When I woke up that morning I was in his bed alone. He and his brothers always had training in the early morning. Sighing, I rose from the warm covers and went into the kitchen. Whitley and Tori were already up and eating breakfast at the table.

After pouring myself a cup of coffee I joined them.

"So you slept with Raphael last night?" Tori bluntly asked.

"And a good morning to you too." I replied. "Yes, I did sleep with him. Like literally slept. I don't like sleeping down here on the couch by myself."

"So you could have gone home." Tori stated with a look of aggravation on her face.

"No need to be so harsh, Tori." Whitley responded.

"I'm sorry, Sarah. I just really hate to see him get his hopes up like that."

"Do you think I'm taking advantage of our friendship?" I questioned as I thought about what she said.

"Do you think you are?" Whitley asked me.

"I don't know…I mean, I don't think so. But maybe I just don't want to think so. Strangely enough, last night I felt like I needed to be close to him. I don't know how to explain it. Maybe it's because he and I have become such good friends."

"Or maybe you feel something more for him and you just don't want to admit it to yourself." Clara stated as she joined us at the table as well.

She sipped her coffee and watched my reaction expectantly.

"I do not have any type of feels for him." I replied simply.

"Listen, I didn't want to admit my feelings for Donatello at first either. But there was just something that kept pulling me back to him and eventually it just got to the point where I couldn't ignore it anymore." Clara smiled. "And if I'm not mistaken Tori had the same problem."

Tori nodded her head yes. "I tried to hide my feeling for Mikey for at least six months before I broke." She laughed.

"I fell for Leonardo immediately." Whitley responded with a smile. "He was scared of me at first."

"What?" I burst out laughing.

"Well, we were both sixteen and he hadn't ever been around any girls before."

"Oh, well that makes sense. You are kind of intimidatingly extroverted."

"As you can see I won him over in the end." She smiled and sipped her coffee.

"So Sarah, how was your date with Xander?" Tori spoke.

"It was so fun. He took me to his mansion. It was literally a mansion in every sense of the word."

"Really? What kind of job does he have?" Whitley questioned.

"He runs his family business here in the US, his father runs it in Europe. They make weapons. Guns as far as I can tell."

The room got kind of silent and an awkward pause proceeded.

"What?" I asked finally.

"Nothing, just surprising you met a man like that." Whitley replied.

Our conversation was cut short when the guys came from the dojo and into the kitchen to join us. Raphael was having a hard time making eye contact with me. After chugging a bottle of water he skulked off and went back to his room.

I followed him and knocked on the door, "Can I come in?"

He opened the door for me and I stepped inside.

"What's wrong?" I placed my hand on his arm.

He didn't respond, he gently placed his large green hand on my arm and pulled me incredibly close to him.

"Raphael…what're you doing?" I whispered, I could hardly speak, he had taken my breath away.

The next moment and his lips were on mine. They were nothing like what I thought they would be. Kissing him was like nothing I had ever felt. I kissed him back and our lips became more urgent on one another's. Feeling completely unlike myself, I pulled him with me to his bed. He was above me, kissing my lips, neck and chest. In the next moment my shirt was off and across the room. Slowly, I unclipped my bra and slid it off.

He paused and our eyes met. He gently cupped my breast and I let out an involuntary moan. My mind was foggy, I couldn't figure out why I was doing this, but all I knew was how much I needed him in that moment. Ever so slowly he pulled off my pants and unclipped the leather that he wore around his waist.

"Do you want to do this?" His voice was husky and his breathing was hard.

"Yes…" I replied almost breathlessly.

His lips returned to mine and I could feel his member pressing against my opening.

He stopped kissing me, "Uh..are..you a virgin?" He asked quietly.

"No…are you?" I asked but I already knew the answer.

"Yea but you probably figured that." He replied. "I'm relieved, I didn't want to hurt you."

"You won't."

He slid into me carefully. I gasped. He was HUGE. Unlike any other guy I had been with.

"Are you ok?" He asked as he pulled out.

"I'm fine. I just wasn't expecting…that."

He laughed and that seemed to satiate his ego.

We spent the majority of the morning in his room. Until it was time for me to get ready for work. I tried to sneak out of his room and back to the apartment. I really didn't need anyone seeing my very obvious sex hair. Plus, I was now sporting a nice hickey on my neck. I'd have to get him for that later. I unlocked the door with high hopes that everyone would be in their rooms.

No such luck, Whitley was packing her lunch for the day in the kitchen.

"Where have you been all day? We have to leave for the restaurant soon." Whitley said as I entered the kitchen.

"I uh…I had stuff to discuss with Raphael." I replied as I tried to hurry past her and into the bathroom.

"Sarah…is that a hickey on your neck?"

I looked at her without an answer.

She gasped and a giant smile spread across her face. "Did you have sex with Raphael?"

"No! What are you talking about? Why would you think that?"

"Oh, I don't know, maybe because you look guilty as sin." She laughed at me.

I huffed and kicked off my boots.

"Ok, so we had sex. It's not a big deal." I sat down on a barstool next to her.

"Yes, it kind of is actually."

"I've had casual sex before. It doesn't mean it's going to turn into anything."

"I understand that sex doesn't always equal relationship, Sarah. But you know how Raphael feels about you. I thought you were trying not to lead him on."

"He knows I only want to be friends. He is the one who approached me. I think it was because I slept next to him all night."

"You're probably right. He made the first move?"

"Yeah, he did." I replied. "He kissed me. I kissed him back and well one thing led to another."

"If you're planning on only having a friend relationship with him, you probably shouldn't do it again."

"Well…about that…we kind of had sex like four times earlier." I replied sheepishly.

Whitley burst out laughing.

"Not to be too nosy or anything…but what did you think about it?" Whitley whispered.

"Oh my god, seriously Whit, he's HUGE! I didn't know what to think…but honestly I don't know why I expected anything less than huge, he's over six feet tall and a mutant." I laughed, "And to be such a hard ass, he was an incredibly tender lover."

"Woooow. Are you talking about Raphael?" Clara must have been eavesdropping on her way into the kitchen.

"She's talking about Raphael all right." Whitley said smugly.

"So are you two an item now?" Clara questioned.

"Nooooooooooooooo. We're nothing more than friends with benefits."

"Does he know that?" Tori spoke as she came into the kitchen as well.

"He does." I answered, "We talked about it after the first time it happened."

"The first time? There were more times?" Tori squealed.

"Uh…yeah. Four times." We all laughed together.

I left the kitchen to get ready for work. I was in serious need of a shower. I reeked of sex and my hair had knots in it. As I was showering I heard my phone chirp on the counter. I quickly dried my hands and checked to see who it was. My heart skipped a beat when I saw that it was from Xander.

'Want to have drinks tonight?"

I smiled wide and typed my response.

'Definitely. I have to work until 11.'

'I look forward to picking you up.'

I couldn't stop smiling after that.

I decided to spend a little extra time on my makeup, it was a Friday night and the bar would be incredibly busy because of tonight's theme night. Plus, looking a little better would definitely help me get more tips. I desperately needed to buy a new bed. The air mattress was really taking a toll on me.

That just gives me an excuse to sleep with Raphael more often.

Whoa. That was a weird thought.

I shook my head and left my bedroom.

My night serving drinks was flying by. Like I had assumed earlier, the place was packed with patrons. It was 80's night and the majority of the guests were dressed in their best thrifted clothes. It had been Whitley's idea to have a vote on what each theme night would be. It was really bringing in a larger crowd. Clara and Tori were in the crowd as well, both looking like they were plucked straight out of a Molly Ringwald movie.

I had used tonight to channel my inner Stevie Nicks. I teased my hair, donned a lace shrug and many rings.

I was busy mixing margaritas when I felt someone tap on my shoulder.

"Oh, hey Whit." I said over the blasting noise of Duran Duran.

"Raphael is out back. He says he needs to see you."

"Ok, can you finish up these drinks for me real quick?" I asked her with a pleading look.

"Of course, hurry back though." She laughed.

I made my way back to Whitley's office where Raphael and the man I had met a while ago with the shaggy black hair were waiting for me.

"Do I know you?" I asked him.

"Casey Jones." Was all he said.

"Ah. I remember now." I replied.

Raphael wore an incredibly serious look on his face.

"What's wrong?" I asked, the smile leaving my face.

"Tori told me the guy you've been seein' runs a weapons company."

"Yeah…and?"

"Well, for the past year we've received a lot of news about criminals who have strange weapons and Donnie found a few pictures of the guns that were found at each crime scene. They're unlike anything we've seen and I just wanted to make sure there's no connection."

"I highly doubt there is any connection. Even so, just because the criminals have them means nothing. It doesn't mean he is supplying the criminals with the guns." I replied.

Raphael looked like he was about to say something but thought better of it. Instead, he just handed me a picture of a silver gun with three silver bullets lying next to it. It had an intricate rose pattern on the handle. This was definitely a gun made by the Hawthorne company.

"It's one of his guns." I confirmed.

"Sarah, please just be careful 'round this guy. I don't trust him."

"You and I both know why you don't trust him, Raph."

"Are you seeing him tonight?"

"Yes, in fact, I am."

He let out a snort. "Don't expect to come get in my bed tonight."

"Pfft. Like I wanted to anyway."

Casey seemed to become very very uncomfortable at this point. He put his hand on Raph's shell and pushed him out of the office and out the back door. I could hear him telling him to calm down and let it go as they disappeared from sight.

I returned to my post and Whitley looked like she was having a blast behind the bar. She was smiling her bright smile and talking animatedly to customers. She passed a drink order to me when I joined her.

"So, what did he want?" She asked as she pulled a cork out of a bottle of pinot noir.

"He wanted to ask me if the picture of a gun he had matched the guns that Xander's company produces."

"Really? Why?"

"The guys apparently think they're tied to a string of crimes." I shrugged as I filled a glass. "It doesn't mean he condones criminal activity."

"I think he's just trying to look out for you. He really cares about you."

"Yeah, I know. But I really pissed him off back there. He told me to not come to his bed tonight."

"He did?"

"Good for him." Tori teased as she joined our conversation at the bar.

I stuck my tongue out at her and passed her another bottle of water.

"I told him I was planning on seeing Xander tonight. So honestly, I don't blame him for saying that."

When my shift ended it truly felt like I had only just got there. In all honesty I was feeling a little too tired to hang out with Xander, but I had to now, to spite Raphael.

I joined him in his car and he took off at a leisurely pace.

"Are you interested in having drinks at my place?" He asked with his smooth voice.

"Of course, although, I think it's my turn to have someone make drinks for me."

He laughed, "I'll be happy to make drinks for you."

Slowly he took my hand in his and let our joined hands rest on my knee. I felt the butterflies in my stomach turn into a swarm. The blush on my face was burning, I must look completely crimson.

"I like your look tonight. The lace is a nice touch." He regarded my gypsy-esque get up.

"It was 80's night. So I had an excuse to dress like Stevie Nicks. Not exactly what you would think of when you think 80's but her look is essentially timeless."

"You pull it off very well. You're a very gorgeous woman." He was soooo swoon worthy.

The only thing I could do was sit in his passenger seat and blush. I don't respond well to compliments. It makes me feel insanely awkward for no reason whatsoever.

We sat side by side on his large plush couch in front of a blazing fire place. He had found an ancient bottle of wine that I was currently sipping on. I hated to admit it to him, but I would have much rather had a cheap bottle of Barefoot wine than this old shit. I'd always heard that wine got better with age, and I could only imagine how expensive this bottle must be. So I sipped the bitter liquid in silence while we watched Citizen Kane. I liked Xander, but there were so many things about this man that were incredibly pretentious.

I was leaned against his shoulder and my eyes just kept getting heavier by the minute. I had worked so hard tonight, it was going impossible for me to stay awake past one AM.

I was startled awake. I groggily pulled myself up off of a soft pillowy bed and tried to adjust to my surroundings. I was in a room that was dark save for a small light in the corner of the room. A clock next to me read 3:33 AM. Xander must have put me in one of his guest rooms.

I was still confused. What had startled me awake?

That's when I heard it again. Growls and the sound of thudding footsteps were getting louder and louder. I sat anxiously in bed, trying to figure out what exactly it was that I was hearing. I heard a couple of shots fired and I couldn't stop the scream that escaped my lips.

"Stay in the room, Sarah!" I heard Xander call.

But it was too late. Whatever it was that had been walking heavily toward the room busted down the door. I shrieked when I saw the giant beast. The huge wolf barreled toward me. I only just barely jumped out of the way. I surely wouldn't have been able to avoid it had the wolf not had a back full of what looked to be tranquilizer darts.

"What the fuck is that?" I yelled at Xander, who had now entered the room and was shooting more darts at it.

"Werewolf." He replied like it was the most normal thing in the world.

The great gray creature rushed at him but he dodged it smoothly.

"You have a house full of guns, why aren't you filling it full of bullets?!" I screamed.

"It's my test subject. I can't kill it, It took me entirely too long to capture this one. "

"What!? Are you insane?" I yelled at him.

The war waged on with Xander peppering the monster with darts; before finally it landed on the hardwood with a thud. The entire room I had been occupying was destroyed. I had been lucky the room was the size of my apartment, otherwise the thing would have killed me in such a small space. I was utterly exhausted from running from the creature.

When I realized it was down for good I bolted for the door. Xander was faster than I. He grabbed my arm and forced me to stop.

"Please let me explain."

"Explain what? That not only do werewolves exist, but you have one as a test subject?" I yelled frantically.

"Yes. My family is trying to find a cure for lycanthropy. Long story short, for hundreds of years my family has produced guns for the sole purpose of exterminating werewolves. Those guns would then be distributed to dedicated groups of werewolf hunters." He paused and I nodded for him to continue. "Under the influence of my father the company has changed. He has explained that killing them shouldn't be the answer. Now we're using our wealth and name to find a cure. All while keeping it a secret of course."

"Yeah, you're really good at keeping secrets." I huffed. My mind was swirling with all the new information I had just absorbed.

"I didn't intend for him to get out, but I somehow didn't realize tonight was a full moon. I don't keep him caged all the time. Only when the moon forces him to transform."

"So, you mean he doesn't always look like that?" I motioned to the furry beast in the floor.

"No, only during a full moon. Just like the legends."

"I need to go home." I replied.

"Please don't say anything. It could ruin everything we've worked toward."

"I won't say anything, Xander. I just need some time to think."

After calling a cab I was on my way home. My mind was swirling and I felt dizzy and scared. I needed Raphael more than anything else. Momentarily forgetting the fight we had earlier, I made my way toward the sewer instead of the apartment when I departed the cab.

In a haze I weaved my way through the tunnels and into the lair. Everyone was asleep. He was snoring loudly in bed.

I sat down beside him and nudged him awake. He woke up a little and grabbed me by the waist and pulled me under the blanket with him.

"I thought you were mad at me." I whispered into the dark.

"No, I was hopin' I would see you tonight." His gruff voice replied.

I felt him place a kiss on the back of my neck and for the first time in the last few hours I felt safe.

Leave me a review and let me know what you think!
