Chapter 18: Winds of revolution
The next morning came and Ralph was the first to slowly wake up. His eyes fluttered open and looked around in confusion with his mind still not entirely awake yet. He looked at the draped translucent curtains that loomed over the bed, and then felt the thick and warm blanket that covered half of his naked body. Closing his eyes for a moment he felt his hand wrap around something warm and soft and quickly glanced at his side with wide eyes and everything came back to him in a flash.
There, wrapped safely in his arms was Chocolette Von Schweetz. Her face held a serene expression, one of both satisfaction and inner peace. Her long hair was heavily disheveled and curling all over the place. Ralph couldn't help but smile as she snuggled closer to him for warmth, nuzzling into him though still asleep.
Ralph relaxed back into the bed, letting his sore muscles rest and enjoying the feeling of the soft mattress on his heavy frame. After so many years of living in the dump, he figured this was as close to paradise as a guy like him could get. Even more so when he looked down at the sleeping form of the queen and let his mind wander about thinking of possible futures. One thought in particular gave him a chuckle. 'Dark Queen Chocolette Von Schweetz Wreck-It,' he thought to himself, borrowing the Fix-Its' method of name adoption. The thought oddly pleased him, but he decided to keep it to himself for the moment and just enjoy the morning.
A few minutes later, Ralph felt Chocolette squirming against him. Glancing down at her form, he noticed that the peaceful expression she had had until now had changed into a stressful one. Frowning he guessed that she was probably having a nightmare.
He then heard her whispering something under her breath. "No...No! Take her to the castle now!" She said while still dreaming, gripping the blanket in fear.
Ralph's grin turned into a frown as she writhed about in his grasp, wondering who she was talking about in her dream. He decided that he couldn't take seeing her in so much distress and bent down to give her a soft kiss on the forehead.
Upon feeling a nice warm pressure on her forehead, the queen slowly started to wake up from her nightmare. She blinked a few times and Ralph noticed a few tears already forming in the corner of her vibrant green eyes. The queen looked up at Ralph tiredly but somehow seemed relieved. She exhaled a deep breath and nuzzled against his neck. "Morning," she said softly in her nuzzle, burrowing her face in the crook of his neck.
"Morning beautiful," he whispered back, stroking her long curls and her smooth back, trying to assuage whatever terrors had haunted her dreams. He didn't mind her burrowing into him like this. It felt nice to be needed and trusted, and in that moment he was truly happy he was with her. "Everything alright?"
Chocolette held to him like if at any minute he would disappear from her arms, even wrapping her legs around one of his larger ones, wanting to only melt into his body right there and to make sure that wherever he went, she'd go too with him. "I...it was just a nightmare...that's all," she said, though Ralph could tell that there was something more to it than what she wanted to admit. She kissed him a few times on his neck with her eyes closed. "How did you sleep?"
Ralph gave her another reassuring kiss on the forehead. "Like a rock. I swear that every time I sleep besides you, I lose a few more kinks in my back from sleeping on the bricks for so many years." He pulled her a little closer sensing her neediness, wishing to comfort her from her nightmare. "Is there anything about your dream you wanna talk about? I'd be happy to uhm...listen."
Chocolette frowned, her tired eyes were lost on the horizon. "...I'd rather not...it was just a silly memory from the past...and I don't want to ruin this amazing morning," she said, leaving more kisses up his neck while brushing her fingertips up and down his strong chest.
"I understand," he said, kissing her back and still gently massaging her back. "Just remember that I'm here and will come runnin' if you ever need someone to talk to." Somewhere in Ralph's mind, he wondered if this memory from the past was somehow part of her shared back-story with Vanellope. If so, was she referring to her sister in her dream?
Chocolette cuddled closer to Ralph, burying her face into his chest. The wrecker frowned down at her with worry reflected in his brown eyes. He had never seen her this vulnerable before, not even when he saw her after their fight she had looked like this. Still, if she didn't want to talk about whatever she had dreamed then he was not going to press her to. So the last thing he could do was to offer her some distraction. "Hey, how about if we go and have some breakfast? I'm kinda hungry" he suggested and wasn't lying at all. His stomach was growling angrily, especially after such an active night.
The dark monarch glanced up at him with a cocked eyebrow. "You sure? I would have guessed you would have wanted another round," she grinned cockily.
He smirked down at her. "Nah, let's leave it for later. You also need some food, you know?" he used his elbows and raised his torso. "Come on now, let's enjoy our day off." He leaned over and nuzzled her nose playfully.
She giggled with his tickles. "Alright, alright! Stop being so mushy!" she blushed and also raised herself into a sitting position. "You're gonna love Lola's scrambled eggs though." She hoped off the bed and walked towards her dresser completely naked. "I can make some seriously good pies but I think Lola could easily beat me any day if she liked."

"Pardon my language Lola, but DAMN these eggs are good! Can I have more? Please?" Ralph said with his mouth full while pouting pleadingly at the short majordomo. Chocolette had provided him with some fancy red velvet robe that matched perfectly with his overalls, while the older Von Schweetz was wearing an ankle length silky black chocolate robe. Unaware to Ralph, his robe had a golden crown engraved on its back which had earned a conspiratorial giggle from Lola the moment she had seen them entering her kitchen.
"It would be your third serving, Sir Ralph. I think you have had enough. We don't want you gaining weight now, do we?" she giggled at him.
"She's right darling," Chocolette teased too.
"Awwww come on! I'm nine and a half feet tall with a thick bone structure," he huffed as he crossed his arms in an offended manner. "I need more food than most characters. I mean you guys have a whole room sized refrigerator to pull stuff from. I don't get the deliciousness of a well-cooked breakfast very often." He scratched the underside of his chin.
"But darling, you just ate what probably could have been a serving for my six racers…combined," Chocolette chuckled.
Ralph laughed like some kind of mad monarch, thoroughly enjoying himself. As his laughter subsided, he fixed his queen with a wolfish grin and a smoldering stare. "What can I say, your highness? Wrecking things can really build up an appetite," he said in his deep tone.
Chocolette narrowed her eyes sensually but she didn't have the time to answer him. "No dirty talking in my kitchen!" Lola swiftly cut in with her round body fully red.
"He started it," the monarch defended while finishing her meal.
"And I am finishing it!" Lola snapped, turning around again and resuming her cooking. "Mon dieu, ze language and manners in zis palace are falling into complete disrepair..."
Chocolette giggled and cleaned her mouth with a napkin, "So, what would you like to do? Besides the obvious answer." Lola glared back at her from the oven. "This is my first day off!" The queen ignored her majordomo and grinned largely.
Ralph thought long and hard for a moment, alternating between stroking his chin and stealing glances at his beautiful Queen. "Well...It may not be much against your game, but would you like to see mine today?" he asked, almost shyly.
The suggestion caught the queen by surprise. "Oh!" she exclaimed and then smirked smugly. "Wanna show me your place now?" she chuckled in her usual teasing tone. "I would love to see YOUR kingdom"
"Well," he said quietly. "It's kinda funny you mention that. See, the other night while we were...ahem, away from each other, I found that there is an area of the game that is supposedly MY territory."
"Really?" Now she was curious. "And how big is it?-"
"Your majesty!" Bonbon Lola interrupted outraged.
"I'm referring to his place Lola! Shush it!"
'Well she already knows the answer to the first one,' Ralph thought naughtily. "It's a fair sized city, though kinda run down," he said sheepishly. "I also found that the center of it is the old apartment building from the previous version of the game. Since I did win the bet a year ago, the penthouse is still mine so I'm thinking of moving in there."
The queen leaned closer and curled her arm around his. "And you want pretty lil' ol' me to help you out with the renovations?" Her emerald eyes sparkled with excitement. If there was something besides power and winning that Chocolette loved most, it was fashion and design.
Ralph loved seeing that look of excitement in her eyes. "Well, actually I could use your help," he said with a grin. "If it were just up to me, I'd probably still just have a bed, a refrigerator and maybe a table."
She wrinkled her nose at that. "Then you better thank the programmers you now have me!" She stood up from the table and pulled his arm. "Come on now! I can bet all the candy in the world that you need more help than you're willing to admit" She pulled harder, barely able to contain herself.
"Keep your britches on your highness," Ralph joked. "At least let me go get dressed first. And I doubt Lola will let you leave the castle dressed in just a robe."
"Sir Wreck-It is right," Lola sang from the oven, already making the Sour Racers' breakfast.
Chocolette rolled her eyes. "Fine! Let's get dressed. Lola you're in charge of the castle again!" she ordered as she kept pulling Ralph's arm and walked out of the kitchen.
"Oui your majesty, please behave!"
"Yeah, yeah! Don't wait up for me," she waved dismissively.
Ralph leaned over so that only Chocolette could hear him. "Just relax my dark beauty," he breathed. "If you want, I'll help you pick out something to wear."
"Now that's more like it," she whispered back while grinning like a fox.
"I HEARD ZAT!"
"We better run now"
Ralph didn't need to be told twice. Scooping the queen up in his arms, he took off at a run down the hall back towards her bedroom.

After another hour of fooling around, Ralph and Chocolette were finally all dressed up and ready to leave.
Well as ready as they could be.
"Can we take Gumdrop with us?" Chocolette pouted largely at Ralph while squeezing the little baby cybug against her chest. "He needs to do more exercise and your game sounds like the perfect place for him to do so".
Ralph scratched the back of his head in thought. "Well…I guess we can… as long as he doesn't eat anybody," he joked.
Chocolette grinned. "Ah come on! We could give a good heart attack to that Gene fellow of yours," she giggled mischievously.
Ralph smirked at the idea. "Chocoletteeeee…"
"Your smirk tells me you like the idea so…" she didn't wait for him to answer her as she turned around and took a deep breath before she belted out, "SOUR RACERS!"
After a few seconds, the six minions stumbled in and formed up in front of her. "You called ya majesty?" Razz saluted.
Chocolette swirled her hand and with her purple magic smoke she created a collar and leash for Gumdrop. "I'll be out of the castle for most of day so I need you fools to guard the castle. NO ONE is allowed to enter except Ralph and I, understand?" The Sour Racers nodded in unison.
"You got it boss, none shall pass!" Warhead joked, earning a large eye roll from the queen and Ralph.
"Right...Lola is in charge as usual. The castle better be in perfect shape when I return," she whirled around and walked towards the doors with Ralph and Gumdrop following.
"Merci beaucoup, your grace," Lola said with a formal bow.
"Come on buddy, time for a good walk," Ralph took Chocolette's collar and put it on the insect, earning an annoyed screech from him.
Chocolette pushed the doors open. "So, tell me again how much of a disaster is your new home at the moment?" she began as they strode outside to find a familiar tiny figure waiting for them in a very colorful kart.
"Oh bummer." The queen dropped her smile as her sister waved at them.
"Morning love birds! What are today's plans?!" Vanellope stood up from her kart's seat with her fists in her hoody's pockets, grinning sweetly at them. "See sis? I've been good, I didn't trespass on your grounds this time!"
Ralph pressed his palm to his face, trying to fight the grin that was trying to creep up. It never failed that Vanellope would show up right at the moment they were heading out of the castle. Still, he put on a brave face and gave his best friend a smile. "And good morning to you, pixie stick," he said with a laugh, pulling out an old nickname.
Chocolette on the other hand was not pleased by her sister's intrusion. "What are you doing here, brat?" she crossed her arms and scolded in annoyance.
"I just wanted to make sure my sister and my best buddy kissed and made up yesterday," Vanellope batted her eyelashes and made kissy noises as she taunted them.
Chocolette growled. "Vanellope," she threatened.
Ralph reached over and gently clasped Chocolette's hand in his. "Now, now Chocolette," he said calmingly. "To be fair, your sister was the first one to call me an idiot the other night so she does deserve some gratitude."
The Dark Queen's eyes went wide in surprise. "What...?" she glanced up at him and then at Vanellope. "You did?" She wrinkled her nose at her younger sister.
Vanellope kicked the sugar dust at her feet, suddenly looking bashful. "Yeah well, you two are too perfect for each other and I refuse to let Ralph muck this one up with his usual ham-handedness," she said.
Chocolette' scold softened a bit but she still seemed skeptical, tightening her grip on Ralph's hand in some sort of possessive defense.
Ralph scratched his head, trying to keep his queen calm and his friend placated. "Well thank you Vanellope, but why else are you here?" he asked.
"Weeeeeeell," Vanellope started innocently, fidgeting with her fingers. "Since you guys have been mostly going out alone for like THE ENTIRE WEEK," she said lowly and a bit angrily, "I thought it was about time to do something TOGETHER again!"
"No," was Chocolette's immediate response.
"OH C'MOOOOOOON!" Vanellope protested.
"I said 'No'!"
"I'M THE ONE WHO PUSHED RALPH TO ASK YOU OUT IN THE FIRST PLACE! DON'T I GET ANY CREDIT?!"
"I DIDN'T ASK FOR YOUR HELP!"
"BUT I STILL DID IT!"
"SO?!"
A sound like thunder interrupted their bickering, stemming from the massive foot of Wreck-It Ralph stomping the ground and nearly toppling them both. "It's too early in the morning for this you two," he said, half-amused and half annoyed.
Chocolette pouted at Ralph. "Big Guy please, this wasn't part of the deal! How are we going to have 'fun' with the gang tagging along?!" she made big puppy dog eyes.
"Raaaaaaalph," Vanellope whined too, using the exact same trick. "Best friends always stick together forever, remember?"
Ralph pulled Chocolette close so that only she could hear him. "Look Chocolette, I know she's your sister, but you still have no idea how to handle her," he whispered. "Once she sees Bricklyn she'll want to race all around the place, which means we can have some "free time." He smirked at his own plot.
The queen cocked an eyebrow at him. "You sure about that?"
Ralph shrugged his shoulders. "All else fails, I know how to distract her with a scavenger hunt."
Vanellope tilted her head curiously wondering what exactly they were whispering so secretly. "Are you guys talking about some adult stuff again?" she rolled her eyes.
"Yes we are," Ralph replied, trying to keep the young girl in the dark.
Vanellope just rolled her eyes and made a gagging gesture.
Chocolette grinned finally. "Alright but you owe me on this one BIG TIME! I already agreed to those teaching classes tomorrow, remember?" She elbowed him softly.
Ralph smiled happily. "I will gladly reward my queen for behaving so well," he whispered huskily.
"WELL?!" Vanellope yelled just as Chocolette giggled.
The queen coughed and planted her hands on her hips with a fake bored expression, "Alright brat, but you better not annoy me on this trip. Ralph is going to show me his game."
Vanellope's brightened instantly. "YES! YOU WON'T REGRET THIS SIS! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!" She jumped out of her kart excitedly as the two villains walked towards her.
"I'm already regretting this," the dark queen mumbled lowly with gritted teeth.
But the little princess ignored her bitter grumbles. "You're gonna love Ralph's game sis! It was REALLY small and boxy-like before but now it's so HUGE!" She used her arms to exaggerate her description. "And everything is made of bricks and this gray-ish thing...what was it called?"
"Concrete," Ralph chuckled.
"Yeah! Concrete! I still insist that it needs some sugar and spice here and there but overall it's really cool!" Vanellope said with a slight mocking tone.
"Toldja before kid, not gonna happen," he said with a cheeky grin, even as Vanellope stuck her tongue out at him. "And no, just because I have my own castle now doesn't mean you get to decorate it either."
Chocolette arched an eyebrow as the three walked towards Sugar Rush's exit. "What about me? Can't I decorate it either?" She pouted angrily.
Ralph grinned rakishly as he reached an arm over to pull her close by her waspish waist. He leaned in closely to whisper huskily into her ear. "I might be convinced to let you help decorate...with proper persuasion," he breathed.
"Please don't tell me you're going to act like this the whole trip," Vanellope's brow furrowed lowly in annoyance as Chocolette smirked back at Ralph.
"Maybe," she simply said smugly.
"Hey, you wanted us back together kid," Ralph snickered. "You should have given your wish more thought before you made it."
Vanellope frowned and quickly glitched to appear siting on Ralph's shoulders. "I can't believe it but you're actually worse than Hammer-time and the Sarge," she said just as they reached the rainbow bridge that led to the exit. "Maybe you should compete with them and see who is the cheesiest couple of the whole arcade."
-0-0-0-
Ralph, Vanellope and Chocolette crossed the bridge and after a long walk inside the chords, with the Von Schweetz engaging in another argument, the trio finally arrived at the crowded Game Central Station.
Oddly enough, the large place seemed more packed and crowded than usual, even for a Sunday.
As soon as Ralph set foot within the sterile white walls of the station, he could feel that something was off. His eyes moved around, making out no signs of obvious damage, but still something felt different. As he looked at the various game characters moving around, he felt it much more clearly: there was a negative charge to the air. It was something he'd noticed every now and then, whenever malicious feelings between game characters permeated the atmosphere and filled it with a negative charge, like the tension one feels as a bomb slowly ticks downwards. But Ralph was left astonished, for he had never felt it at this level before.
The youngest of the royal siblings arched both eyebrows in surprise. "Has this place always been this crowed on Sundays?" she wondered and clung tightly to Ralph's head.
"Why do you ask that? Isn't this normal? The arcade is closed after all," The dark monarch said nonchalantly, still not used to the antics of the world outside Sugar Rush.
Ralph's jaw was set firm as stone as he looked around, knowing that something wasn't right. "Actually kid, it's never this crowded on a Sunday," he said with a serious tone to his voice. "Most Sundays, everyone just stays in their games and relaxes."
The place was incredibly noisy too.
"Let's better go find the Fix-Its," Vanellope suggested with an unfamiliar quivering in her voice, shrinking behind Ralph's head. "I told them to wait for me here before I met with you two".
"Where did you leave them?" Chocolette asked, with no interest in crossing the whole station just to look for them.
"Near the Fix-It Felix port...I think," Vanellope said vaguely.
"You think?! Vanellope look at this place! How are we going to find them?!" Chocolette barked angrily.
"It wasn't this packed when I left them!" the princess defended.
"Calm down you two," Ralph hushed quietly. "There's something wrong with this place today and fighting won't help us. Let's just go check by the Fix-It Felix port and see what happens. If they're not there, we'll just head on in and they can find us later."
Ralph didn't want to admit it, but part of him was scared. It was a part of him that knew that whatever was about to boil over would be something he didn't want to see.
Chocolette frowned at him in confusion. "What do you mean? And why do you look like you're about to punch something?" she pointed out.
The wrecker set his teeth in his jaw. "I can't explain this Chocolette, but something is wrong in this place right now," he cautioned, trying to keep the two in the dark the best he could. "Let's just try and find the Fix-Its so we can get out of here."
Chocolette looked at her sister and she shrugged back at her. "Alright...you know your way better than us Big Guy, so lead the way." Her emerald eyes scanned for an opening among the many characters.
Ralph kept his arm wrapped protectively around Chocolette while also making sure Vanellope was still on his shoulder. If anything happened at any moment, he wanted to be ready to smash it to pieces and protect them all at once.
He quickly deduced that with his size it was surely impossible to simply cross the large hall so the best option they had was to walk close by the walls until they reached the port to his game.
"Let's go this way," he said as he gently pulled Chocolette and the two began to walk hurriedly side by side against the wall. The few characters near the wall immediately began to let them walk through upon sensing their presence close by. Everyone seemed more nervous and jumpy than usual that day.
Ralph wanted to ask what was going on but thought better of it. With how tense everyone was with him and Chocolette walking nearby, he didn't want to spark fear in people just from trying to ask a simple question. He just kept trying to navigate his girls towards the correct port.
They dodged, crossed and even pushed themselves through the many avatars and NPCs and after a good 10 minutes of such a forced hike, the wrecker finally spotted the flashy signal of his home game, just a few feet away from them. "We're almost there!" Ralph cheered, eager to leave the place immediately.
"It's about time!" Vanellope whined. She had yet to understand why Ralph had taken such a ridiculously circuitous route, but now that they were almost to the port it seemed to hardly matter at all.
"RALPH! BROTHER! OVER HERE!"
Ralph looked over to see Felix jumping up and down in the crowd, trying to gain his attention. Without another thought, he guided Chocolette in the same direction, steering her around the numerous characters just loafing around.
They trio finally exited the mass and walked into the much spaced area near the port of Fix-it Felix Jr. 2, right where Felix and Calhoun were standing with a couple of Hero's Duty soldiers.
Felix smiled in relief at them. "I'm so glad you managed to find the way to us brother," he shifted nervously in front of them. "We thought you weren't going to make it through this...well..." he looked around him with worried eyes.
"Situation," Tamora completed for him, scanning the area with a serious expression plastered over her features.
Ralph put Vanellope down and frowned at the pair. "Can you feel it too?" he asked them.
The Sergeant turned to look at him with her piercing blue eyes. "Let's cut to the chase Wreck-It," Calhoun snapped. "This depot's set like a cobra that's gotten into a barrel fulla fire flowers."
The handy man pulled from his collar nervously. "Yeah, I have a bad feeling about this too," Felix said and raised his cap a bit to look better at the crowd.
"RALPH! CHOCO!"
The wrecker and the queen turned towards the source of their call and found their bad guy friend, Zangief, running towards them.
"Why are you always running when we find you, Zangief?" The bicolored haired monarch teased as the street fighter villain recovered his breath.
Ralph on the other hand sensed something was definitely wrong. "What's going on?" he asked him sternly.
The Russian raised his eyes at them, his brow wrinkled in aggravation, "Trouble my friends, very big troubles, if the rumors are true..." he said breathlessly.
Calhoun's soldiers suddenly perked in attention. "There's movement coming from the center, Sarge" Kohut said loudly.
"ATTENTION PEOPLE OF GAME CENTRAL STATION! ATTENTION!"
The voice of the Surge Protector suddenly echoed loudly, resonating strongly among the crowd.
"I BEG YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE! TODAY WE'RE HONORED WITH A VERY SPECIAL VISIT!"
Ralph and the others focused their eyes and soon found that right there in the middle of the whole hall was indeed the infamous Surge Protector, looking very proud for some reason while holding a blue bullhorn in his hand while speaking to the masses.
"SILENCE PLEASE!" Surge suddenly yelled and the room went quiet right away.
"Now that's much better" he chuckled. "Fellow citizens of Game Central Station! Today is a glorious day for we have received a surprise but very welcomed visit from our lovely royalty." He turned around and looked with adoring eyes at three taller figures behind him.
Vanellope immediately recognized the group. "Oh no..." she mumbled just as Zangief frowned with hate.
"Please welcome your highnesses, Princess Daisy, Princess Zelda and last but not least...your grace, Princess Peach of the Mushroom Kingdom." Surge bowed largely as the three of the Princess Council stepped in front of the whole crowd.
Most of the avatars around them bowed too in respect at the princess while a few others didn't move one single pixel.
Calhoun hardened her eyes. "A surprise visit from the three main heads of the Princess Council? That can't be good," she whispered and Felix gulped right after.
Princess Peach walked a few steps ahead of the other two princesses, smiling and waving graciously at the crowd around her. "Please dear Surge Protector, such an introduction is not really necessary," she giggled in her trademark squeaky sweet voice.
She twirled and winked at a few heroes near them. "It's always a pleasure for us to visit our neighbors, right girls?" she said while glancing over her shoulder at her 'sisters'.
Daisy and Zelda nodded at her with bright matching smiles, looking just as beautiful as they were known to be. "Now dear citizens please don't be alarmed by our visit. I know this is something VERY uncommon for us to do, especially on a beautiful sunny Sunday like today," Peach rambled sweetly, earning giggles and smiles from the characters around her, "and I know it's a bit scary to have brought our dear Ryu and Ken with us as bodyguards but you know how things sometimes are for us princesses, right?" She joked again, getting more laughs.
Ryu and Ken, the famous hero duo of the Street Fighter game, waved back at the crowd with trusty raised thumbs up.
"Great, they brought the blockheads with them too," Vanellope rolled her eyes largely.
As Peach continued to sweet talk the crowd, Chocolette came closer to Ralph and Zangief. "Why are the royal bimbos here, Zangief?" she whispered to him.
Zangief glanced sideways at her. "Something happened at NES Central...something REALLY BAD...Bowser went this morning to investigate the rumors." he explained while still frowning.
"What rumors?" Ralph asked but Peach's voice again interrupted them.
"Oh look at me, I've been babbling nonsense for fifteen minutes, haven't I?" She giggled, "My dear loyal citizens of Game Central Station, I would like you all to please help us with a tiny but very important task today." She clasped her hands together at the crowd.
"You see my dears, while we were all working hard for the glory and wellness of our arcade, some...unknown characters have been making silly pranks in our beloved NES Central," she said with a smile.
Everyone whispered confusedly around her.
"It's alright, it's alright, these were some harmless pranks and my husband is already leading a quick investigation over it," she said dismissively.
"But just for security measures, and just while the investigation is ongoing, we, The Princess Council, would politely ask...for all bad-guys and minions to remain inside their games." she finished with a bright friendly smile.
And the gasps were heard.
"Wait what?!" Chocolette growled angrily.
Ralph and Zangief looked at the crowd's reaction and easily spotted the angry expressions of the many villains around them.
"Your highness, Princess Peach, may I have a word?" suddenly Clyde's voice earned everyone's attention.
The mob stepped aside and Clyde emerged with most of the members of Bad Anon backing him and looking noticeably angry.
Peach blinked and smiled at the old villain. "Clyde old friend, but of course you may speak," she nodded kindly at him.
Clyed floated closer to her and then bowed softly. "Your highness, please excuse my audacity, but on behalf of my fellow villainous friends, we would like to know the reason towards such a decision." He raised his head and looked straight into the blond princess's eyes.
Peach furrowed her brow in confusion. "Pardon me sir, but I believe I just explained the reason towards this, it's a simple and temporary security measure." She offered him another kind smile.
The avatars and NPC whispered again around them.
Clyde smiled kindly back at her. "Yes, you very well did, your grace, but as you have pointed out, if it's a simple prank situation, I'm very confused as to why the council has decided on such a... harsh measure towards only my kind." The orange ghost still smiled.
Peach laughed graciously with a hand covering her mouth. "Well of course sir, because you see, only a bad-guy could have done such a prank as the one they just played on NES Central. No hero nor neutral character would have done it, just as simple as that." She explained as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
Growls came from behind Clyde and even Sorceress's blue hair began to float evilly.
Clyde on the other hand, still acted calm and collected. "Your highness that is very unfair of you to say," he finally declared and a collective gasp echoed through the hall.
Peach then frowned in an annoyed manner at him. "Excuse me?"
"Let me remind you of something, your grace," Clyde smiled at her, "you don't need to be evil to pull a good prank, so unless the council is being greatly exaggerated in their decision, I believe you're hiding more information in regards to this odd situation at NES Central so I would very politely ask the council to please explain more of the situation in order for us to attain the lock up order." Clyde finished and suddenly many other villains approached the group backing him up.
"Way to go comrade Clyde!" Zangief suddenly shouted cheeringly.
The smile on Peach's face dropped and Daisy and Zelda suddenly seemed nervous. "I believe I made myself clear a few minutes ago, sir. It's a standard procedure!" she huffed.
"A standard procedure that usually is evoked whenever something really BAD has happened, yes," Clyde retorted.
"It's not as bad," Peach barked back at him.
"Then why are we the only ones being locked up?" Clyde suddenly demanded sternly.
"Because the bad-guys are the prime suspects, as usual" Peach smirked knowingly.
The many villains gathered behind the orange ghost growled and glared at the princess.
"I'm very sorry your grace," Clyde said with his eyes closed, "but on behalf of my fellow villains, we do not accept such measures and we politely refuse to carry them out." He frowned at her.
Peach frowned back at him in outrage. "How dare you to challenge MY authority?!" she squeaked furiously at the ghost. "After everything we the council have done for the bad-guys in this arcade, this is how you repay us?!" She spat indignantly.
It was Clyde's turn to frown angrily at the pink dressed princess. "I beg your pardon, your grace, but after what happened last year with Turbo, I just can't conceive nor accept the notion that only we are considered prime suspects of this supposed prank situation!"
Peach rolled her eyes and planted her hands on her waist. "What happened with Turbo last year is a RARE stand-alone case sir. That's the only record we have of a 'good guy' actually going 'bad' in the arcade and yet we were all very familiar with Turbo's strange personality. He had always seemed to be programed evilly anyways." She grinned confidently. "Bad-Guys, on the other hand, have always caused trouble in this arcade for as long as we know." She crossed her arms and smiled triumphantly as the characters around her began to loudly agree with her.
"And yet you're the ones who keep perpetuating the stereotypes rather than offering any genuine solution," Clyde countered. "And the only reason bad-guys cause any trouble is because you attempt to pull strict actions like this and oppress us without telling us the crime. How do you expect us to react, your highness?"
Peach's glare only deepened. "I don't have to hear any of this! Ryu! Ken! Please escort Clyde back to Pacman!" she ordered and the two muscular fighters stepped in front of the villains. The crowd backed away from the group just as the bad-guys came closer to Clyde.
"You won't lay a finger on him!" Satine growled with his eyes red, just as Sorceress floated with her hands glowing blue with power and Kano and the others took fighting stances.
"Wait my friends," Clyde said suddenly, right before anyone could even launch an attack.
The Bad Anons looked confusedly at him.
"Is my friend Bowser informed about this measure?" he suddenly questioned.
Peach' smile returned. "Yes indeed he is and he did not have any issue with accepting it. He's right there at his castle, waiting patiently for the investigation to conclude. He knows better." The princess said with her arms crossed over her chest.
"Liar," Sorceress hissed.
Peach gaped offended. "Don't you call me liar you witch!"
"And you call yourself a ruler," she countered. "You're nothing more than a self-entitled brat who's not fit to rule over a pile of doughnuts."
"Sorceress!" Clyde scolded.
The villainess flinched behind him with a confused frown, "But Clyde!"
"I'm turning myself in"
Everyone gasped in shock.
"What?!"
"No Clyde!"
"Why?!"
"What are you doing?!"
Clyde looked somberly at them. "There's no need to spill pixels for something silly like this situation my brothers and sisters".
Peach smiled victoriously. "That's more like it, see? I knew you guys would understand-"
"HOLD IT RIGHT THERE BLONDIE, JUST WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!" Vanellope's voice resonated loudly.
Peach blinked in shock as the young candy president glitched and appeared right next to Clyde.
"Princess Von Schweetz," the mushroom princess greeted her mockingly, earning a giggle from Daisy and Zelda. "I didn't notice you were present".
Vanellope crossed her arms, "Well how convenient for you to come and visit us without informing me, THE actual and only princess of this side of the arcade!"
"So now you're a princess?" Daisy shook her head.
Vanellope glared at them and chose to ignore their mocking. "Well I prefer to be called a president instead of being confused with an old bimbo like you," she smirked.
Daisy glared back at the child. "Why you little-!"
"Princess, please stay out of this," Clyde gently spoke to Vanellope.
"Yeah Vanellope, this a grown-ups matter, please go back to your candies and go karts," Peach waved her hand at her.
Vanellope stomped her feet. "NO!" She hissed.
Peach finally had it enough. "Listen you little excuse for a princess, I tolerated accepting your addition to the council only because we needed a representative on this side of the arcade but I'm not going to accept a brat to be annoying me while obstructing my duties. This is a serious matter and a limited childish mind like yours would never understand. We RULE the arcade and that includes you too!"
Tears of rage welled in Vanellope's eyes as Peach came closer to her, glaring down at her with so much vicious disdain.
"Move. Aside...BRAT!"
Just as Vanellope went wide eyed, a vibrant purple blast of electricity landed inches away from Peach, making the pink dressed princess back away from the candy racer.
Peach stared in shock the black burnt spot left in the floor.
"CALL MY SISTER A BRAT AGAIN! I DARE YOU!"
The whole crowd turned around to look at the source of the voice. There standing with the most evil green eyed glare ever imagined was Dark Queen Chocolette Von Schweetz, glowing with purple electricity while Ralph growled viciously besides her.
Peach gaped in shock at them, wondering who the strange woman next to Wreck-It Ralph was.
Chocolette marched with slow measured steps, the clacking sound of her boots against the lustrous floor of the hall matched with the lumbering stomps of Ralph were the only sounds in that biting moment. Her green eyes pierced Peach's core as sharply as daggers as she came closer to stand tall and powerfully at her sister's side. The purple electricity around her stopped as she fixed her eyes on the three royals in front of her.
Vanellope looked up at her sister with large shocked eyes as the shadow of her sister covered her in fear, a feeling she had never felt towards her before.
Peach took a cautious step back and glared back at the unknown woman. "How dare you attack me?! Don't you know who I am?!" she barked at the dark monarch.
Princess Daisy then noticed something shocking about her. "Peach! She has a crown!" she shouted at her cousin, making Zelda gasp at the discovery.
The blond royal went wide eyed and quickly glanced at the whole wardrobe of the woman besides Vanellope. "You...who are you?" she whispered.
Clyde tried to interject. "Your highness please-"
"Silence old man, you've spoken enough," Chocolette warned him sternly.
Clyde felt his program jolt knowingly and to everyone's surprise he did as told.
Peach gasped as a realization hit her. "A royal villainess," she whispered in fear, earning a dark grin from Chocolette.
Part of Ralph told him he should say something, but the overwhelming majority was intent on watching his Queen cut the corrupt royals down to size like they deserved. All he really did was gather Vanellope up and place her back on his shoulder to watch the spectacle.
The queen chuckled suavely. "Pardon me! I don't believe we've been introduced" She half bowed mockingly at the princesses. "My name is Dark Queen Chocolette Von Schweetz." She straightened herself up and made a pose. "The fearsome, merciless and powerful ruler of Sugar Rush Speed Way 2." She sniggered darkly. "Displeased to meet you."
'That's my girl,' Ralph thought with a grim chuckle.
Ryu, Ken and the princesses visibly paled. "You're...the queen of Sugar Rush? Since when has Sugar Rush had a queen?" Peach glared at the Surge Protector who immediately glitched and disappeared from everyone's view.
Chocolette giggled darkly. "Oh I'm actually pretty new in the arcade, your grace, but do not worry. My little sister here," she signaled to Ralph and Vanellope, "and this handsome fellow with her have told me plenty about you and your snobby spoiled group." She crossed her arms and stood tall in front of the shorter blond.
A vein pulsed on Peach's forehead. "Princess Vanellope's older sister, huh?" she glared at the candy president, who stuck her tongue out at her. "The resemblance is uncanny indeed."
Ralph began checking his pockets to see if he had a spare brick to chuck at the stuck-up princess. When that didn't turn up anything, he turned to Vanellope. "Hey kid, got any bubblegum you want to launch at that brat's hair?"
Chocolette held a hand up at him. "Easy there handsome, let me handle this." She turned to look at Peach again. "Yes we are related, how amazing is it? Pardon me my ignorance but as far as I know, my sister is the only princess with a commanding voice on this side of the arcade, is that correct?" She rationalized with a finger on her chin, pretending obliviousness.
Peach huffed and planted her hands on her hips. "Yes and no" she simply answered.
Chocolette arched an eyebrow at her. "Yes and no? Pardon me again but I don't understand," she shrugged. "Is my sister the only princess with a commanding voice on this side of the arcade or not?" she repeated again with mocking grin.
Peach wrinkled her nose. "She's the only princess on this side of the arcade, yes. But-"
"Ah yes, see? That's all we needed to know. Dear sister," she turned over to look at Vanellope. "What do you think of this strange order these princesses are giving to us, shall I do as they say? I'm new in the arcade after all and I'm not sure of this." She smiled sweetly at the younger racer.
Vanellope stood tall on Ralph's shoulders, completely forgetting about Chocolette's display of power and letting her smile beam brightly. "I say circus peanuts to that order!" she crowed. "Every bad-guy in here is free to roam around at will!"
The many villains around grinned and cheered at her. Chocolette and Ralph smirked proudly as Peach fumed under the villains' encore.
"SILENCE!" She shrieked loudly making the whole crowd flinch in response. "She doesn't have a say in this!"
"SHE HAS THE ROYAL SAY SHE WAS PROGRAMMED WITH !" Chocolette snarled at her unexpectedly.
Peach gasped at her insolence. "HOW DARE YOU-"
"SHUT YOUR MOUTH!" Chocolette snarled again at her and Peach flinched in response.
Chocolette glared darkly at her. "Now you're going to listen very careful to what I'm about to say you little pink doll, because I'm only going to say this ONCE," she chuckled lowly and approached Peach, stopping inches away from her and towering menacingly.
"You'll grab your crowns and friends and immediately leave OUR side of the arcade" She hissed as the scattered villains among the crowd joined the group, growing larger and more menacing with every word she said. "I don't want to see your faces nor hear your voices ever again. And if you dare to once again pull your forces against us…" she smirked evilly and her eyes glowed with contented dark power.
Princess Peach shrunk under her shadow and felt her code buzz with sudden overwhelming fear, a feeling she rarely feel anymore after so many years of battles and upgrades. It was exactly the same feeling she felt the first time she witnessed a final boss level against Bowser.
"If you dare to even lay a finger on one of us again…you will regret it…GREATLY," Chocolette finished with a dark deep chuckle as Ralph, Satine, Sorceress and the rest of the Bad-Anon growled and chuckled behind her confidently. "Capisce?" The Queen snapped her fingers with a laugh.
Peach gave a long look at the large group of bad-guys that had gathered around her and measured her options. She knew she was programmed with a fighting code, just like Peach, Daisy, Ryu and Ken, but they were simply outnumbered.
Finally, the blond princess smirked while still sweating heavily. "You think you have us cornered, your majesty? I don't think you know what you just got yourself into but you're new in the arcade so of course you wouldn't know." She turned over to Zelda and Daisy. "Foolish little queen, you might have the numbers in your favor but remember this..." she walked away, her back to the villains. "Bad-Guys can't win, no matter how much you try, you will never win against the heroes."
But to Peach's surprise, Chocolette began to laugh maniacally at her. "Yeah right, like thirty years ago when you guys lost to Bowser and Ganondorf, right?" she said darkly.
Peach stopped in her stride, her face becoming like a death mask. She turned around with her eyes wide. "Wha-what did you?-What are you talking about?" she hissed, her face pale with shock.
"You heard me. I. KNOW. THE. TRUTH." Chocolette grinned darkly at her. The other bad-guys behind her looked at each other and murmured. "I know the reason why the Heroes had to offer a peace treaty to the bad guys thirty years ago." She chuckled evilly. Her statement silenced the crowded station.
Peach glanced around her, noticing the way the other characters also murmured and focused their attention on the Dark Monarch.
"It's because... they lost," she said and the crowd around them gasped in outrage.
Peach gasped but then laughed dismissively, albeit much more unsurely. "Yeah right, of course. That's not-"
"YOU LOST!" Chocolette cut her off sharply. "When a hero knows he or she is going to win they don't offer mercy. They just go in, cut the head off the beast, and they fly to the horizon with the princess in their arms." The Dark Queen walked towards the Mushroom Princess with a smug grin and began to walk around her. "Why would they offer a peace exchange if they've already won? They could have simply defeated Bowser and Ganondorf, locked them inside their games again just as they did before, and peace would have been secured and end of the story!"
"That-that's because," Peach stuttered, "We didn't want unnecessary pixel spillover…"
"Oh please! You were cornered!" Chocolette roared with laugh. "They had you outnumbered and they were more powerful!" She stopped behind her and hissed to her ear. "You didn't want to admit it so you offered peace...you lost back then…just like right now."
"That's not true!" Peach growled and backed away from her towards where Daisy and Zelda were standing, looking more afraid of the Dark Queen than before.
Chocolette crossed her arms and cocked an eyebrow in amusement. "The Koopa King might be the strongest villain around but he's not a heartless man. He accepted the offer because the only thing he wanted was equality for us. And that's exactly why you're here today, ordering us to get into quarantine." She narrowed her eyes. "You want to chain us up so you don't have to suffer another humiliation like the one you secretly suffered thirty years-"
"ENOUGH!" the Mushroom Princess shrieked to her, looking decomposed. "I gave you an order and YOU are going to obey us! FOR THE GOOD OF THE ARCADE!" Ken and Ryu went into their defensive stances.
"Queens don't bow to princesses. Make us" Chocolette growled, and to Peach's horror, all of the villains behind her growled back, clenching their fists.
Peach held an accusatory finger at the Dark Queen. "Dark Queen Chocolette Von Schweetz, you're charged with high treason and attempting to commit a game over to me! I sentence you to be locked up inside your game until your evil and rebellious program is either deleted or reset. SEIZE HER!"
Ryu and Ken launched themselves forward, intent on grabbing hold of the Queen. Chocolette prepared herself to repel them, but she never had to. Ryu and Ken met with the twin fists of Wreck-It Ralph, slamming into them and knocking both of them clear across the arcade and straight into the wall, leaving their imprints in there. The two fighters were knocked out cold, but all eyes were focused on the bad-guy who had saved a princess and now had saved a Queen.
Ralph stared down at the cowering princesses, his eyes on fire and his lip curled into a snarl. "Nobody. Touches. My. Queen." he huffed. "You try that again, your majesty, and I'll pull that pretty little doll head of yours clean off your shoulders."
Peach looked in horror at her body guards and then looked at the many people opposing her. Her eyes then locked with Ralph's furious red ones while trembling in rage and humiliation under his shadow. "You-you...monster-!"
For a moment, Chocolette's eyes were locked on Ralph's hulking form, her heart beating like a trip hammer in her chest as a rather becoming blush colored her alabaster cheeks. While her heart swooned for him, a single thought ran through Chocolette's mind at Ralph's display and proclamation. 'I want him in the worst way possible right now.' But she forced herself to shake those thoughts from her mind and return to the present. Turning back around, Chocolette stood towering over peach, the blonde princess looking like she was on the verge of tears.
The dark monarch leaned in wearing a sneer the likes of which the princess council had never seen before, not even in their nightmares. When she finally spoke, the entire arcade could hear. "You truly don't get it, do you little punani? You only think you rule because WE allow it."
Several villains cheered at that proclamation. "You have heroes, big whoop. We have ARMIES at our command. If we wanted to, we could overrun every game in this station and make you all bend to OUR will. We only let you think you run the show so we can mock how stupidly naive you and your little panty pals are. YOU bow to us, not the other way 'round." She finished.
The princesses looked as though they were on the verge of a nervous breakdown. "Soldiers!" Peach squeaked. "Arrest these…these…villains!"
Sgt. Calhoun came closer too with her soldiers, shouldered her rifle and looked at the princesses with a sneer. "Go suck on a warp tube little girl," she spat, causing a deafening silence to roll over the arcade, the chuckles of her soldiers notwithstanding. "I'm sick & tired of these privileged little brats thinking they can use us however they want and do whatever they please, claiming it's for 'the good of the arcade.' Well if you want something for the good of the arcade, then show some backbone and do it yourself, because missy, my soldiers answer to ME alone and I'm siding with the bad-guys on this one."
Felix stood tall besides his wife, puffing his chest out to look even braver. "Ma'am, I'm really sorry, but what you're asking them to do is NOT nice at all and I, as a hero, will not accept it either!" he proclaimed as he brought out his golden hammer.
"PEACH!"
A loud powerful roar suddenly shook Game Central Station to its foundations.
Ralph, Peach, Chocolette and the whole crowd turned around and looked at the source of the thundering sound. There, breathing heavily and looking remarkably beaten up was the most powerful villain in the arcade, looking completely mad and almost shooting fire out of his nostrils.
The fearsome Koopa King Bowser.
He marched with heavy steps, the floor trembling under his paws, the masses stepping aside from his furious path. "HOW DARE YOU FORCE ME TO BE LOCKED UP IN MY OWN GAME?! WHAT IN KOJIMA'S NAME IS WRONG WITH YOU WOMAN?!"
The powerful villain stopped right next to Ralph and noticed the knocked out bodies of Ryu and Ken. He easily drew his own conclusions about what had probably happened. "You even brought these two? You've lost your mind this time for real!" He growled down at her.
Peach huffed at him. "I came to do our duty Bowser! I thought I made myself clear to you back in your castle!" she defended with clenched fists.
Her argument only made him even angrier. "You came to my castle spouting gibberish and making no sense at all! And then you dared to lock me and my men inside my castle! HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO UNDERSTAND THAT?!" He poked her forehead gently and pushed her away from Ralph. "And I'm assuming you must have done something REALLY stupid to have actually angered Ralph to the point where he easily clobbered Ryu and Ken to the ground! It's a miracle they haven't disappeared into pixel dust!"
Ralph slowly stepped back and gave the princess and the old villain space to continue arguing, wrapping his arm around Chocolette's waist again while Vanellope clung tightly to the side of his head.
"I didn't have time to chit chat and have tea with you! We're in a middle of a crisis!" The Princess snarled annoyingly at him.
"Crisis?! I remember you rambling on something about a prank! How is that a crisis?! You're just making this up as an excuse to lock us all up, AREN'T YOU?!" He roared.
"No...there's indeed a crisis..."
Bowser and Peach glanced at their side. Princess Zelda seemed on the verge of tears and Daisy was holding her and rubbing her arms to comfort her.
The Koopa King straightened up and frowned suspiciously. He had never seen Zelda in this state before. Something was definitely off. "Alright...I'm going to ask this one more time again...what is REALLY going on?"

Ralph joined the rest of the bad-guys and from a good distance they saw Bowser speak with the Princess Council in a much calmer mood now. Zelda seemed to explain something to the dragon turtle and her face was full of worry and concern.
Bowser remained silent as each of the princesses continued to talk with him. He suddenly went wide eyed and then growled angrily.
"And you looked EVERYWHERE?" He suddenly said much louder.
"Every single place," Peach said with her arms crossed under her bust.
Bowser growled lowly and thought for a minute. "And did you check on HIM already?" he looked at Zelda this time.
The elf princess nodded, "He was the first one we went to interrogate but he was still locked in his castle, just as the last time we checked on him".
Bowser arched an eyebrow at her. "Was he now?"
"Yes Bowser, we are not as dumb as you think! Someone else must be involved!" Peach scolded.
Bowser looked even more worried. "Yeah...someone else..." he then looked at the princess with a serious expression. "Where are Mario and the rest of the heroes?"
Daisy titled her head in confusion. "They're checking every game in NES Central, why?"
Bowser looked around him, completely unnerved by the whole situation. He could feel in his old code. Something big was about to happen. He could see it in the dark angry glares of the many villains that were scattered among the crowd, even from the ones with Clyde and Ralph. There was no way to stop it, and the Princess Council had probably just lit the fuse to the whole powder keg.
"Listen to me...go back to your castles now...I'll handle the situation here in GCS," the old villain commanded.
Peach made an offended face. "No, we're not going to do that, what are you planning?! You should give the example and just follow our orders for once, for the good of-"
"GO BACK TO YOUR CASTLES NOW!" Bowser roared at them again.
Peach, Daisy and Zelda trembled in fear under his shadow and slowly backed away from him. "You brute! Wait until Mario gets to know this! You'll regret being so rude to us! All of you!" Peach finally whirled around and began to walk away.
Daisy hesitated for a second but soon enough hurried to reach her cousin.
Zelda on the other hand turned to look at Bowser one last time.
Bowser just nodded at her. Zelda seemed to have wanted to tell him something else but in the end she took off too and followed the other two princesses to the port that leaded to NES Central.
With the crowd still standing still around him, the Koopa King decided to clear the place, "Alright folks, the show's over, get back to your usual Sunday business! Go on, scram! Ya bother me!" he roared at the masses and little by little everyone began to disperse.
He then turned to Clyde and the others. "It seems that I can't return to my own game tonight fellas, would anyone of you offer some temporary shelter to an old guy like me?" he smiled tiredly at them.
Ralph spoke up first with a smile, completely forgetting he had just threatened a princess. "As a matter of fact Bowser, it seems I have a bit more space to spare as of recently, so you're welcome to spend the night at Castle Wreck-It," he said with a chuckle.
Bowser smiled gratefully at the wrecker, though he couldn't help but chuckle. "Castle Wreck-It you say? My boy, you're moving up in the world!"
" Why doesn't everyone come along?" he said with a sweeping gesture towards his fellow villains as well as Felix, Calhoun and her soldiers. "I got a place that needs ideas and I think we could all do with some peace and quiet after that noise."
A cacophony of affirmative murmurs answered his invitation, and with the matter settled the entire hodgepodge group set off towards the Fix-It Felix terminal.
The Dark Queen crossed her arms and pouted, a little dismayed at having her alone time with Ralph completely shattered. "Great, more people are joining this trip," she whined as Vanellope cheered at her side.

As most of the Bad-Anon followed Ralph and the others towards the port of Fix-it Felix Jr. 2, Wolf O'Donnell, who had been watching the whole show from the shadows smirked with confidence as he stepped into the light.
His eyes scanned the few characters that still lingered in the station and his large pointy ears soon caught some interesting whisperings.
"The Dark Queen is right, someone should give a lesson to that council once and for all!"
"I have to admit, I was hoping for her and Wreck-It to actually put them in their places for once…"
"Yeah, if Bowser hadn't showed up I bet they would have."
"I can't believe how powerless the princesses and those two from Street Fighter were!"
"Maybe it's true, maybe the Bad-Guys are actually the ones who truly rule."
"Don't say that out loud!"
"Are the heroes really protecting us?"
"I wonder what really happened in NES Central."
"Didn't you hear? A hero is missing, a VERY important hero."
"I heard a princess is lost too".
"Just rumors, I bet the princesses made all those rumors up as an excuse to lock the Bad-Guys away!"
"Yeah!"
Wolf chuckled darkly as he shoved his hands in his pants pockets and whirled around. "Well looks like half of the job is done," he whispered to himself with an evil smile and walked towards the group of villains that were still chatting and whispering secretly near him.
"Good morning evil fellas," he greeted cordially. The group turned their attention to him, going wide eyed upon recognizing him.
"May I have a word with you?"
