OMG GUYS! WE'RE SO CLOSE TO THE END OF THE STORY! There is literally only 3 chapters left after this chapter. I'll probably post them tomorrow or sometime this week depending if I have time to upload. ;)

I don't proofread my chapters! Lol I just dish them out as I write them cause I'm too lazy to do it.

Kayla's eyes snapped open and she sat up in a panic, hands flying protectively over her abdomen. When she felt around the area and saw no wound there she let out a breathe she didn't even know she was holding. She looked around and saw she was in Mikey's room.

She was in Mikey's room.

He must have moved her to his room which meant they were back. She quickly scrabbled off the bed and ran to the living room again to find Cat and Skyler on the couch watching tv. No one else was around.

"Where are they?"

Cat turned to her "They're still fighting, they only came to grab a few things"

They were still fighting, that meant the battle was not going their way.

"I have to help them" her voice was shaking.

"Kayla no!" Cat glared at her.

"They need help!"

"What help can you provide if you freeze in the middle of a fight because you can't tell what's real or not" Cat hissed. It was harsh but she hoped the message got through to her friend.

"You don't understand I have a bad feeling about this" Kayla whispered scared. Cat bit her lip, she hated to admit it but she could feel it too.

"…I feel it too" Cat sighed.

"I'm going" Kayla said determined and ran out the lair.

"Kayla w-wait!" Skyler shouted but was ignore.

"Let her" Cat sighed "They need all the help they can get" Cat bit her lip and looked toward the exit that Kayla left through. She hoped she made the right choice in letting her go.

She kept running until she was out of the lair and the sewers. She ran until she was in the heart of the battle because if Cat could feel something was going to happen then that meant something bad was going to happen.

She looked up at the strange spaceship and began to fly up to see if she could find any openings that led inside.

"Kayla! You're not supposed to be here!"

She flinched. That was Nia's voice and she was pissed. She didn't care though and instead turned to where she thought she heard the voice come from and flipped her off before shifting the winds around her until she was on top of the space ship.

"Sorry I can't hear you!" She shouted and made her way inside the ship.

"Damn it Kayla!" Nia hissed and followed after her.

Meanwhile inside the ship

"Uh! Put us down, you filthy insects!" Donnie snapped struggling to free himself.

"When I get out of here, I'm gonna open up a can of bug spray" Karai shout also struggling in their grip.

"There's no escape from my webs, fleshlings!" both she and Donnie gasped as they were sucked inside a a strange holding pod right next to Leo and Commander Sal "You see, you've messed with the wrong intergalactic overlord. Soon this primitive mud ball of a planet will belong to me!" Lord Dregg laughed.

"Are you going to eat all those people?" Leo asked in horror and Lord Dregg turned around with a smirk.

"No. They're gonna be living egg sacs for my Vreen children!"

"You're going to capture every human on this planet? That'll take too much time, Dregg. Just blow this place up so we can move on!" Newtralizer argued with Dregg.

"I don't remember asking for your opinion, hench—"

There was an explosion and they both turned to the source only to find a human army firing at them from below.

"Is that the best the humans can do? Pathetic! Vreen, return fire!" Dregg grinned.

Leo, Donnie, Commander Sal and Karai watched in dread at they heard the people of earth screaming in terror.

"Puny fleshlings. Capture as many as you can. Then stomp the rest! Treat them like they treat my children" he glared in hated at the reminding humans.

"Surprise!" Kayla shouted falling through a vent with a large grinned on her face "Hey guys need some help?"

"Kayla run they're too strong!" Leo warned.

"Don't worry back up is on the way" She called out and no sooner than she said the words Nia also dropped in the same way Kayla came through.

"Kayla! You were suppose to stay in the lair!" Nia snarled at her.

"I'm here now, deal with it" Kayla called out as she shaped her wind to cut through the pods her friends were in while Nia distracted Newtrailizer and Dregg. Both aliens seem to struggle to get a hold of her.

"What are you?" Dregg growled in annoyance her skin was too hot to touch and if they did, it left them burning.

"Wouldn't you like to know" Nia smirked and grabbed his wrist holding it while he screamed in pain.

"Oh no you don't!' Newtralizer hissed and went to attack but she quickly covered her body in flames and he halted his attack and switched tactics and moved to attack Kayla but saw she was missing from the pods. The now empty pods. Newtralizer clenched his fists and disappeared leaving Dregg to fight them by himself.

"Now Nia!' Kayla called shattering a window for them to escape through.

"I can't!" Nia shouted knowing what Kayla wanted her to do but she couldn't risk it. If the plan was going their way, then Mikey should have already made it inside and she needed to find him first before she tried to blow up the whole ship.

"Let go of me girl!" Dregg swiped at her and Nia did to avoid being hit.

Outside the ship

"Back off, bug! Say hello to the Turtle Mech!" they had managed to lead the large ship to the pesticide factory pausing it for a moment before it continued to move.

"The pesticide isn't working. April, hit 'em with fire!"

"How about extra crispy?" April shouted pressing the button for the flamethrower.

"Rokka, rokka. Don't let up! We've got them now" Y'Gythgba cried.

The turtles mech had been rendered useless as the ship tore it apart. They escaped by using grappling hooks and swung to the top of the ship. Y'Gythgba then placed a bomb at the top of the ship and created an entrance for them.

"Hey guys!" Kayla said sheepily as there rest of their friends arrived and Newtralizer came crashing through the door and landed in front of Dregg, defeated.

"Newtralizer?" Dregg said surprised that his hired assassin was defeated.

"ElectriMikey is here! That's so unexpected, it's shocking" Mikey smirked.

"Mikey!" Leo smiled wide at seeing his brother.

"You're alive!" Donnie joined in happily.

"Alive?" Kayla asked confused before getting angry "What do you mean alive?"

"Kayla?" Mikey surprised to see her there "You're suppose to be back at the lair—"

"Trespassing fools!" Dregg shouted and send more of his children on them. Newtralizer growled and stood up again, fazing in and out while attacking them.

"Your tail is mine, G'Throkka" Newtralized said grabbing G'Throkka.

"Booyakasha!" Mikey shouted and clashed with Newtralizer. Both their electrical powers crashing together and disappearing along with them.

"Where'd they go?" Kayla tried to control her panic. He had to still be alive or else she would feel it.

"They probably teleported somewhere else" Donnie called out destroying two more Vreens.

Dregg screeched in pain as he was shocked "He can't take the electricity! Find something to use against him." Y'Gythgba noicticed as she fired her electrical gun at Dregg. Leo cut a large electrical wire and handed to Raph as he charge forward and shocked Dregg.

"Hurry, we need to go help Mikey" Leo said as Dregg laid unconscious on the ground.

By the time they found Mikey there wasn't much they could do. It was an electrical stand off between Mikey and Newtralizer and they seem to be evenly matched.

"Mikey!"

"I got this, bros. Everyone, get outta here!"

"No, Michelangelo, it will destroy you!" Commander Sal shouted.

"Mikey!" Kayla struggled as Nia and Leo held her back "Let me go!" the wind shifting around her in chaos.

"Sorry Kayla" Donnie apologized giving a good strike to the head and rendered her unconscious and tossed her over his shoulder.

"Hurry! Get her out of here!" Mikey pleaded with them.

They rushed out of the ship watching as it Dregg ship exploded in midair.

"What about Mikey?" April asked sadly. They looked down in grief. They had lost their bother again.

"She's still breathing" Nia pointed out while checking on Kayla.

"That means…" Leo's eyes widen happily followed by lighting striking they building they were on top and there stood Mikey completely unharmed and grinning at them.

"Mikey!" Leo said in relief.

"You made it!" Donnie smiled at the sight of their brother alive and well as he continued to hold Kayla on his shoulder seeing as she was still unconscious.

"Little brother!" Raph rushed to give him a high three "M-M-M-Mikey!" Raph stuttered as he was shocked by Mikey.

"Oops. My bad" Mikey apologized while Raph glared at him.

"So um, what are we gonna do about his electrical powers?" April asked.

"I have the solution. This weapon did not work on Newtralizer. But it could still work on Michelangelo" Bishop chipped in and aimed the weapon at the cheerful orange clad turtle.

"No, wait! Wait a second, guys! Wait!" Mikey protest while taking a few steps back but it was useless as Bishop fired and zapped away not only his powers but also his gear "Aw, man! I feel naked. And I lost all those sweet powers, yo"

Another electricity shot down again surprising them all. There on the ground a few feet away from them was Newtralizer bloody, beaten and covered in electrical burns, one fist stretched out to them, pure hate was on his face.

"Thing about assassins…we always have a back up plan" he hissed "And If I can't win, no one can rokka rokka" he laughed and he lifted his thumb. It was then they all realized he held a denotator in his hand.

"Run!" Leo said ushering Raph and Donnie who was still holding Kayla off the side of rooftop since they were the closest to him while everyone else took off in a random direction.

"Leo!" Nia shouted and ran towards him to shield him from blast as she absorbed most of it. She hissed in pain and Leo seeing her wrapped her in his arms as the both fell from the building. These were not normal bombs she realized.

These were mutagen bombs.

And before she passed out she managed to see that Newtralizer set up more than one bomb. It was a change reaction and multiple explosions could be seen throughout New York.

Cat paced around the lair nervously. The links she had with her friends were much too active for her to handle. And then there was Donatello. Something happened to him, his link was slowly fading but it seem like he was fighting to hold on. Then the whole lair began to shake and crumble.

"Skyler!" She shouted "We need to go now!" She said urgently. Skyler quickly followed her and made sure to grab her pack with medical supplies. They made their way out of the sewers as they came crashing down around them. When they made it upside the whole city was in chaos. People were turning into mutants or they were dead from the fallen debris or being caught in the crossfire.

"Which w-way?" Skyler asked. Cat grabbed her hand and followed the link that was lead towards Donatello.

"This way" she said pulling her along being careful to avoid the falling buildings.

"Cat! Sky! What are you guys doing it not safe here!" Mikey called out as he ran into them.

"Mikey!" The girls cried in relief at seeing him okay.

"The lair was coming down we had to get out" Cat explained.

"Where is e-everyone else?" Sky asked worried.

"We got split up Newtralizer had a final trick up his sleeve" he glowered.

"We have to find the others fast! Donatello is fading—" Cat paused mid-sentence as a sharp pain tore through her link and she screamed while falling to her knees and clutching her heart.

"Cat!" Mikey and Skyler went to her aid.

"Find him!" She managed to utter "Save him...I'll find you later" she pointed them in the right direction that they had to go.

"Cat we're not leaving you behind!" Mikey said trying to help her up.

"He's dying!" She's cried "Take Skyler and heal him! I can always find you guys later!" She assured them and used her power to get a hold of her link so it wouldn't recide any farther.

"At least let me move you out of site then so you're safer" Mikey said picking her up and setting her in an alley away from view "You better find us" he warned her before lifting Skyler and taking off in the direction she told them to go to.

Cat began to sob uncontrollably as she cut and blocked the bond with her soul-urge.
