Phoebe Grey seemingly has it all. Good grades, a wonderful boyfriend, nice friends, and is the daughter of Christian and Anastasia Grey, one of the richest couples alive. Her life seems utterly perfect, except for her crush on her English teacher. I'm sure you can fill in the blanks for yourself. Lemony goodness inside! Just a fun story that I wanted to write.

23. Author's Update-Please read

To All My Readers,

I usually really hate doing these "Author Updates" because it gets everyone excited thinking there's a new chapter, when really, it's not, and I'm sorry if I'm disappointing you now, but these are special circumstances, and I wanted a chance to explain why I went MIA for so long.

Two years ago, my husband died in an accident, leaving me a single mom of our daughter, then shortly after his passing I found out I was expecting our second daughter together. I couldn't afford living on my own without his support, so I ended up moving back in with my parents, and basically had to rebuild my entire life.

It took me quite some time to begin moving forward again, and just as I was beginning to heal there ended up being quite a bit of family drama that I had to go through before I could finish the healing process. Had I tried to write during that time, if I was able to at all, I'm afraid my story would have taken a very dark turn, because I was in a very dark place, and I didn't want that to happen.

I'm happy to report today that I'm doing very well. My children are happy and thriving, and so am I. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about their dad, and I miss him more than anything else. However, I am happy with where I'm at in life right now, and I've moved through most my grief. I started going to college to get my business degree (I know, it's not English related, but I love it) and I'm working toward becoming the best possible version of myself that I can be. That means I'm getting back to what I'm passionate about, and one of those things is writing.

Having said that, YES I will be updating this story, probably within the next couple of weeks! Hooray! Before I do though, I need to read through it, and refresh my memory on some of the smaller details in the story. I know you've waited forever, but I'm asking that you wait just a little bit longer. If you're reading this, thank you for your continued support, it really does mean the world to me. And I'm so happy to be back!
