Link woke up to the smell of bacon and eggs. Already, his mouth had salivated. He shot out of bed and put in his kimono. He stepped out of his room and saw a giant platter of what he had smelled from his room. He also saw Katsu sitting by the table as he waited for Link to come out.

"You're finally up Link." He saw as he took notice of him. "I was starting to think the food would get cold by the time you got up." He chuckled heartily.

"I'm up now." Link told him. He looked at the food. "I thought we were suppose to train first?"

Katsu responded, "I thought we'd eat some protein before we go on to today's training and the owners convinced me to eat first."

"Oh, I see."

"What are you doing? Let's dig in!"

Link sat across from Katsu. The table was rather small with a table on each side. The table had enough food to feed an entire family. Katsu handed Link an empty platter, then they dug into the food. It was equally divided between the two. Each bite provided a good mix of eggs and bacon. It didn't take long before the entire meal was done.

"That was good. As always." Link complimented Katsu.

"My pleasure. The owners had way too many food in their kitchen. I don't think they mind."

"Let's hope not." Link stretched. "I'm ready to start."

"Good, let's get changed in our mawashis and head on back to begin."

The boys got their mawashis and got into them. They went to the back area and started training. They went through their typical routine. Started with shikos and stretching, moved on to sparring, and finished with some more stretching. The boys felt sore, but in a good way. Their bodies were drenched in sweat as a good sign of a well done workout.

They entered back inside and sat back on the table they had breakfast. Link could feel the sweat on his face and see the same on Katsu. It didn't take too long until they heard screams coming out from the street.

They rushed out to see a small group of moblins. The pig like beasts held wooden clubs and screamed loudly. Link could tell that the few Hylians that were on the street were cowering. Some were rushing to their homes. Link knew he had to do something, but he didn't have a weapon to use and he wasn't sure if his sumo skills would be enough to defeat them.

"Let's grab our stuff and head out." Katsu suggested.

"Not until I defend the town from these beasts." Link said, as he ran to the street to confront them. Link was already in his mawashi. He stood in front of the three and told them. "I don't know if you can hear me or if you can understand, but I will make this clear. You will either leave or I will pummel you to the ground." Link decided not to budge.

The leader, the one who presumably held a spiked club, gave Link a great smirk at the sumo wrestler. To it, Link didn't look like much of a challenge. What? With no armor? Or any weapon? He didn't seem like a threat. It raised its club in the air and aimed it forward. Then they rushed towards him as quickly as they arrived.

Link dug his feet into the ground and put both fists on the ground. With not much weight to hold him back, he was able to rush to them with much ease. His ability to pick up and master the various techniques and spot his opponent's weaknesses, he was able to get a feel for these foes. They had most of their strength in their arms to prepare for a powerful strike towards him. It let their lower body extremely prone. He used that to his advantage and lowered his body some.

The first moblin came to him from his left. Link quickly dodged the strike and aimed for its legs by tripping it then wrapping around its waist and tossing it. He turned around to see the other moblin just barely raise its club down on him. With not too much time, he followed the same technique.

Then, it came down to the leader. He was somewhat behind them. He locked eyes to it. It was definitely overconfident. A major weakness Link thought. From its stance, Link could learn that it was more smarter than the other two, but not by much. Its legs were a lot stronger and stood more sturdier. He had to do some quick dodging and hope to flank and disorient it.

He got into his stance and quickly charged towards it at full speed. As soon as he got to the lead moblin, he quickly strafed to the right. It wasn't too quick. Link was able to get behind it with much speed and dexterity. He started to thrust into the beast. Each hit would stagger it.The beast turned around slowly. Link knew this was the only time to attack. It lifted its club in the air to strike and at that moment, Link was able to wrap his arms around its weight and lifted it up in the air. Only briefly to throw it on the ground.

On the ground laid three knocked out Moblins. The crowd of people started to emerge out of their hiding places. Once they realized they were no longer a threat, they started to hoot and hollar, praising the rikishi. Katsu even walked up, clapping his hands in appreciation.

He told him, "Link, that was very stupid of you. But."

"But what?" Link asked him.

"But, it was pretty effective. I didn't think sumo could be used in combat and you proved me wrong. That was a bold thing you did." Katsu gave Link a smile.

"I just wanted to protect them, that's all."

"And there was nothing wrong with that. Come on, let's get our stuff and get moving. We got the rest of the way to get to the Gorons."

At that, Link and Katsu went back into the inn and packed their bags. They met up once again in the lobby and proceeded out back on the road. Up to Link's first mentor, the Gorons.
