Chapter 16
Cisco slowly walking in the building. He always wondered why he's the first one here. Barry owns the building, yet it feels like he owns it since he build most of the technical parts. He goes in the Cortex, Luis wasn't in there. He checks the tracker he put in the suit. It says he's in the building. Checking the speed lab to find it trash, Luis's suit was on the ground and a dent in the wall. He quickly presses the alarm. Soon Barry arrived with the rest.
Barry: what's going on Cisco?
Cisco: Luis got kidnapped! Look this was from last night!
It's Eobard dragging the unconscious speedster. He looks up at the camera waves and speeds outta there.
Barry: Thawne is back...
Caitlin: why would he take him? Why is he even here?
Barry: I'm gonna out to look for him, tell the rest to keep an eye out.
Cisco: I'll go get Harry!
Cisco leaves and Barry starts looking around Central city, hoping he could find him.
Before it's too late.

Luis slowly wakes up.
Luis: ugh...my head...where am I?!
Thawne: look who's finally awake!
He pulls of the bag off Luis's head. He looks around and see where he was. It looked like a abandoned museum. Luis tries to break free. But he's tied up also wearing handcuffs.
Thawne: cuff dampeners, they stopped you from using your speed.
Luis: what the hell you want from me? I don't even know you!
Thawne: yet! You see I'm Eobard Thawne. I'm from the future and-
Luis: ca-...can we not do this?
Thawne: I'm sorry...what?
Luis: can we skip the backstory and skip to the part where you tell me how come I'm here?
Luis receive a speed punch to the face. Thawne's voice change.
Thawne: you will not speak at all...
Luis's mouth was bleeding.
Luis: wow...you punch like...a bitch...
The comment got another punch to the stomach. Thawne was angry,
But he just laughs, He lifts Luis in the air.
Thawne: The Flash and you become a problem in the future, since I can't kill the flash yet. But you have some significant to history I'm gonna let flash watch your death.
Luis: my friends will stop you!
Thawne: which ones? The ones on this earth?
Or how about Spider-Man? Ghost spider?
The Avengers?

Barry goes everywhere Central City, looking for Luis. Cisco returns with Harry. Barry searched high and low. A few hours later, he returns to the cortex. Iris and Joe were waiting for him.
Iris: did you find him?
Barry: He's nowhere.
Joe: why won't you let me put out a amber alert?
Barry: because he's from another earth, there's another him gonna wonder how is he kidnapped? Cisco anything yet?
Cisco: nothing yet? We could track him when he runs cause the electricity he makes generates heat.
Barry: any more places to look for him, Caitlin?
Caitlin: I don't know where Thawne could've taken him.
Harry: could it be possible he wants you to find him? He came in here and looked at the camera. Cisco did he go anywhere else in the building?
Cisco checks the camera.
Cisco: He went into... the Time vault.
As they walked to the vault, Barry couldn't stop thinking what Thawne wants.
Why was he here again? Didn't he already do enough to his life. He killed his mother and was the main reason the black hole appears over the city. But it's seem no matter if he dies or gets sent away. He always comes back.
They walked in the vault and see Luis's suit on the ground. Barry picks it up and see a note inside the mask.
Missing one of your sidekicks?
This one is quite the fighter.
Too bad he won't be around long
Try and find me Flash.
This one's death will be quick.

Luis: H-How do you know?
Thawne: I'm from the future, I come from a time where you already know me and I already know you. The reason I can't kill the flash yet. I have to see how will your universe will be affected by your death. I already been to your earth. Made a couple of partners. Fisk, Octavius, Li. They're probably going to love it when they find your lifeless body.
Thawne walks away. Luis was worried, He was gonna killed him soon. But he's still trying to break free. He see a paper clip on the ground. He could used that to get out of the cuffs. He sees a pole on the side of the wall. He kicks it over to the pole knocking it over.
Luis: Flash I'm over here!
Thawne returns immediately and he looks around, then speeds away to find the supposed flash that's here. He uses his foot to pick up the paperclip.
He tries to unlock the cuffs only for Thawne to appear.
Thawne: you sneaky little man. You can't leave yet, it's not time for you to go. But it will be...

Caitlin and Cisco were in the workshop. Looking for things to stop Thawne with.
Harry walks in with a certain weapon. Cisco was kinda shocked by it. He never seen this weapon.
Cisco: what is that?
Harry: this is weapon, when fired at speedster it will destabilize his molecules to the point where he won't be able to feel his skin. Which reminds me you two, I finally figured what's wrong with Luis!
Caitlin: what was it?!
Harry: it took awhile, but it was nanites!
Caitlin: how come they didn't show up on the body scan?
Harry: we were only look for organic material causes. But I still don't how or why it's causing him to not go back to his earth.
Cisco: they could possibly have some sort of receiver.
Caitlin: so that mean they know about the multiverse.
Harry: not actually, remember how every time the portal open he would get hurt, the nanotechnology had tachyons. It was supposed to overload him with his own speed. He was supposed to die like how trajectory did. Except it didn't work. The nanites haven't completed their goal. Because it sent him here.
Cisco: They only become active when the portal opens. Because the signal is on the other side.
Caitlin: we just have to get the nanites out of him. That way he can go home without a problem.
*BEEPBEEPBEEP*
Barry: guys I found Thawne I'm chasing after him.
Cisco: does he have Luis with him?
Barry: no but can track you Thawne to see where is he heading?
Caitlin clicks and types a few things on the computer.
Caitlin: the only place out there is the abandoned star labs office building.
Cisco quickly types and hacks into the cameras in the building. He sees Luis tied up to a chair. Access the intercoms of the building he speaks to him.
Cisco: Luis! You okay?! Are you awake?!
Luis: *groan* I'm tied up to a chair...in some office... how am I hearing your voice?
Cisco: I hacked the speaker, hang on I'm on my way!
He breaches a portal and quickly jumps through. Luis smiles and quickly tries to take off the powers cuff. Cisco feels bad for Luis getting into this fight between Barry and Eobard. No matter how much they try to get rid of him, he always comes back. Cisco was about to take off the cuffs when Thawne showed up.
Thawne: we can't have that.
He knocks out Cisco. He looks at Luis with a evil grin. He knew what that meant. Thawne zooms off with him, Barry just arrived after to see Cisco lying on the ground. He sets his body up right and speed after Thawne. Finally back in the city, Barry manage to grab Thawne by the foot, cause him to trip with Barry toppling over him. Luis quickly gets up and runs away.
Barry: why bring him into this Thawne?! This fight is between us!
Thawne: you brought him into this flash! Now you're both gonna died because of it!
Barry quickly put him in a headlock, only for him to throw him over his shoulder.
The 2 speedsters race off. Luis was trying to get the cuffs off by smashing them on a street pole. Barry was angry, every time he sees that yellow suit of the Reverse-Flash. It reminds him of that night. The night everything changes in his life. Those changes that were cause by him, the second the window broke his life was different. From then on things were different, his father was wrongfully convicted, he had to leave his home and moved in with joe and Iris. They were so supportive of him. But then the accelerator happens metas starts to appears, his the man he idolized turns out to be the man who caused it all.
That suit, was the a signature on his life.
He wants to burn it.
Thawne found and grab Luis, racing towards a building rooftop. Holding Luis over the edge of the rooftop with his hand phasing towards his chest. Barry didn't move. Luis still trying to get the cuffs off only to give up.
Barry: Don't do this Thawne! Put him down!
Thawne: He's been dead for centuries. You can't put this on me Flash. This all started when you became the hero and I became, the villain. It is destiny, for you to get powers and for me to kill this AMATEUR!
Thawne hand sped through Luis's chest, Barry couldn't reach him in time. a little orb came out the other side. He saw Luis's body fall back, heading towards the pavement. He sped after him with Thawne watching. Catching him in time, Luis grabs onto Barry. Trouble breathing, he tried to speak.
Luis: B-B-Barry, I Ju-st want to-o home...
Barry: you will get home! Don't close your eyes! Wait here I'll be back.
He speeds back up to the building giving Thawne a undercut punch. He beats down on him, unleashing his pent anger. Dragging Thawne across the city throwing him at a car. Barry grabs and vibrates his hand.
Thawne: you can't do it...you're the hero. We both know it's just a scare tactic.
He was only saying this to distract Barry, knocking him off balance. He speeds away, Barry chasing behind him, a portal starts to open.
Thawne: so long for now, Flash! Till next time...
And he was gone.
Barry turns around and quickly races back to Luis. Before rushes him back to STAR Labs he see and grabs glowing red orb on the ground, it was cover in blood. Finally back at the lab, He lies him on the cot in the medbay. He couldn't breath, Caitlin and Harry
Barry: what's wrong with him?!
Harry: he's breathing out, but can't breathe in!
Caitlin: it's chest contusion! I need a needle!
Harry passes one, Caitlin opens Luis's shirt with him staring at her. She winces.
Caitlin: this is gonna hurt a lot!
Striking the needle in his with the reaction of a silence scream.

Most of the team was the cortex waiting for Caitlin. Cisco finally came back and caught on the situation. Caitlin finally came in the room.
Barry: is he gonna be ok?
Caitlin: he's has a broken rib, his neck is sprained from the punch from Thawne and a concussion.
Joe: how did he even survived Thawne's hand thing?
Harry: apparently, Luis was trying to break the cuffs off. Which manage to damage them. So he was barely able to vibrate his chest.
Cisco: how did they even break? It can't just be broken like an iPhone when it hits the ground.
Harry: He took the first prototypes.
Barry hands Cisco the bloody orb he found, he studies it and Harry took notice.
Cisco: where did you get this?
Barry: when Thawne phased his hand through him this came out.
Cisco: ...holy shit. Harry, this could be this could be the receiver!
Harry: we should disarm it or maybe hack it so we can order the nanites to leave if we hook him up to a dialysis-
Cisco steps on it.
Harry: why did you do that? Now those nanites gonna be stuck in him!
Joe: I don't think that's gonna be a problem. Look.
They looked inside the window to see Luis body having sparks that were flying over him. He was unaware, everyone was surprised.
Harry: of course! Luis's body has the speed force!
Cisco: that's why the nanites had tachyon.
Caitlin: to keep up with his body.
Barry: cause he would've burn right through it...
WE DID IT!

Luis slowly stirred awake, surprise everyone surrounded him. He instantly rises up.
Caitlin: slow down, you're still recovering.
Luis: what's happened? Did you stopped Reverse-Flash?
Barry: it doesn't matter, it matters that you're ok. How you feeling?
Luis: metal. For some reason I taste metal?
Caitlin: it's probably from the nanites.
Luis: Nanites?!
They explained the whole story, as it went Luis didn't know how to react. But Harry hands him the broken orb that was in 2 pieces. He puts them together and recognize the symbol.
Luis: It was the Doc Ock. Crap I knew this was going to happen!
Cisco: first off, that name is awesome! Is he like king shark, but a mutant Octopus? But what are you talking about?
Luis: Nitrous is teaming up with the sinister six! Doc Ock real name is Otto octavius, he the only guy who make something this complicated. Great I'm screwed. He could be weapons from him.
Barry: don't stress about something that has happened yet. Think about it, you're able to go home now!
Luis: I guess. Holy crap, Imagine how it will sound: Hey guys I went to another universe where there a speedster who is like me and he's the reason I have powers.
Everyone laughs.
Next will be the final chapter. I can't believe I started this story a year ago. Now I'll can finally start on a new story.
