Chapter 13
Barry was walking into the cortex with Oliver, while carrying Luis. It's been a crazy night so far. He hopes to get him soon, but he needs a explanation of what happened. So does Oliver. Which is what Barry trying his best at.
Oliver: so he's been stuck here for a week, helping out and I'm now just hearing this.
Barry: yeah?
Felicity, who also came with them was kinda excited. She hadn't met anyone from a different earth. (She doesn't count earth 2 laurel lance) Barry puts Luis on the cot. Cisco and Harry came in. They started wheeling Luis away.
Barry: what are you doing?
Cisco: we gonna give him a CAT scan.
Harry: we're gonna see if any anomalies are in his brain. We're gonna see what parts of the brain were effected by his outburst.
And they head towards the medbay...

Luis opens his eyes. He lying on the ground on the side of the road. The sky was gray.
He sees a sign:

Home of Spider-Man
He is home. He felt his heart beating, he's finally back. He cheered,
He runs towards the city. He goes on top of a building. He looks down on the ground and no one in sight.
Luis: hello? Peter? Kamala? Gwen?
He runs around the city and started noticing damage on the street and buildings.
Luis: ...who did this?
He sees a man in a red and blue on the ground.
Luis: Peter! What happened?! Where is everyone?!
Peter:...we couldn't stop...him. He...too... fast...
Luis heart sunk, he was scared to ask.
Luis:...Pete..where is everyone?
Peter eyes started to water, all he could was point, before he's gone.
He looks over, his eyes widening. This was his worst nightmare come true.
He sees parts of Tony Stark's suit. Other heroes were gone.
He sees a pile of rubble and see a hand sticking out. He quickly moves it.
It's Gwen Stacy (Ghost-Spider) she was wounded, there's a deep cut on her chest. She bleeding out. Luis felt like his heart was shattering from this horrific sight.
Luis: G-Gwen, please stay awake, who did this to you?!
Gwen: Nitrous... we couldn't stop him. You weren't...where were you?
Luis: I'm here now! Please I can fix this! Just stay with me!
Gwen's face went pale.
Gwen: I'm sorry...
Her body goes limp.
Luis: Gwen? Gwen! GWEN! *Crying* please stay with me.
He holds her closer.
Luis: I should've been here.
?: yes... but you weren't... *dark laugh*
He frozes, he looks up and his blood boiling. It was Nitrous, the one who started this. Luis was ready to end him. Just let him feel what he's feeling.
All these tragedies should be avenged. He was ready to do it. He jumps at him, only for him to speed behind him.
Nitrous: tsk tsk Luis, don't you get it, I'm able to kill your loved ones, by the time you reach them. They were already gone. So long...Velocity.
He runs off. Luis falls on his knees. Everyone is gone. He won.
He wasn't fast enough to stop it.
He wakes in a sweat, he looks around. It's the speed lab.
He still stuck in this universe. His world is in trouble. His friends are not fast enough. Only he is, he gets up and runs to the pipeline.

Cisco uploads the X-ray on the screens. They were surprised by the results.
Caitlin: here's a body scan of Barry and Luis.
Harry: See Barry's dark matter is focus all over his body, but mostly in the heart and lungs. Luis's however we had to scan him twice.
Barry: why?
Cisco: Luis's dark matter change!
Iris: what do you mean it change? Can it do that.
Cisco: no actually, what I mean is it started focusing on other spots.
Harry: it was mostly in the frontal lobe and motor cortex. In other words he had no control it over his body actions.
Caitlin:so he's like me... he has his own killer frost.
They hear a buzzer going off. And look at a screen it was Luis in the pipeline.
He started running.
Cisco: crap! He's doing it again! Stop him!
Barry speeds towards the pipeline following Luis. The blue portal open, Luis jumps Barry follows. He grab him just before he reach it. Causing them to both fall on the ground.
Luis: what are you doing I almost had it!
Barry: had what almost? killing yourself?! You were electrified last time!
Luis: it's only pain if you think it is!
Barry: we're trying ok!
Luis takes a deep breath.
Luis: I have to get back soon...or MY HOME IS STRAIGHT UP FUCKED. There's a speedster like me, who won't stop at nothing! He's teaming up with other powerful criminals!
Barry: if you get knock down, you get back up!
Luis: get back up?...GET BACK UP! This is what happens when I get back up!
He takes off part of his suit off revealing his chest. Barry was shocked.
There were scars on Luis's chest. 6 exactly, they can be seen miles away.
Barry thought his life was dangerous, so was Luis's. Luis sits on the ground.
Barry: I'm sorry. You shouldn't have to deal with this.
Luis: neither should you. I went back to the time vault.
Barry: oh...so you know.
Luis: yeah... Barry, why are our lives messed up.
Barry sits next to him. He didn't know how to answer that. His mother was killed by thawne. Who spent the next 15 years turning him into the Flash. Cause a black hole in space. Then another he trusted another man, turns out to be the other speedster he was fighting. Who killed his father.
Barry: I wish I knew, but we need to stay hopeful.
Luis: does anyone even trust me after what happened?
Barry: I'm not sure, maybe have to tell them everything. No more secrets.
Luis. Alright, I will tell them.

Luis stands in front of everyone in the cortex.
Luis: I have to tell you who I am. All of it, from the beginning.
They all listens closely.

On my earth I'm the fastest man alive. After falling in the water a car almost crushed me to death, except it dragged down a electric line. The dark matter and electricity along with the tachyon I had, it gave me my powers. Except I was out when it happened. I woke up the next day and quickly got home.
My powers didn't appear right away, but I noticed I started to eat more. The day was longer and I noticed myself starting to get buff. A few weeks later, me and my friends got caught in a gun situation. I was able to grab them and we went 3 blocks down from there.
It was at that moment I realized I had powers and I had to used them right. I needed to protect my home, that when I chose the name Velocity.
My life was great I meet other heroes: spider-man, the avengers and ghost-spider, she's great...
Cisco and felicity share a grin.
Luis: what?
Felicity: nothing continue.
But some unstable people show up in my city. Each one worst then the last.
To be honest,...I thought it going to be like the movie: the good guy stops the bad guy. Good guy wins... no consequences. I guess... I had to face reality to find out. I got scars and panic attacks. I finally got a break from the crazy stuff.
Until Nitrous came, he is ruthless, I'm almost as fast as him. But he knows how to fight. He can clap his hands hand cause a sphere of lightning that burst opens. The second time I saw him... he almost killed me. No, i mean he did kill me!
Oliver: how are you alive right now?
Felicity: I mean obviously you had help? Or did you revive yourself?
Cause that would be cool! I mean no it wouldn't, I mean it would. But then-
Sorry.
If cyber didn't show up and restart my heart, I wouldn't be here.
But this continue for a few months. Until our last fight. I chased him and then I'm here...

Luis: and he got away...
Barry: do you know who he is?
Luis: nothing, he vibrates so he is hard to see. *yawn* but can we talk about it a little later.
Caitlin: we should probably go and get some rest, it's been a long night.
That's what everyone did. Luis went back to his hammock in the speed lab.
Barry and others went home. While Oliver and felicity went to a hotel. Cisco and Harry kept working in the lab. Cisco was looking over Luis's suit. It was a bit burnt and a chunk of the suit was torn off. Cisco taps on Harry's shoulder who was looking.
Harry: yes Ramon?
Cisco: I was thinking we should make a new suit. His is torn up.
Harry takes a look at the suit. Without out the blue vest on it looks like zoom's suit but without detail. He can't believe it's been 6 months since he been freed from Hunter. His daughter finally safe and his earth can stop living in fear.
But seeing Luis running the first time it just made his heart stop, the noise he makes when he runs even sounds like zoom.
Cisco: Harry?
Harry: y-yes? I was just...remembering.
Cisco: Zolomon?
Harry: ...yes, it just everyday I keep forgetting he's gone. You know I still can't even sleep right after all put me through.
Cisco: He did a lot to us Harry.
Luis: what did he do?
They look over and see Luis standing by the door. Cisco looks surprised.
Harry just stares blanked at him.
Luis: please tell me, I heard this name a couple times. He gave you guys a bad impression about me. What did he do that was so bad?
Harry:...Hunter was a a orphan after his mother was killed by his father went to jail for it. Because of it, he grew up to a serial killer. The night my particle accelerator went off, he was in electro therapy. He started a double life where he pretended to be hero, when he wasn't.
Luis: what happened to him?
Cisco: Barry stop him. Zoom build a machine call the magnatar. It could destroy universes. He was gonna use his and Barry speed to power it. But Barry created a time remmant to stop him. Which caused the speedforce to come to get Barry for doing it. But saw Hunter and grab him and took him away to the speedforce.
Luis was surprise and scared by the fact, that a speedster was gonna destroy the multiverse and he wasn't even aware. For the next few hours and they talk about what Barry can as the flash and what he did so far. But he couldn't help but feel bad for Barry dad death, Or the fact the other speedster looks just like him.
Luis: wow, I just can believe what Barry can do! I can only go through walls and and throw bolts. So what about earth 3 Jay Garrick, how long was he the flash?
Harry: from what he told me it's seem to be 10-15 years.
Luis: so he knows a lot about the speedforce?
Harry: exactly?
Luis: which could mean?
Cisco see where Luis was going with this.
Cisco: he probably knows how to get you home!
Harry: got up and sent a message to Barry.
Harry: gentlemen, we're taking a trip to earth 3.
Luis: wait I don't have a suit.
Cisco: don't worry, let this Picasso do the work.
That's right! I'm back updating this story isn't dead and we found Velocity is from the MCU. I know Spider-Gwen isn't part of the MCU.
But I'm gonna explains that in another story.
