Telekinesis Training – Day One
Ashley walks down the hall, her hair wet from taking a shower to wash the sand and salt water off.
She knocks lightly on Andros's door.
Not even a minute later, Andros throws his door open and growled
"Karone leave me alone!"
"Umm I'm Ashley" she laughs.
Andros gasps "I'm sorry Ash, It's…. her… uhh. Karone has been bugging me ever since we got back."
Ash tilts her head to the side.
"About what?"
"Uhh nothing.' Andros stutters.
Ashley finally takes a better look at him, to see him dripping wet, wearing a red towel around his waist.
That was all he was wearing.
Ash blushes bright red as she takes in his form.
"What's wrong Ash?"
Ash just points to his chest and Andros looks down and yelps.
"Shit!"
He runs back into his room's bathroom.
Ashley giggles.
"That is not good language Andros. Are you learning from the boys now, don't let them influence you."
Ash walks into his room, shuts his door, and sits on his bed.
She waits until he comes back out of the bathroom fully clothed.
"Better?" Ashley asks with a smile on her face.
Andros just sheepishly nods.
Ash gave him a comforting smile.
"It's okay, you don't want to know how many times I've seen TJ, and Carlos like that. Justin is a whole other story, he's like my son."
"But by accident right?"
"Mostly. They've all walked in on me while I'm in the shower if that makes you feel better."
Andros just shakes his head.
"I swear if Zhane does that to you or Karone I will knock him senseless."
Ash just shrugs her shoulders and blushes.
Andros's face goes hard.
"He did, didn't he."
"Zhane does it more on purpose, than the others."
Andros storms out of the room, leaving a confused Ashley behind.
Ash jumps up and runs after him.
"Don't kill him. He's too stupid to die this way." She yells.
Down the hall, and though the corridor doors, up the stairs and into the hanger bay.
Andros bursts into the room and the Rangers jump up in shock.
"Zhane, your dead."
Zhane lets out a high pitched scream and runs out the other door and down the hall.
Andros follows.
Ashley stops and caught her breath.
Karone looks at Ash and asks calmly.
"What did he do?"
"Andros found out that he walks in on me while I'm in the shower on purpose. I don't understand why he's so mad."
Karone just laughs.
Ash takes off running again towards the boys.
She hears Zhane ask why he was being chased.
Andros just yells why he is running after him. (Zhane walking in on Ash in the shower)
Zhane just screams and runs faster.
"I don't want to die!"
Ashley make it just in time to grab Andros's arm and push him against the wall.
Zhane stops and falls to the floor praying that he was alive.
"Andros, sh, sh calm down. It's okay." Ash says calmly to him.
"No its not." Andros says losing his anger.
Zhane stands up and looks at his best friend
"Bad time to say sorry for putting red dye in your shower.
"What!" Ashley and Andros both yell.
"Ugh nothing.' Zhane turns and runs away.
Ashley let go of Andros and he just pitches the bridge of his nose.
Ash giggles and pulls him back to his room.
"Killing Zhane won't solve your problems."
Andros laughs, "It may solve the problems of my stress."
"Awe, you care about him too much to hurt him."
Andros opens his door for her and follows her into his room.
"Yeah ,you're right. But that doesn't mean I can't make him clean the megaship with his toothbrush."
Ash laughs and sits on his bed once again.
Andros smiles and goes to his closet, pulls out a colorful ball and hands it to Ash.
"What is this?" she asks.
"This is the ball Karone, Zhane, and I learn Telekinesis on when we were kids. You see when you focus on it, it expands and floats in the air by itself. Then you push it with your mind." Andros explains.
Ashley stands up and takes the objects in her hand she looks at it astonished at the rainbow colored tiny ball that sat in her hands.
"Watch.." Andros looks at the ball and just like that it expands in her hands and starts to float.
"Wow."
"Put your hands up, palms towards the ball."
Ashley did as he said, her eyes fixed on the floating object before her.
"Now picture the ball in your mind, and imagine it moving. Picture your hands pushing it."
She did as told, but moves her hands forward in a pushing motion.
"No, don't actually push it, imagine it. Here"
Andros walks behind Ash, pull her back up to his chest, and put his arms out next to hers. From someone else's view it looked like he was trying to hug her but his arms remain out stretched.
He grabs her hands with his and pulls them a little closer to her body, "Now picture yourself pushing it, don't actually try to."
Ash couldn't help but blush. Focusing her mind of the ball, it didn't move an inch.
"Here let me move it for you, just so you can visualize it moving." Suddenly the ball moves towards her and then back. There is stayed floating, but spinning around on its axel. "Try to move it"
Ash tries but the ball just keeps spinning. "Can you make it stop, I feel like its mocking me." Then the ball freezes. "Thank you!" Ashley drops her hands in relief.
Andros stands behind her frozen, "I didn't do anything". Ash drops her hands and whirls around and gaps at him. "You didn't?" Andros just smiles and shakes his head.
"I did it!" Ash almost screams. Andros laughs and nods "I knew you could do it!" Ash jumps up into his arms and Andros spins her around once and finally put her back on her feet.
Ash looked in his eyes and speak, "I would have never done it without a wonderful teacher!"
