"Meredith stop getting drunk." April sighed as she sat in a corner of Meredith's bathroom well Meredith laid on the floor and Cristina was in the bathtub.
"And why is Cristina in your bath tub?"
"she's sad I'm sad. We're all said. It's the stupid boy penises." Meredith sighed and sat up looking at her sister. "you wouldn't know about that though. You're so pure."
April's eyes narrowed at her sister. "Meredith" she hissed
"ooh she's a virgin." Cristina looked over at the older Grey. "Yeah I can see that." April threw her hands up and stormed out of the bathroom. Almost running into George .
Oh hey." George caught her before they collided. "April right?"
"Yes and you're George." She said remembering the man from the bar the other night. "And you're Izzy nice to meet you." She said as the blond went into the bathroom with some water. George looked around the door.
"What are they doing in there?"
"Moaning about stupid boy penis's. Derek's and who ever the hell Burke is to be exact I wouldn't go in there."
"Thanks for the heads up." George said smiling at the brunette. She had a look about her she wasn't Meredith but he could see the similarity's.
"I have to get to rounds it was nice seeing you again George. Nice meeting you Izzy." She called out as she left the house and made her way to Mercy West.

"Yeah." April sighed grabbing a chart and heading to meet their resident.
"What's with you Kepner." Reed sneered.
"Go away Adamson." She really didn't like the other woman in their group and didn't feel like dealing with her crap today.
"Maybe you should take a shower." Jackson whispered.
"No time." She sighed.

'Yeah she was weird like that." April sighed as she sat on a stool charting. Remember that year I wanted a princess dress and got a pair of scrubs instead?"
"Yeah you were not pleased."
"No I think I cried for a week but I guess at least she remembered our birthday so there is that silver lining.
"you always do look for those." Meredith agreed. Oh and I told she Shepard I wanted to keep everything professional and then she said people do desperate things to get someone's attention and that there are two sides to every story."
"Cheaters are selfish." April snapped. And Meredith knew not to take the conversation any farther. April had very strong views on the subject. She loved her mother but they both knew Ellis had cheated with someone just not who and April had never looked at their mother the same after that.
Not as bad as the deep hatred April held for their father though. Meredith was sure April would slap the man if they ever saw him again. Meredith was never sure why April took it so hard but she figured it was like Meredith and Ellis love but hate and April's hate magnified when the issues with thatcher piled up.
Two sisters one fighting her demons and one burying them deep with a purky smile. But both fundamentals broken.
A/N so okay there is a poll on my profile should April be with George until season 5. I am leaning towards yes I think it will bring more complexity to her character. Save George from his douchy behavior in later episodes plus also allow me to write April into more scens. also bring some conflict for April and Lexie who let me tell you will not get along which is why April's hatred for Thatcher was mentioned in this chapter. Ultimitly it will end Japril. But I think George and April relationship will make a stronger Japril one later. So go vote on the poll I'll take it into consideration.
