I'M SO SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING THIS STORY IN TWO WEEKS! To be honest I'm having the hardest time writing this episode for some reason. But hopefully that's over now.

"Hey guys aren't you going to eat first? Argh!" April clenched her eyes shut and gripped her head. Casey, Leo and Raph turned to look at her concerned.

"You ok Red?" Casey asked.

"Yeah" she nodded "It's just…I thought I felt something" she shook her head.

"April, the Doc and I been building a device that will allow us to measure the level of your psyche powers" Donatello spoke up as he came out of the house with Catharine. April bit her lip slightly unsure but nodded anyway and followed him to the barn.

"Um Donnie? Is this thing safe?" April asked looking at the device he had placed on her head.

Cat grinned "We don't know, it could explode you're head" she cracked and April glared at her. Donatello quickly shook his head and attached more wires to the device.

"It won't do anything like that. Now let me adjust the straps and plug it in" he assured April. April sat nervously as Donnie switched on the machine and a loud whirling sound echoed throughout the barn. Catharine stood behind Donatello making gestures towards her that her head was going to explode, making April gulp nervously. Donatello turn around to Catharine and narrowed his eyes at her but she grinned innocently and kissed his cheek making him roll his eyes.

"Wow April check you out! Is that a tiara? I love tiaras" Mikey smiled walking into the barn with Kayla right next to him.

"Looks more like a device to explode heads" Kayla said tapping on the device.

"That's what I said!" Cat grinned.

Donnie lightly smacked Kayla's hand away from the device.

"It is not a tiara or something that will make heads explode" Donnie said slightly irritated "It's a psyche neurotransmitter" he explained.

"Whoa…that would have been my second guess" Mikey said.

"No it wouldn't have" Kayla laughed at him.

"Donnie salvaged it from the Kraang ship. He said he'd use it to measure my psyche powers"

"Cool" Mikey commented.

"Ok…starting now" Donnie turned a dial "You feel anything" he questioned.

"Nope" April replied.

He banged a fist against the drive "How about now?"

"Oh! That tingles" she said.

"Ok now April focus on the card, close your eyes and tell me what you see" Donnie said as he held a card with a picture on it facing away from her. Catharine leaned her head on his shoulder and stared at the card. Kayla and Mikey stood behind them staring at the card that had a picture of an airplane.

"I see…a bird" she exclaimed and opened her eyes.

"Oh so close! It flies like a―"

"Shh! This is supposed to be a test!" Donnie hushed Mikey. He grabbed another card with a monkey on it and turned towards April once more.

"Mmm…I'm gonna say―" she began.

"OH OH AH AH" Mikey acted out a monkey behind Donnie.

"…A…fish?"

"Mikey!" Donnie glared.

"I'm just trying to help"

"Well stop being annoying!" Donnie snapped back.

"This isn't charades Mikey!" Kayla laughed and cover his mouth with her hand so he'd stay silent.

"Donatello play nice" Catharine said with amusement and sat him back down on the chair. He sighed annoyed and went to pick out another card this one had a plain circle on it.

"Ok this on is easy" he encouraged her.

"It's a worm! Definitely a worm!" she smiled confidently. Cat and Kayla burst out laughing while Donnie looked at her not sure what to say.

"No? Really?" she said surprised "But these images in my head they feels so right" she stated.

"You are way off April" Cat snorted.

Raph placed his hands on Skyler's shoulders and gently lead her to sit down on the porch steps "I need you to sit here Sky, ok?" Raph said softly as he knelt in front of her. He stood up and she quickly followed his movements.

Raph shook his head "No, Sky stay here" he said patiently and sat her back down "It's ok, I'm just gonna train right over there" he pointed a few feet away from him where Casey and Leo stood waiting for him. She tilted her head and looked up at him questionably. He stood up and slowly backed away making sure she didn't follow him. She stayed still watching him closely as if battling with herself to listen to his words or just ignore them and go to him. Once he was sure she would stay he turned to Leo and Casey with a nodded.

"Come on let's get to it! I feel a lot better!" Leo smiled and began to stretch "Today I'm taking you both down"

"Ha! In your dreams Leo" Raph smirked.

"Dude the guy has been down for like ever, cut him some slack okay" Casey whispered to Raph. Raph smiled and bump fist with Casey's observation.

"Yeah Leo! I'd bet you can take us both down" Raph shouted "Casey anyway" he added teasingly.

"Let's find out" he smirked and wielded his weapons with incredible precision. Casey and Raph charged at him and he expertly dodged all their attacks.

Leo jumped out of the way "Ah! No, not again!" he groaned gripping his injured knee.

"Bro!"

"Leo!" both Casey and Raph shouted at the same time and ran up to him. They both lifted him up and helped him on to the porch steps where Skyler still sat.

"Just let me down here" he shouted then sighed "It's hopeless"

"Awe come on Leo you just need to stretch I out" Raph commented.

"You can still spar with us" Casey nodded in agreement.

"NO!...I mean…I'll just hold you back, you guys train I'll just watch. It's all I'm good for anyway" he glared at the ground.

"Um…I don't think it's working Donnie" April stated.

"I think she may be right on this one Don" Cat sighed.

"Maybe if I make some adjustments" Donnie changed the frequency again on the device. April shouted in surprise as she was given a slight shock from the device on her head followed by a blinding light.

"Mikey!" Donnie shouted out of habit.

"I didn't do that I swear!" he said as he uncurled himself from shielding Kayla from the light.

"Wow…that means April, you are telekinetically levitating the cards!" he exclaimed he looked around and noticed it wasn't just the card but also the Doc. His eyes narrowed as he saw they were short one person. "Where's Catharine" he said beginning to panic.

"Uh guys! Somebody help me down!" They looked up to see Catharine floating upside down.

"Catharine!" Donatello shouted and he turn to April who sat motionless on the chair. "April? April are you ok? Can you hear me? You need to put everything down…gently" he asked carefully. Catharine let out a yelp as she and the other objects came crashing down.

"Got you!" Donatello smiled as he caught Catharine in his arms "You ok?" he asked setting her down on her feet.

Catharine nodded and grinned up at him "Yeah thanks to you" she nuzzled his cheek thankfully.

"What happened to the barn?" April asked standing up "Where are we?" she began to panic and feel around.

"Uh? Still in the barn?" Kayla said raising an eyebrow at April confused.

"Ugh!" April said as she crashed into a beam "What is this? Is it invisible?" she asked feeling it up.

"Looks pretty visible to me" Mikey commented.

"Donatello what's wrong with her?" Catharine asked him growing slightly worried now there was something different in April link now it split in to and one of them lead outside.

He shook his head "I don't know" he took a couple steps towards April and turned her around to face him "April, where do you think you are? What do you see?"

"Clouds" she stated immediately "I…I think I'm flying!"

"Totally understand" Mikey nodded "I get that way when I eat pizza"

"Mikey" Kayla sighed with a shake of her head.

"You're seeing things, I'm going to take this off" Donatello said carefully removing the psyche neurotransmitter from her head "Did that help?"

She shook her head "I'm still in the air…soaring, but now I'm heading down"

Leo glared at his leg while rubbing it to sooth the pain.

"Stupid leg! I'm never going to heal!" he muttered while watching Raph and Casey spar some more.

"Give it time Leo, you're trying to rush it too much" Nia said as she leaned against the porch rails.

"We don't have time! New York is still under the Kraang's control and I'm here not able to do anything" he said frustrated.

"Stop thinking so negative" she glared at him.

"I'm not it's the truth" he said stubbornly.

"No it's not―"

"What the heck! Another mutant!" Casey said jumping away.

"Where it'd come from?" Raph shouted before he was tossed aside. Leo jumped in to the help them out. He winced when he stepped wrong once more.

"Booyakasha!" Mikey shouted as he slapped away a tentacle that almost hit Leo "Oh! Bird, worm and fish! Three animals, one body! I know this one! There's like a perfect name in mythology!" Mikey exclaimed.

"Chimera?" Donnie added helpfully.

Mikey shook his head "No a turducken, but chimera works" he grinned.

"April look out!" Leo said defending her from an oncoming attack.

"What? Is that me I'm looking at?" April said to no one in particular.

"Cat! Keep April and Sky away!" Kayla shouted as she joined the battle along with Nia.

"On it!" Catharine ran and grabbed April dragging her back towards the house.

"Hey slow down!" April protested. Leo followed close behind them he knew he would be no help "This is my fault I summoned it" April stated.

"It's no ones fault we didn't even know that thing existed!" Cat shouted. "Now stay here while I go get Sky!"

"Cat! Get Sky out of here!" Kayla shouted before she was captured by the mutant.

"Let her go!" Mikey growled while hitting the tentacle that held him.

Catharine quickly scanned the area looking for small brunette friend. Her eyes widen in horror as she saw her sprinting towards Raphael and push him out of the way. A tentacle wrapped around her form and the beast began to flap it wings to take flight. Casey quickly scaled up the house and onto the roof to attack it but failed as he also got captured. They beast then flew off.

"No!" Nia shouted as she watched the thing fly off with her friends.

"Skyler NO!" Raph roared as a blinding rage coursed through him as he began to chase after the chimera.

"Raph wait!" Leo shouted as he watched his brother disappear in the woods. Cat was about to follow after when Nia gripped her arm.

"Let me go! Donatello!" Cat shouted as the large bird grew smaller with distance.

"We need to stay together, we won't be able to defeat that thing alone by ourselves" Nia stated firmly.

"Alright so what do we do?" Leo questioned.

"We track it"

"How are we going to do that?" Leo asked.

"April can see through its eyes right? Cat can see the guys links it should be easy" Nia said looking towards Cat and April to start leading the way.
