Chapter 14

Sora, Donald, and goofy returned from Tron's world, and we all gathered in Ansem's study. "Your Majesty?" Donald questioned, and Mickey shh'd him. Sora walked over to me and smiled.

"Alright we're all here? I don't want to explain this more than once in this world." Everyone looks around turning their heads left and right and then turning to face me and Mickey, and nodding. "Good… For those who don't know, my name is Amara, and I have a keyblade. Making me one of the keyblades chosen ones." All eyes turned to look at one another then back to me again."

"I can try to explain this as best as I can." Mickey says stepping up. "I'm still learning about it, but between mine…" He waves his hand forward and his keyblade appeared. "Sora…" Sora stepped forward, same gesture as the king and brought forth his keyblade. "These keyblades are the key for light and dark, but I've recently found out there is a third."

This time I stepped forward and manifested my own keyblade. All three of our keyblades glowed and we all looked at each other. "This keyblade is neither light or dark, but rather in between. This keyblade is created with a strong emotion. A connection of the heart." He turned his head, keeping his stance and stared at both of us. "Love." Sora and I looked at each other and blushed, my heart beating uncontrollably.

"Amara…" Sora utters, and I could feel all eyes on us. Oh god how embarrassing, to have everyone hear this.

"Your heart is so strong Amara, just like Sora. That's why the keyblade chose you. Your power has yet to be discovered, as I am still trying to figure out why and how everything works."

All of us in unison swung our hands back and our keyblades vanished. "Wait, wait, wait… How did all of this start?" Cid says scratching the back of his head.

"From what I can recall Amara… You are a special case…" Mickey turns to me. "It started at the beginning of our time, directed from our masters, I can't really say much more, because I don't have all of the information."

This time Sora turned to look at Mickey. "If you don't have all of the answers then who does?" I can hear the concern in his voice, and all of us in the room were getting anxious from all the blank spots in the explanation.

"Sora…" He chimed up and lowered his head. He sighed and looked at me. "I can't tell you who, because I promised them."

"Is it Riku?" He lit up a bit.

"Hey…" I put my hands up on Sora's clenched fists. "Let's just say it's someone we're going to find on our journey." His hands relaxed a bit.

"So, you called us all here for half of the explanation?" Leon states standing up from the door frame. Sora looked over to him.

"Well…" I say nervously. "I'm not sure on some things, but in my world..." I kick my foot on the floor. "You don't really exist." They all gasp, jerking up quickly. "I mean at least I thought that! Now, I'm not so sure anymore."

"What do you mean we don't exist?" Yuffie says stepping forward, her eyebrow lifted and staring me in in confusion.

"Um… you see…" I gulp and take a breath. Well whatever, I guess it doesn't matter if I tell them or not, I told Sora, Donald, and Goofy, and I don't know if there even is a set of rules for me. Our paths are connected now, and I can't change that.

"Well?" Merlin questions.

"In my world…" I sigh and shift my eyes up to look at everyone. "In my world, your world was created in mine. In the form of a video game." They all gasp once more. "Look, I'm not sure how all of this works, but I know one thing, I'm here now, and that's all that matters." They all compose themselves once more.

"I'm apart of this world now too, and all of our hearts are connected. It's strange how the worlds work, but we all know that there are many different worlds out there, we shouldn't treat this one any different. You may all be from a world within a world, but didn't these three just come back from a world just like that? It's a lot of new information that we're all not use to, but we're all still learning and adjusting, and through our determination, we will solve all of this!" Sora's fingers caught mine, and It caught me off guard.

"Oh, I get it, you're in love with Sora, and your hearts brought you two together." Yuffie shouts her fingers dancing in front of her then lacing up together. I smile at Sora.

"Yes, I've always known… that no matter what, how it happened, I was meant to be with Sora. Not that he needs more hearts in his heart." I say that last part jokingly, and Sora tilted his head at me.

"You know what never mind. I'll explain that later." I giggle nervously.

"Wait, if you say our world is a video game in your world, does that mean you know things that we don't know?" Merlin articulates, a finger on his chin.

"Um… Some things, I don't know a whole lot, or how my presence being here disrupts the timeline, but I'm sure some things are pretty straight forward."

"Great! Then maybe you can help me with some of the coding for the towns defense mechanism, it's been acting up lately, and if you know things about our world already this should be a breeze for you!" Cid Grins.

"Ah Gee, I would love to, but I never learned how to do that, and other worlds are calling." I say sarcastically and push Donald, Goofy, and Sora to the portal to the Gummi Ship.

"Hey! Get back here!" He says, trying to follow us. I saluted in his direction, and grinned.

"You'll figure it out." I giggle and we headed off.
