Chapter 4: Choices

Earth 1: Central City, August 13, 2015: (Central City National Bank)

In the heart of Central City's national bank, a robbery, and hostage situation took place. there were police cruisers surrounding the area, and a man was standing inside. He had the hostages tied up and sitting together just behind him. Laurel had just arrived to the location and was given access by Detective Joe West. Now, she had to find a way to stop the man from harming the people inside, and safely apprehend him.

"You get any closer, I'll kill everyone in here!" The man threatened from afar.

So far, she wasn't having any luck.

"Please make this easier on me, and just surrender!" Laurel shouted from across the street. "It's movie night!" She was currently standing just opposite of the man, outside of the bank, where the police were right behind her, awaiting their cue to intervene.

"Not until you bring me the Flash!" The man snarled. "You have five minutes or I'll blow these people along with me!"

Laurel sighed in defeat and looked at the ground. "Harry, you're killing me."

"Well I'm sorry Oliver didn't train you to fight metahumans." Harry sarcastically remarked over the comms channel.

"Why do they always have to rob banks? This is the sixth one I've stopped this morning!" Laurel exclaimed.

"This city doesn't really have much to steal from unless it's from Mercury Labs or Stagg Industries."

"Hey! I said I want the Flash!" The man repeated angrily. "Now bring him or else I'll kill everyone!"

"You've already said that!" Laurel pointed out. "Anyway, the Flash is on vacation, so you only get to deal with me!"

The man broke out in uncontrollable laughter. "You? You literally look like a sex toy, darling!"

Damn, I'm glad Felicity talked me out of adding fishnets to my costume. "Is that an insult? Or a compliment?"

"What do you think?" The man chuckled.

"Insult." Laurel agreed.

"If the Flash can't make it, then I guess these people won't live to see another day!" The man informed. His arms turned into sharp crystal like Spears and he took aim at the hostages.

Laurel knew she didn't have much time and had to act quick. She took one step forward and used her Canary Cry to try and disable the man's hearing, knowing that it should be painful enough. The glass surrounding the area shattered and the man, as well as the police and hostages, covered their ears, trying to block out the deafening screeching sound. What was unexpected however, was that the crystal spears that the man had protruding from his arms, had also shattered into a million pieces.

"Oh my God! My arms!" The man wailed in despair. At that point, Laurel had already walked inside and stood in front of the kneeled down assailant. "What did you do to me!?"

"Gave you some Star City justice." Laurel sarcastically smirked and punched the man in the face, and knocking him unconscious. "That's also for calling me a sex toy."

"Good job, Black Canary." Detective Joe West acknowledged as he, along with the SWAT team, entered the building and began to free the hostages.

"Just another day's work, Detective." Laurel saluted and she turned to leave the scene, to leave the police to deal with the situation. I really hope there isn't any more bank robberies today.

Earth 1: Star Labs

After the whole bank incident, Laurel went back Star Labs to unwind before another mission would come up. She wondered how Barry did it so easily. Starling City didn't even nearly have as much crime as Central City. Although it was notorious for having some of the most dangerous criminals.

As she entered Star Labs she was greeted with Iris West awaiting her arrival at the main elevator.

"Good job, Laurel!" Iris clapped in appreciation.

"It's no biggie." Laurel shrugged proudly. The two began strolling their way down the corridor, while conversing amongst one another. "The crime in this city is horrible by the way." She then added.

"Oh, come on it can't be that bad."

Laurel didn't respond and just gave her a long piercing glare.

"Really? Wow, guess you don't deal with Metas back in Starling?"

"Only rarely."

The two entered the main cortex, and were greeted with Earth two Harrison Wells, sitting down at the main operating table, watching the monitors intently. He absent mindedly turned his head and saw the two standing behind him and paused what he was watching and quickly sat up.

"Uhh, good, you're back." Harry muttered, and scratched his head. Iris and Laurel looked at the monitor to find out that he was watching more of the Sarah Connor Chronicles series online. "I was just doing more research on this world Barry, Caitlin, and Cisco went to."

"We can tell." Iris acknowledged. "Is this what you've been doing when you aren't helping us stop bad guys?"

"Oh, come on, Miss West," Harry scoffed in offense. "I've been working day and night trying to figuring out how to stop Zoom!"

"Really?" Iris crossed her arms unconvincingly. "Why do you have popcorn then?" She then pointed at the plastic bowl of half eaten microwaved popcorn.

Harry looked at the tub of popcorn and back at Iris and Laurel. "I get hungry?"

"So, this is the show of the world that they are currently on?" Laurel asked curiously, as she took a closer look at the monitor.

"Yes, it is. And for the record it's actually pretty good." Harry proudly explained to the two.

"So if these earth's are supposed to be very similar to each other, then why is it seven years younger than ours?" Iris inquired. She remembered what Martin Stein had explained to them when they were first introduced to other worlds. Each world was supposed to be in the same time but vibrate at a much different frequency, so it didn't make sense to her as to why this Earth was in the modern day, while this fictional one was in the past.

Harry made his way across the room and up to the dry erase board, where he pulled out a marker and started drawing a circle. "Okay, so this is this Earth, in this time, right here, right now." Harry then drew two more circles. "This is Earth two, and Earth 715, as I dubbed it."

He then lastly drew a line that cut off Earth one and two, from Earth 715.

"This line." He pointed. "Signals the point of our reality, and the point of a fictional universe such as the terminator universe."

"That still doesn't make much sense, though?" Iris persisted. "How does the time there just stay still?"

"That, Ms. West, is the result of the show never being finished." Harry continued. "It's stuck in a time loop, if you will. No conclusion means that this universe was just frozen within the multiverse, until Barry unfroze it, by entering the dimension."

"So, this world was just as frozen as a popsicle until Barry showed up and awoken everything?"

"That's my only theory at the moment." Harry agreed and set down the dry erase marker. "I do need to conduct some tests once I get there, if I'm going to be able to prove anything about my hypothesis is true."

"Wait, so you plan on going to that earth?" Laurel confusingly exclaimed.

"Once I figure out how to make a device that will be able to open a breach from anywhere in the multiverse, yes."

"You really like this show, don't you?" It wasn't a question.

"I enjoy it for how short it was, yes." Harry took his seat back near the computer console and unpaused the show.

Both Iris and Laurel gave each other a long concerned look, until Laurel just shrugged and walked over to take a seat next to Harry. "Alright, you have me interested now. Let's start from the first episode."

"Gladly." Harry smirked, and began searching for season one. Laurel kicked back in the swivel chair and took the bucket of popcorn from Harry's grasp.

"Seriously, guys? There is a city to watch and you're just gonna watch that stupid show?" Iris scoffed angrily.

Both Harry and Laurel simply nodded and turned their attention back to the screen.

"Fine, scoot over, then." Iris reluctantly accepted and took a seat next to Laurel. The three spent all of afternoon, binge watching the entire first season of the show, but failed to notice a large breach open outside of Star Labs, through one of the monitors.

Earth 715: Los Angeles, California, February 4, 2008: (8 Blocks from Zeira Corporation)

Back at the van, Barry, Cisco, Caitlin, John, Cameron, and Felicity, were all gathered, hearing the transpiring conversation between Weaver, Sarah, and Oliver. They had listened to every bit of the conversation so far, up to where Weaver had somehow recognized Sarah's true identity. Now they were all talking about Skynet, and how she was to help them in their fight.

"Excellent. But it's not a discussion that involves you. It's one that involves your son, and most specifically, his protector. Cameron, I presume?"

"They're listening."

"Very well. The question is… Will you join us?"

The whole van remained silent as the question had filled everyone with absolute confusion. That is, except Cisco and Cameron. He didn't know what it meant still, but he surely knew what would happen.

"What does that mean?" Caitlin inquired. "Will you join us? It it just some form of wordplay?"

Barry and John looked down at Cameron's right hand only to see it twitching erratically.

"I don't think so." Barry muttered worryingly.

"Cameron?" John put his hand on her shoulder. "Are you alright?" This confused him greatly. Was she starting to malfunction, right here, right now? Whatever Weaver said, it had stunned her or something.

"I'm fine." Cameron responded with a blank expression. Her eyes or face didn't turn at all to meet John's. He knew something wasn't right. He could tell when something bothered her. Even if she was a machine and she didn't have feelings to anything, he could notice the subtle hint that she gave off. She was definitely not fine.

"Barry, I think you should take us up there." Cisco persistently blared, as he rapidly tapped on his forearm.

He wasn't exactly sure how to respond to anything, so he stood up and grabbed both Cisco and Cameron, and rushed them out of the van and down eight blocks until they arrived in Catherine Weaver's office. John and Caitlin arrived a short moment later, followed by Felicity; before Barry finally came to a stop in front of all of them.

Weaver's eyes widened in surprise when she saw six people instantly show up in her office in the blink of an eye. It surely came to a surprise to Cisco and Sarah by the looks of Weaver's reaction. A terminator too, could be surprised when someone from the realm of impossibility shows up in front of you.

"How did you that?" Weaver demanded with the tilt of her head.

"We'll answer your questions when you answer ours!" Cisco spat from behind Barry.

"Cisco, easy. Remember what she is." Barry reminded. Cisco backed off, but kept glaring at Weaver with intensity.

"That question. I know what it's supposed to mean." Cisco then mentioned. He looked at Cameron first, then John. "Cameron will hand her chip over to John Henry and she'll disappear."

"Correct." Weaver nodded in acknowledgement, and also confusion. "But also not correct. You see, John Connor, we are not enemies. We all have common ground on what matters most."

"Fighting Skynet." John finished.

"Exactly." Weaver smiled. She looked at the new arrivals for a brief moment before pushing past them. "Follow me." She then motioned for them to follow. "I have something that I want to show you." She led them out of the office and down the hall, where they all squeezed into the elevator. Catherine pressed a button and the elevator began descending to the sublevel basement of Zeira Corp. "You see, your future self had been fighting with the machines a long time, John." She began explaining.

"I'm well aware of that." John simply answered.

"Okay, then. Are you aware that your Resistance faced immediate extinction by Skynet?" Weaver revealed. Everyone looked at her in shock, which filled her with some satisfaction. "Of course not. Well let me explain. You and your military force had been fighting long and hard, and even almost won. But inevitably, you failed. Skynet built a device that was capable of traveling backwards in time. That's where you failed." She turned her head to look at Sarah. "They first used it to kill you."

"We get that whole thing already, so just cut to the chase!" Cisco angrily exclaimed from the back of everyone.

"Very well." Weaver accepted.

The elevator door opened and everyone piled out, where Weaver continued to lead them down a dimly lit hallway. "You see, when your kind faced imminent victory, Skynet's existence felt threatened. It's response was to build arms and rise up against the humans. First they created almost perfect machines, capable of far much more than the traditional T-800 or T-850's that existed during the time. Then they created me."

"What are you then?" John inquired.

"Mimetic Poly Alloy. T-1001. I was the successor to the prototype: T-1000, that was sent back to kill you," Weaver explained methodically. "I possess the same abilities, the same attributes. But the difference with me was that I wasn't bound by Skynet code like the rest. I was able to break away from its hold."

Now Cisco definitely felt stupid. He forgot to explain to them what model she was. He knew she had no intention of harming either of them, but that no less was a mistake on his part.

"You switched sides?" Sarah asked.

"Not exactly." Weaver corrected. "I may have went against my creator, but I didn't join the human Resistance like you believe."

"Then what did you do?" John inquired. He wasn't sure where this conversation was going. They then came to a halt, outside a large metal door, where Weaver stopped and turned to face them.

"I started my own Resistance." She revealed. Before anyone could say anything, She opened the door and walked inside, forcing them all to enter after.

Inside, it was very dim, and cold. The only light emitted, came from the stacked computer equipment behind some glass, and a large monitor that was at the far end of the room. And in the middle, was a chair and metal table, that was occupied by one individual.

"Hello." The woman greeted with an awkward smile.

"This is Jane Henry-"

Before Weaver could properly introduce everyone, she was immediately cut off by Cisco, whom had stepped in front of her and looked at the sitting individual with absolute confusion.

"What. The. Hell…" Cisco's jaw dropped in utter disbelief.

"Cisco?" Oliver inquired. "Are you alright?"

The only response he was able to utter was that of something unintelligible. No one could understand why he just stared at the female like he saw food for the first time.

"Cisco!" Caitlin raised her voice, knowing that was the only way to break him from his inner mind freakouts.

Surely enough, he broke away from his thoughts and turned to look at them, then back at the woman, then back at them.

"I… she… he…. what?"

"Does he always do this?" Weaver asked as he observed Cisco's strange ramblings.

"Yes." Cameron simply answered.

"Cisco, please calm down." Barry walked over to him and placed his hand on his shoulder. "Now look at me." Cisco agreed and looked up at Barry. "Now tell me. What is wrong?"

Cisco looked back at the woman and pointed his finger at her accusingly. "She is supposed to be a he!"

"A he?" Everyone looked at each other confused.

"I actually am not a he or a she." The woman explained. "I am an Artificial intelligence created by Andrew Goode. My name is Jane Henry. Would you like to hear a song, me and Savannah Weaver been practicing?"

Everyone ignored Jane Henry's request and turned their attention back to Cisco.

"Cisco, I don't understand. What is so wrong about her?" Barry inquired. Even though the AI was a bit weird and seemed to carry itself like a child, he didn't see anything wrong.

"That's not John Henry, that's why!" Cisco exclaimed in utter frustration.

"The name you mentioned when we were planning this whole thing out." Sarah confirmed.

"Exactly!" Cisco responded.

"I am not following anything either of what you are saying." Weaver admitted as she looked at Cisco and back at Jane Henry.

Barry stepped forward and faced the red headed woman. "My name is Barry Allen." He formally introduced. "This is Cisco Ramon," He then patted Cisco's shoulder. He then proceeded to point at the others. "That's Doctor Caitlin Snow, this is Felicity Smoak, and the big guy is Oliver Queen."

"You act like I should know who you are." Weaver said in a blank tone.

"You wouldn't. We are from a different world." Oliver pointed out.

"Are you suggesting the multiverse theory?" Jane Henry curiously asked from behind them.

They all turned to face the young AI. "Yes, how did you know?"

"Easy. You are from a popular comic book series." Jane Henry explained with with a smile. Everyone looked at Jane in horror as those simple words had threw them off. Everything just got a whole lot stranger.

Earth 1: Star Labs

Located in Star Lab's lounge, Harrison Wells, Laurel Lance, and Iris West all sat on the sofa, watching the television with intent. Harry held a bag of microwave popcorn, and Iris had her head rested on Laurels lap.

"Can't believe Cameron doesn't trust John anymore more." Laurel pointed out. "After all she did and he still saved her."

"She has a different view of it. More different than ours, anyway." Harry explained simply.

"And I was beginning to root for those two." Iris then opinionatedly stated. The three continued to intently watch the episode as someone had entered in behind them.

"What the hell are you guys doing?" Detective Joe West inquired. He was very skeptical on why everyone, including his daughter, was sitting around a small flat screen television.

Everyone immediately bolted off of the sofa and stood up to look at the detective.

"Hey, dad, we were just…."

"We were doing more research on the Earth Barry went to." Harry lied.

"That explains your disappearances, then. Including yours, Miss Lance." Joe mused.

"You can call me Laurel." She insisted.

"What do you mean by disappearances, Detective?" Harry inquired.

"There was a homicide today at Mercury Labs." Joe revealed. "You would've known if you paid attention and answered your phones."

"I'm sorry, Mr. West, I guess we just go too occupied."

"There are no rooms for mistakes, Miss Lance, and you should know better." Joe sternly told Laurel. She bowed her head in sadness. She knew that he was right.

"So, Detective, can you tell us exactly what happened?" Harry then brought up.

Joe nodded and the four made their way to the cortex where Joe plugged in a USB Drive into one of the computer consoles. "This is from the security footage." A video popped up, and Harry clicked play:

Two guards fired off their service weapons at a large man wearing a black leather jacket. The man shrugged off each bullet like it was nothing and advanced towards the first, before grabbing him by the throat and snapping his neck with ease. The man then threw the deceased at the remaining guard.

"Do you think you can run facial analysis on the killer?" Joe asked Harry. "Since Barry left, the department has been left with no forensics scientist."

Harry took a closer look at the screen and removed his glasses. "There is no need, Detective."

"What? What do you mean?" Joe inquired. "Do you know who he is?"

"I have a sense of what it is." Harry simply answered.

"Is that-" Laurel pointed at the screen in disbelief.

"It is." Harry agreed.

"What is it they're ranting about?" Joe asked his daughter. He was very confused as to what they were marveling about.

Iris took one look as well, and instantly knew what they had meant. "We've got ourselves a Terminator."

Earth 715: Los Angeles, California, February 4, 2008: (Zeira Corporation)

"I've already explained it twelve times. You're from a popular comic book series." Jane Henry explained.

"And you've given us the same answer twelve times!" Cisco rubbed his temples in annoyance. "What do you mean by we're from a comic book series!?"

"Cisco, you need to calm down, this isn't getting us anywhere." Barry told Cisco with with a stern tone.

"I could show you the comic books if you'd like?" Jane Henry then proposed.

"You could've mentioned that before!" Cisco angrily snapped.

Jane Henry ignored Cisco and a million photos appeared behind her, on the large monitor. Everyone took a look, only to see what appeared to be comic book covers, displaying the Flash, in a light colored costume; and the Green Arrow, in a simple green unitard, and wearing a strange cap.

"These are what I was able to find based on your names, and the security footage of your abilities." Jane Henry began explaining. "They are quite intriguing storylines. Would you like me to read you some?"

"No thank you, Jane Henry." Weaver acknowledged. "We have more important matters to tend to. No more getting off topic."

"Yes, Miss Weaver." Jane Henry accepted and sat in silence.

Weaver smiled and turned her attention back onto her guests. "As much as this confuses me more so, I have to continue with my mission."

"Your mission?" Caitlin raised her eyebrow.

"Yes." Weaver nodded. "My mission to protect Jane Henry. But I don't have to explain that to you."

"Then explain it to me." John took a step forward. He was very fearful of Weaver, only because of the fact that she was very similar to the other liquid metal that made an attempt on his life. "You wanted to talk to me, right?"

"Yes. And your protector."

"Then start talking." John demanded.

Weaver didn't like being ordered, but hesitantly agreed, and started explaining. "Our faction, and your Resistance, started conversing with one another. We occasionally shared information that would help every one of us win each attack on Skynet as a whole. But we had no truce. We weren't friends, or allies for that fact."

"You're not making any sense." John scratched his head in great confusion.

"That's not important. What is important, is that we did negotiate for a truce. A chance to become allies."

Oliver was the one to speak up this time. "And what happened?"

"Originally, John's Resistance didn't trust machines, so that ended our chance at peace. But another unfortunate turn of events, forced us to once again compromise on another agreement."

"And that was?" Sarah inquired.

"Use the original software that was to become Skynet, and turn it into something else."

"And that's Jane Henry." John finished. "She's Skynet."

"No. She is far better." Weaver shook her head. "One who doesn't exhibit the hate that Skynet possessed. She is the future's answer."

"So you made your own Skynet to fight the evil Skynet." Felicity clarified.

"Exactly." Weaver smiled at the blonde. "You're smarter than I originally mistook you for, Miss Smoak."

"Thanks, I guess?" Felicity accepted, unsure of how else to respond.

"Okay, so you've explained to us your mission, but you've failed to explain why John, and Specifically Cameron, are important." Barry explained.

"Ahh, I see you're right, Mister Allen. But I have no need."

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?" Oliver inquired.

"I don't know, Mr. Queen." Weaver then looked at Cisco. "Your friend gave you that answer."

Everyone looked at Cisco in shock. Due to everything happening so quickly, they failed to remember what he had said, or if they even heard it at all. Cisco looked at everyone, unable to speak, as he began to jumble up words. He looked at Cameron for help.

"Will you join us." Everyone then turned their attention to Cameron, whom had repeated Weaver's proposement. "It means I have to go."

John was the first to approach her and looked upon her with his eyes widened in disbelief. "What do you mean by that?"

"It's the message your future self gave Weaver…. And me." Cameron answered.

"It was your plan." Weaver told John. "She was to protect you until it was time to protect Jane Henry-"

"And she'd have to hand over her chip." Cisco finished, and he began to stare off. "This feels like my worst nightmare mixed with my love for tragic fan fictions. But worse."

John ignored Cisco and focused back on Weaver. "What happens when Cameron gives her chip to Jane Henry?"

"Jane Henry will erase her to make room." Weaver revealed.

John's heart immediately dropped. The mere thought of Cameron dying made him sad. After the car bomb he didn't want to see her burn. Even if she did distance herself from him, he wasn't prepared to lose her again. "She's not going anywhere, and you're not taking her!" John sneered, as he pushed Cameron behind him. She was confused at the sudden change in heart John had. Only a day ago, he was always yelling and pushing her away. But now, he was being protective towards her. A very drastic change in roles were being displayed.

"Your affection for your cyborg protector is unorthodox. She is a machine, and you're a human. She can't feel, and you can. It doesn't make sense as to why you protect her?" Weaver questioned.

"I don't need to explain anything to you! You're not taking Cameron so we're leaving!" John turned and began to lead Cameron out by grabbing her hand.

But he was stopped when Sarah put her hand on his shoulder. "John…."

"I know you hate Cameron for putting my life in danger, but you have no say, mom." John said.

"You're future self wouldn't advise that, John." Weaver then called out, and John stopped again. "Without Cameron's chip, Jane Henry will die here, and without Jane Henry, you and your race will face extinction."

John didn't speak and instead, began to process all that Weaver had said. Weaver wasn't here to stop the war from ever happening, she was here to make a scapegoat for the Resistance. For him. But in order to do so, he'd have to sacrifice something he loved dearly. Despite the disagreements he and her shared, all of the times he thought of her as nothing but a walking bucket of bolts. He realized that he was nothing without her.

John looked at Weaver, then back at Cameron in distraught. He wasn't sure what choice to make. What was the right choice? One for his selfish being, or the one that could save billions of lives?

"No deal."

"Very well." Weaver frowned. "Your choice has been made it seems. But know this. Jane Henry will increase your chances of defeating Skynet, exponentially. She can provide your people the resources, the manpower that was once required by your Resistance. She can go toe to toe with Skynet and come out victorious."

"We'll manage." John acknowledged.

"John, this isn't the right thing to do." Cameron tugged on his shirt sleeve. "You're not doing the right thing."

John looked down at Cameron, who was looking up at him with a concerned yet innocent expression. "I think for the first time in my life, I am doing the right thing."

"Miss Weaver!" Jane Henry shouted. Everyone turned their heads to see Jane Henry twitching erratically, as the monitors behind her began flashing.

"Unplug her!" Weaver demanded. Both Cisco and Caitlin ran up to the the computer equipment and began randomly unplugging any cord they saw. Once the screen went black, and Jane Henry's body went limp, they knew that they were in the clear.

"What the hell happened!?" Oliver demanded.

"Skynet." Weaver simply answered. "It's trying to hack into Jane Henry."

"Wait, how do you know this?" Felicity asked confusingly.

"It's happened before." Weaver Explained.

"Guys, we have a problem!" Caitlin informed. She held up a tablet that displayed several armed men riding down the elevator.

"We need to get Jane Henry out of here now!" Weaver exclaimed as she walked over to Jane Henry and plugged the cords back into the computer equipment. Jane Henry immediately came online but looked around the room in fear.

"Miss Weaver, they are coming."

John began pacing back and forth. He was in distraught at what to do. Cameron pulled his arm. "John, this is the only way. We have no choice."

"I can't…." John sadly rejected. "I've treated you horrible these past few months. and I can never fix that. But I can't watch you die."

Cameron put her hand on John's cheek, and brushed the stray tears away. "I forgive you." John couldn't take it anymore. He instantly engulfed her in a tight hug.

"I might have an idea." Cisco intervened. Everyone looked directly at him, and he looked directly at Jane Henry. "Is there any way you can store Cameron somewhere where she will remain safe?"

"Yes. It will be harder for me to process information, but I will be able to keep her memory. Why do you ask?"

"When we get the chance we are going to separate you two. Give you your own chip," Cisco explained.

"Is that even possible?" Sarah asked.

"We have to try." Cisco answered.

"Let's get this over with." Oliver got straight to the point. "I feel we don't have much time."

Everyone agreed, and Jane Henry stood up from her chair. Cameron then sat down, and Jane Henry produced a small pocket knife. She began to cut a semicircle in Cameron's head, and lifted the flap of skin up. She used the knife to open the port seal and she took the chip out, where Cameron's body shut down and she went limp.

Weaver helped Jane Henry and placed the chip into her own head. Jane Henry then copied herself into onto Cameron's chip. She unplugged the cord from the back of her head, and sure enough, she was able to move freely.

"They're here!" Caitlin informed. "It's too late."

"No, it's not." Oliver pointed out. He removed his suit jacket and turned to face Barry. "Get everyone out of here. I'll take Cameron's body and meet you back at the safehouse."

"You can't do this alone, Oliver." Barry refused. "Let me help you."

"You need to make sure Jane Henry is safe. That is part of our mission, so go. I can handle a few armed men." Oliver persisted.

"I'm staying too." Weaver stepped up. "I want to make sure these men don't find us later."

"You know what to do, Barry." Oliver motioned his head at everyone. Barry nodded and first grabbed Jane Henry and Felicity, and ran them out of the room, followed by everyone else a few seconds later. All that who remained, was Oliver, Catherine Weaver, and Cameron's body.

"You carry her body. I'll provide cover." Oliver told Weaver. She tilted her head to the side, buy did as she was told and picked up Cameron's lifeless body. Oliver then looked back down at his bow and realized something. "I wish I brought arrows."

"Here." Oliver witnessed as Weaver made ten mimetic poly alloy arrows out of her fingers. "Make sure you return them to me."

Oliver hesitantly accepted the arrows from Weaver. They felt very cold and he could feel that, what was ever in them, was shifting underneath. "Alright, let's go." Oliver ordered.

Oliver rushed out of the room, just as the elevator had opened, and he began firing off arrows quicker the men could aim and fire. Two men instantly went down, and the remaining five, had took cover behind some pillars.

Oliver sprinted down the hall, just as one had emerged from cover, and used the opposite wall to launch himself at the armed man. His knee collided with the man's neck, which caused him to fall to the ground.

Oliver then quickly turned just as one of the remaining four men, had decided to take a strike from behind him, and drew a combat knife. Oliver dodged the attack and kicked the man's feet out from under him. He gave the man one more good kick in the face to knock him unconscious.

He then used the man's bulletproof vest as a way to hold his arrows, and embedded them on the surface. He quickly drew one arrow and fired off one into the barrel ones which caused the gun to jam. Oliver put one more arrow in his shoulder, and quickly drew two more arrows and fired them at the last two men's legs, causing them to fall to the ground in pain.

"Good job, Mr. Queen." Weaver admired. "I have to say, I'm quite impressed with your skill in that bow. But you failed to finish the job."

"I don't kill." Oliver sneered. "Not anymore."

"What a shame." Weaver frowned. Suddenly, the arrows that Oliver had used, found themselves, automatically embedding themselves further into the men, and killing them instantly. The poly alloy arrows then slithered away from the dead men, and back into Weaver's leg.

"Come. We have to leave." Weaver turned and made her way to the elevator, while holding Cameron's body over her shoulders.

Oliver now felt stupid for allowing himself to use arrows that Weaver could control. He felt guilty for killing them, even though all of his shots were to just incapacitate them. Oliver turned and walked away from the scene, and joined Weaver in the elevator.

Just as the elevator door closed, he had one last glance at the massacre that he had caused, and bowed his head in guilt.

Author's Note: Sorry for such the long wait on this chapter. I wasn't sure on what type of storyline I wanted to follow.

Almost every one of my stories is set in my own type of TSCC alternate universe, so I can get away with OC characters that have already been established beforehand. It's also to give you guys a reason to go read my other works too. I'm practically advertising my other stories at this point.

(Spoilers) Even though I absolutely hate season 4 of Arrow, I am happy that because of the change in events, Laurel doesn't die a few episodes later, from the timeline this takes place in, by Damien Darhk.

Anyway. I hope you enjoyed this chapter, and I'll try my best to get the next one out as soon as possible!

Reviews, and constructive criticism is gladly appreciated! It helps my motivation greatly! :)
