(Where we left off)
Minty would run down a path in the forest
"Should lose them in here…newbies don't know the forest nor it's many paths…"
She'd look over at Marcy jump from tree branch to tree branch
"Idiot's going to hit a double stripe and fall…"
Marcy would jump onto a double stripe and jump to another before it'd disappear
Minty's would go wide. "She's fast…"
She'd look over to her right and see Lodhi gaining fast on her
"Shit shit shit…"
(A little father away)
Taffyta would sprint towards her house hearing Phipps and Akio behind her
She'd be a few meters from her back door when Akio would jump over her and land at her door way
"Stop running Taffyta…" He'd hold his staff
Taffyta would stop running as Phipps would grip his nunchucks tight
"Taking out Annie was a bad mistake…"
Taffyta would look at the 2
"You wouldn't dare hit a girl…"
"We don't want to…trust me I don't want to…just give up…" Akio would respond
Taffyta would look at both. "You both don't get it…Vanellope is going to kill everyone on our side…"
Akio would go to say something only for Phipps to interrupt him. "You should have thought about that before you did what you did to Annie…"
"I tampered with Adorabeezle's kart not Annie's…"
"You shouldn't have regardless…"
Taffyta would sprint away
Phipps would take off after her
Akio would reluctantly follow
(Meanwhile)
Swizzle would approach Gloyd 1 hand behind his back
"Swizzle…bro…what are you hiding?" Gloyd would ask nervously…"
Swizzle would stand beside him as 2 medics would rush in and hold Gloyd down
Swizzle would look down as he'd reveal a syringe with a large needle. "I'm sorry old friend…but it's time you go to sleep…permanently…"
Gloyd would fight to get free. "No no no…common Swizzle…I'm already paralyzed…I'm not threat anymore!"
Swizzle would look at his feet. "The Princess thinks otherwise…"
"Please Swizzle…not like this!"
Swizzle would look up and stick the needle in his arm. "I'm sorry…"
He'd empty the syringe then take it out. "I'm sorry Gloyd…but this is where your journey ends…"
The medics would let go of Gloyd as he lay there slowly weakening
Swizzle would rub his forehead. "You had a good run…be proud of that…"
"I'll…see…you…in…hell…" Gloyd would weakly state as his eyes would close
Swizzle would look down as a tear would escape his eye. "I'm sorry…"
He'd walk out of the room and call Vanellope. "It is done…"
"Good…go to the castle gates…wait for the newbies to bring some of the others in
(Farther away)
Candlehead and Crumbelina would run through the forest
"Common Candles…if we can lose them…we can sneak out of the game…" Crumbelina would hold Candlehead's hand tight as they'd run Jubileena and Snowanna on their tails
They'd run over a small bridge then jump over a river
To Crumbelina's annoyance Jubileena and Snowanna would still be hot on their heels
They'd continue running
(Meanwhile)
Herschel would run as Rancis would fire a few shots over his head. "Stop running Aussie!" He'd shout
Herschel would only run faster much to the frustration of Rancis
Not to far away Sticky would run as Nougetsia would slowly gain on her
"YOU KNEW! YOU FUCKING BITCH! YOU KNEW WHAT THEY WERE PLANNING! YOU KNEW WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN!" Nougetsia would yell
Sticky would continue running frightened of what Nougetsia might do
She'd jump over a fallen tree and shortly after Nougetsia would tackle her to the ground
Nougetsia would punch her in the jaw. "Why didn't you say anything?!"
Sticky would look up only to get punched in the eye.
"Why?" Nougetsia would hit her again
"Minty threatened me…" Sticky would reply
"Had you said something she would've been dealt with!" Nougetsia would hit her again
"I'm sorry…" Sticky would reply
"NO YOUR NOT!" Nougetsia would hit her several times and knock her out
(A while later)
Sticky would awaken in the Fungeon a shock collar on her neck
"What the?" She'd go to remove it only to receive a shock
Nougetsia would walk in holding a remote with a large red button. "I'm going to enjoy this…"
"Common you already gave me a beat down!"
"That is not even close to what you deserve…" Nougetsia would press the button giving Sticky a shock
"Please…I already felt guilty for not telling anyone!"
"Too fucking bad…" Nougetsia would proceed to shock her several more times
(Meanwhile)
Herschel would reach an old wooden bridge over a ravine
He'd look behind him to see Rancis not to far behind
"Got no choice…" He'd start running over it when suddenly 1 plank would break and he'd fall through
He'd manage to grab one of the ropes holding the bottom planks
He'd look at the steep fall and gulp
"Well…well…well…what do I have here?" Rancis would walk over to the dangling Herschel
Herschel would look up at the wide grin on Rancis face
"Wow…I could get rid of you and make it look like an accident…"
"Your better than that…" Herschel would state
"Proves you don't know me at all Aussie…" Rancis would turn and leave
"RANCIS!" Herschel would scream as he'd onto the rope with both hands
(A short bit later)
His grip would begin to weaken
"Help! Someone! Anyone! Just help me!"
He'd lose grip and start to fall
Rancis would suddenly appear and grab his arm
"Don't say a word…I only saved you for one reason…if anyone's ending you…it's me…"
"Swell…" Herschel would state as Rancis would pull him up before putting a gun to the back of his head
"Now let's head to the castle…" Rancis would state as they'd both begin to walk
(Farther away)
Phipps would catch up to Taffyta and would strike her with his nunchucks causing her to fall to the ground
Phipps would keep one foot on her
Akio would quickly join his brother
"Give it up Taffyta!" Phipps would shout
"Never!" She'd start fighting to get to her feet
Phipps would look at Akio. "Knock her out…"
Akio would hesitate
"Go on Akio…she's made it clear she's an enemy and not a friend…"
Akio would close his eyes and reluctantly hit Taffyta in the head with his staff knocking her out cold
"Common help me drag her to the castle…" Phipps would state
(Close by)
Minty would look over her shoulder to see Lodhi stop running and draw both his swords
"What is he doing?"
To her amazement and horror he'd throw both at her
They'd hit her clothing just above the shoulder and would pin her to a tree
"Direct hit Lodhi…" Marcy would state
Minty would look up to see Marcy standing on the branch above her
"How are you so agile to be able to jump onto and off a double stripe before it disappeared?"
"It's in my code you bitch…" Marcy would jump down and put her sai in her jacket
"Take your swords out Lodhi…"
Lodhi would silently do so as Minty would get confused
"Why?"
"Because I want to knock you down…" Marcy would respond and deliver a vicious right hook to Minty's jaw
Minty would stumble backward
"You want to play that way?!"
"What do you think?!" Marcy would crack her knuckles
"Bring it on then!"
Lodhi would lean against a tree and watch the 2 fight Marcy pretty much owning the entire fight
Rancis would pass by with Herschel
His eyes would go wide
"Has Minty even landed a blow?"
"No…" Lodhi would casually respond
Both Rancis and Herschel would watch dumbfounded
(A few moments later)
Minty would fall to the ground her nose bleeding, her lower lip bleeding, her Jaw in pain and her right arm not feeling anywhere near 100%
Marcy would draw her 2 sai and slowly approach Minty
She'd stand over the badly beaten racer
"So much for being one of the strongest characters…" She'd state
"Marcy…zat's enough…" Lodhi would take a few steps towards the 2
"No Lodhi…no it's not…she deserves far worse…" She'd clutch her weapons tight
"Marcy…don't…"
Minty would look up at Marcy fearful
"She put Annie in a coma! She nearly caused her death!"
"I know but ze Princess vill decide her punishment…not us!" Lodhi would snap back
"No…I feel like playing god for once…"
Marcy would go to stab Minty in the eyes only for her 2 sai to be blocked by Lodhi's swords
Rancis would look on shocked. "He…he got there in a blink of an eye…" He'd mutter
Lodhi would look at Marcy sternly. "I said zat's enough!"
He'd push Marcy back a few feet
"So now your protecting the very person responsible for Annie's plunge?!"
"I'm saving her so she can face proper justice! Ve don't control how people are punished here!"
"Out of my way Lodhi…"
"I don't vont to fight you but I vill if I have too…" Lodhi would stand his ground
Both siblings wouldn't move
They'd hold their weapons tight
"Don't make me fight you Lodhi…"
"Zen back off…your not in ze right mind for zis…"
Lodhi would stare Marcy down
She'd take a few steps back
"Fine…take her there…I need to cool off…" She'd storm away as Lodhi would put his swords in the 2 sheaths on his back
He'd pull Minty to her feet and push her forward
"Let's go…"
Rancis would lead Herschel away
"Thanks for the save…" Minty would tell Lodhi
"Don't zank me…I just didn't vont to see my sister murder someone…"
"I thought Torvald told you everything…"
"She did…-he'd slam her against a tree-…vy do you sink I don't vont to be doing zis?!"
"You have the choice not too…"
"If I don't…Vanellope vill catch on to me an Akio…and ve don't need to be under a microscope…"
"If you and Akio understand the situation why not Phipps and Marcy?"
"Zanks to you zey're blinded by anger…zey can't see ze great harm zey are causing…"
"Then why not set them straight?"
"I can't…Vanellope is already in zeir heads…if I say anything even remotely against her…she vill know of it…and zat vill put me in danger…"
"Why can't you and Akio do something?"
"Yea…2 of us…against Vanellope, Rancis, Jubileena, Snowanna, Nougetsia, Swizzle and our siblings zat ve care about…you're not very bright but use some common sense!"
Minty would silently look at the ground as Lodhi would walk her to the castle gates
Akio and Phipps would join him as they'd drag an unconscious Taffyta
Swizzle would be waiting for them
Swizzle would grab Minty's arm and Taffyta's collar. "Thanks boys…I'll take it from here…"
"Ok…I'll be in my lab trying to find a way to accelerate the healing process of Annie and Adorabeezle…"
"Good…contact Vanellope if you make any breakthroughs…"
Lodhi would turn and leave Akio following them
Phipps would look at Minty. "What happened to you…"
"Marcy…" Is all Minty would say
(In the Fungeon)
Herschel would be tossed into Sticky's cell seeing her get shocked over and over again my Nougetsia
"Stop!"
Nougetsia would take the collar off. "I had my fun…maybe she'll tell you why I was doing that to her…"
She'd leave the cell
Herschel would look at Sticky. "What did you do Whip?"
Sticky would look at the floor. "I stumbled on Minty, Crumbelina and Taffyta sabotaging the karts…I didn't say a word…out of fear of Minty's reaction…and what Vanellope would do…"
"Oh…" Herschel would hold her. "You could have told me…I would've said something and took whatever consequences came with it…"
"I was just too scared…" Sticky would reply
(A few minutes later)
Lodhi and Akio would walk into his lab and see Citrusella asleep
Lodhi would look at his 2 aides
"Heinz…Berger…did you do anysing to her?"
"No Lodhi…she passed out from boredom…"
"Ok…" He'd check on his 2 aides in the testing facility
"Zu…Jorge…how is the turbo feature for ze karts coming along?"
A testing kart would suddenly blow by them and smash into a wall
"Not good sir…your kart…and zose of your siblings can handle ze increased speed and downforces…Vanellope and Herschel's can…but pushed to ze limit zey become very difficult to control…everyone else…zeir karts cannot handle it…"
Lodhi would tap his chin pondering. "Continue testing…see if front wings could help vith ze problem…"
"Yes sir!" Both chocolates would get back to work
Lodhi would go back to the Science facility and go to a large table with different chemicals, serums, glass tubes, beakers, etc
Citrusella would wake. "Hey Lodhi…what are you doing?"
"Attempting ze impossible…"
Akio would push over to him in her wheel chair
"I assume you speak of improving the conditions of Adorabeezle and your sister Annie?"
"Yes…" Lodhi would respond as he'd get to work
"Be honest…if you had won the tournament that was supposed to take place…you might have sided with Torvald…"
Lodhi would continue working. "I von't deny it vould have crossed my mind…but I promised my siblings I vouldn't take sides…and I always honor my promises…"
"So you had a thing for Torvald…what do you think of her situation?"
"Yes I do have a zing for her…and sadly…I see her trying to help out her friends…even zough half of zem are vorking against her…I feel bad because she vont's to do ze right zing…but zey go and cause problems and accidents ven ze should be following everysing she tells them…"
(Meanwhile)
Torvald would run with Vanellope close behind her
She'd suddenly come to the edge of a cliff and stop
She'd hear Vanellope draw her sword
"It's over Torvald…you lose…"
Torvald would look at the ground
"I warned you last night I was going to have the newbies on my side…I warned you that my victory was assured…I gave you the chance to surrender…"
"I know…so just kill me already…" Torvald would so slightly
"Seeing how I'm a merciful ruler…I will offer you one last chance…surrender now…and I will show leniency…" Vanellope would approach slowly her sword raised high expecting Torvald t refuse
To her surprise Torvald would drop to her knees and put her hands behind her hair. "…I surrender…"
Vanellope would handcuff her. "I was sure you'd refuse…"
"I've tried fighting you…but everytime we had a winning chance…they went against me…it's no use…"
Vanellope would grin. "Don't be too hard on yourself…you provided a fun challenge for me…"
Vanellope would lift Torvald to her feet and walk her to the castle
(Meanwhile)
Crumbelina and Candlehead would continue running
Candlehead would trip
Crumbelina would stop and turn around just in time to see Snowanna holding a gun to Candlehead's neck and Jubileena standing beside them
"It's over Crumbelina…"
Crumbelina would raise her arms high. "Do whatever you want to me…just let Candlehead go…she had no part in what happen and didn't have a clue about it…"
"But you most certainly did…" Jubileena would respond
Candlehead would look at Crumbelina. "You told me you knew nothing…"
Snowanna would look at Candlehead. "Crumbelina helped with sabotaging Annie's kart…"
"I didn't want to…I was dragged into it…I never wanted to hurt Annie…I knew she had become Candlehead's friend…I knew she'd try to take out Minty and Taffyta…and maybe myself…but I knew she wouldn't harm Candlehead…" Crumbelina would respond
"But you knew she was my friend! She promised me she wouldn't do a thing!" Candlehead would shout
-flashback to the night before, an hour or 2 after the truth was revealed to the 5 siblings-
Annie would walk towards her home. "This entire situation's a giant clusterfuck…no wonder Akio said this is a candy game with a dark filling…"
She'd run into Candlehead
"Oh hey Candlehead…"
"Hey Annie…I guess you know everything…"
"Yea…"
"I wanted to tell you…but everyone covered by mouth right before I could…"
"How many times did they do that?"
"About 6…maybe 7 times…"
"Oh wow…"
"Anyway I'm sorry…I made you something to make up for it!" She'd excitedly hand Annie a cupcake. "And also as a congratulations on your first race win!"
Annie would smile. "Thanks Candlehead…mine telling me how someone sweet like you got wrapped into this situation?"
"Oh…I didn't ask for it…I barely ever harmed Vanellope…I only did so once…I took part in destroying her kart…but everyone fooled be into thinking it was the right thing to do…and since I was Taffyta's BFF…well most people saw me as her right hand man/women…Vanellope has had a slight issue with me…but nothing to extreme…she just has her doubts about me…besides that…I'm often used by people who want to get to Crumbelina…since we're together…people use me to punish her…"
"What do you mean by that?"
Candlehead would look down. "By torturing me…making me cry…trying to break me mentally…trying to break my mind…all just to either stick it to Crumbelina or to get to her…"
"That's horrible!"
"I know…"
"I'm sorry you've gone through that…"
"Yea…That's why I want me or Torvald to win tomorrow…cause then maybe some of the pain would stop…"
Annie would suddenly hug her tight…if I do win…whatever happens…I'll make sure people don't hurt you…"
"Promise?"
"Promise…and like my siblings I always keep my promises…"
Candlehead would smile. "I have a feeling we'll be great friends!"
"Great friends? Hell maybe even BFFs!"
Both would laugh
-end flashback-
"You watch the whole thing Crumbs! You knew Annie didn't have it in for you! She knew that would hurt me! And she told me she didn't want me to hurt anymore!" Candlehead would shout feeling betrayed by one of the only people she thought were always completely honest with her
"I'm sorry Candles…I didn't want to do what I did…"
Jubileena would handcuff Crumbelina as an Oreo guard with a torch would suddenly appear
"Hey Crumbs…consider this payback…" Jubileena would state as Snowanna would lift Candlehead's jacket and shirt and the guard would touch Candlehead's back with the torch burning her greatly
Candlehead would shriek in pain
Jubileena would hold Crumbelina back as the guard would burn multiple places on Candlehead's back, stomach, chest and the back of her neck
"NO! STOP! PLEASE! SHE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!"
Candlehead's shrieks would echo throughout the game as Phipps would look up
"That's Candlehead's yell…Annie said she was going to cut a deal with Vanellope to avoid that…"
-Flashback to earlier that morning before the accident-
Phipps would leaving for the race when he'd see Annie in her driveway pondering
"Hey Annie…something wrong?"
"Well…I'm worried about Candlehead…she's been a kind friend…and if Vanellope side were to win today…I don't want to know what might happen to her…"
"I see…"
"I was considering making a deal with Vanellope…"
"What kind of deal?"
"Where I offer my services…and if I win the tournament I'll side with her…in exchange for Candlehead not being harmed and freed…same for Torvald…since she just seems to be getting fucked by her own team…and Herschel…even though I hate him…hearing what he's gone through…he deserves to be at peace for once in his life…"
"What about the others?"
"As I said last night…the others earn this fate…Torvald and Candlehead didn't take part in Vanellope's torment…so they don't deserve to go through this…Herschel was thrown into this hellhole without much of a choice…that's why those 3 should get a free pass…"
Phipps would smile. "Glad to see your not a heartless person…"
"I'm heartless on the track…but off the track I have a heart…and hearing their situations…I just can't find a reasonable argument as to why they should go through this…"
-End flashback-
Phipps would slowly approach where the screams are coming from and would watch Candlehead's torture in horror and disbelief
"That's not right…" He'd tell himself
Candlehead would collapse face down on the ground burns covering her body
Snowanna would pull her shirt and jacket back down
Crumbelina would cry
Jubileena would hit her shoulder. "Never thought we'd get through that brick wall of yours…turns out Candlehead was the answer…"
Snowanna would check Candlehead's pulse. "She's alive…we just knocked her out…"
"Either way bring her to Lodhi…Vanellope has already arranged for him to conduct his experiments on her…"
"What experiments?" Crumbelina would ask horrified
"Oh just testing his methods of getting Adorabeezle and Annie out of their comas…Vanellope also ask him to test other serums…more torturous and painful kinds…" Jubileena would respond
"Take me! Just stop hurting Candlehead!"
"No…Vanellope has already determined your fate…and Candlehead's…Candlehead's is being a test subject…yours…I'll wait for her to announce it to you…"
"NO!"
"Yes…" Jubileena would laugh evilly as she'd drag Crumbelina to the castle as Snowanna would bring Candlehead to Lodhi
Phipps would follow closely behind horrified
(A few minutes later)
Akio and Citrusella would be upstairs watching tv as Lodhi would be working in his lab
Snowanna would walk into the lab with an unconscious Candlehead
"The Princess said you agreed to use her as a test subject?"
"Yes…set her up on the table here…-points to the table on his left-…I'll report how my experiments go tomorrow morning…"
"Ok…" Snowanna would bow and leave as Lodhi would expect Candlehead's injuries
"Poor soul…" He'd start searching through his table for something
Phipps would wait for Snowanna to leave the chalet
He'd walk down to the basement
"Y-y-your experimenting on her?!"
"Of course not! Annie told me about her conversation vith Candlehead…I knew if Vanellope got her…she endured unimaginable pain…the experiments I vill conduct on her vill only heal her…or be beneficial to her…"
"What about the ones Vanellope wants you to perform?"
Lodhi would toss him a file
Phipps would read through and count the number of fails
"You prewritten they all fail and need further testing…"
"I'm not performing zose experiments on an innocent soul…I maybe be part scientist but I'm not a fucking Nazi scientist…"
"That's good to know…" Phipps would respond
(A while later)
At the chalet Citrusella would sleep as Lodhi, Akio and Phipps would listen through a hidden microphone as Torvald, Herschel, Sticky, Minty, Crumbelina and Taffyta would be brought before Vanellope
"Seems history repeats itself…Torvald finds an advantage…then 3 of you act like mindless idiots and blow everything up…"
All 6 would look at the floor
"So tell me…-she'd suddenly lift Gloyd's severed head-…why shouldn't you join him in permanent death?"
All 7 would look at her horrified
"He couldn't fight!"
"He was crippled!"
"He was no threat!"
"He barely knew anything!"
Vanellope would raise her hand silencing them. "I did this to show you all…I'm serious this time…I ensured there's no way to bring any of you back from the dead…no memory keys…no one who might try risking anything to help you…this is it…it's Game Over…permanently…"
Everyone minus Torvald would suddenly start pleading
"It's no use…I already decided which of you die…and who is imprisoned…"
All 6 would go silent looking at her nervously
"Herschel…you will be released soon…for now…sometime in the Fungeon…"
An Oreo guard would drag him away
"Minty…we both know attempted murder results in death…"
"Please! I wasn't thinking! No!" An Oreo guard would drag her away
"Taffyta…we both know there's no happing ending for you…" She'd cry and plead as an Oreo guard drags her away
"Crumbelina…you will die…but Candlehead will suffer for your actions…"
"Please! Have him perform tests on me! She doesn't deserve it!" An Oreo guard would drag her away as Sticky would grab Torvald's hand tight
"That only leaves 2 of you…Torvald…the leader…and Sticky…the coward…"
Both would nervously look at her
"One of you lives…the other dies…guess which…"
The 2 would look at each other
Torvald would look at Vanellope. "We both know you've wanted me dead…"
"I'm not saying I used to want that…but I have something better planned…you live…Sticky dies…"
Sticky would gasp
"NO!" They'd both scream in unison
Torvald would get dragged off
"Please Princess! Not this! Anything but this! Please! I don't want to die! I'll gladly be your servant!"
"You knowing what was going to happen and not saying anything makes you implicated and as a result guilty…Sticky…your time is up…"
"NO!" She'd scream as tears would fall down her face
Her Oreo guard would drag her away as Vanellope would laugh evilly
"Victory is mine!"
Lodhi, Akio and Phipps would walk up stairs to the large kitchen
Lodhi would open a large cabinet with multiple kinds of liquor
Akio and Phipps would sit at a table
"Tell me you have Scotch…" Akio would state as Lodhi would toss him a large bottle
"I need some Vodka…" Phipps would state as Lodhi would toss him a large bottle
Lodhi would grab a bottle of Jägermeister and sit with them
Citrusella would listen to them from the living room pretending to be asleep
All 3 boys would take big swigs of their drinks
"We…err…I fucked up…we…err…1 made a mistake…we…err…I was manipulated…"
"Vot can ve do? Marcy is on her side…and ve're only 3…"
"That's the thing…they sealed their fates the moment they took Annie out…"
All 3 would drink
In the living room Citrusella would look at her phone she was using to face time Vanellope
"Hear all that Princess?"
"Yes…like I told Rancis…by the time they figured everything out…it'd be too late…"
