Episode 307: Power Rangers Miracle Force: Broken Seal: Part I
Author's note: Power Rangers Mystic Force will be renamed Power Rangers Miracle Force due to magic being forbidden in the Bible
In 1985, part of the land was filled with wonderful miracles. However, demons known as the Darkness invaded and corrupted many who wanted to do miracles but were unable. They tempted them with dark magic as an alternative to miracles. A great war began that ravaged the land and all seemed lost. Five brave warriors arose and were given staffs by Zordon that allowed them to access the Morphing Grid, although they couldn't morph with them. He trained them to be powerful knights. Those knights were named Leanbow, Udonna, Niella, Daggeron, and Calindor. Together they were able to defeat the Darkness and seal them inside their castle, which was then sent under the Earth and became the Underworld. However, everything comes with a price, and all the knights were lost except for Udonna. That part of the land was so damaged, a special miracle was created to cloak the land of mysterious creatures from the rest of the world. This part of the land became known to its inhabitants as the Miracle Realm, due to the fact that miracles were still done there all the time, not on the level before the war, but more than outside the realm.
In 2006, a young man rides into a town called Briarwood on a motorcycle. Elsewhere in Briarwood, in a store called the Rock Porium, four teenagers are being lectured by their boss when an earthquake occurs and they all dive for protection. The earthquake causes a crack to appear in the seal in the Underworld, allowing the demons to escape. A purple warrior is the first to appear
"After all these years I'm free" said the purple warrior "Uthe Sastos" and a dark magic seal appears under him and takes him to the Underworld.
Elsewhere, in the Miracle Realm, a woman dressed in white gets an alert, and finds out that the seal on the Underworld has been broken.
At the Rock Porium, the four teenagers hear a commotion and head outside.
"Where are you four going?" their boss asked
"Something's going on outside" said a male teen with an Australian accent "we'll be right back, Toby"
"Yeah, right" said Toby as they walk out
Outside a crowd is gathered around an old man
"Help me" said the old man "A monster dragged my brother into the woods." and then the crowd begins to disperse "Help me. Please somebody help me."
"I'll help you" and those that are left turn to see the young man from the motorcycle. "What's wrong with these people? Nobody seems to want to help"
"The woods are haunted" said the male teen with the Australian accent "once you go in, you don't come back out"
"I don't care" said the young man "this man needs help so I'm going to help him. No one else in this city seems to care" he turns to the old man "take me where your brother went missing" and he begins to walk away with the old man
"I'll go with you" said a voice and a female teen with a white streak in her hair steps up "Not everyone in the city's a coward"
"I'll go too" said the other male teen "I've always wanted to go on a dangerous quest. This is a dangerous quest, right?"
"Perilous" said the female teen
"Sweet!" said the male teen
"Okay" said the young man "let's go" As they're walking to the woods, the male teen tries to strike up a conversation.
"My name's Chip" said the male teen
"I'm Nick" said the young man
"I'm Vida" said the female teen
In the Underworld, a vampire bat named Necrolai reports to a humanoid mechanical dragon named Morticon.
"Morticon" said Necrolai "the world is just as we remember it, just a bit more advanced"
"Send some Hidiacs up to claim some land" said Morticon
Nick, Chip, Vida, and the old man reach the edge of the woods when a jeep pulls up and the other two teens get out.
"We decided to help" said the male teen
"I don't know why I let my crazy sister get me into these things" said the female teen.
"I last saw my brother that way" said the old man pointing into the woods
"Let's get on with it" said Nick and the teens walk into the woods with the old man trailing behind
"There are five" said the old man to himself "the prophecy was correct"
The teens are introducing themselves to Nick
"I'm Xander" said Xander
"And I'm Madison" said Madison "Vida's sister". The five teens walk into the woods, but don't notice how they walk through the cloak separating the Miracle Realm from Briarwood.
"Where'd the old man go?" Nick asked as the old man was no longer with them. A bunch of zombie-looking creatures surrounded them
"This is why I didn't want to come" said Madison and they prepare to fight the zombies. A figure in a black cloak appears and pulls out a staff with a snowflake on the top. The figure sends a blast of ice at the zombies freezing them. Then the figure points their staff at the teens and brooms fly in a carry them away. They land in front of a tree that's head looks like a dragon. The dragon's mouth opens and they walk inside. The figure in black appears and takes off their cloak, revealing them self to be an older woman
"Hello" said the older woman "My name is Udonna. Welcome to Rootcore."
"What were those things?" Xander asked
"Those were Hidiacs" said Udonna "Many years ago, this part of the land was filled with wonderful miracles. However, demons invaded and corrupted many who wanted to do miracles but were unable. They tempted them with dark magic as an alternative to miracles. Those that gave into their temptations were corrupted from the inside out, being possessed by the demons. When those who died while being possessed by a demon died, their souls pass onto the afterlife to be judged and their bodies become Hidiacs. A great war began that ravaged the land and all seemed lost. Five brave warriors arose and were given staffs by a mighty being named Zordon that allowed them to access the a powerful source of energy called the Morphing Grid. Zordon trained them to be powerful knights. Together they were able to defeat the darkness and seal them inside their castle, which was then sent under the Earth and became the Underworld. However, everything comes with a price, and most of the knights were lost. That part of the land was so damaged, a special miracle was created to cloak the land of mysterious creatures from the rest of the world. This part of the land became known to its inhabitants as the Miracle Realm. It was prophesied that one day the seal on the Underworld would be broken and on that day five young warriors would arise and become Power Rangers. Five staffs were forged able to connect to the Morphing Grid in a way the old staffs were not able. The head of a Power Rangers organization called Project Hexagon rebuilt the staffs into cellular phones for your convenience. They are called the Miracle Morphers" and she goes and grabs a box, which she opens, revealing 5 Morphers (Note: these are similar to the Mystic Morphers from Power Rangers Mystic Force with a few changes. First, there is no wand mode. Second, the upper portion of the cell phone does not have a "shatter mirror" effect, its just a normal screen. Third, the eye above the screen is a camera)
"Aunt Udonna" said a voice and they turned to see a young woman, about Nick's age.
"This is my apprentice and my niece, Clare" said Udonna "what is it Clare?"
"There is trouble in the Woodland Village" said Clare
"I'll head out" said Udonna "you five stay here" and she leaves
"I'm not sticking around here" said Xander
"You can't leave" said Clare
"You can't make us stay" said Xander
"I can too" said Clare and she pulls out a staff and waves it, turning herself into a sheep
"Let's go" said Xander and they walked out. They manage to walk into the Woodland Village, where many strange creatures approach them.
"It's the Miracle Force!" said a creature and then Udonna walks up.
"I thought I told you to stay put" said Udonna "I suppose it doesn't matter, the battle is over" and then a massive troll appears "Pull out your Miracle Morphers"
"We sort of left them at the tree" said Xander.
"Then it's a good thing I got Project Hexagon to upgrade my Snow Staff" said Udonna and she pulled out a staff with a snowflake on the top. "HEAVENLY SOURCE, MIRACLE FORCE! FLURRY OF SNOW, WHITE MIRACLE RANGER!" and she transformed into the White Miracle Ranger and uses her Snow Staff, which had been upgraded with armor, to battle the troll. A bunch of Hidiacs appeared and surrounded the teens.
"We're in trouble" said Chip
"I've got this" said Xander and he walked up to the Hidiacs "It's time for Plan Xander. G'day, name's Xander. Now we can just talk this out…" and the Hidiacs attack him "Okay, any other ideas?"
"You must believe in miracles" said Udonna
"I believe in miracles" said Xander and green vines appeared around him and tossed the Hidiacs away
"I believe in miracles" said Madison and blue water appears and washes away the Hidiacs
"I believe in miracles" said Chip and yellow lightning appears and destroys the Hidiacs
"I believe in miracles" said Vida and she turned into a pink tornado, throwing the Hidiacs away "Ugh, I hate pink"
"Uh, I believe in miracles" said Nick and nothing happened. The other four destroy the Hidiacs attacking him. Udonna uses her Snow Staff to freeze the troll and it shatters.
"Power Down" said Udonna and the five teens walk up to her
"That was awesome" said Chip
"Can I change my color?" Vida asked "I hate pink" and a sheep walks up
"Udonna" said Clare still as a sheep
"Oh Clare" said Udonna shaking her head
"Why didn't it work for me?" Nick asked "I'm done"
"Very well" said Udonna "Clare, escort Nick back to the city"
"Yes Udonna" said Clare as she leaves with Nick. A blast of energy knocks the remaining teams down and the purple warrior emerges from the smoke.
"I've come to finish what the others started" said the purple warrior with the sword and shield in his hands.
