Special Halloween Chapter part 1

(Author's Notes: This Chapter in the timeline is the first year living in Sora's worlds. I am only one chapter away from finishing off this series, and I'm not ready to let it go. I'm sure this would be a fun Halloween addition to add, and the next half of this chapter will be released on Halloween. You can completely skip over these two parts, they are apart of the actual timeline of my story, but it's not like it has a special part of it used in the story [maybe.]Please enjoy! After Halloween we will see what will become of Amara and Sora!)

I feel my smile growing cheek to cheek as I prepared myself. I ducked down, slowly peeking my head around the corner, and before I had time to think I'd been hit. I stand up quickly, my hands on my chest, and I let out a small groan.

"I've been hit! This is it... my dying wish... is to at least make it through the week on life support, so I don't miss Halloween!" I flopped down making a big dent in the perfectly powdered snow. Sora runs over to my side holding a snowball, his smile never fading away.

"Wow! Way to be so dramatic." He chuckled, throwing his last snowball in my face.

"Hey!" I say bolting up, snow falling around me. "I never said I was out!" He stopped laughing and stared at me. My smile growing once more.

"What are you..."

"NOW!" I shout, getting to my feet and running out of the way. Sora was surrounded. I get to my pile of snowballs that I had prepped before hand, Donald, Goofy, and Jack Skellington armed and ready. We all throw at the same time, and begin our merciless revenge of the so-called 'king-of-the-snowball-fights'.

The snowballs all come to a stop, and Sora is buried under a massive snow mound. Donald, Goofy, and Jack walk up to the pile, all of smiling at each other. Sora popped out of the snow rubbing each arm for warmth. "Alright! you guys win!" He says through chattered teeth. "Amara... you're the one that planned all of this?" He says jumping up and walking over to me.

"Well your ego inflated your head a bit, we had to knock you down a peg." I giggled. He puffed his cheeks and his arms rested on his hips.

"What do you mean my ego? I was only telling the truth." He says arrogantly. I roll my eyes at him and smile a bit.

"You know that says a lot about you." I giggle. "You're an islander, how can you be the king of the snowball fights? More like kings of the sand ball fights... or was that Riku?" I teased.

"Oh haha very funny. I get it." He says waving his hands in front of his face. "Maybe king of the snowball fights was a bit much, but I am good figh..."

"Oh... honey no..." I say cutting him off, placing my hand on his shoulders and shaking my head back and forward. "You're ego is still inflated... Do you want me to cool you down?" He looked at me confused and I smash another snowball in his face.

Everyone began laughing again. "As fun as this was I do have to prepare for Halloween." Jack intervenes. "It is in a week, I do have to make sure all goes according to plan." He waves at us and begins heading back to Halloween town.

"Gawrsh is it already Halloween time?" Goofy asks, bringing a finger to the side of his head.

"I guess we really haven't been keeping track of time." Donald says crossing his arms, closing his eyes and thinking about everything.

"Awesome!" I say excited and they all turned to look at me. "Halloween was my favorite holiday... well besides Christmas, I guess just this time of year." I squint and squeeze my fists. "Tohru would cosplay as Kairi, and Miharu was Riku, and I use to go as..." I looked at Sora, and my face heated up. "Well as Sora." I feel the bridge of my nose heating. I could see the tip of my nose, bright as Rudolph. Sora looked at me, eyes wide, no emotion on his face. "Come on... I told you guys you are a video game in my world, and you two are more than that!" I point out Donald and Goofy.

Donald smirks looking back between Sora and me. "You were this knucklehead?" He begins to laugh when I turn away. I fall forward into the snow mound that just held Sora prisoner.

"You're so embarrassed, that you're melting the snow!" Goofy commented, he was now laughing too.

"You should have know!" I try to defend myself. My eyes wandered over to Sora who was now just as embarrassed. "What are our plans for Halloween?" I say trying to change the subject. They both stop laughing and look at each other then back to me.

"Well since we have been on this journey, we haven't had time to celebrate." Donald explains. I slump down in what was left of that snow pile.

"Oh, I see... I get it though." I say trying not to sound disappointed, but I'm sure it was written all over my face.

"Hey if we work hard for the next couple of days we can do something." Sora says trying to cheer me up. "I haven't been trick or treating before, so maybe we can do that!" I smile at him, then I remember all of the Halloweens I've spent in my world.

"It's not like the people of all of the worlds we traveled to know what Halloween is. Plus, it wouldn't be the same without..." I felt a cold tear run down my cheek. I try to wipe it away, hiding my emotions, and get to my feet. "It doesn't matter, we have a task to do!" I say smiling through my struggling tears. "We've spent enough time here, lets go check on Aladdin next!"

"Amara?" Sora says walking over to me. He looked at Donald and Goofy and they both smiled. "There is another world we haven't check on in a while." He says turning to look at me, with a smile on his face. I raise an eyebrow at him , and he grabbed my hand pulling me towards the Gummi Ship.

"Where are we going?" I question. "More like what are you planning?"

"You'll see." Goofy smirks. "It's a bit of a ways away, it make take us a day to travel there. So we better get going now."

"What are you planning?" I ask once more. Donald stops in his tracks and Sora lets my hand go. Donald stomps his feet and slams his fist around in the air.

"Don't worry Amara! You ask too many questions!" He crosses his arms in front of him, and begins to tap his foot against the ground.

"Alright, alright... sorry." I say waving my hands in front of me. "So you guys have a surprise?" They all nodded at me.

"But we have to get back to the Gummi. This trip to Halloween town was the first stop... we've had this plan for a while." Sora grins grabbing my hand again, leading me to the Ship. "We felt bad, you know... for leaving your world behind to help us. So we wanted to give you something in return."

"But I chose to leave that, I wanted to follow you, be with you. I chose this life." I say pointing at the ground, now standing inside the Gummi.

"Well we chose to surprise you." Sora mocked. I made a face at him, and tipped him off balance. He stumbled over his feet, and then composed himself. "Come on." He grabbed my hand pulled me in the back room, I sat down on the bed. Donald and Goofy on deck, now navigating us to the next location.

"Sora..." I sigh. "You guys don't have to do this."

"Of course we do." He took a seat next to me, and placed his hand on top of mine, resting them in my lap. "Trust me on this Amara, you'll enjoy this."

"How far away is this place?" I ask hoping to calculate our distance from where we were, and figuring out where we were headed.

"Hopefully a day, but we might make a couple of stops along the way..." He tilted his head to one side calculating the time. I giggle and looks over at me, and smiles. "I just like see you happy, I love when you have a smile on your face." My face begins to heat up.

"I guess I don't really have a say on this... do I?"

"Nope!"

"Alright, I'll trust you... for now." I smile leaning into Sora, our lips close.

"Our first stop!" I hear Donald yell over the intercom. Sora looked at me and his head dropped down.

"Well.. we have plenty of time for that." He gets to his feet and holds his hand out to me. "Shall we get going?"

"You sure you don't want to blindfold me first?" I say jokingly, but Sora's face lit up, my smile fading. "A joke... I was only joking."

"But it was good point." He walked over to a dress and pulled out a bandanna. "Thanks for the idea Amara! What a better way to surprise you, other than to blindfold you." He folds up the bandanna around my eyes, and stood me up not letting go of my hand

"Why did I have to open my big mouth." I grumble. Sora chuckles and squeezes my hand. He leads the way, and I cautiously take small steps. With my free hand, I hold it in front of me, just in case Sora leads me into a wall. We walk off the Gummi, and I can hear noises all around me. Where the heck are we?

"Alright." Sora says with eager in his voice. He lets go of my hand and I hear him walk away from me. "You can take off the blindfold now."

I slowly bring my hands up, and yank the blindfold down. It falls around my neck and I slowly open my eyes, now adjusting to the lighting. My vision returning, and I start to get a clear view of where I'm standing. I look over to Sora. "Um..." I say confused. "You sure surprised me." I manage, trying to not hurt their feelings. "Thank you for this." I giggle nervously.

The three of them laugh among themselves. "Amara..." Sora says through laughs. "There is so much more!" He stands up straight and smiles. "Come on! Lets go..."
