Unwind
"I want to stay with you and Dad!" Nicholas exclaimed. "I want to be there every night after school and play with my new little sister. She's really cute... and when she's old enough, I am gonna teach her how to play chess."
Lawrence chuckled. Nicholas was very enthusiastic about his role as a big brother. "Loren is very fortunate to have you as her big brother," Lawrence spoke. "As soon as we get home from our trip, I will call all of the top private schools in Paris. I will get you enrolled in the perfect one, so you can spend more time with your family."
"I like that idea, Dad," Nicky agreed.
"So do I," Carly said happily. She finished her oatmeal and took a sip of her juice. "I am going to put on my bathing suit now so we can relax in that hot tub." She gave Lawrence a wink then disappeared into the bedroom.
"I'm glad we went on this vacation, Dad. I am having a lot of fun," Nicky said with a smile.
Lawrence finished his breakfast and took a drink of his coffee. "We should do this more often," Lawrence agreed.
"Once we get back home, you and Mom will go back to work... and I gotta go to school."
"We'll have our evenings together," Lawrence reminded.
"That's the best time of all," Nicholas spoke as he stood up to give his dad a hug.
Carly emerged from the bedroom wearing a gorgeous two-piece bathing suit which clung to all of her curves. Lawrence took in the sight of her as an appreciative smirk settled upon his features. "You look breath-taking," he stated.
"Lawrence, I just had a baby," she said with a slight blush. She headed toward the hot tub and carefully climbed in, obviously self-conscious of her appearance.
"I think you look amazing," he said with complete sincerity. "I'll join you in there in a minute."
He gave her sexy wink, then disappeared into the bedroom to locate his trunks. He came out wearing his swimming attire, and Nicky informed him that he was going to his room to play video games for a couple of hours. "Have fun, Son," Lawrence said as Nicholas disappeared into the nearby bedroom.
"I know I will," Lawrence said with a chuckle.
He walked over to the refreshment table and poured a couple of glasses of red wine. He set their glasses at the edge of the hot tub. "I thought we might need a drink or two to unwind," he said as he sunk down into bubbling the water. As he reached for his lovely wife, he also reached for his glass of wine.
