Donatello watched Catharine sit out on the porch steps staring up at the stars with a serene look on her face. He could she her form slightly shivering. He swallowed his nerves and open the door to join her outside. Catharine turn at the noise the old door made as it opened and closed. Her face lite up at the site of him and he couldn't help but blush slightly.

"Donatello" she grinned and patted beside her letting him know she wanted him to sit with her. He obliged and went to sit next to her.

"W-What are you doing out here in the cold?" He asked taking a seat beside her. Of course he knew what she was doing it was oblivious but it was the only thing he could think of to start a conversation with her.

"You don't have to be so nervous around me" she leaned into his side.

He blushed "I-I can't help it y-you make me nervous" he chuckled nervously.

"Do I know?" She grinned leaning up close to his face making him shift nervously before she pulled away with a laugh. "And to answer your question I'm star gazing"

"Why?"

"Cause I'm bored and I'm not really a big fan of Crognard The Barbarian" she smirked "…now I'm curious…why are you here? Not that I mind or anything, but don't you and your brothers like that show" she raising an eyebrow knowingly.

"I…I do, but it's a re-run" he admitted sheepily while rubbing the back of his head making her laugh softly. She shivered and curled up more into his side. His eyes soften and he slowly wrapped an arm around her pulling her closer to him to shield her from the cool wind.

She looked up "It's kind of nice to be out here, except for the whole invasion thing with the Kraang it be nice to live out here. No school, no city fumes and lights" she turned and smiled at him before continuing "Back in the city we wouldn't be able to see this many stars because of the lights…they're really—"

"…Beautiful" he said staring at her.

She blushed when she saw he wasn't looking at the stars but at her "You're a dork" she laughed burying her face in his neck. He could feel his heart swell and he smiled resting his chin on the top of her head churring softly and she sighed.

"…Sorry" he muttered slightly embarrassed as he cleared his throat to stop his churring.

"For what?" She whispered happily.

"…For my chur" he swallowed a lump that had formed in his throat before continuing "For everything" he sighed. "I should have listened to myself…er…older self?"

Her eyes brighten and she quickly straddled his waist causing him to blush madly and stuttered at their position.

"What was that like?" She questioned excitedly and changed the subject.

"W-what w-was what l-like?" He gulped trying really hard to think of something else.

"Meeting our older counterparts?" She exclaimed.

"It was…interesting we didn't stay long" he admitted.

"Aw…how come?" She pouted and then shook her head then grinned "Never mind, what were we like? Were we married? Did we have any kids?...Did I become an engineer?" She added as a second thought as she tapped her chin thoughtfully.

Donatello quickly shook his head "N-no" then he blinked as his mind processed all of her words "You want to be an engineer?"

"Hmm? I don't know?" She shrugged "I haven't really decided for sure. That's what I planned to study after high school but I'm not 100% on board with it... I just like taking things apart" she grinned "Maybe I should just open a small bookstore what do you think?"

Donatello snorted "Those are two very different careers"

"I guess" she said tucking herself into him and buried her face in the crook of his neck. He shifted slightly so his shell rested against the porch support beam and wrapped both arms around her, he could feel her trembling lessen.

"Maybe we should go back inside?" He offered "I don't want you to get sick"

"You're sweet…but can we just stay here, like this, for a little bit longer?" she murmured into his neck.

"Okay" he whispered holding her a bit tighter and rubbed her back soothingly. In a matter of minutes he could hear her breathing evenly. Shifted her carefully in his arms as to not wake her and stood up. He managed to open the door a bit with his hand before kicking it fully open with his foot. The house was quiet. Everyone had already gone to their rooms for the night. Except Raph who laid on the couch with Skyler draped over him and his arms protectively around her with a blanket covering the both of them. They had been sleeping this way since Skyler had woken up it had been the only way to get her to sleep.

He walked upstairs and stop outside of the girls room.

"Catharine" he whispered softly nudging her.

"Hmm?" She answered back sleepily.

"You need to go to bed and get some more rest" he said quietly.

"No" she muttered stubbornly her hands tightening around his strap.

"Catharine" he sighed pleading.

"No!" She pouted. He sighed again knowing he wasn't going to win and head back down stairs grabbing a spare blanket from the hallway closet. He sat down on the recliner and reclined it so it was in a laying position. He covered them both with a blanket.

"Glad you see it my way" she teased as she curled up against him and he blushed.

"Aw they're so cute together!" Mikey grinned take a picture of both Raph and Skyler and then took another one of Donnie and Cat as they slept.

Raph growled and tossed his pillow at the orange clad turtle hitting him square in the face and sent him tumbling to the ground.

"Don't you all look cosy" Nia smirked. Cat groaned and pulled the blanket above her head covering both her and Donnie from embarrassment…well mostly Donnie she could care less.

"Come on guys! Get up! It's breakfast time!" Mikey shouted running towards the kitchen to start cooking. "Kay come on!" He shouted.

"Fuck off!" He heard her reply from upstairs.

"She's not really a morning person" Mikey whispered towards Nia with a grin.

"Tell me about it" Nia rolled her eyes with a sigh.

"Come on guys we're wasting daylight" Leo called.

"What's got you so worked up?" Raph grumbled as he sat up with Skyler who continued to sleep.

"My knee isn't hurting I've figured we can get some training in" he said sheepily.

"That's great Leo! I'll go call Casey" Raph grinned as he set Skyler on couch carefully.

"What about Skyler?" Leo asked looking at the small brunette knowing fully well she didn't leave Raph's side.

"She'll be fine, we still have a little more time before she wakes up and notices that I'm outside" Raph said covering her with the blanket.
