Sorry for the late update! but better late than never right? Please don't hurt me! _

I don't proofread my chapters! Lol I just dish them out as I write them cause I'm too lazy to do it!

Joshua nodded at Donatello's strategy. The boy was smart. But he had lived a century longer than than him and had learned many things, and for them to take on that many foes was just insane.

"Tell me, what do you plan to do with the rest of these Kraangs that are scattered around the city?" the word sounding a bit foreign as he said it.

"Uh…well I'm hoping once we foil their plans, they'll retreat back into their own dimension" he said unsure.

"And if that doesn't happen what then?" Joshua asked.

Donnie's brain began to go into overdrive. Thinking of more plans to take down the Kraang, if it doesn't go the way he planned. Their was only 5 of them (excluding April since she wasn't well trained yet) to take down the whole invasion. There must be over thousands Kraang drones scattered throughout the city, not to mention foot bots and foot soldiers too. He looked up towards Kayla's fathers face. He knew. He knew they would need help—

"Then we'll take them down too!" Leo narrowed his eyes with determination.

"Yeah!" Raph smirked agreeing with Leo for once.

"I admire you courage" Joshua commented before he narrowed his eyes at him and Raph "But you going out there without a back up plan for the remaining aliens is foolish! People could still get harm if they aren't taken down at the same time!" He lectured.

"We can do it!" Leo snapped back.

"Leonardo!" Master Splinter scowled.

Leo closed his mouth and looked down "Sorry" he muttered out.

"I apologize for my son's behavior, he has not been himself lately" Splinter said to Joshua while eyeing his son carefully. Joshua looked at the blue clad terrapin also, watching him closely as his eyes shifted from the ground towards Nia with a longing look. Now he understood, Leonardo wanted to prove to himself to Nia that he was capable of protecting her.

"It's alright" he shrug it off he turning to Donatello "You have a good plan, but let's try to think of something for those pesky leftovers" Joshua tried to lighten the mood.

"But what? There's only six of us and Master Splinter is still recovering from the last fight" Donnie said including April so she wouldn't get offended.

"Wrong, you also have Kayla, Nia and me"

"No!" Leo shouted and everyone turn to stare at him. Nia clenched her fists in anger. "I mean no, it too dangerous and they're not trained in the ninja way like us" he quickly explained.

"True, but they do have training just a different type, they're actually close to becoming Spirits"

"Spirits? You mean they're going to die?!" Mikey shout then wrapped his arms around Kayla tightly "I don't want you to die Kay, I just got you" he whimpered.

"I'm not going to die Mikey, Spirits is just a rank in our culture, it just means you have control over your abilities" she explained with a small laugh.

"Like I was saying" Joshua began again "Nia and Kayla are capable of handling themselves and they'll help you take them down from the inside, I take care of all the ones on the outside"

"By yourself?! There's way too many!" Donnie protested.

"Don't worry Donatello, I won't be doing it alone I will be bringing 30 soldiers with me and they're all Elites" he grinned.

"Alright!" Casey grinned "We totally have an army to kick some major Kraang ass!"

"What about Cat and Skyler" April asked.

"I will be taking them back to Divinity so they are safe and while I'm there I'll gather the soldiers and explain the plan to them" Joshua explained "Come on girls let get going" he said towards Cat and Skyler and turn to face the fellas again "I will call you when we are ready to head out"

"Be safe" Cat whispered to Donnie as she gave him one last embrace before she left.

"I will" he held her tightly before letting her go.

"Raphael!" Skyler grasped his wrist in both her hands. He turned and stared down to her shaking form "Be careful…please" she muttered loud enough for him to hear her. Resting her forehead against his bicep.

His eyes soften "I will" he promised. The last time he wasn't careful it almost killed her. He wouldn't let that happen again. She slowly let him go and ran over to Kayla's father as they fled back to Divinity.

"A water tower" Leo said confused.

"That's your new invention? Oh, man! Wow, that's one giant step for turtlekind, Donnie. Nice" Raph said sarcastically.

"It's not exactly what it appears to be" Donnie glared at him.

"Get down!" Leo shouted.

"They're scanning for humans" Donnie stated as they hid in the shadows.

"What do we do? Do we keep going? Or save them?" Kayla said as the Kraang pulled out two humans from a building and held them with a mutagen gun over their heads.

Leo narrowed his eyes "We save them" he said jumping down and blocked the Kraang's attacks while Mikey swooped down to get them away. The action caused more Kraang to show up and they broke out in a full battle. Taking them down easily.

"Is that all you got!" Raph shouted cockily and more Kraang surrounded them.

"You had to ask, didn't you?" Kayla said annoyed while blowing her bang from her face.

"I don't like this bros" Mikey stated while pushing Kayla behind him and into the middle of there circle with Leo doing the same with Nia's much to her displeasure.

A loaf of bread hit the head of a Kraang drone and Kayla and Nia looked at it confused before a giant pigeon like man attacked it. It was the guys turn to look confused as they stared at the scene in front of them.

Then came a large alligator humanoid crashing in and taking down more drones.

"Leatherhead!" Mikey shouted relieved.

Followed by him was a chimp with a strange helmet on his head. Any of the drones around him began to shoot each other "Dr. Rockwell?" Donnie said surprised.

"Pigeon Pete?" Raph raised a brow unable to believe it. Then a large turtle appeared before them swiping the rest of what was left of the Kraang drones.

"You" Leo hissed gripping his katana's tighter as he glared at him.

"Do you think they have an older brother or something we dont know about?" Kayla whispered to Nia as she shrugged.

"Greeting turtles, long time no see" the larger turtle smirked down at them while the alligator roared in victory of their battle.

"Friends of yours I assume?" Nia asked Donnie.

"Uh…kind of" He rubbed the back of his head sheepily.

"Raphael, good to see you, brother" the black masked terrapin said bumping fist with Raph "and the rest of you" he added with a nodded and then motioned behind him "Turtles, meet my team, dedicated to fighting the Kraang. The Mighty Mutanimals! Ya already know my second in command" he pointed to the second large reptile.

"Leatherhead!" Mikey shout happily and gave him a hug.

"Heh heh, it's good to see you too, Michelangelo. All of you" Leatherhead said sincerely as he hugged Mikey back..

"And what, dear boy, are you staring at?" The chimpman said towards Donnie as he kept staring at him.

"Doctor Rockwell?" Donnie finally asked.

"Indeed! The Kraang experimented on my mind, giving me psychic powers and accidentally returning my vast intellect in the process!"

"Rockwell's the brains of the team. And this is the final member of the Mutanimals." Slash continued and presented the bird mutant last..

"Pigeon Pete? The world's most useless mutant?" Raph said.

"Hey! Wah! Ooh! I've toughened up a lot since the last time you saw me! I was just a pigeon-boy, now I'm a pigeon-man.I'm the team spy!" Pete argued.

"More like decoy" Nia snorted crossing her arms and Kayla laughed.

"Ooh, bread!" Pigeon Pete shouted as Slash tossed him bread to the side.

"Some leader, Slash. Using your teammate as bait!" Leo eyes narrowed at him.

"You got a problem with that, Leonardo?" Slash said getting in his face not wanting to back down.

"You attacked us. You tried to destroy us!" Leo hissed.

"I wasn't right in the head then. It was the Mutagen!" Slash huffed.

"He did help us" Kayla stated. She wasn't sure what the fight was between him and Leo but the guy honestly looked sorry for whatever it was he did.

"And everyone deserves a second chance" Mikey added.

"We trust him with our lives" Leatherhead said placing a hand on Slash's shoulder.

"Come, Turtles. Meet our benefactor. Then you will surely change your mind, Leonardo" Slash reasoned.

"Fine, but if this is a trap, your shell is mine, Slash." Leo warned.
