Sonic opened the window carefully, trying not to alert Eggman of the echidna's unscheduled visit. "Knuckles, What the heck are you doing here?" Sonic harshly whispered.
"I came here to mess with Egghead for a bit, but then I saw you while I was climbing. And…" He started to snicker once more. "You look like you just got spanked!" He started to bust out laughing, when Sonic put a hand on Knuckles' mouth., blushing madly. "SHHH! Don't let him know you're here! I'm not even supposed to be out of bed!"
"Then what are you doing out of bed?" Came a voice from the door. It was Eggman, hands on his hips and looking quite displeased. Sonic's ears drooped in fear. Knuckles glared at Eggman, jumping inside the room and putting up his fists. Knuckles went to punch Eggman, when a shot of red light came out of a gun Eggman had been hiding and enveloped Knuckles. Knuckles screamed in pain, and felt himself grow increasingly weaker. Once the light dispersed, Knuckles lied on the ground for a few seconds, groaning. He pushed himself up, and went to punch Eggman, but found that when the punch landed, all it did was bounce off of Eggman's enlarged stomach.
"Wh-What the-!?" Knuckles yelled. Eggman laughed. "So now I have two little ones to take care of. Brilliant!"
"What did you do, Eggface!?" Knuckles yelled.
"He took your powers, Knucklehead. Now you're stuck here too." Sonic sighed.
"Speaking of which…" Eggman passed by Knuckles and grabbed Sonic's ear. "I believe you are supposed to be in bed."
Sonic gulped. Eggman dragged the hedgehog to the empty bed, and picked him up by the underarms, laying him down. "Since you were switched so badly, I'll warn you this time, you better not get up again." Sonic groaned.
Knuckles couldn't help but laugh. He stopped once he saw Eggman looming over him. "As for you…I don't exactly enjoy being punched. That was very rude, as well as trying to break into my home."
He dragged Knuckles down to the basement. "I'll just show you what happens to naughty boys in this house."
