"Santana!" Maribel screams as she get's into the house. "Santana, i'm home!" She looks at the clock when she get's no answer, her daughter should be home already.

She finds Santana in her bedroom. She's asleep curling in a little ball still with her Cheerios uniform. She looks kind of uncomfortable but cute at the same time.

She sits down next to Santana and starts stroking her hair. "San? Baby, wake up."

"Mami?" Santana asks, without opening her eyes. "When did you get home?"

"Just a couple of minutes ago."

"I don't feel good." Santana said, her voice sounded like when she was a child.

"Really? What's wrong?" Maribel asked, concerned.

"My stomach hurts. I though that sleeping would help me feel better but it still hurts like hell." Maribel could tell that Santana was serious.

"Oh, why didn't you tell me sooner? I could have picked you up from school."

"I don't know." Santana mumbled as she managed to prop herself up in bed, wincing slightly at the pain in her stomach. "Mom, it hurts really bad!"

Sensing the pain in her daughter's voice Maribel got closer to her and cradled Santana in her arms. "I'm sorry it hurts this bad."

Maribel finally convinces Santana to go to the living room with her. She wraps Santana on a blanket and they watch tv together.

"Are you feeling any better?" Maribel asks.

Santana slowly shakes her head no. "It still, ouch! It still hurts a lot and i feel a little nauseous, but i don't think i'm going to puke."

"Oh, sweety. Do you want me to rub your tummy like when you were little?" She asks and Santana nods, while laying down on her mother's lap.

Santana falls asleep quickly after that and Maribel tries not to move since she doesn't want to wake her daughter up.

She does wake up early in the morning and she still doesn't feel well at all.

"You're staying home today, ok?" Maribel says to Santana. "I can't let you go if you don't feel good."

"Sue's gonna... Ugh, Sue's gonna kill me if i don't go today."

"You're staying, mija you can barely move without complaining, you won't be useful anyway." Maribel says. "Do you want to stay here or do you want to go to bed?"

"Mmh, here."

"Okay, i have some things to do. You just rest till you feel better and call me if you need anything, okay Santana?"

"Ouch, yeah." She mumbles. "Thanks for taking care of me, mami."

"You don't have to thank me." Maribel said as she kissed at her daughters forehead.
