My quivering hand reached toward the door. I stood at the foot of the entrance to the black magic club. I was also standing at the foot of the club solo. There was a bug that was going around, and unfortunately the other hosts got a case of it. I was lucky enough to avoid it, but that didn't mean that I should go straight home. Even when the host club was canceled for the day, that didn't mean that I couldn't still stay after school, to explore. However, exploring in a place as dark as the black magic club might make the head of the Host Club angry. No doubt Tamaki wouldn't want his newest member to be slipping into such a dark and spooky place. Considering all the things that could go wrong, I felt my courage slipping. I gently rested my knuckles ever so slightly on the door giving an inaudible tap. Hmmm. No answer. Well, I guess nobody was home, so I guess I could just stay away forever. I shrugged and turned around. What a shame. I'm sure there were some interesting things that could give off some inspiration.

"What are you doing?" An almost annoyed voice cut into my ears to break the quiet atmosphere around me.

Haruhi was an inch or two from my face the instance I turned around nearly causing me to fall in shock. Obviously she was just as lucky as I was to not get sick. I regrouped and restored my balance, and looked at her worriedly. "DON'T TELL TAMAKI!" I said waving my hands in front of me. "I was only looking. I wasn't gonna join! I just... oh boy... this is awkward." Her skeptical look told me, that she didn't mind me going to club, to look around. I sighed. "Look. I was just gonna take a look around, and see what was inside, but when I knocked there was no answer, so obviously nobody is inside, so I can just get out of here." I turned around ready to walk away, and get lost!

She stopped me before I could get too far away, and grabbed me by my collar. "Yuki if you don't give a real knock, nobody will answer. Maybe if you knocked a little louder?" She suggested. I turned back, watching in horror, as she knocked fully. Instantly I was ready to go. "Oh, seems like they can't be disturbed alright. Let's go home before we get our souls sucked out or worse." I tugged her arm, but before I could pull her away the door seemed to open on it's own. When the fragrance of roses wafted through the Host Club, the smell, of burning candles, and smudging herbs wafted through here.

It didn't surprise me that Haruhi was more than willing to walk inside. I was pulled in as well, as I felt horrified. I loved Halloween and everything, but these students gave me the creeps. We walked in, as to where I took baby steps. When we were out of the doorway, it slammed behind up, which sent my skin crawling, and a shiver run up my spine.

"Well, well, well. What have we here. Two new members? You surely have come to realize the true sophistication of the Black Magic Club." Suddenly two mysterious figures put robes on me, and Haruhi. I lowered it, and looked around. In the back, and hooded figure was in sight. He motioned us. "Step forward." We walked forward. I took Haruhi's hand as we approached. "So what brings you to our exclusive club. Perhaps you have a fascination with the occult?" No doubt this student could sense my discomfort. "Do not be afraid. Are surprised by your surroundings. Admit it. I can see your surprise."

Haruhi pointed in my direction. "Actually Yuki was the one that wandered in here."

I froze when the hooded figure stood up, to approach me. Yuki? Such as the snow? I see. Such a name fitting for such a pale shining complexion. Why even in the candlelight, you are of paper white ivory skin." He bowed his head and snickered. "I am Nekozawa. Your host. Surely you came to visit a mass for after school."

This was awkward. "Actually I was just wandering around school. I wasn't really planning on a meeting." I shrugged. "I was actually thinking of donating a painting to a few clubs, though it might be hard to decide with such a... dreary setting.

"Nonsense. I accept your generous offer, and accept your interest of our craft. Perhaps to tide your appetite I could offer a spell free of charge." He led me to a cushion for both Haruhi, and me as well to sit upon. "Forgive me for not leaving this room, for I must stay in a delicately lit room away from such overbearing lights, especially the sun."

That put a bit of a relatable smile on my face. "That's great! Me too." He turned to me, as if I could be his pupil. Obviously red eyes, and ghost white hair racked up some major points with this guy. He shouldn't push his luck. I was not quite as into the occult even though I did like the security of the cozy room. It made me feel secure, and comfortable.

He clapped his hands. "I am so happy to see you taking comfort in this club. I have just the thing!" He took some strange ashy looking stuff, and powdered my face with it each coming from different bowls. "These mystical pollens will increase your likelihood of good luck to come your way. A standard spell specially made for motivation." I flinched as he took my face to add the substance.

"Gah! What are you doing to my face! Cut it out! HARUHI A LITTLE HELP!" By the time it was over, and I escaped I had pollen smeared all over my face. I turned to Haruhi who could help but giggle. I must have looked like a total clown. "Not a word of this must be spoken.
