Episode 402: Power Rangers Samurai Squad: Forest For The Trees

Outside the Shiba House, Mentor is training the teens minus Mikey

"Where's Mikey?" Mentor asked

"He said he was sick" said Emily

"I'll go check on him" said Mentor and he goes to Mikey's room to find him playing video games "Mikey! What do you think you're doing?"

"I… I" stuttered Mikey

"Hand in your Samuraizer" said Mentor

"But… but…" said Mikey

"Now!" said Mentor

"Yes, Mentor" said Mikey as he hands Mentor his Samuraizer.

Later, Mikey is moping around the Shiba House when Jayden and Emily approach him.

"How's it going Mikey?" Emily asked

"He took my Samuraizer" said Mikey

"You've been neglecting your training and you lied to us" said Jayden

"So, you just come here to lecture me?" Mikey asked

"I asked Jayden to help you" said Emily

"If you want your Samuraizer back" said Jayden "you'll need to show Mentor your dedicated to the training"

"How do I do that?" Mikey asked

"With this" said Jayden and he pulls out an orange Disc "the Beetle Disc is still locked. I was going to unlock it, but I will give you the chance to. If you succeed and if you apologize to Mentor, he might give you back your Samuraizer"

"You'll need this to help you" said Emily and she pulls out her Spin Sword and holds it out to him

"But if I take this and there is a battle, you won't have a weapon" said Mikey

"Then you better hurry" said Emily and Mikey goes into the woods to train

Later, the Gap Sensor goes off and Mentor sends the four teens to fight the Nighlok

In Panorama City, the teens arrive to battle Dreadhead and the Moogers

"SAMURAIZERS!" said Jayden as they each draw their respective Symbol "GO GO SAMURAI! SAMURAI OF FIRE!"

"SAMURAI OF WATER!" said Kevin

"SAMURAI OF EARTH!" said Emily

"SAMURAI OF AIR!" said Mia

"Spin Swords!" said Jayden and Kevin, Mia, and him pull out their Spin Swords and battle the Nighlok.

In the woods outside of Panorama City, Mikey is training with Emily's Spin Sword and the Beetle Disc, trying to unlock it, when it blasts him back

"You know, if you bothered to train when you were suppose to, it wouldn't be so difficult now to unlock that Disc" said a voice and he turns to see Ji

"I'm sorry" said Mikey "I'm sorry that I didn't train like I was suppose to, I'm sorry I wasn't taking this seriously, and I'm sorry I lied to you. I promise to train harder in the future." and the Beetle Disc glows

"I accept your apology and will hold you to your promise" said Mentor, holding Mikey's Samuraizer out to him "go, help the others. But if you neglect your training again, I will take your Samuraizer away again, for good this time"

"I understand" said Mikey and he races off

In Panorama City, Dreadhead is about to strike Emily when he is hit by green and orange energy as the Green Samurai Squad Ranger runs up wielding two Spin Swords, one with the Bear Disc and the other with the Beetle Disc. He pulls the Bear Disc off and tosses the Spin Sword to Emily.

"I see you've unlocked the Beetle Disc" said Jayden

"Yeah, let's finish this guy" said Mikey

"FIRE SMASHER: CANNON BLAST MODE!" said Jayden and the Rangers load their Discs into the cannon

"5 DISC BEETLE CANNON!" said Mikey

"FIRE!" said the Samurai Squad and the Nighlok was destroyed and grew, along with several Moogers

"MEGA MODE POWER!" said Jayden and they all take out their Samuraizers and Foldingzords and draw the Symbol for Mega Mode on them their Foldingzords grow and unfold as Mega Mode appears on all of them and turns their Spin Swords into Mega Blades "RED MEGA SAMURAI RANGER! LION FOLDINGZORD"

"BLUE MEGA SAMURAI RANGER!" said Kevin "DRAGON FOLDINGZORD!"

"GREEN MEGA SAMURAI RANGER!" said Mikey "BEAR FOLDINGZORD!"

"YELLOW MEGA SAMURAI RANGER!" said Emily "APE FOLDINGZORD!"

"PINK MEGA SAMURAI RANGER!" said Mia "TURTLE FOLDINGZORD!"

"SAMURAI MEGAZORD, WE ARE UNITED!" said Jayden and the Zords combine into the Samurai Megazord. Mikey removes the Bear Disc from his console and replaces it with the Beetle Disc and spins it

"BEETLE ZORD!" said Mikey and the Beetle Zord appeared and destroyed the Moogers "BEETLE BLASTER MEGAZORD, ARMED FOR BATTLE!" and the Beetle Zord combined with the Samurai Megazord. "MEGA BLADE, ACTIVATE! KATANA POWER! FIRE!" and the Beetle Blaster Megazord seals Nighlok into the Abyss "Samurai Rangers, victory is ours"
