I was cleaning out my desk (for the first time in 4 years) and I found an old draft/plan for 'Don't Save Me'. Since I'm never gonna finish this fic, I feel like it'd be good for me to post it. That way you guys can know how I wanted the story to end and that you guys (and me) can have some sort of closure.

Ch.19

-Sexy time for Ashfire and Bumblebee.

-Ashfire spends time with Prowl and Prowl mentions the plan for a Washington base. Prowl then asks how she would feel about helping Nest track down the decepticons. Ashfire is offended by this and leaves.

-Ashfire meets up with Dino to spar to work out and think about her anger.

-Soundwave arrives on earth. He meets with Megatron to discuss strategy. He then tells Megatron that he needs Ashfire back. Megatron isnt happy at first, but agrees because of his friendship with Soundwave.

-Soundwave releases Ratbat and tells him to find Ashfire.

Ch. 20

-Bee makes Ashfire and Sam hangout so they'll know each other. Ashfire gets annoyed and ends up telling Bee that while she's fond of him, she'll never be friends with Sam. And that's ok. She can respect that Sam is Bee's friend and they can leave it at that.

-Ratbat is spying on them the entire time.

-After leaving Bee and Sam, Ashfire goes to the beach. Ratbat follows her and let's her know he's there. Cuddles between them. Ratbat then tells Ashfire that Soundwave needs her to come back to the decepticons. Ashfire asks why, but Ratbat says that it's not safe to talk about away from Soundwave. Ashfire is hesitant. She asks Ratbat to give her time to think.

Ch. 21

-Ashfire wakes up next to Bee in their quarters. She is conflicted. She doesn't want to leave Prowl and Bee, but she doesn't want to abandon Soundwave.

-She walks around base with Prowl and they observe and talk about humans. Prowl admits that he doesn't really like humans. But Jazz does. And since the autobots need to stay on earth to regroup he plans to make the best of it.

-That night while interfacing, Bee opens his chest plates. He asks Ashfire to merge with him. -During merge they share memories; Bee learns that Ashfire's real name is Mercy. Bee also learns about her meeting with Ratbat.

-Afterwards, Bee asks Mercy if she plans on staying. Mercy tells him that she's not sure. They argue about it. Mercy then leaves the room.

Ch. 22

-Bext morning, Bee goes looking for Mercy. He feels bad for arguing with her, but isnt sorry that he wants her to stay. When he can't find Mercy, he goes to Prowl and tells Prowl what happened.

-That afternoon, Mercy comes back to the base after spending the night driving around. She decides to talk to Prowl about what happened.

-In Prowl's office, Prowl tells Mercy that Bee was looking for her. Mercy then tells Prowl about her meeting with Ratbat and her thoughts about it. And admits that was what her and Bee argued about. Prowl tells Mercy that it's okay if she wants to leave the autobots. He understands how she feels and that he loves her no matter what. Mercy hugs Prowl and thanks him for everything.

-Mercy goes back to her and Bee's room. She apologizes for upsetting Bee and asks him if he wants to merge sparks again.

-After the merge, Bee falls asleep. Mercy watches him and whispers 'I'm sorry', then leaves.

Ch. 23 -

-Bee wakes up the next morning and knows that Mercy is gone. He goes to tell Prowl.

-Prowl tells Bee that he already knows. And they share a small, sad moment.

-Mercy meets with Soundwave in Africa and they have a happy reunion. Soundwave then tells Mercy that he's about to create cassette and wants her to be its host. Soundwave also tells her that the war is going to end one way or another and that he wanted her to away from the fighting. So he convinced Megatron to let her help look after some hatchlings that are being kept nearby. Mercy agrees to both.

-Meanwhile the humans at NEST are upset that Mercy left and that Prowl didn't stop her. But Prowl tells them to go fuck themselves in the politest way possible. Then leaves Optimus to deal with the humans.

-In his quarters, Prowl is sad that she left and Jazz comforts him.

-Bee is with Sam at the beach and Sam tries to cheer Bee up and tell him everything will work out for the best. Wheelie and Brains are there being assholes and Sam starts arguing with them. Bumblebee just watches them and hopes that Mercy is safe. And he's sorry that he never told her that he loved her.

Ch. 24

-It's the beginning of 'dark side of the moon' right after the scene with Megatron and Starscream in Africa.

-Mercy is holding a newly formed Buzzsaw and talking to him while she sits next to a batch of hatchlings.

-Buzzsaw asks her why they fight autobots. Mercy replies that the answer is very complicated and she wasn't sure she could give Buzzsaw a fair explanation.

-Buzzsaw why that is and Mercy says because not all autobots are bad people. And that she was very close to a couple.

-Buzzsaw asks who, and Mercy says Prowl and Bumblebee. She then tells Buzzsaw that Prowl is her carrier and that Bee was a lover.

-Buzzsaw then asks if Prowl and Bee were still alive and safe. Mercy then replies that she hopes so.

-Buzzsaw asks if she misses them. Mercy says everyday

And that's it for this fic everybody. Thanks to all the people who read it and enjoyed it over the years. And if this synopsis disappoints you guys, I'm sorry. But I am relieved that i was finally able to bring my first piece of fanfic to some sort of end. Not a good one. But an end nonetheless.
