Sesshomaru looked at his mother "I accept your challenge but as the eldest- He paused to make sure he was correct, she made no move to correct him.
"I still hold power over you and this other brother."
She narrowed her eyes "State your conditions."
"I wish to restore the palace of my father."

Sesshomaru was still holding Kagome hands when he spoke: "I wish to place my seed within a woman's womb to grow, at first breath then and only then will I take on your challenge."
Kagome looked back at his mother and tried to pry her hands away from Sesshomaru slowly, but he wasn't letting go.
"Why should I wait?" His mother asked.
Sesshomaru smirked, "You need him to defeat me, ne mother?"
She snorted, but he was correct "Very well, but I have my condition as well."
"Proceed"
"If he wins I get to kill the baby."
"No!" Kagome yelled, and she ripped her hands away from him "You don't get to do that!"
His mother's eyebrow shot up "My my, protective Miko; you say that as if it is your womb that will carry my powerful son's seed."
Kagome stepped back and bumped into him "That's not, I mean, we-" She blushed harder
"Oh, is my son's seed not good enough for you human!"
Kagome actually growled "That not what I meant either! She stomped her foot "I won't let you hurt his child, I won't!"
"And are you going to protect this child that will not be your's Miko."
Kagome put her hands on her hips "He won't lose so it won't matter lady!"
"Very well then I change the stakes if he loses I get to kill you."

"Miko!" He roared,
Kagome spun around "I am a Miko remember, I am supposed to die for whats right."
His mother laughed "You supposed to kill our kind, not love it you retched girl."
Kagome power began to swirl, and his mother got real and real fast "Do not challenge me, girl, you will surely die this day, and he will find himself with you."
Sesshomaru snuck an arm around Kagome's waist and slammed her to him and growled "Enough Kagome."
Her power was instantly gone at his touch.
"You have eight weeks to impregnate your female Sesshomaru" The with a puff of magic, she was gone.
"Foolish woman" He looked down at her "This was not your fight."
"Then why did you bring me!"
He wasn't sure. Because he needs her guidance because she saved him? Because she seems to help him think?
"You have made your bed now Miko; you will now have the share what I have made of my life."
She blinked "I just said I would protect you, baby."
"Pup" He corrected "Then you wish to leave me?"
She looked away "Don't say it like that."
He saw her blush and oddly found it amusing, arousing, fun. "Stay," He said and watched her blush more.
"I'm not sure that's such a good idea."
He frowned "Why not?"
She looked at him "You have eight weeks! Oh my God, only eight weeks! How are you going to find a girlfriend by then!"
He rose an eyebrow, "That is where you come in."
Her eyes went wide, and heat rose in her face "I said protect it, not have it!"
He smirked and lowered his head "Are you sure Miko that you do not want to share your womb with me?" He growled slightly with a chuckle, and she smacked his chest, a little of her power coming out.
"Grr, Miko!" He snapped,
"I'm sorry! But don't tease me like that!" She was flustered.
"Mate" He then said releasing her waist,
"Hu?"
"The term for the woman who I will impregnate if mate."
"You only have eight weeks to find a life partner!?" She looked horrified "You cant find love that fasts!" Can you?"
He backed up "Miko; love has nothing to do with it."
She frowned and all her color left "Whats the point of sharing what all you have made, all your going to make if it's not with some you care about, want?"
She could see the tired in his face and to be honest, she was tried to, and she decided to lighten the mood like he had tried to "Well I guess that means no sharing your, um - with me."
"Seed," He said, he then turned but took her hand and walked, pulling her behind him "Never say never, Miko."
Kagome almost fainted, even though it was clearly meant to tease her.
