Technically this is related to the next chapter (108), but it stands well enough on it's own and probably fits in the timeline here-ish.

"Tenzou! My favourite kohai!"
Tenzou slinks down into his chair and glances to the side, hoping there's an easy escape from whatever it is that Kakashi wants from him. There isn't.
The man slides into the seat opposite him, food balanced in one hand. It vanishes in segments, without ever seeming to be touched.
"I'm not doing it," Tenzou says. Immediately, he regrets it.
Kakashi smiles at him, eye curving in nothing but amusement. They both know Tenzou will cave, and the longer he protests, the more Kakashi will enjoy it. He's a sadist like that.
"Just a small thing," he promises. "Very small. It'll be no trouble at all!"
"So you do it," Tenzou says.
"Oh, I am," Kakashi says. It has a hint of seriousness to it. "But I thought 'you know who would enjoy this' and of course that led me to you…"
He trails off. Meaningfully.
Tenzou looks around resigned. There's still no escape. "What is it?" He asks, and bemoans his curiosity.
Kakashi beams like a cat cornering a mouse. "Ah, I just need you to deliver a gift to my cute little Genin," he says. "Just give it to her."
"Just give it to her," Tenzou repeats. Doubtfully. On one hand, it is pretty much the only way Kakashi would ever give someone something. On the other, Kakashi never gives people gifts. "That's it?"
"Sneakily," Kakashi adds. "But you're an Anbu captain. Preventing a little girl from sensing you coming will be a piece of cake!"
The flattery is nice. It's true. But it's also entirely deliberate.
Tenzou feels his face fall into an expression of alarm. "You mean your student who has a reputation for exploding people's heads?"
"It was only once!" Kakashi protests. "And a half. You'll be fine."
Tenzou does not feel even remotely convinced. "Are you trying to get me killed, senpai? What did I ever do to you?"
"Well, you did get me invalidated out of Anbu," Kakashi says. And it's almost a joke. Like he wasn't bitterly angry and betrayed when it happened. "Come on, are you telling me you can't handle a Genin fresh out of the Academy?"
"She's a Special Jounin, you know," Tenzou argues back. "Not a Genin."
Kakashi blinks at him, terribly unmoved. The challenge sits heavily in the air.
"Fine," Tenzou says, ungracefully. "What was it you wanted me to give her?"
Given that this is Kakashi, he shouldn't be so terribly surprised when the man pulls out not a gift but a pen. A used and battered one at that. Tenzou takes it, confused, but looks up to find his conversational partner has vanished.
And, as usual, left him with the bill.
