Episode 341: Power Rangers Operation Overdrive: At All Cost

Outside of the Hartford Mansion, the Rangers are out jogging, with Mack in lead, but Ronny catches up to him

"I bet I'll beat you" said Ronny

"I bet you could" said Mack "you do have super speed after all"

"I don't need my Powers to beat you" said Ronny and she races off

In the Hartford Mansion, Ronny arrives, followed a few minutes late by the others

"Told you I'd beat you" said Ronny

"Not everything needs to be a competition" said Mack

At Moltor's Volcano, Moltor plans to do an experiment on his Lava Lizards.

At the Hartford Mansion, Will, Dax, Ronny, and Rose are playing a game

"I win again!" said Ronny "anyone want to play again?"

"No!" said the others and Andrew and Mack walk in.

"Anyone besides Mack want to test out the new blaster?" Andrew asked

"I do" said Ronny as everyone else sits silent.

In the Testing Bay, the Red and Yellow Rangers are preparing to test the new blaster

"Who wants to go first?" Andrew asked

"I do!" said Ronny

"Maybe Mack should go first" said Andrew

"That's okay Dad" said Mack "Ronny can go first" and Ronny points the weapon at the target and fires it, but the kickback sends Ronny flying across the room.

Back in the Base, Andrew is explaining to Mack and Ronny what went wrong

"The kickback is too powerful even for Ranger Mode" said Andrew "so I had the engineers at Hartford Industries design armor to stop the kickback, but they unfortunately haven't been able to tap into the Morphing Grid properly to Power it. I haven't been able to contact the Sentinel Knight to get help either"

At a quarry, Moltor is having the Lava Lizards battle each other for a reward. Moltor turns the winner into a half dragon half lizard monster called Valcon. The Rangers show up, but Valcon blasts them and Moltor and Valcon teleport away.

At Moltor's Volcano, Moltor has a plan to make Valcon invincible.

At the Base, Andrew has discovered a solution to the problem with the armor

"While I couldn't get in contact with the Sentinel Knight" said Andrew "I managed to get in contact with a Power Rangers organization called Project Hexagon. They put me in contact with the manager of a store in Briarwood called the Rock Porium. He sold me a scale off of a dragon called Fire Heart. Fire Heart has a natural connection to the Morphing Grid, which should provide the needed Power to power the armor. It is being shipped here as we speak"

Later, in the Hartford Mansion, Ronny tries to get Mack to play a game with her

"It's no fun to play with someone who care more about winning then she does the people she's playing with" said Mack

Elsewhere, a Hartford Industries truck is on the way to the Hartford Mansion when the truck is attacked by Moltor and Valcon. They break into the truck and steal Fire Heart's scale. The Rangers show up

"Drive Defenders!" said Mack and they blast Valcon back. Moltor blasts them and teleport away.

At the Base, the Rangers are scanning for Moltor.

"There's no sign of Moltor, Mr. Hartford" said Dax

"Dax, can you please call me Andrew" said Andrew "Everytime you say 'Mr. Hartford,' I look for my father"

"Got it" said Dax "You want us to think of you as someone young"

"Ouch" said Andrew

At a warehouse, Moltor is trying to make Valcon invincible

"We will use this dragon scale to heat the dragon scale up" said Moltor "the scale will heat up and expand, making you into invincible"

At the Hartford Mansion, Ronny is talking to Spencer.

"Nobody want to play games with me" said Ronny

"That's because you are over competitive" said Spencer

"I'm not competitive" said Ronny and Spencer just looks at her "Okay, I admit it. I am a little competitive"

"A marathon is a little competitive" said Spencer "You are the entire Olympics"

"Okay" said Ronny "maybe I need to work on it" and the alarms go off and the Rangers rush to battle.

Outside the warehouse, the Rangers run into Moltor

"You guys find the scale" said Mack "I'll take care of Moltor. Drive Defender!" and he battles Moltor while the others go into the warehouse.

"It's too late to stop Valcon" said Moltor and he teleports away

"Mack" said Will through the Trackers "this place is going to blow up even if we do get the scale. You've got to contain the blast"

"I'll try the new Zord" said Mack "DUMP DRIVER!" and he types GO 1 in the Overdrive Tracker "SPEED DRIVER!" and he types GO 2 in the Overdrive Tracker "GYRO DRIVER!" and he types GO 3 in the Overdrive Tracker "DOZER DRIVER!" and he types GO 4 in the Overdrive Tracker "SUB DRIVER!" and he types GO 5 in the Overdrive Tracker "CEMENT DRIVER!" and he types GO 8 in the Overdrive Tracke before spinning the wheel along the ground. The Zords exit the Zord Hangar, with the Cement Driver filling up with water from the waterfall concealing the entrance on its way out. The Zords arrive and Mack jumps in the Dump Driver "DRIVEMAX MEGAZORD!" and he types Megazor in the Overdrive Tracker before spinning the wheel with his hand and the Drivemax Megazord is formed. The Drivemax Megazord uses its shovel to fill up the Cement Driver with gravel "DRIVEMAX MEGAZORD: MIXER!" and he types Megazor in the Overdrive Tracker before spinning the wheel with his hand and the Drivemax Megazord: Mixer is formed. Mack watches as the other Rangers run out of the warehouse "CEMENT!" and the Drivemax Megazord: Mixer covers the the warehouse. It explodes, but the explosion is much smaller than it would have been otherwise. Mack sets the Megazord to disassemble and return to the Base while he ejects. Valcon emerges and looks the same as the others run up with the scale "you ready, Ronny?"

"You take it" said Ronny and she hands Mack a blue shield and the scale. Mack plugs the scale into the shield and holds it over his chest

"DEFENDER VEST!" said Mack as the armor forms around him "RED SUPER OVERDRIVE RANGER! DRILL BLASTER: TRI LASER!" and he summons the the Drill Blaster and fires it, turning Valcon to cement "DRILL BLASTER: DRILL!" and he turns the Drill Blaster to Drill Mode as the other Rangers brace him "FIRE!" and the blast destroys Valcon "Power Down" and they demorph and return to the Base

At the Hartford Mansion, Mack and Ronny are playing foosball.

"You're going down" said Ronny "I've never lost"

"Yeah, nor have I" said Mack "Granted, I've only played Spencer, and that's not much to brag about"

"I heard that!" said Spencer as he walks in. Mack beats Ronny

"I… lost" said Ronny "let's play again!"

"That'll have to wait" said Andrew as he walks in with a book "I believe I found where to begin searching for the Second Jewel, with the legendary Hou-ou Bird"
