Chapter 15

I sit in my chair in the gummi, my arms crossed, and my cheeks puffed. "So?" I grunt, and everyone exchanged glances and sighed. "No one has a clue where they were going next?" I sigh and raised a hand up to my temple.

"Well…" Sora grins folding his hands behind his neck and readjusting his stance. "The last place we went was your world, and we were there a lot longer than we thought."

"Oh…" That's right, it was ten months in my world. "Sorry guys…" Sora quickly brought down his hands and shook them, nervousness struck through his body. "Who about we check up on ol' pirate captain jack sparrow?" I suggest, and Sora's face beamed.

"Don't suggest something to make him happy." Donald squeaked. "We know how much Sora really wants to be a pirate." He tapped his foot against the ground.

"Hey C'mon it's not like, I want to be a pirate!" Sora laughs nervously. "I just like being a voyager…"

"Where would you pick Sora?" I ask my hands folding behind my back and my chest popping out a bit.

He jumps a bit blushing, his index finger scratching at his cheek. "I…" He thinks for a second and he beams up again. "How about we check up on Simba." This time I blush, and both Donald and Goofy stare at me.

"That sounds like a good idea." I say quietly Sora jumps and lands in his seat and we finally head off to another world.

Once we got there we end up at he oasis area and I look and see that I am a young lioness, and slowly crane my neck bac to look at Sora and he was doing the same thing as me.

He had a blush run across his face, and I can feel, my body shake from the electricity rushing through my body. "Oh Geez!" Donald grunts, we turn to look at him. "You both are acting weird." He shuts his eyes and shake his head.

Sora is now standing next to me and he rubs his head against my neck. "You're amazing…" He cooed. "And to be honest, I wanted to see your lion form too." I'm not sure how my body can handle all of this. I melt into the ground and everyone looks at me.

"Well why don't we check up on Simba, shall we?" I say composing myself, jumping to my feet and walking another direction. My heart still racing.

Just before we enter pride rock, Scars ghost popped up. We all jump in shock. "Oh no, that can't be good. "I mutter. "Hurry we need to find Simba!" Everyone nods, and we try to run past Scar, but he stops us. "Alright, we have to fight!" My keyblade manifested in my mouth, and I charged into action. Scar flicked his chin up, and I get flung back.

Sora's face hardens, and he leap up, and is also sent flying back. We all try different angels and try our best to keep our energy up, but we were slowly fading. I try to stand and fall. Sora leaps over to me holding his ground, but his feet wobbling from the pain. I try getting to my feet, and Scar advanced at us.

A mighty roar behind us made it disappear and we all caught our breaths. Simba began walking towards us, worry on his face. "Hey! You guys okay?" concern across his face, and his eyes wandered over to me.

"Hey…" I grin finally getting to my feet. He raised and eyebrow at me. "Sorry, I'm Amara, I'm here to help."

His eyes wandered over to Sora. "It's true meet the newest member to our team." He looked back at me and bowed his head down.

"My apology's Amara, but you're being here just shocked me."

"No worries, I'm going to have to get use this now." I grain at him. "So… Scar… are you okay?"

He nodded then grinned. "I've actually figured out the problem, and I'm ready to embrace my new role, but every now and then my past comes back to haunt me."

Sora raised and eyebrow. "You sure you're okay?" He nods at Sora. "You have everything under control?"

"Sora, I'm fine. I appreciate the concern, but I promise everything is under control, in fact part of the land has already grown back, and there aren't' that many heartless here." We look around, and that was true, there were patches of green, and trees here and there. Come to think of it the only enemy to greet us in this world was Scars ghost.

"Sora Simba." He chuckles nervously, and Simba starts to move forward.

"I'd love to stay and chat, but I have a lot of things to do, are you guys going to be okay?" We nodded, and he begins to spring across the land.

"Sora?" I manage, crossing the space between us. "Are you okay?" I reached my paw out to him, and he shrinks a bit.

"I don't know." He looks over at me, his head still hanging low. "I just feel a bit… uneasy."

Donald and Goofy look at each other then back to us. "Gawrsh, we better go check and see if there is anything we can do to help Simba restore the pride land… Let's go Donald." Goofy grins at me, and I smile back.

"Thanks guys." Mouthed and they begin to head in the direction of Simba, leaving Sora and me behind.

"Sora…" I manage and get into a sitting position. "Are you… I know I asked already, but are you okay?"

"It's just so much to handle, and what Master Yen Sid said, and the King, and not knowing who need some help, and you…" He looked at me.

"Ouch." I half smile.

"No wait... that's not what I meant." He nervously spits the words out.

"I'm just teasing." I giggle, and he composes himself. "Look, I get it, it's a lot to take in, and you are trying to figure everything out at once, but, that's just going to confuse you, and stress you out. You don't have to force the answers. Our progression in our journey will reveal all of our answers. Isn't that what Master Yen Sid was trying to say?"

He smiles at me. "Then there's Riku and Kairi, I just worry about them…" He says, his smile fading.

"No matter what they'll be safe, and they are! I'm sure if anything happened to Kairi, Riku would find a way to protect her." I reassure him, and his smile comes back. "Come to think about it, Kairi is a lot stronger than you think!"

"You're right, I shouldn't have to worry." His paw comes up and rests on top of mine. "I'm glad you're here." He brushes up against me, and my body heats up. "We should go get Donald and Goofy and try looking in another world."

I nodded, but I didn't want to move, I loved having Sora so close to me, without the extra set of eyes. I was more relaxed, and so was he. We managed to let go and we go to get the other two.
