"Do you think mama's going to win?" Ushio asked, swinging back and forth on his arm. Grimmjow smirked, grabbing her by the waist and sitting her in his shoulders.
"Yeah I reckon she's gonna win, yer mamas real strong," he answered, Ushio patting his hair, she really seemed to like it.
"Is that why you like mama so much?" She asked leaning down to place her hands on his cheeks. Grimmjow grabbed her again, settling the toddler on his hip instead so he could see her. He was genuinely surprised by her question, amazed at how much she noticed.
"That and she's really pretty but not as pretty as you." She was the first woman he'd taken any interest in since Ichigo. Ushio smiled at him brightly, asking to be put down.
"Hello brother, and who is this young lady?" the pair looked up, Grimmjow startled to see Aizen standing there, he normally didn't attend the fights. Even when his fighter was in the ring, it showed how little he cared for his fighters. Grimmjow frowned for a second wondering if he should introduce her, he didn't know if Sunako actually had a plan for all this. Ushio hid behind his legs at the sight of him, clutching his jeans tightly. Seemed no one liked Aizen.
"I'm Ushio," she muttered, stepping out from behind him a little, staring up at the man with wide honey gold eyes. Aizen smiled at her crouching down so they were the same height.
"I am Sōsuke, where are your parents miss Ushio?" he asked, moving a little closer to get a better look at the girl. Like Grimmjow she had bright blue hair but there was no way she could be his, apparently he had been alone since Ichigo passed, telling people he could never live another womam. All that true love stuff he was saying was utter bullshit, women were tools to be used, some were just better than others. Ichigo had been a diamond in the rough, she was the perfect thing to entertain him. But as they say, there are plenty if fish in the sea.
"Grimmjow is my Papa," Ushio answered, grabbing Grimm's hand, she didn't like this man, he scared her. Aizen sat there for a moment completely shocked by what she had said, that man really was her father. Interesting.
"Oh my, I didn't know my brother had a daughter. Well then I guess you can call me Uncle Sōsuke," he said, reaching out to pat her on the head. Ushio hid behind Grimm even further, crying no when he got too close. Her hand still gripping his tightly. Grimmjow sighed picking her up again, she hid her face grabbing his his jacket tightly.
"Don't touch my kid Aizen, what the hell are ya doing here anyways? I've never seen ya at the fights before," he asked, trying to glare holes in the bastard. Aizen's smile softened a little at the thought of seeing Sunako in the ring.
"I'm here to see Sunako fight of course, why else would I bother coming to such a disgusting establishment." Grimm raised a brow at his words, his step brother still thought of himself highly.
They were staring at her. Granted she was just laying around on her side even though her fight was about to start. Normal fighters would be warming up right now but Ichigo didn't need to, she wasn't planning on fighting full out tonight. Sighing she stood, walking over to Neliel who was silently glaring from across the room.
"'M sorry for before, if it makes you feel any better i wasn't going to shot you or your husband," she muttered lamely sitting down next to her. Nel scowled at her before relaxing her face.
"You sure made it look like you were going to," she huffed, tying back her long sea-green hair.
"Must be good at your job." Ichigo nodded absent minded as she did, standing as the announcer called for her. He wasn't anything like the boy her father hired, but his voice sounded similar and it was oddly comforting.
"Good luck Zangetsu!" Nel called. Ichigo smirked before turning back.
"Thanks but i don't need luck."
