Ryou Bakura has a visitor in the form of a cousin named Orion Winters. Little does he know that his easily frightened cousin is actually a serious Reaper who tracks down wayward and errant Souls to put to rest. Orion has been assigned to Domino City to learn why there are three Souls, two who haven't been caught since their deaths millennia ago and a new one that was never 'born'. Will Orion succeed or will the hikaris be added to the list of 'Reaps'?
