Episode 340: Power Rangers Operation Overdrive: Pirate and Pink
At the Hartford Mansion, the Rangers once again prepare to go to the Caribbean.
"I have managed to fix out the bugs in the Drill Driver" said Spencer "and there shouldn't be any other problems in future Zords either"
On St. Lucia, the Rangers arrive to look for the jewel. Miratrix arrives not long after and has Kamdor create Bombardo to help her look. While the Rangers are looking they run into a pirate
"I am Captain Brownbeard" said the pirate "what are you doing on my island?"
"Seriously?" Rose asked "you're a pirate"
"My ship wrecked here years ago" said Brownbeard "I've been trying to find the Eye of the Sea. I have a map, but I can't read it, I guess I'm not a very good pirate. Truly, I miss home"
"What's the Eye of the Sea?" Mack asked
"A valuable jewel" said Brownbeard
"We're here trying to find a special jewel" said Will "maybe the Eye of the Sea is one of the Jewels"
"The Eye of the Sea is mine" said Brownbeard
"But you can't read the map" said Mack "I'll tell you what, let's make a deal. We'll help you find the Eye of the Sea and help you off the island. If it is the First Jewel, my father will pay you for it, if it's not you can keep it"
"Deal" said Brownbeard and he gives Mack the map, but they are blasted by Bombardo. Mack and Dax fight Miratrix while Will, Ronny, and Rose fight Bombardo, but Miratrix grabs the map from Mack, but Brownbeard attacks Miratrix and takes it back, forcing the villains to retreat. They follow the map and find the Eye of the Sea
"Thanks for the help" said Brownbeard as he grabs the Eye and runs off, but he is blasted by Miratrix, who steals the Eye and teleports away
"Brownbeard!" said Rose
"I'm sorry" said Brownbeard "but I've dedicated by entire life to searching for it. I couldn't just give it up. I just thank my lucky pearl that I got to hold it once in my life"
"What do we do with him?" Rose asked
"I say we leave him here" said Will
"We can't" said Mack "That wouldn't be right. We'll return him to the mainland" and they get in the SHARC and return to San Angelas
In San Angelas, Miratrix is about to give the Eye to Bombardo to power him up when she is attacked by Brownbeard. Bombardo blasts Brownbeard back as Rose runs up
"I'm sorry Rose" said Brownbeard "I tried to get it back for you, but I failed"
"Don't worry Brownbeard" said Rose "I'll get it back" and she takes out her Tracker "OVERDRIVE, ACCELERATE!" and she hits the Sun Button and spins the wheel down her arm "KICK INTO OVERDRIVE, PINK RANGER! Drive Defender" and she fights the villains.
"Let's step things up" said Miratrix and she inserts the Eye into Bombardo who transforms into a giant saw machine
"Mr. Hartford" said Rose "I could use some help"
"We'll send you the new Zord" said Andrew
"SHOVEL DRIVER!" said Rose and she types GO 7 in the Overdrive Tracker before spinning the wheel with her hand and the Shovel Driver pulls out and she jumps in. The Shovel Driver and Saw Machine battle for a while and then the Shovel Driver throws the Saw Machine, causing it to revert to Bombardo and the Eye to separate. Brownbeard grabs the Eye and runs away.
"Kamdor" said Miratrix "I could use some help" and Kamdor makes Bombardo grow. The other Drivemax Zords drive up and form the Megazord.
"DRIVEMAX MEGAZORD: SHOVEL!" said Rose and she types Megazor in the Overdrive Tracker before spinning the wheel with her hand and the Drivemax Megazord: Shovel is formed "POWER PUNCH!" and the attack destroyed Bombardo
"Power Down" said Mack and the Zords separated, returned to the Base, the Rangers ejected and demorphed.
In the Hartford Mansion the Rangers are trying to located Brownbeard when he walks in.
"I'm sorry I took the Eye in the first place" said Brownbeard "I wanted to return the Eye" and he hands it to Rose. Rose uses her Overdrive Tracker to scan the Eye, but the reading comes out as 0.
"It's not the Jewel" said Rose "I guess you can keep it" and she hands Brownbeard the Eye.
"Thank you" said Brownbeard "but I'm not going to accept something for nothing. Here is my lucky pearl" and they exchange items. The Overdrive Trackers go off, displaying a 100
"The Pearl is the First Jewel!" said Will and Rose places it in hilt of Neptune's Sword, and it's a perfect fit.
