy. I wasn't sure how much she knew, so I wouldn't mention it. Unless it was entirely necessary. I was then lifted up by Emmett, who crushed me to his chest, with no words. I was ushered into the livingroom, where the rest of the family were. Including jasper.

He sat at the furthest couch of the room, on the love seat with Alice. She was gently stroking his knee. And he wasn't doing anything about it!

I didn't realize I was growling until Rosalie was in front of me, peeling my glaring eyes away. I hugged her tightly and she stroked my hair. I continued glaring at the sheepish form of Alice, who had removed her hand. And jaspers unblinking eyes. Charlotte hugged both me and rose quickly, before joining peter. I nodded at peter, and he nodded back.

I then made eye contact with Carlisle. And I almost cried. Almost.

I sprinted into his arms, where he held me. My eyes crushed shut. Willing the sobs not to surface. He held me for minutes, before I peeled myself back, just enough to see his face.

"Can we talk?" I asked, in an emotionless tone. He seemed taken back by the tone, but agreed. And we were once again in the woods. Away from earshot.

"How much do you know of tonight?" I asked hoarsely. I closed my eyes, willing my spinning head to stop. It seemed that a small amount of alcohol was still in my system. He shook his head lightly.

"Not much" he admitted "That the family came home, You ran off and got intoxicated" he gave me a look, so that he knew about the blood "and that jasper got jealous. And you may be leaving."

"You're correct" I whispered "But you're missing out a few details. Let me fill you in" I spend half an hour, describing the drinks, the men, the women. The atomosphere. Then jasper and alices actions. And my response. All leading up to mine and Edwards plan"

"Are you leaving for good?" he asked me after another long hug. I shook my head no.

"You can go live with the denali coven for a while if you wish…im sure Eleazar would love to meet you, and study you're gifts" I nodded my head in agreement. And he turned to leave, but I caught his arm.

"Carlisle…I wish to bring Emmett and Edward with me too"

He furrowed his brows "I'm not sure if…"

"I refuse to cut my mental connection to Edward, and it doesn't stretch too far yet. Emmett is my brother, I refuse to leave him behind again" Carlisle nodded before chuckling.

"you have my permission, but You may have to speak to their mates" and he was gone.

I sat on a rock nearby and sighed loudly. How did this honestly get so messed up?

"Sis?" Emmett's voice was in front of me, and I looked up to find him alone "Sis whats happened? Whats wrong? They wont tell me" so I told him. The exact same thing that I told Carlisle.

"That bastard" Emmett seethed after I finished "I should kill him for touching you, LET ALONE HURTING YOU"

"Em"I hushed, landing my hand on his bicept "Its not his fault. Please lets just go" I tugged him towards the house.

"Its not you're either" he muttered, but he shut up. For which I was glad.

We entered the house once again, and all eyes were on me. I would be flushing if I were human. But I kept a firm poker face on. I made eye contact with Edward.

"Were leaving" he nodded. Showing he already knew. Jasper stood suddenly, Startling everyone in the room except me. I narrowed my eyes and crouched low. A growl stuck in my throat.

"You're leaving? You're leaving after a small argument?, You're leaving me?! You cant leave! I wont let you!" his eyes were crazed, and he was stepping closer with every word. Edward and Emmett suddenly flanked me, both in crouches and hissing. I felt the family behind me tense, but my eyes were locked on the eyes of my crazed mate.

"You'll let her do whatever she wants, You bastard!" Emmett hissed venomously at Jasper. Jasper's eyes snapped to Emmett before growling, slightly leaning forward. Ready to pounce.

"Shes mine! Not yours!"

"She's her own person, You idiotic excuse of a person" Edwards anger was surfacing quickly. I stood quickly, causing me slightly to reel backwards, due to the small alcohol in my system.

"Bella?!" Rose cried from the corner, ready to spring forward and catch me if needed. I waved her off with a smile, before my eyes met jaspers again.

"Im fine…And were leaving. Now" I touched both my brothers on their backs, and they both stood simultaneously.

We backed away slowly, Edward with a hand on my lower back, whilst Emmett a hand on my shoulder. They ushered me forward, and I complied. But my eyes never left Jasper's. before turning the corner he cried out, and pounced forward, a terrified look on his face. But peter caught him, and didn't let go. And he didn't fight.

"Isabella!" he cried out hopelessly, reaching for me, all hope gone. And we were suddenly in the night. Me, and my two brothers piled into the cars. And we sped down the main road, towards the exit of forks.
