Dean was scared,scared for his life, he didn't know exactly how long he'd been running but he knew Sika had realized he was gone he'd seen the not so discreet mercenaries that Roman had warned him about. But the one person he was most worried about he had yet to spot mainly because it was Tamina she was the BEST Sniper in all of the land and if Sika sent her after him he knew he wouldn't moved constantly out of fear of getting caught seeking refuge in caves and abandoned huts eating only wild nuts and berries to survive he had no idea the kingdom was so big .All he knew was that he had to stay positive for his baby.

He kept moving despite the ache in his legs, the hunger in his fact that he had no idea where he was going didn't even register in his mind. He'd never been this far outside of the castle before the king liked it that way so none of the slaves got any ideas. It was a good thing Dean was always a rebel ,he came to the top of a cliff and looked down into the river below knowing it's contents flowed towards the castle. He then remembered what Roman had told him about Tara and the cave with the secret entrance. .

Back at the castle 2 Months Later

"FIND HIM NOW!"

Sika was livid he'd seen Dean run off but, he'd assumed he had merely run back to his hut. Apparently the boy was far stupider than he had originally thought.

"your highness. no one in the kingdom has seen him since the joining ceremony and that was four months ago"

Xavier spoke from across the room not wanting to be on the receiving end of the king's temper. Sika cursed under his breath , the rest of the slaves would be heavily punished he had questioned each and every one of them and they all said Dean was unwell and he was of no use to him ill. He didn't know why he believed such lowly creatures but he would make sure that they were weeks after the ceremony he'd sent Xavier out to check on him and it was then that he discovered that he wasn't even there.

"TAMINA, GET IN HERE!"

Sika called for the only person who could find him there was no way he was letting the boy go free, his family was promised eternal servitude and he'd be damned if that little bastard Dean got out of time later Tamina appeared in the great hall and as dangerous as she was she looked just as afraid of Sika as Xavier did.

"Yes your highness"

"One of my slaves has gone missing he's been gone for quite some time…..and .FIND. HIM"

"Right away"

Without another word she took her leave she didn't dare let the king know that she already knew Dean was missing. Roman was a good friend of hers and she'd helped him keep his tryst with Dean a secret, the slaves had also trusted her with the knowledge that he had run off. Many presumed that he had ran off to find Roman but, she'd talked to him and Tara (who had been keeping an eye out for him) neither had heard anything from Dean. If it wasn't for the fact that Seth would get suspicious Roman would probably have been out looking for Dean himself. She only hoped that she didn't have to bring back a corpse and that somehow dean managed to live.

Roman & Seth's castle

"Roman...you CAN'T be serious. He's a slave who cares if he's gone ….you have more important things to think about anyway"

Seth Rubbed his slightly protruding belly , it had taken some time but he and Roman had finally managed to conceive. The only problem was that Roman was more concerned with a useless slave who was too dumb to find his way home than his pregnant husband.

"Seth , NOTHING is more important to me than our baby but, I lo-Dean is a good …..friend"

He saw Seth roll his eyes but thankfully he let the subject since they'd taken residence in their new castle Seth had been incredibly unbearable , Roman knew he would wind up with child soon, he'd demanded they make love at the very least once a to make absolutely sure he got pregnant within the year .Most men would have been ecstatic to have what he had ,But most men didn't know how cold and vindictive Seth was. Roman wished he knew where Dean was so he could join him. He'd been worried sick Tara had yet to contact him to let him know that Dean was safe with her.

"Anyway... my father Shawn coming to visit , I sent my parents the news of our joy and he wanted to share in our celebration so he should be here in three weeks time. They are hoping for a girl, so she can be as strong and fierce as her father"

Seth sauntered over to where he sat on the foot of their bed and sat on his rolled his eyes although it was still daylight he needed Seth asleep so he could leave, the waterfall was a day's travel from the castle and he wanted all of the sunlight he could get for his journey.

"You should rest,I know the baby is taking a lot out of you"

Seth smirked and wrapped his arms around Roman's neck giving him a seductive smirk.

"Only if you join me"

As much as he didn't want to he knew Seth wouldn't let him get out of it so he carefully stood up ,taking Seth in his arms and laid him gently in the center of the bed. He then spooned himself behind the younger man and placed a protective hand over his growing belly.

Thankfully it only took about twenty minutes for Seth to fall asleep, as quietly as possible he untangled himself from the sleeping prince and crept out of the room. He took the secret passages so he didn't risk being seen although he'd grown accustomed to them being here he still didn't fully trust the slaves from Seth's old kingdom to keep he made it to the stables he quickly saddled up Pele ea ,he trotted carefully for a ways until he was safely outside of the palace wall before he took off at full speed towards the lake which rested at the bottom of the falls and Hopefully he'd find Dean as well.

Roman breathed a sigh of relief when he heard the rushing water of the waterfall and knew he was close. after riding another mile Roman had finally reached the falls he carefully dismounted and led the horse to a covered area so she could drink, Not willing to waste any more time by going all the way around to the cavern's back entrance he stripped off his shirt and shoes making sure to hide them in a nearby bush so they weren't seen he dove into the water and began to swim towards the falls, once he reached the base he took a deep breath and swam underneath the wall of water. The moment he emerged on the other side he began searching for his love.

"DEAN!"

He began searching the entire cavern for the younger man having to shout knowing the sound of the falls made a great sound barrier.

"DEAN!"

He called again beginning to get scared,if he wasn't here then where else would he be? Roman sat down on the ground trying to think about where else he could be. His heart jumped into his throat when he felt the ground below him move and quickly jumped around he kept his eyes firm on the spot just in case the animal was dangerous being in a dark cave wasn't the smartest idea. The spot groaned and he saw something move before a rush of light suddenly filled the space and relief filled his body when he saw who it was.

Dean was sleeping peacefully when he felt something heavy fall on him and flinched and then the weight was gone. He reached for the tiny lantern he'd gotten from Tara when he'd arrived , along with a cot a blanket and she brought him food, it was actually quite cozy for a cave, hell it was better than he was used to. Once he turned on the light he froze not believing who was standing before first instinct was to run into his arms but he quickly banished the thought knowing his current condition would not allow it. Roman….HIS Roman was standing before him those grey eyes that filled his dreams were looking right at didn't think it was possible but , Roman looked even better than he did the last time he saw him. His muscles had gotten bigger and his hair had definitely gotten longer he could feel the fluttering in his stomach and wasn't really sure it was butterflies or the baby kicking.

In a flash Roman was by his side once again, not believing his own eyes,was Dean REALLY there or was his mind playing tricks on him?

"DDean?"

"yeah,It took me a while but I'm here"

"Five months Dean…..anything could have happened to YOU KNOW HOW FUCKIN WORRIED I'VE BEEN?!"

"SORRY I was too busy running from mercenaries, I was scared out of my fuckin mind they were everywhere Ro …"

Roman took a seat next to Dean and pulled him close ,immediately sealing their lips together, it had been far too long for Roman's liking. Dean gave in to the kiss without any hesitation he needed Roman here with him but, there was still something bothering then pulled himself away from Roman.

How the hell am I supposed to get to Afa's castle without your father knowing? I barely made it here"

"Tamina ….She's an expert assassin she can have you there without anybody seeing you and if I know her like I think I do she should be he-"

A sound from the waterfall caught their attention , Roman moved to stand in front of Dean just in case it was someone else. The Grey eyed prince breathed a sigh of relief when he saw the light gleaming off of Tamina's tell tale sword and In her hands was Roman's Saddle.

"Next time Roman….. DON'T saddle the horse , Your royal crest is a dead giveaway .This place was swarming with mercenaries when I got here thankfully Tara was able to cast a cloaking spell to lead them off .So what's the plan? I know you don't want Sika to get a hold of him in his condition" Dean let out an audible gasp how did she know he was pregnant?

"Take him to Afa if he is caught Dad can't say anything .The law states that *the member of the 'Ambrose' family must live their life in servitude to the Miavia family*

Dean's not breaking the law if he's with Afa."

"He'll know the baby is yours Roman"

Dean said speaking for the first time since Tamina had entered the cave.

"The day Seth announced he was with child Sika looked at him and gave him a big hug and congratulations then he turned to me and without hesitation told me he didn't think I was man enough to impregnate Seth. So I doubt his first thought would be that I sired the child."

"SETH'S PREGNANT?"

Dean spoke in a near panic how could Roman do something like that ,he didn't care that Seth was his husband all that mattered was that Roman loved HIM.

"He's barely three months gone, I had to conceive a child with him to ,it was not out of love Dean."

Roman reached back and pulled Dean to stand by his side wrapping a protective arm across his belly. Tamina couldn't do anything but smile she wished that Sika would open his eyes and see their love for what it was.

"Ok we should head out NOW, Dean leave everything here. Roman it's near dawn you'll need to arrive home as late as possible without taking too long, Dean and I are going to need a good head start Seth's gonna wonder where you are and you're going to tell him that you went for an early morning ride and lost track of time."

She then went to a dark corner and Kicked over the lamp effectively breaking Roman and Dean stayed still while she did whatever it was before she walked over to them turning on another lantern she had secured on her person and led them out of a back entrance to the cave. With one final kiss and a promise of coming to see him as soon as possible Roman headed back to the castle while Tamina led Dean towards the south side of the kingdom to where Afa stayed and hoped that none of them were caught.
