***SPOILER ALERT***
In case any of you haven't finished watching the TMNT 2012 series there is a character death in this chapter that is canon.
Also for this chapter keep in mind that the TMNT2k12 will be known by their nicknames, while the TMNT1987 will go by their full name. Just too help tell the difference between the two.
I don't proofread my chapters! Lol I just dish them out as I write them cause I'm too lazy to do it.

Tracking Shredder down wasn't easy, especially when other things in the city had been going on that had them getting side track more often then they liked. But have Karai and Shinigami had helped too. Joshua had helped them a lot in fighting too. Letting his solders hold off Shredders forces as they dealt with Shredder but it had been Leo that had taken the finishing blow. Everything seem to be calming down in the city that was until Tigerclaw tried to bring back Shredder back from the dead which opened a new can of worms. They had to take him down a second time, but it seemed Shredder had not cared the second time around.
Renet had shown up again asking for the guys help and yet again Kayla was to sit out to continue recovering while Nia went with the guys to help of course her, Skyler and Cat had to hide out in Divinity because monsters were infecting people and taking over the city. it had only lasted about fifteen minutes before the guys defeated Savanti Romero and returned everyone to normal. They had been surprised that it was over so quickly but Renet later explained that time runs differently when jumping between time streams.
Now, they all hung out at the lair each of them finally able to rest and relax from all the running around they had been doing the past couple of weeks. Mikey had been on the couched eating cereal from the box lazily while Kayla had been playing a card game with Ice Cream kitty and Chompy on the floor. Mikey was half paying attention to their game when he finally sighed boredly.
"We've seen the Evil Captain Ryan, episode five times already!"
"You said it, little brother and this show's way better than the original" Raph said from the side as he punched the dummy with Skyler sitting at a table look up to see him and continue sketching. no doubt in their minds that she was sketching him and everyone else in the room. She always did like to draw people instead of still life.
"Hey, that's my Crocklodoll!" he sat up glaring and picked up the card before gasping once more at seeing another one of his cards being played "And my Sheldawg!"
Ice cream kitty snatched the card from him again and scurried away while Kayla grabbed the other and gave it to Chompy.
"Run Chompy!" Kayla laughed and the little space terrapin ran away happily holding the card in his mouth.
"Traitor!" Mikey growled playful and pounced on his intended mated as she continued to laugh and fight him off. She was able to heal up much more quickly now that she was getting proper rest. Whatever Master Splinter did when she was stuck in that black void had taken the nightmares away much to her friends and family's relief. She was even able to walk on her own now without the help of crutches, but she would tire easily and need breaks every so often.
Meanwhile Donnie was in his lab trying to come up with a new invention or at least he was trying to but nothing worth wild was coming to his mind.
"An anti-gravity calzone maker might not be the most practical invention. Maybe a new robo-training dummy that Raph can't destroy in five minutes? Think, D." he spoke to himself. Trying to figure out what else he should invent with the city calm and no threats rising, it had sent him in a slump "What's your next Stealth Bike or Turtle Mech or Patrol Buggy? Face it, without some crazy, weekly threat, there's just no point." He sighed in defeat and ate one of the calzones that had popped out from his invention. He felt two arms wrap around his neck from behind as he sat at his desk. He shivered at the touch and he didn't have to guess who it was.
"Maybe you need a break from all this and something will come to you" his mated purred nipping at his jaw line. He didn't miss the double meaning in her words and he growled and stood up turning around so he could kiss her.
He had been meditating for the past three hours and not able to focus "I don't get it, Master Splinter. I've been meditating for weeks and I still don't feel any enlightenment or higher plane or anything. I didn't think peace could be so dull." he threw himself on the floor and stared at the ceiling feeling lost on what he should do.
The door to the dojo slid open and Nia peeked in "You okay? You've been in here longer than usual"
"Yeah...maybe I need to take a break" he stood up and followed her.
"Good cause ordered pizza and we're all about to eat" she grabbed his hand and lead him to the kitchen.
"Sure you don't wanna play, Raph? I'll loan you my Beedlesaur" Mikey said holding up a card as he and Kayla played.
"Don't do it Raph, Mikey cheats!" Kayla glared at Mikey.
"Not true! you just suck at this game babe" Mikey teased.
"At this point, I'll do anything. I'm dying for some action." Raph stood up from the couched and to play with Chompy.
"Me too. The Foot are gone. Shredder is dead. I never thought I'd miss the Kraang." Leo agreed as replaced him on the couch.
"Admit it, guys, there isn't any evil left in the city" Raph stated just as a loud crash sounded throughout the lair. Donnie slid open the door quickly letting the smoke escape the lab as he carried Cat out. They had gotten a little out of control and he may have knocked over two beakers. Once that had happened he had quickly grabbed his mate without a second thought and just in time as the two chemical touched and reacted badly with one another causing an explosion. He moved fast to open the lab door and saw everyone in the living room looking over at him confused on to what just happened. A blush took over his face and while Catherine giggled knowingly, stepping out of the lab to join everyone else.
"Whoever thought chemistry would be so overwhelming?" Donnie said sheepily.
"Nice" Cat snorted at his innuendo while everyone else looked confused at what he meant.
Leo shook his head "I'm sick of staying underground. We need to stay sharp, ninjas. Let's patrol the city anyway" he suggested.
"Hmm you know, I have been picking up some weird energy readings in the Lower East Side, so I could run some new scans." Donnie brought up.
"Maybe it's dangerous! I could use a little danger." Raph smiled glad to hear that the were going to patrol.
"Please be careful" Skyler said softly.
"I'm in!" Kayla said excitedly.
"You're still healing" Mikey's eyes narrowed.
"Aww come on the city has been really quiet, I doubt it'll be dangerous plus this might be good time for me to practice on my abilities" Kayla pouted and Mikey stood his ground.
"She's right and I'll go too, to keep an eye on her" Nia offered.
"Fine" Mikey gave in.
Patrolling the city had been going well, it wasn't until their second meet up that they received some interesting news from Mikey. Nia and Kayla listened to every detail closely. They heard about the guys counterpart from a different dimension, but it looks like this time around they would be able to meet them. They were excited it, wasn't often something like this happens.
"Slow down, Mikey. Are you sure you saw our counterparts from the other dimension?" Donnie asked carefully.
"And Bebop and Rocksteady were there, looking like bad news, wearing dead turtle shells- and everything" he said pacing back and forth.
"Are you sure this isn't like the time you said you got chased by a chupacabra - in the sewers?" Raph said.
"Or saw Thor eating a hot dog on Fifth Avenue?" Leo crossed his arms and leaned against the building.
"It wasn't a hot dog, but I really saw the other "us" s. Bebop and Rocksteady threw them in their van and drove off towards Chinatown!" he exclaimed.
"Hmm. Chinatown, huh?" Donnie rubbed his chin in thought.
"Won't hurt to check it out" Nia shrugged and Kayla agreed. They headed back to the lair only to get the battle van and then drove to Chinatown.
"The source must be around here somewhere." Donnie said getting out of the van.
"Maybe it's coming from underground." Leo said looking at a sewer lid.
"Well let do this" Kayla said eagerly taking the lid off and jumping in. Donnie was quick to take the lead once they were all underground with his device showing him the way.
"By my calculations, it should be right around –Holy chalupa!" he gasped as they saw a large machine in the shape of a sphere.
"Whoa" Nia and Kayla gasped "What is that?"
"Is that a Technodrome?" Leo said unsure.
"A ridiculous-looking one, even by Dimension X standards. What's that huge eye for? And why is there a giant foot painted on the front?" Donnie questioned while taking in the large machine.
"So how are we gonna infiltrate that thing?" Raph crossed his arms.
"Why don't we try the open door?" Mikey grinned pointing up at an open entrance.
"No security?" Nia asked confused.
"Who are these clowns?" Kayla muttered quietly.
"Kraang? And Shredder?" Leo eyes widen.
"Well, that explains the dimensional disturbance." Donnie grimaced.
"But you guys killed him" Kayla backed up afraid and Nia grabbed a hold of her.
"He's not from this dimension remember" Nia whispered.
"It's okay I won't let him near you" Mikey promised her.
Leo shushed them as they got closer.
"Look, it's them. The other "us" s. And Bebop and Rocksteady!" Mikey pointed out to electric force field cage that their counterparts were being held captive in and Bebop and Rocksteady guarded them.
"Mikey was right again. Lame." Raph rolled his eyes.
"Let's move" Leo nodded.
"You won't get away with this, Shred-Head!" Leonardo shouted.
"But I already have, my meddlesome mutants" Shredder laughed maliciously.
"So, what next, Boss-Man?" Rocksteady asked Shredder.
"Now, with those troublesome Turtles out of the way, we will need you fools to run some errands." Shredder said.
"We need to fully power up the Technodrome. Then we can conquer this dimension." The Kraang explained.
They snuck closer to were the other turtles were being held, donnie locking at the tech
"Dude! You found us!" Michelangelo said relieved and Raph shushed him as he kept watch as Donnie figured out how to unlock the electric cage.
"We totally had this without you posers getting in the way." Raphael whispered down to them. Raph glared at his counterpart in irritation before he spoke.
"We can always just leave you here, Raphael."
"Thanks for the save. Turtle power!" Leonardo shouted instantly regretting it when he gave their position way.
"Turtle power?" Nia and Kayla questioned while holding in their laughter.
"The Turtles? There's more of them? And who are they?" Shredder questioned pointing at Nia and Kayla.
"Backup?" Nia shrugged.
"Quick, do something. These Turtles are actually dangerous" Kraang said in fear while Shredder locked like he wasn't sure of what to make of the situation.
"Well, um…" he started before turning to Bebop and Rocksteady angrily "Don't just stand there, you blithering blister-brains, take them down!"
Bebop and Rocksteady aimmed their guns and began to fire at them. They all scattered to avoid being hit
"Yeah! Go, Green Machine!" the trapped turtles cheered.
"Don't call us that!" Raph snarled while dodging fire.
"Oh I am sooo not going to let them live that down" Kayla snickered shooting gust of wind at them to help them out.
"Whoa! These guys are even more armed up than usual." Donnie noticed.
"Eat the hot plasma, turtle freaks!" Rocksteady laughed leading Mikey towards Bebop.
"Mikey watch out!" Kayla shouted sending a burst of air sending Bebop to crash against the wall his gun going off in the process leaving them confused as bubbles came out instead of plasma.
"Bubbles? Wack, yo. Come on, come on." Bebop grunted getting up and switching the gun to the right setting and sonic shot out throwing Mikey a few feet away "That's more like it." Bebop grinned.
Leo managed to grab his brother before he hit the floor. Bebop pointed his gun at them and sent another sonic blast sending all to the ground.
"I have you just where I wanted!" Kraang laughed pressing a button on they system and pink ooze seeped through the floor and began to encase them.
"What the heck is this?" Raph struggled to get free.
"Da, freak turtle ninjas are finally finished" Rocksteady smirked resting the gun on his shoulder.
"It's no use" Mikey strained.
"Can't move." Leo grunted.
"It's some type of protoplasmic prison." Donnie guested.
"Ugh, smells like sour cream. I hate sour cream!"
"Raph you hate everything" Kayla rolled her eyes.
"Well that's not true, he likes Skyler and Chompy" Nia smirked causing Raph to blush slightly.
"Now is not the time for teasing guys" Leo hushed them.
"We best finish off the Turtles fast before they figure a way out." Bebop warned.
"Da, I will commence with the squishings Comrade Bebop" Rocksteady agreed readying his blaster.
"No, Rocksteady. A quick demise is much too good for the likes of our turtle foes" Shredder shoved them away "These accursed shellbacks deserve something far worse"
"For once, Shredder, we agree." Kraang grinned.
"Now is the time for gloating!" he said in victory.
"Is anyone else confused?" Kayla whispered. This was nothing like their Shredder.
"We are the best, and you are not, you blasted Turtles!"
"Revolting reptiles!" Kraang joined in on the name calling.
"Overly aggressive amphibians!"
"Troublesome terrapins!"
"Teenage Mutant Ninja Wimps!"
"Yo, dog, these two are even dumber than we are." Bebop said out loud.
"Da, and that is saying the something" Rocksteady nodded.
"Enough of this wackness, y'all, I'm blasting these green foolios."
"Look out!" Leonardo said reflecting the blast with his swords in a different direction accidently hitting Michelangelo and Donnie.
"Yow! My turtle butt!"
"Whoa. The slime is sensitive to pure energy. Maybe if I can… Oh, this is gonna hurt." Donnie sighed reaching out his free hand and touched the energy cage shocking all six of them and the goo became liquid once more.
"Time to get funky fresh!" Rocksteady and Bebop held up their blasters. Nia moved quickly grabbing the nozzle on both blasters and heating up her hands to the point that it began to melt and reshape the metal.
"Try to shoot now" She smirked.
"Did you know she could do that?" Bebop asked his partner.
Rocksteady shook his head and threw the blaster away "No matter, we can still crush them"
"Hiyah! What about the other "us" s? We can't just leave 'em here." Mikey shouted.
"Hey, I can free 'em if I can get to that control panel." Donnie pointed to the other side to the room.
"Let's do this" Raph agreed with the plan.
"Keep moving. I'll draw his fire." Leo turned right while Raph continued forward.
"You chelonian chuckleheads." Shredder growled at them and Kraang laughed.
"That's a new one. We know you dimensional dimwits are still drained from my trap." Raph and Mikey kicked Kraang together sending him crashing into Shredder.
"These guys are idiots" Nia said in disbelief.
"You have no idea" Raph said with a roll of his eyes "Make it quick, Donnie."
"You think I wanna make it slow?" Donnie snapped at Raph.
"That's right!" Bebop laughed shooting Leo in the back.
"Leo!" Nia shouted running to his aid. Her arms now covered in flames and shooting fire at them.
"VoilÃ" Donnie smiled and joined the battle once more.
"No! The Turtles have escaped" Kraang cried struggling to stand up.
Their counterparts jumped out from their prison and joined the fight
"Turtle power!"
"Cowabunga!"
"I'll kick your rhino butt" Donatello said but his bo was blasted in half "Aww, that was my favorite bo staff"
They were outmatched in strength that much was clear.
"We need to leave now guys while we still have the upper hand!" Nia shouted while she and Kayla carried Leo.
"Back off, dino lips." Raph snarled.
"A, B, "C" -ya!" Mikey grinned throwing a smoke bomb allowing them to escape safely.
"I hate it when they do that. That annoys me, Rock. Just gets all up in my snout." Bebop coughed.
"Da, word up, I hates the ninja tricks too, G." Rocksteady agreed.
