Roxas woke up the next morning naked and a little sore. The blond stared about the room feeling exhausted. He thanked whatever higher power was out there for giving him the sweet release of the weekend. He rolled over in bed, groaning from how gross he felt from the night before. His bed wasn't any better than he was and he knew he'd have to get up and clean eventually. But for now, he rested in his bed for the better half of an hour just lazing around with empty thoughts. Roxas eventually did get up, ripping the sheets off of his bed in the process. He threw them at a corner and stalked about his room looking for some clean clothes to wear after a nice shower. The blond found what he needed and pulled some boxers on before leaving his bedroom and going to the bathroom, but not before spying some movement down the hall. With a small shrug Roxas shut the door and did his morning routine only to get a knock in the middle of it.

"Yeah?" Roxas called from the shower, hearing the door open.

"Shit, shit, gotta piss, gotta piss." Hayner complained in a hurry as he did his deed, sighing in relief.

"Damn, I knew I should have locked the door." Roxas hoarsely laughed from behind the curtain dividing him from Hayner.

Hayner flushed the toilet making Roxas yelp from the temperature change. The wet blond glared knowing full well the laughing blond couldn't see it. "Oh man, last night was a blast. Axel sure is a fun guy, isn't he? Finally, someone who can out drink me."

"Everyone can out drink you." Roxas grumbled, going back to washing up.

"That's so not true. Man, I'm hungry."

"Go buy food."

"Hayner get the hell out, I have to take a leek." Sora whined, swinging the bathroom door open and pushing passed the sandy haired blond. Without a moments time wasted, Sora whipped himself out and started to pee.

Hayner rolled his eyes, washed his hands and began to brush his teeth. "Sora, do you have any food money?"

"Would you two get out and let me shower in peace?!" Roxas barked though it came out raspy.

"Roxas, are you getting sick? You don't sound too good." Sora curiously questioned as he flushed earning yet another yelp from Roxas. "Oops, sorry about that."

"Get out!"

"Okay, I'm out. I guess I'll go see if Olette will feed me."

Sora washed his hands and shut the door behind them as he followed Hayner out telling him that he should just make something because they do have things there. Roxas sighed, finished his shower, brushed his teeth and got dressed. The blond walked out and saw the brunet waiting by the door mumbling that his breath stinks. Roxas stepped aside and let his friend take a turn with the bathroom. He ran a hand through his hair, wandering to the kitchen to get a glass of water to help his sore throat.

Looking around the room, Hayner was cleaning up the cans and bottle in the living room, shocking the blond. "Let me guess, you called Olette and she is coming over instead?"

"Yeah, and this place is a damn mess. Hey, help me clean up man."

Roxas simply nodded and helped his friend clean up the mess from last night along with whatever else needed to be cleaned. Sora was soon helping the duo commenting that he was going to go out and talk to Kairi. "That's great Sora. I think I'm just going to go for a walk today. I need to clear my head."

"Looks like we're all busy today huh?" Hayner laughed, putting the mop away. "She should be here soon."

"Looks that way." Sora said, taking a seat on the couch.

Roxas joined his friend, laying his head on the brunet's lap. "I need a nap." Roxas whined, shutting his eyes while Sora started to play with his damp hair. "Oh, Hayner I'm giving you your one-week notice now. You will be moving out or so help me I'll kick you out with my foot shoved up your ass."

"The hell did I do?" Hayner demanded, marching over to the couch.

"You invited Axel over and at that moment I told myself that you were so getting kicked out."

Hayner scoffed and sat on Roxas' stomach. "That's the stupidest reason for kicking me out. I should kick you out for... for being a drag."

"Idiot."

"Fucktard."

"Lazy cunt."

"Cocking sucking whore."

"Shit eating ass muncher."

"You guys are nasty." Sora laughed. "Hayner, we both know Roxas is kidding and Roxas don't tease him like that. Now please get off of me so I can get ready."

Hayner grumbled that he too needed to change or something so he got off of Roxas, allowing him to get up which in turn let Sora be free. Roxas decided that he should eat something and then take off, making a mental note to lock his bedroom door in case Hayner got any ideas. He did not need to clean more sheets, especially when it wasn't his own mess he was washing.

"Damn it." Roxas grumbled, making himself some toast too munch on.

XoXoXoXoXo

Olette had arrived and Sora had said good bye with good luck wished to him on his way out. Roxas was the next too leave, warning the couple to keep their pants on or they'll feel his wrath if he finds one stain anywhere in the place that came from doing the nasty. Though Roxas was a complete hypocrite seen as how he already marked the couch a long time ago. That was a pain in the ass to get out since had let it dry overnight. With a fuck off from Hayner and a heavy blush from Olette, Roxas was out the door and nearly out of the complex when a familiar car pulled into the lot, stopping a bit behind the blond.

"Oh God." Roxas gulped, picked up his pace, practically running away from the driver of said car. He knew he'd regret his actions the night before but not to the point of running away from the redhead. He cursed himself for being so embarrassed from something that was normal. So, what if Axel was the name he called out, who wouldn't?

Panting, Roxas slowed down into an even pace. The crisp air was beginning to hurt his throat and lungs. He knew he should have brought a sweater but it wasn't like he'd be walking for long. The blond decided to head to the small business district where a small mom and pop café was located. It always made him feel at home; as if he were still a teenager and his mother was actually in a good mood while his father read the paper or something. On hot days it was a nice place to have a refreshing smoothie while on cold days, such as this, Roxas found himself enjoying some coffee or most of the time some fresh hot chocolate. "Man, I wish it would rain." He smiled fondly to himself thinking about the warm fire and the sound of a guitar being played by Mr. Highwind while Mrs. Highwind brought him his drink with a kind smile gracing her aging face.

A few more feet had brought Roxas to his favorite Café, the neon sign in the window flashing open while a few cars were parked in the small parking lot. Roxas wanted to groan in annoyance from the fact that today had to be busy. He hated seen other people there, disturbing the peace and quiet he craved. It couldn't be helped he supposed. The place would go out of business if he was the only costumer they ever got. Gritting his teeth, the blond approached the building, going up a few steps and short walk toward the entrance which rang a bell upon him entering. To the right or him were tables already filled with chattering costumers, someone having already taken his spot near the fire place. To his left, in a small, much more private area, he noticed that it too was taken up. Usually nobody went there because it was next to the hall that went to the bathroom. Roxas let out a small huff and wandered straight head toward another area separated from the rest of the guests. There he saw Mrs. Highwind taking an order already giving the girl ahead of him her total. Roxas stepped up to the counter, eyes on the glass case containing desserts. They looked fresh but the blond wasn't sure if he'd get one

"Welcome, what can I get you?" Mrs. Highwind asked, staring at Roxas patiently.

"I'll have a large hot chocolate, one of your ham sandwiches, and I think I'll take a dozen of your mini cookies." Roxas said with a smile and pulled out some cash.

"Do you want whipped cream on you hot chocolate?"

"Yes please."

"For here or to go?"

"Um," Roxas glanced at the final eating area in the entire place. It was to his right and it looked like the people in there were leaving. "For here please." He said and handed over his cash as he was given his total.

"It'll be a few minutes, dear. Oh my! I need to go clear that table." The women exclaimed moving from her spot to clean up the mess from different tables. Roxas felt bad for her but what could he do when the couple refused to higher anyone to help them out. Mr. Highwind was in the back making the food while Mrs. Highwind handled drinks and cleaning. They usually took turns serving the meals but it only depended on how busy the other was. With a bit of a guilty conscious, Roxas went into the area Mrs. Highwind just cleared up for him. He took his seat and just waited, not minding how long it took to get his food. When he did it was pure bliss. He couldn't remember the last time he had a good meal or something as sweet as the cookies. Mrs. Highwind even put them in a bag in case he didn't finish them there.

As he sat there sipping on his drink the blond pulled out his phone to see if he had any messages. There was one from Hayner and a voice mail from an unknown number. Roxas rolled his eyes at it as he tended to get spam calls. Roxas decided to read the text from Hayner to only choke on his hot chocolate. He coughed getting the worried attention of Mrs. Highwind and a customer who stared at him in disgust. "That moron." He hissed as he read the message over again.

Hey Roxas man, since I'm such a good friend I gave the Ax man ur #. He stopped by asking 4 u.

Roxas immediately checked the voice message, nerves and heart on edge.

"Roxas, this is Axel. I was hoping to catch at home but I supposed that was you walking I saw earlier. Anyway, I think we should talk. But not over the phone. If you're free later today call me or text me. We can meet up at a place called Trio Units. Bye for now."

Roxas let out a shaky breath as his racing pulse began to slow down. Talk, he wanted to talk but what about? "Oh God." Roxas muttered under his breathe, putting his phone away as he realized that the probability of Axel hearing him last night was indeed accurate. Well, it was his own fault anyway. The blond let out a small groan before chugging his drink and wolfing down the rest of his sandwich. Roxas got up, pocketing his cookies and left the Café with a small wave to the Highwinds. With cheeks ablaze Roxas took off home while thinking of how on earth he would be able to face Axel let alone talk to him.

"Come on Roxas you're a man now not a little kid. Just message him." The blond grumbled to himself whipping out his phone and sending a quick text to Axel.

I'm free.
