Gohan decided the young boys should live with him since they had no where else to go. He figured they needed some parental figure so he decided he'd be their grandpa.
Raditz and Kakarot had begun training with Grandpa Gohan as soon as they could.
Kakarot was a difficult child. He wouldn't let people hold him for too long and he would bit. He would also often pick fights with others.
Gohan was worried about this but Raditz let him know that his behavior was normal for their race.
Unfortunately Gohan was right to worry because on a stroll one day Kakarot fell off a cliff and hit his head really badly.
Raditz got him and they rushed back home to bandage him up.
Because he was a saiyan he survived but the head injury made him a lot more calmer.
Soon Kakarot became a strong boy and Raditz, being the older sibling was starting to become a man.
