The Tempest Pirates were sailing through sea water, heading back Fishman Island
Jinbei: this ship is impressive" he examined the ship "its made of the wood material of the Sunny?"
Aero: yep. Uncle Franky used the same Adam Wood as the Sunny even the same features as it too
Nova: it has a tangerine tree just like it too. Its my favorite next to the kitchen
Thea: I love the figure head!" as she jumped off the head, heading to with everyone "along with the aquarium where we can store many sea creatures"
Nova: you mean to cook whenever you get hungry
Thea: yep!
Nova: do you ever not think of your stomach?
Thea: hmm sometimes. Sometimes I think of fighting!" Nova sighed
Aero: the workshop, weapon and deck systems are my favorite
Jinbei: I must say this really takes me back sailing with the Straw Hats and Sun Pirates
Sayoko: I know the Straw Hats were vicious, but was their ship the Thousand Sunny?
Nova: well appearance no. But looks can be deceiving
Aero: yeah, it has a cannon in its mouth that can destroy a fleet
Nova: don't think Uncle Franky would that about it
Sayoko: didn't the Straw Hats flew the ship through Gyoncorde Plaza
Thea: yep!
Kion: that's what they told us
La'gaan: and Boss Jinbei was with them too! Kickin ass!" as he steered the helm
Jinbei: La'gaan make sure focus
La'gaan: don't worry Boss, I got it under control
Nova: you really did a good job training him Jinbei
Jinbei: it wasn't easy, but he really shaped up
Thea: yeah. By the way Jinbei, that reminds me. I need to talk to you" Jinbei looked puzzled
La'gaan: hey we're arriving!" everyone looked at La'gaan to see the ship, reach the surface of Fishman in the port. Everyone except Thea, Serpico and Jinbei stepped off the ship
Aero: so how do we get to the palace? We can't take Lunar
Sayoko: we could take the Fish Long Flounder, its employed by the Ryuga Palace. It can take us directly there
Nova: lets do it
Kion: shouldn't keep the Queen waiting
Dara: very true, but what are Thea and Jinbei talking about?
Nova: must be something important for Thea wanting to speak to Jinbei alone, but I think I have a pretty good idea of what its about
La'gaan: hmm?
"Hey everyone!" they looked to see Keimi coming toward them
Aero: hey its Keimi
Sayoko: is something wrong Keimi?
Keimi: its Shyarly, she saw something in her crystal ball. Where's Thea?
Nova: she's up on the ship talking to Jinbei
Dara: did Shyarly see something involving the girl?
Keimi: it seems so and she was terrified about it
Dara: does it involve any happening to Fishman Island?
Keimi: I'm not sure
"Not sure of what?" everyone looked up to see Thea, Serpico and Jinbei coming down
Keimi: Thea there you are, you must come with me its important
Thea: what's going on?
Keimi: its Madam Shyarly, she's needs to see you
La'gaan: but the Queen just requested to see the crew
Keimi: really?
Thea: hey its fine. If the Queen is a friend of our parents, I'm sure she'll understand
Dara: now wait a minute!-"
Jinbei: its fine, Dara. Shirahoshi will understand and it seems important for Shyarly to see Thea
Dara: hmph! Very well" he turned "let the humans do what they want what else is new" he whispered, so nobody could near "I'm returning to my post" he walked off
Jinbei: I'm on my way, to meet the Queen now and tell her you're on your way
Thea: thanks Jinbei! And thanks for the talk too
Jinbei: my pleasure" he gave La'gaan a quick glare/smile walking away which confused La'gaan
Keimi: well lets go" she, the Tempest Pirates, La'gaan and Sayoko went off to the Mermaid Café
Kion: so Thea, what did you and Jinbei talked about?
Thea: something important
Aero: like what?
Thea: can't tell. Its a secret
Aero: seriously
Thea: you'll know soon enough. Hey La'gaan didn't you say you would want to found out more about yourself and where you came from?
La'gaan: yeah?
Thea: well why don't you? Jinbei thinks its a great idea
La'gaan: really?
Thea: yeah
Nova: that's what you guys were talking about?
Thea: that and something else too
Aero: what?
Thea: and that's definitely a secret" Aero groaned, him and Thea started going back and forward about Thea telling them what her and Jinbei talked about, while La'gaan was going through his thoughts
La'gaan: Boss' he thought
Flashback
Years ago on Fishman Island, the Sun Pirates were discussing La'gaan inheritance with kid La'gaan, Sayoko and Rinker present
Aladine: I still can't found anything on those tattoos that are on La'gaan" he flipped through a book
Praline: are you sure he's not a Mink?
Aladine: he doesn't have any fur and he hasn't produce any electricity either
Jinbei: and it still wouldn't explain why the tattoos glow when he transforms. Whatever this other half of you this is La'gaan it's most likely a species this world hasn't seen before
La'gaan: hasn't seen before?
Sayoko: wow La'gaan that's pretty amazing
Rinker: ask me I think it means he's part Fishman past freak
La'gaan: what was that you Chum?!" he tackled Rinker
Rinker: hey get off me!" he and La'gaan wrestled on the ground
Sayoko: oh dear
Praline: now, now boys" she went to La'gaan and Rinker
Aladine: it really is intriguing of what La'gaan could be aside a Fishman. Even King Neptune isn't sure of what it could be. I wonder if its fish related?
Jinbei: it could be after all he is able to do many things of any aquatic creature, we've seen" Praline along with Sayoko, who held La'gaan broke up La'gaan and Rinker who were still reaching at each other "La'gaan there's no doubt in my mind, there's something more to your other heritage. And I believe you'll discover it one day and its gonna be amazing" he smiled
La'gaan:.." he smiled widely "you know it Boss" Praline, Aladine and Sayoko smiled too while Rinker sucked his teeth, folded his arms and looked away
Flashback ended
La'gaan smiled 'yeah it is. I'm gonna do it' he thought
Over at the Ryugu Kingdom, in the palace
Shirahoshi: ooh, I wonder where they are?" she pulled Megalo's cheeks back a bit "I wonder if they didn't want to see me"
Rinker: don't ridiculous my queen. I met them and they couldn't wait to meet you
Shirahoshi: really?
Rinker: you bet
Kilara: I'm sure they're on their way
Jinbei: indeed they are" he walked in
Shirahoshi: Jinbei!
Jinbei: they are, Madam Shyarly just needed to speak to them. It seemed urgent
Shirahoshi: oh well I can wait a little while
Kilara: there you go my queen, but don't worry" she looked over to some guards "you won't have to wait long" she smiled wickedly
Outside in the ocean near the gates of Fishman Island
Grant was with Hin, Spike, Ava, Aden and the rest of his army "everything is set?"
Ava: oh yeah
Grant: than here we go" he smirked
Hin: the others inside would know the signal
Thea: whoa! So you're Shyarly," her eyes twinkled
"Mhm," the still beautiful mermaid nodded.
Aero: she is pretty," he muttered.
Shyarly: why thank you for the compliment, young man. Though, I'm not so sure how beautiful an old woman with grey streaks in her hair can be." she giggled
Nova: don't be silly. You're gorgeous
La'gaan: not as beautiful as the Queen but still
Sayoko: La'gaan" La'gaan just shrugged his shoulders
Shyarly: you're just as entertaining as your parents
Thea: oh, yeah. Dad did talk about you. He asked you if mermaids poop" she giggled smiling, Nova smacked her hand on Thea's head
Nova: and you're not asking her that either
Shyarly: I remember" she giggled a bit, than took a puff of her pipe. "but, not all of them good, I suppose. I did cast him in a poor light at first. I had a prediction that he would destroy Fishman Island. I didn't even think about how it could have been for the better. Your father saved and improved the lives of many fishmen and mermaids, young Thea."
Thea gave the Monkey D. smile. "My dad's awesome like that."
Shyarly gave a happy smile. "I haven't used my premonition powers since then. I'd rather not see the future again, especially not when it might jeopardize a potential hero."
Kion: so, how are you able to predict the future?
Shyarly: with that crystal ball." they all looked at the shining sphere. Most of the crew thought it was beautiful, except for Nova. She thought it looked valuable. "right now, all it did was collect dust. That is until-" she just stopped talking.
The crew looked at her, and saw the shock and horror in her eye. "W-What is this?"
Shyarly then floated over to the ball. "No. No. Oh, god, no."
Thea: Shyarly? What's wrong?
Shyarly looked at Thea with a teary eye filled with horror and despair. She then floated over and placed her hands on the girls shoulders. "YOU NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM HIM!"
Thea: huh? From who?"
Shyarly: THE MAN! THE MAN WITH THE CRIMSON EYES!"
Thea: crimson? I don't know anyone with... Wait. . . . Maybe I do? Do I?"
Shyarly: you can't go anywhere near him! You can't fight him! You need to stay away from him!"
Nova: whoa, lady, cam down," as she stood up in concern.
Aero: yeah you're starting to freak me out," he shivered a bit
Shyarly: he's too powerful! You can't beat him! No one can beat him! He's unstoppable! He's a devil!"
Kion: seriously, who are you talking about?
"Madame Shyarly," a mermaid said as she came in smiling while holding a plate of drinks and snacks. "I brought the pirates something to-"
Shyarly: YOU MUST STAY AWAY FROM THE CRIMSON EYED DEVIL!
A crash was heard. Everyone looked to see the same mermaid had dropped the plate, a look of horror in her eyes. She then covered her mouth as tears started to swell in her eyes. "No. Please, Madame. Not him. Anyone but him."
Aero: seriously, who is everyone talking about? La'gaan, Sayoko do you guys know?"
Sayoko: no
La'gaan: no idea. I never of a Crimson Eyed Devil. And Boss Jinbei and the Sun Pirates never said anything about it
The mermaid then floated out quickly.
"Wait," Shyarly cried out as she followed the mermaid. Thea and her crew followed, hoping to get some answers.
When they came out, they saw that many of the merfolk had terrified looks on their faces.
"I-It can't be."
"But it's been years. He can't be back."
"Those eyes. I can't look at those eyes again! THEY WEREN'T HUMAN! THEY WEREN'T EVEN MONSTROUS EYES!"
"The Devil is returning. This must be a nightmare."
"Dad, calm down. What's gotten into you?"
"Mom, you're getting worked up! What's the mater with you?!"
The crew looked around.
Nova: why is everyone so afraid?
Kion: whoever this 'Crimson Eyed Devil' is, he must be seriously powerful
La'gaan: I've never seen them act like this before
Sayoko: it really is frighten" she said in concern
Aero: I ALREADY DON'T WANNA MEET THE GUY!
Thea: but who is he?
Shyarly: a powerful being that came to the Old Fishman Island many years ago. His crew came peacefully, but many residents mistook them for another pirate group that came to kidnap mermaids and fishmen. According to eye witnesses, the Crimson Eyed Man personally killed the captain of that group, and had four strange fishmen kill the rest."
Nova: well methods aside, he doesn't sound so bad
Shyarly: but his other crewmates were not as kind. One butchered an entire mob... and ate them." Aero and Sayoko shivered at that. "It was also said that he froze the remaining corpses and carried them off by himself. The block of ice holding the corpses of his victims was said to be as large as the Mermaid Café." Now Aero was frozen.
"Another crewmate of the Crimson Eyes defeated and crippled another mob. None lost their life... but many lost their sanity."
"Finally, a huge mob tried to attack the Crimson Eyed Man and his crew as they tried to leave. There should have been over 100,000."
"That's the number of New Fishmen Pirates our parents fought," Nova said.
"The Crimson Eyed Man... just looked at them. They all fell, totally unconscious."
Thea: Conqueror's Haki
"That's what most would think. . . . Except for the fact that everyone was mad with terror when they woke up. They could all still see his eyes. His cold, merciless, devilish eyes."
Kion: alright, we get it. But who the hell is this guy?
Shyarly: his name is-"
'That's enough.'
Shyarly then froze. Everyone and everything had disappeared to her. She saw nothing but darkness. She then felt terror. Absolute horror. She slowly turned around to see... a being of pure blood.
'Very few can change the future. You... are not one of them.' The bloody figure grew larger and larger, dwarfing Shyarly in a matter of seconds. 'You... will... NOT... CHANGE HER FATE," the being said in a demonic, echoing voice.
Shyarly then released a long and horrible scream, shocking everyone... before she fell to the ground, eyes shut, but still flowing with tears. "Stay... away... from... the... Bloody... De...vil."
Keimi: Shyarly!
Sayoko: Madam Shyarly!" they went to her
La'gaan: what the hell happened!?
Keimi: we're not sure she just feinted!
"La'gaan! Everyone!" the crew, La'gaan, Sayoko and Keimi looked to see it was Aladine and Praline coming toward them
Aladine: what happened?!" he went to Shyarly
Sayoko: we don't know!
Thea: she was telling us about some Bloody Devil and than-" explosions went off, near the port and gate
Aero: NOW WHAT!?
Nova: that was at the entrance! Where Lunar is!" another explosion went off, they looked to see
Praline: that's near the palace!
La'gaan: the queen!
Thea: who did this!?
La'gaan: I think I know!" he gritted his teeth, they looked to see many fishman with weapons entering from the exploded entrance
"Attention Fishman Island! For those who know me and for the savage good for nothing humans! My name is Grant!" he showed himself with Ava, Spike, Aden and Hin behind him "now lets have some fun!" he smirked
