Seventeen Years Later
Edward and Bella got married in New York, just before the family moved again. They were married on the seventh year anniversary that they met in New York. The ceremony was held at midnight, and they had the honeymoon in Rio de Janeiro.
Bella and Edward have lived apart from their family for ten years now. Esme gave them a home in Canada, far enough away from civilization so that no one would ever chance upon them. Good thing too. They'd go deaf and blind from what they would see and hear. Not a good thing.
After the ten year mark they rejoin their old family.
