Chapter 16

Epilogue

It had been six years since that Christmas that Clark proposed to Lois. They were married a year and a half later. They made some more friends, such as, Bart Allen (Flash), Arthur Curry (Aqua Man), and Victor Stone (Cyborg). These three men, as well as Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) and Clark were the ones who began the Justice League. A group where many other superheroes joined, such as Bruce Wayne (Batman), Diana Prince (Wonder Woman), Dinah Lance (Black Canary), and many others.

Once Clark began his training with his biological father, Jor-El, he was able to be given his own superhero name, by no other than his own wife. She chose to call him Superman. For many years, the Justice League was able fight crime, and have lives of their own. Lois and Clark eventually had two children. A daughter whom they named Martha Ellen Lane-Kent, and a son they named Samuel Jonathon Lane-Kent.

As well as being a superhero and a father, Clark worked very well with Lois on their column in the Daily Planet. In fact, they became known as the best journalistic duo in all of Metropolis. They won many awards for their articles. At the end of the day, Clark could honestly say, that if it hadn't been for Lois, he probably would have let his grief take over his life. All she did was be there for him, but in the end, that was exactly what he needed. Just for someone to be there.
