Hello my readers, here's something I've been meaning to get to, but I've been side tracked by my other fic, but I finally finished this morning and got time, so let's get to it.

Chapter 8: Group date café/Oingo boingo brothers part 1

Stroll 1: personas and stands.

Right now, Yu, Joseph, Mitsuru, Jotaro, Avdol, Yu and Rise were watching as Kanji and Polneraff fought over which was stronger personas or stands.

"This is embarrassing," Mitsuru said groaning.

"I know, why do they care so much anyway? we're all on the same, so what's the point in even fighting over something so… petty?" Rise asked.

"It is stupid, but I wonder, what are the differences in personas and stands anyway, because other than the name, I don't really see a difference," Avdol asked.

"That is a good question, allow me to explain, a persona is the manifestation of the soul, it can only be summoned in a special place where shadows live, you can only summon them if you use something special, like for us, we use the Evoker, and for the investigation team, they use cards, personas abilities are limited to certain elements like fire, wind, ice, lightning and heal, it can also buff and de-buff, these are the most common things a persona has, how you acquire one may be different depending who you are and what kind of problems you may have, but only a certain amount of people have 'the potential,' those are the basics but there is much more that we have learned or can learn," Mitsuru said.

"That does sound seem to clear up some things on our differences."

"Then what's a stand normally?"

"A stand can be awakened in anyone, even animals, its created when something awakens your fight or flight reflex, it can most likely happen when you're in a dangerous situation that could mean life or death, a stands abilities can be anything, the same for the look, it can look similar to one of ours or can look like an object or even a vehicle, we once met an enemy stand user who's stand was a ship."

"A ship? That just proves how different our powers are from each other," Yu commented.

"Yes, but what's weird is that you all can see our stands," Joseph said.

"Why's that weird?" Rise asked.

"Because stand users are the only people ho can see other people's stands."

"But we're persona users, if that the case than how can e see them?"

"Maybe it's because of the labyrinth," Jotaro said.

"Maybe, but it's still very odd, we should remember this if anything new on this comes up," Mitsuru said.

They nodded and when they turned back to Kanji and Polneraff putting each other in a headlock chocking each other, they decided that this as hen they should step in and stop them, they were trying to pull them apart for 20 minutes before they passed out from the lack of oxygen.

End stroll 1

When the group stepped into the labyrinth, they saw a lot of pink, two teddy bears chairs with heart pillows on them, a table and a clock on a chandelier.

"Huh? This doesn't look quit like the other group date café," Yosuke said.

"This is… kinda cute," Kanji said.

Polneraff laughed at this.

"What are you laughing at!?" Kanji yelled in anger.

"The fact that someone as tough looking as you thinks that this is cute," Polneraff managed to get out in between laughter.

"This guy definitely got the most girl power out of all of us, you know" Yosuke said laughing a little himself, this made Polneraff laugh harder.

"Shut up!" Kanji threatened.

"Yeah, that's mean!" Chie yelled defending Kanji.

"Oh, like you can talk!" Yosuke threw back.

"Wait, did you say, "Girl power?" like cooking, reading, sewing and all that stuff?" Yukari asked.

"Ummm… Something like that… I guess," Kanji said awkwardly.

"What!?" Ken yelled in surprise.

"Wh-whats wrong?"

"It's just… y-you don't look like the kind of person to be in to things like that."

"S-so!? does it matter!?"

"No, you just look a lot like those guys they'd catch in cop shows, or like the bad guy in the live-action hero show I'm watching right now, he would kidnap anyone, even the women and children," Ken said.

Kanji was quiet for a few seconds before putting his arms in the air and yelled "Raargh" at Ken, this caused him to jump back and scream almost falling over.

"What was that for!?" Chie yelled smacking the back of Kanjis head.

"Ow! I was just trying to live up to the kids expectations," Kanji said awkwardly rubbing the back of his head.

"Heh, we got one like that too, he may look Kinde creepy, but he's a really nice guy," Yukari said.

"Hey, hurry up, or we'll leave you behind," Shinjiro yelled from across the hall.

"So, he's nicer than he looks," Joseph said.

"Appearances can be deceiving," Kakyoin said.

Ken was quiet while they talked.

"Hey kid, you okay?" Kanji asked.

"H-huh!? I-I'm fine, lets just go," Ken answered

They were about to go when they were stopped by a voice coming from somewhere.

"Welcome, stray lambs, this is the second-year class 2's display," a robotic voice said.

"What the- "Avdol said startled.

"Hello everyone, those I am meeting for the first time and those I am not meeting for the first time, this display uses state- of- the- art technology to find your destined partner with a few simple questions, you can participate if you wish, or you might choose not to"

"Wh-what's up with that? I mean, we've got no choice to do it!"

"So, we're going to find out who out destined partners are…! Zen! Hey Zen!" Rei caked out.

"Yes?" Zen asked.

"U-um, about my… destined partner…? Wh-who do you think it is who could it be?"

"We'll find out in this display, won't we?"

"Geez! You dummy!"

"Dummy? Why?"

"Rei-chan! Look, your destined partner is right here!" Teddie said jumping up and down.

"Really!? Where!?"

Teddie was quiet as Rei looked around.

"I-Is it… Zen, after all…?"

This caused those within ear-shot to chuckle uncontrollably as Teddie fell on the floor saying, "it's me!" and cried a little trying to get up.

"No you aren't," Rei said bluntly.

"Who cares? Let's just go," Jotaro groaned.

They went on their way.

Meanwhile

A person was sitting on a throne in a room covered in fog.

"The players are assembled… come to me… the curtain has risen…" said the figure.

Meanwhile

Back with the others, they had just finished a battle, Mitsuru noticed something about the way the others out of her group summoned their personas and stands and asked.

"Do none of you use guns?"

"Well, I use one but, the others don't," Naoto said.

"No, I mean a gun-shaped evoker, we summon our personas by pointing an evoker at ourselves and pulling the trigger of our own will."

"That's… dark, we don't have that, or any special way of summoning our stands, we just do it and it just happens," Kakyoin said.

"That sounds a little boring, as for us, we don't do anything like that, all we have are glasses," Chie said.

"Glasses?" Yukari said confused.

"There's an odd fog in the TV world that makes it hard to see makes you sick, but if we wear Teddies special glasses, we can see through clearly" Yukiko said.

"Teddies what?" Akihiko asked.

"Heheh, I'm a skilled artist, cool men like you can't copy me, Akky, I call them the "See- through glasses that work in the fog"!" Teddie said.

"S-see through!?" Ken said shocked.

"How does that work?" Jotaro asked.

"I see, so you put on glass and go inside a TV, huh… Yeah right! What do you mean "go inside"? you couldn't get through the screen! You'd sprain your fingers!" Junpei said.

"You'd think that, but we really can do it… not that we didn't freak out at first, my partner stuck his hand into a TV in the Junes electronics section," Yosuke said.

"So, he went in head first," Minato said.

"Of course! You'd sprain your finger if you went in hand-first, so you go headfirst instead! A likely story!" Junpei said.

"Yosuke freaked out so much he wet his pants!" Chie said.

"No, I didn't!" Yosuke said.

"Uhh, don't worry about it, everyone makes mistaked," Junpei said.

"BUT I DIDN'T, I JUST SAID THAT."

"Excuse me, Teddie was it? If you would please, after this could you come to the Kirijo research lab? I'll pay you handsomely if you do," Mitsuru asked him.

"YES, my time has finally come! We don't even have to wait! Lets just do it right here, right now! Together, we can frolic in the fields of love!" Teddie said excited.

"Ummm… on second thought, never mind."

"Whaaat!? Why me!?"

"Girls aren't into the pushy, pickup types, you know?" Yosuke said.

"That's funny coming from the guy who said" Weeee, lets go hit on girls on our motorcycles!" Kanji said.

"No I didn't! you made it up! I'm still your senpai, you know!"

"Hey Zen? Is Yo-chan really a prince?" Rei asked.

"Who knows," Zen answered.

"He's a prince, but he wets his pants?"

"I said, I don't know."

"Zen, did I make you angry!?"

"No, of course not, why?"

"Oh, never mind, I miss-read it."

Zen was quiet at this and they went on their way,but as they left, from far distance 2 people watching them from around the corner, one was a tall muscled man who's age seemed to be 19 or 20, wearing a vest, jeans, a pink shirt and a backwards cap, next to him was a small boy who seemed to be 11 or 12, wearing a long sleeved yellow shirt, over it was a short sleeved green shirt, jeans and a backwards sun cap, the boy was holding a book in his hands as he looked inside to see badly drawn versions of the stand and persona users in manga panels, one panel showed Teddie on the floor with cheesy anime tear stream going down his cheeks, another was of Chie talking with a thought bubble next to her with a yosuke who had wet himself in it.

"Onee-chan, you were right, they were exactly where you said they would be," the boy said.

"Of course I was, this is the beginning of this stupid labyrinth, why did they have to put us in this girly-ass one anyway?" the older one said before he ripped one of the bears heads off and threw it at another.

"Stay calm Onee-chan, once we finish these people off, we will get rewarded."

"Your right, it will be easy, with your stand manga that tells you the future, Thoth! and my stand that allows me to change form, Khnum! We are an unstoppable duo! We are the Oingo, boingo brothers!"

They followed close behind the group without being spotted, occasionally someone would turn around at the feeling of someone following them, but this was quickly dismissed, at one point the Boingo saw his stand show what was going to happen next.

"Onee-chan, look at this," Boing said as he tilted his stand to show him as he began to interpret what the panels were saying.

"Soon they will stop for a break, we will cause a lot of noise, when the emo one goes to check, we will jump him, and you will take his place!"

"Perfect, when we get the chance we we'll finish them off," Oingo said.

they began to follow them again once again a few minutes passed before the group stopped in a room where there were no shadows around.

"Maybe we should take a short break," Joseph suggested.

"Sounds good," Yosuke said.

They all found a place to sit and the girls sat separate from the boys to talk.

"Hey Rei! Want some chocolate?" Chie asked.

"CHOCOLATE!? Yes please!" Rei answered jumping with excitement, she took some of the chocolate and immediately ate some, she began to gush over the taste of the sweet chocolate taste," mmmmh, so gooood, thanks Chie!" she said happy.

"I got some candy that tastes like grapefruit, want some?" Yukari asked showing her a bag of dried fruit candy.

"Awww, thanks!"

She took some and at it.

"It's a little bitter, but it's still good, thanks!"

"No problem, I'm just glad you like it."

In the far distance, Naoto was with the boys as they talked.

"Hey, Naoto, you said that you and your group is trying to solve a murder case right? there anything else you can tell us?" Jotaro asked.

"Well, for 1 thing it was on the national news, I'm sure it was around spring that it started to get attention," she answered.

"It wasn't that long for us," Yosuke said.

Jotaro thought about Yosukes words before he realized what he meant, he tilted his hat down and said "Sorry."

"It's fine, now if you excuse me, I have to go take care of some personal business."

Yosuke got up and walked towards the door to the next room, Polneraff was watching and listening and was confused at this.

"Umm, did I miss something?" Polneraff asked.

"A few months before I joined the group a girl that Yosuke liked... was the second victim," Naoto answered solemnly.

"Wow... that's terrible, should someone go talk to him?" Junpei asked.

"I suppose so."

Junpei, Polneraff, Ken and Jotaro got up and left to find Yosuke, they found him around the corner leaning on the wall, it took him a second to even notice them.

"Oh, hey guys, whats up?"

"Umm, hey Yosuke, I'm really sorry about that girl," Polneraff said.

"I-it's fine... all I honestly care about is finding the Bastard who did it," Yosuke said.

"I know how you feel."

"You do?"

Yeah, you see I... I also lost someone important to me."

"Really? who?"

"My younger sister... it happened 3 years ago, back in my home town France, she and a classmate were walking home on a country road, on the side of it was a man facing away from them, but what was weird was that even though it was raining, he had a water dome around him, but suddenly, her classmate was sliced open... But then he shamed and killed my sister, that's all he wanted... her friend barely survived, she said that she never got a look at his face, but she saw that he had 2 right hands, no one believed her testimony in court, but I believed her, because from what it sounded like, he had the same powers that we have, and I made it my mission to hunt this monster down... and end him."

When Polneraff finished, it was quiet.

"That's... terrible," was all Yosuke could say.

"Did you ever find him?" Junpei asked.

"Yeah, recently actually," Polneraff answered.

"And did you... you know," Ken asked.

"Yeah... And it felt great, cause not only was he the one who did it, but also because he was working for lord DIO."

"Well, sounds like you had to do it whether you wanted to or not, but the guy that killed saki, I don't wanna get them just for her death, I wanna get them because I don't wanna see people go through what I did, I wanna see this bastard locked in there for life."

"And I hope you do reach your goal, but for now, lets just focus on getting the hell out of here."

Yosuke nodded and they changed the subject as they went back to the room they were in previously, meanwhile outside the door, Oingo and Boingo were listening and boingo turned to oingo and asked.

"Onee-chan, how are we going to make enough noise for the emo one to hear?"

"Its simple," Oingo said before turning to the wall, picking up one of the bear statues and throwing it at the wall.

Back inside the group heard this and got up.

"What was that?" Yukari asked.

"I'll go check it out," Minato said.

"By yourself?" Kakyoin asked.

"Yeah, it was probably nothing anyway."

Minato left the room and for the next 2 minutes, the group was silent, waiting for any kind of noise that could mean trouble, when the door opened again, Minato walked back in and said.

"I was right, it was nothing, just a shadow, but don't worry, i took care of it."

"Well that's good, now lets go, we've been here longer than we should've been," Mitsuru said.

When the group was about to go, Korumaru started growling at Minato.

"Is there something wrong Koro-chan?" Rei said.

Aigis scanned Minato for any injuries or ailments, but when she did she realised that Minato's dna and blood were completely different from her last scan of him.

"You are not Minato," Aigis said withy a dark look

"What? what are you talking about? of course this is Minato, who else could he be?," Junpei said putting his arm around him.

"Uh, yeah, who else do you know that has blue bangs," Minato said.

Aigis did another scan to see if she was wrong and got the exact same results, she immediately rose her arms up readying to shoot him, Minato screamed and shielded himself

Well that's it for now, from this point forward all chapters with stand users will be 2 parters, sorry if this upsets you, also i would like to thank TehJsan for the suggestion of strolls being before the chapters really begin, i hope you enjoyed and let me know if i did anything wrong with the oingo boingo brothers, or if you have a problem with a certain part let me know, as for Oingo and Boingo, they'll be in the next chapter the whole time, also I was thinking that since the stand users are special shadows here, the main bad guy would enhance their stands and stand users abilities and strength from what they originally were in the anime, i hope you enjoyed the chapter, please review, follow and fav if you liked it, see yah!
