MC wakes up with a start.
Her head was pounding, the intense feeling of nausea overcoming her as she sits up in bed. Her eyes dart around the room in almost sheer panic, wondering where the hell she ended up last night.
She lets out a groan before sitting up in bed and rubbing her eyes and temple – how much did she even drink last night?
The thought escapes her when her eyes catch a glimpse of her phone. Her fingertips glide effortlessly over the screen.
Twenty seven missed calls.
Great.
"I'm glad you're finally awake."
