A/N: Hey guys! So I'm also going to start updating this story as well. Like my other ones, I changed the chapters to Chapter 1, Chapter 2 etc. The same reason applies. I didn't like the titles I gave out. Also, it's a lot simpler than thinking of titles.
Also, I'm changing the plot of the story (and title), since I have a better idea and it will be better than the one now.
Hope you enjoy the story!

While the three Winx members were still in the plant's grasp, Stella and Tecna were still trying to figure out a way to get rid of the monster. But at that moment, Flora was surrounded by a swirl of black magic, before disappearing out of plain sight. With her gone, the plant gave way, and the other three members were let go of its grasp.
The Winx stared at each other in perplexion, shocked at what had just happened ten minutes ago, before Stella got the courage to ask, but still traumatised, "Where did she go?"
The other five gave gestures which responded 'I don't know', or they were still too horrified to put together what had just happened - Aisha especially, who almost was sent into tears in disbelief that her best friend would ever harm her, never alone do anything like this.
Where Flora was whisked off to, however, was a story in the Legendarium. The scenery was one with nature, with many trees and species of plants dotted across it. In the centre, however, was a water fountain, carefully carved with stone as the base. Flora seemed to snap out of her evil alias for a few seconds, taking in the beauty that was nature. But an icy bolt which froze the fountain seemed to end all of that in seconds, and Flora went back to square one.
She looked up, seeing who had made that move, powers at the ready. Just at that moment, another icy bolt shot. This time, hitting her in the stomach. Flora seemed to shrug it off and acted as nothing had ever happened. And at that moment, she saw Icy.
"Well hello there Flor-" the ice witch started, before Flora wrapped her tightly with thorny vines, and sent her down to the marble ground.
Icy, slightly hurt and surprised by the attack, started to make a recovery... a recovery too late, as the now nature witch started surrounded her with thick, poison ivy. Icy tried to use her powers to freeze the ivy and make a getaway to no avail. Whenever she froze and broke the ivy, it would just start growing thicker and thornier than last time. It also didn't help that the ivy was closing in on her rapidly.
Now the ice witch started to realise what she had been caught up with; she should've never gone alone, nor challenged her in the first place. If she knew that not even Bloom could manage this Flora, how could she? Nonetheless, she still thought that by the end of this she was going to come out victorious. Icy started to channel all of her magic she had to at least attempt to break out - she started chanting out ancient words, which could only mean a powerful spell. And before the blink of Flora's eyes, she was out.
Meanwhile, back at Cloud Tower, Selina, Darcy and Stormy were watching all the commotion that was going on. Despite Icy breaking free, she was still no match for Flora, who had still gained an upper hand in the fight. Icy, who had been putting up her best fight, was bruised and scared by scratches of thorns and long durations of being strangled by whatever vines and plants Flora decided to tie her up with, and was battered by being trapped (and also eaten by) a Venus Flytrap. Of course, Icy hit her with her most powerful attacks and spells she had, but Flora ending up either dodging them or repelling them with one of her other spells with scared the witch even more than if she got hit by one of her own spells only.
At this point, Icy was only really using shields to prevent herself from getting hurt even more. Majority of the time, these were only broken and rendered useless.
Darcy was shaking her head, whispering under her breath how Icy could be so stupid to go out there alone. Stormy just had a shocked expression on her face, almost in disbelief of what had happened. Selina just couldn't look at it - she kind of blamed herself for even sending Icy and Flora there in the first place.
"Should we go help her?" Stormy questioned, turning around to face her older sister.
"I... I don't know." Darcy replied. She wanted to help her sister, but she didn't want to end up like that. She also wondered if coming in to help would have any sort of effect. Before the events in the Legendarium, there were five Winx against a Flora. And Flora managed to knock out three of them with ease with two of them not having a clue what to do.
Darcy then gave a second answer: "Stay ... there's no point."
"And let her suffer?!" Stormy retorted, "Darcy?!"
"You saw the Winx with Flora. They failed miserably in defeating her. And there were five of them. Imagine the two of us fighting her."
"I guess you're right..."
Stormy silenced and looked down at the ground, obviously showing fear about what was going to happen next. Darcy was the only one looking at the event now, but even she didn't want to look, as she already knew the result. The eldest sister of the Trix was defeated to the core; she was either going to come back with little power in her, or she was going to die in that book.
It had been three-quarters of an hour since the battle began - it only took a quarter of an hour for Icy to start succumbing into the effects of Flora's magic. But now she had been rendered useless. Her attacks, spells, even her defences were done for. Her dark witch outfit had been torn to shreds, and her hair, formally tied up in seven parts, was no more, since the bands were snapped from the battle, so her hair was everywhere. Scars, cuts and bruises formed around Icy's body, head to toe; some cuts were open and were leaking out tiny amounts of blood. But the most prominent part was that she was coughing up blood - but only tiny amounts at a time, not a lot. Still, it was a miracle that she was alive, but Icy was too tired and frail to do anything else.
Darcy had been right - Icy was either going to come back in that state, or Flora might as well kill her off. The darkness witch put her hands on her face to shield her eyes to what was coming next and screamed in anger, frustration, and regret. Her and Stormy should've helped her; the decision to stay behind was a mistake.
And even if she did survive, even if she did come back, barely alive, God help them when Icy finally recovers and gives them a piece of her mind.
Icy was just beginning to gain some strength, to get up and at least try another shot. She started to conjure up another small spell, when Flora cancelled out the spell with her foot (Icy's hand still being on the ground), stopping her in her tracks. Icy looked up in fear, petrified about what was going to happen to her next.
Flora gave out a grin and silently, maliciously laughed, which sent out chills through the ice witch, something she had never experienced before. Ever.
"You seriously thought that you could defeat me? Please, you have to be really cocky, naive and stupid to even think about challenging me."
"I'm... not... cocky" Icy sounded out "You take that back."
"No, no, no Icy. You take that back; I know you saw the Winx via the Magic Eye. If you were smart enough, you wouldn't have even though of doing this duel in the first place."
Icy faced the ground, tears started to form in her eyes. She had never cried before, even at many near defeats in the past. But here she was, about to be killed at the hands of a foe, who only seemed to hate her even more.
But Flora did have a point. If she wasn't so overconfident in the first place and put her senses before confidence, maybe she wouldn't be in this mess. Maybe the Winx instead of her would be succumbing to her spells - now that is something that she would like to see. All five of her foes defeated in the hands of their ally, and her overwhelmingly enjoying it. But no, she had to let the Winx get the easy way out, and let her suffer instead of them.
The whole ordeal to fight Flora was a big mistake.
To even ask Selina to send her and Flora to fight it out, just so she can prove she was more powerful than anyone else was a big mistake.
To even think of the fight was the biggest mistake.
Flora started to get her magic warmed up. This was it. This is the end.
"You know. I really, really want to end you for all those endless attacks you put onto me for many years. But you know what? I'll spare you."
Spare? This shocked the ice witch, as she wiped her tears and looked up with a bit of hope.
"Because you know what? There's something else I want. Something inside of you I want..."
"What?"
And before you know it, Flora targeted her magic right at Icy's chest. The ice witch, levitated in the air, just realised what was about to happen. The more she struggled to break free from the spell, the more Flora used her magic. The spell Flora was using started extracting Icy's magic out of her, the witch screaming in agony and pain as it happened. Flora grinned with cheer at the ice witch's suffering.
But Icy's magic wasn't the only thing she took - she also extracted out the ice in her heart; not only was the ice in her heart the source for her personality that she was so well-known for, but it also kept her immune to the cold weather and snow... it seemed like the ice was failing her during that fight, which was why she was crying at Flora's words - but now the whole thing was coming out... every bit of it.
As the spell finished, Icy was on the ground again - she was now weak and vulnerable to anything that Flora was going to do to her now. She had no spells, no defence, no nothing. If Flora had spared the ice in her heart, maybe she would have something. But she didn't. And now she had nothing.
Darcy, Stormy and Selina looked in shock at what just happened. Icy had just lost everything to their foe they knew so well for many years. What the Trix had been trying to do to the Winx for several years with no avail, Flora, one of the Winx (although they weren't so sure if she was even one of them anymore). Had just done to their own in a matter of minutes. All under an hour.
Regret really started to form on Darcy's face. She should've never given the call to stay in the first place and should've gone after her, especially in the state she was in twenty minutes in. All she did, however, was walk out of the room and go into one of the empty dorms in Cloud Tower to be alone for a while. She didn't want to be near anyone else.
Stormy, however, jumped onto Selina for comfort, screaming in distress at the top of her lungs, not wanting to look at the eye. Selina just didn't know what to do. She was just as disturbed as Darcy and Stormy were, yet she was the one for guidance for the youngest one of the Trix; the most Selina could do was comfort the storm witch and tell her that everything was going to be fine for as long as she could.
Back in the Legendarium, Flora had cast a spell upon the whole area, making it snow like mad, turning the marble path into a skating rink and froze every plant in sight. The air was chilly frostbite, and the sky was a pale blue-grey with no clouds in sight. Next Flora levitated a delicate Icy off the ground and flung her to some random location. Walking up to that location, she then trapped her in icy thorns - the same ones she was trapped in when their dual first began; only this time, the poison ivy was now frozen, and the trap gave off a shivering air, more freezing than it was outside the trap.
Icy starting shivering to her core. She had never felt this cold before. Her skin was turning pale than it has before. She was literally freezing to death. No wonder Flora had 'spared' her - because it was more fun seeing her suffer than killing her right off.
Now she knew what Bloom must've felt like being encased in ice. It was the worst feeling ever. And Icy didn't want to be in it right now.
Flora walked up to the trap, making screeching noises. It reminded Icy of the first time she encountered Bloom with her sisters. Exactly what she did. Was this Flora's way of torturing her?
"Well, Icy. We knew each other for quite some while. But now I think it's time we make our separate ways. Don't you think?"
Icy was too cold to even respond. All the nature witch heard was chattering teeth coming from the former ice witch, since she couldn't see her.
"Oh yeah, I forgot; you're about to die. Well, I best be on my way then. Got to get more power from your sisters, am I right?"
Icy's teeth chattered more, as to warn Flora not to do it. That she will kill her if she dared touch her sisters.
"What was that?" Flora rhetorically questioned "You don't want me to go after your sisters? Well too bad, I'm going to anyway - goodbye Icy"
Flora opened a dark green-purple portal, which gave her entry to the real world again. She entered it and it closed just like that.
Icy was too weak to do anything at this point. She closed her eyes, possibly accepting her death, and just hoped that her sisters were looking at the eye long enough to get some warning.
Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. Darcy was in an empty dorm, possibly at the top end of Cloud Tower, and Stormy and Selina had gone off to some other place in Cloud Tower. The eye was still on, but no one was there to see anything.
A witch was standing outside Cloud Tower, just by the entrance, probably getting some fresh air. When at that moment, the portal, that same portal that Flora opened up in the Legendarium World, opened up again in Cloud Tower. The witch looked up in perplexion, before jumping out of fear when Flora, that same Flora came out of the portal; the witch got her hands up, prepping her magic, though she looked too frightened just by looking at the nature witch's face.
"W-what do y-you w-w-want," the witch asked in fear, though she was ready to attack at a given moment.
Flora cancelled the witch's magic "I don't want to fight. I just want to know where the Trix are."
"The Trix?"
"Yeah. You know - Darcy, Stormy, that girl with the book."
"I-I haven't seen them recently" the witch replied "A-and I don't know where they are now. So forget about it."
Flora frowned in disappointment. "Well, that isn't helpful. Isn't it?" she said with an icy tone.
The witch nodded quickly in agreement, too scared of what else to say. Then Flora encased the witch in an icy statue, like a professional, before letting herself in the building.
Stupid mutt, she thought to herself.
A/N: Hope you enjoyed this long chapter. There may be some unneccessary parts in there, but it all leads up well to the next chapter!
